Gosh what a cavalcade of different smells! Blind bought - ummed and ahhed because of the lack of reviews. Whammo! Awesome! So, this is likely to be one of those scents in a special place for most I think. It’ll sit on the shelf for ‘that’ occasion - you’ll know what it is when it happens... it’s just slightly eccentric but not in an offensive way, rather it’s a bit unconventional but IMHO most will like it. It flitters between so many smells for me. The fragrantica accord graph is so skewed. Yeah it’s musky but the whole graph should be flipped. One minute it’s raspberry, then maybe sweet tomato, a hint of chilli oil, one minute I can only think red flowers - the only constant is a smooth amber which after two hours dominates so for me this is an amber scent with an amazing journey to start and a decent long dry down. So I guess technically I smell the amber softened by a smooth woody base and maybe the tobacco. Just above that (nose to skin) cinnamon. There’s a touch of freshness a little green more prominent at first which is the coriander. There’s also a slight piquancy which is the pepper (I swear at first there’s also chilli) but otherwise every thing else on top makes it smell like mashed red pollenated flower though this is quite synthetic - not that that should bother you - it’s pretty warm, fuzzy and comforting in the feeling it gives. It’s unisex, more interesting as a choice for men. It’d work for professional occasions but it’s more a personal scent. This is kinda like Woude Boudicca or Slumberhouse Norne - you won’t always want to wear it but you’ll need it in your collection because it just smells just so damn unique!

This is a lovely, easy to wear, fragrance. But I can't work it out. I'm not too good at picking out individual notes, but the impression I get with this scent is 'red' and 'flowers'. Weird to get a colour as an impression - maybe it's some residual suggestion because of the name. Anyway, it smells, to me, like it's a floral based perfume, and yet the listed notes would suggest otherwise. Whatever the actual fragrance constituents, it's a really delightful perfume. It makes me feel summery and light, like I've just been to a wedding and the guests are in the garden enjoying the afternoon sun amongst the flowers - good vibes. Longevity is OK - oversprayed it yesterday and it was noticeable for 5-6 hours and after that a skin scent - but a really beautiful skin scent. Definitely worth checking this one out.

Very complicated and close to skin. Can be choking to others. It transforms a lot through out the day. It has so many layers! One second it it sweet, another super warm, bitter, powdery, tobacco... Like a good opera - very complicated and lots of drama! Like you travelled the world just through one perfume!
