Burning Desire

That's a really nice, good quality perfume. I agree with the comments below it sounds sophisticated ! The opening is citrusy and spicy then the rose comes into play and settles down together with citruses, the third phase which i feel on my skin after some hours is grapefruit with spices. I can't detect raspberry here - probably it blends together with the rose. I think this is predominantly spring summer scent. The longevity is very good especially for this kind of light fresh scents - i sprayed 4 sprays today at 2pm now it's 11 pm and i can still feel it clearly on my skin and even more on clothes, which i haven't even sprayed - it just radiated through. Addressing the comparsion to Babydoll there's a resemblence, but Burning Desire is more airy, less sweet and more citrusy than Babydoll imo. I’m actually layering Delina with Burning Desire to give it more sweetness, when I’m going out, and that combo indeed gives me ysl babydoll vibes.

Very sophisticated summer scent. Beautiful citrus. In line with what Hermés and Chanel would offer. Beautiful grapefruit softened with rose. Lasts well and projects well, for this type of scent. No sweetness. To me, there is a tea accord somewhere.

Absolutely gorgeous! Sparkling and happy. Perfect replacement for discontinued YSl Babydoll, but even better ingredients.

This is refreshing! I wish the cardamom and black pepper didn't fade quite so fast, because the initial spray was fantastic. It's simply bright and citrusy after about 30 minutes, just sweet enough to almost mimic the smell of an actual grapefruit. Not super strong, and turns into a clean musky skin scent after about 4-5 hours. Great for spring and summer.

Bright and zingy grapefruit & bergamot with a soft, lightly sweet rose undercurrent. Very fresh and clean, perfect for hot weather. I concur with @Tsatsenskaya's point; this feels very much Chanel/Hermès, a bit like Gabrielle for the former. Moderate sillage, I expect this scent to last around 5-6 hrs, will be reapplied.

"Let me stand next to your fire...." "Let me stand next to your fire....Let me stand baby... Oh hi! It's you. I was just singing some Jimi Hendrix, because I might as fucking well! Y'know keep myself entertained. The name says this to me. Fire!!! Passion. All that stuff... the perfume says... Nothing burning. Nothing particularly desirable. I'd like to be all melodramatic and leave it there but in truth this is a nice, fruity, floral perfume (sound familiar to the rest of the femmes in this line?) which smells a touch tropical for a moment, the accord even hints at the fleshy, juiciness of mango or something. Ultimately though it's nondescript. Warmed through with musks, it's pleasant but pointless to me. Take a fragrance which is very similar in terms of style, Parle moi de parfums, Chypre Mojo, that thing demands that you take note of it and it's kookiness. This next one is a slightly worse example because the combo with lavender is inspired but....Malle's Music for a while, the pineapple note in that is like syrup, it sticks in my mind and I can't help but be impacted by it. I doubt I'll remember what this smelled like tomorrow. See I'm not apposed to light fruity florals and if that's all this brand wanted to achieve with this release then fine, but I believe hardcore perfume fans will demand a little more. That's By Orlov's market isn't it? I can see these being heavily discounted at some point.
