I really adore this scent for exactly what it is...a $20 bottle. I have very spicy pheromones so I typically go for gourmands with absolutely no musk notes. Most times I have to absolutely stick with perfumes that are vegan and have no amber/ambergris/musk (synthetic or not) as my body will turn any complex fragrance to sickening amount of musk. This little bottle struck my heart immediately upon trying it at Ulta. It opened with a candied lemon scent and dried down fast into a soft, powdery vanilla on my skin. The silage is pretty minimal, as is the longevity. But hey, for a $20 small bottle that can go everywhere with me, I’ll take it! I’ve been searching for a replacement since discovering this little guy is discontinued. Any recommendations are totally welcome! I would like to note that I sometimes wear this alone or with pure vanilla essential oil sitting against my skin. I get compliments left and right wearing this one.

This is a sugar bomb but it's beautiful. It's a linear super-sweet powdery vanilla which makes it sound like countless other fragrances but it's not. It's got a delicate spun-sugar lightness that is different from anything else I have. My only complaint is these tiny bottles with no caps. If they made this in gallon jugs (and I wish they did), I would break the bank to buy it and live in it. Editing to add the performance on this one is turning out to be pretty weak. A couple of hours after spraying and it's barely a skin scent. Might have to rethink my gallon purchase, seeing how fleeting its beauty seems to be.

I’ve loved every Pacifica fragrance I’ve tried and this beauty is no exception! It’s sweet, smoky and magical! It’s a candied vanilla mixed with smoky, dark ash and a touch of airiness. I’ve never smelled anything like it. It’s dark and sexy and oh so sweet! The opening is almost fruity, berry-like, but that quickly fades and the magic happens! And for $20 - WORTH IT!

This is the perfect baby doll head vanilla. It reminds me of opening one of those 90s Cupcake Dolls. Absolutely gorgeous, comforting scent. Was very upset when I found this to be discontinued. You can still get the body mist version of this I think, but it's not the same.

In addition to vanilla and ash, Cosmosis has a very noticeable berry element on me. Upon my initial spray, the berry was actually very strong, and I was a bit disappointed, as a vanilla berry scent is not what I signed up for. The berry did quickly fade allowing the smoky, dusty ash note to come through. At that stage, Cosmosis reminded me a bit of burnt incense, and I was very pleased with the scent. Now, about 45 minutes later I am getting both the berry and ash coming through with the vanilla, but unfortunately, the scent has faded quite a bit, and there is already not much left at all. I wasn't expecting great sillage and lasting power from a Pacifica scent, but next time I apply this, I will blast myself with it like it's a body spray. Overall, Cosmosis is an interesting little vanilla if you go in with the right expectations.

I like this perfume a lot, but the opening definitely feel like you're opening a pack of sour candy. It's a little weird. After it settles down the smoke/ozone come through better which is my favorite part. The vanilla comes through quite well on my skin and that's what lasts most of the day. Not the strongest perfume, but not bad for the price at all.

This instantly made me think of cotton candy 😍 i also get a hint of orange from this, like a dreamsicle.

Cosmosis was a blind buy, but I find it hard to go wrong with any vanilla. This was no exception. It is tooth-achingly sweet to the point of smelling more caramel-like than vanilla-like. The ozonic notes were gone on a flash, making this one heck of a linear fragrance. it did last all day, but the projection is minimal, even within a couple minutes of application, and I applied three or four sprays to my wrists, three behind my neck/hair, and a couple to my chest. I expect more from my fragrances; at minimum, I want to catch whiffs of it as my hair moves. I also don't like the aesthetic of a bottle without a cap. It looks unfinished. Kudos to the all-natural stance, though. However, the bottom line is that lack of projection and the extreme linear-ness of this fragrance are dealbreakers for me, even if I did kinda enjoy the scent itself.

This lasted a really long time on me, albeit close to the skin. It's okay....kinda fruity pebbles, vanilla and cold ash. It's not really what I was looking for, but it's certainly interesting.

Smelled way too much like smoke and ash on my skin, and the vanilla was almost nauseating when paired with that. However, I gave my bottle to my mom and it ended up smelling great on her. Disappointing, but at least taught me that I don't enjoy ash or smoke notes in my perfume.

Agree with the review a couple down that mentions the Berry element. This is ALL berries on me, so much so that I double checked the box to make sure I was sent the correct fragrance. I was expecting a linear vanilla, which I would have been fine with. Maybe with some smokey notes, or even metallic. Instead I smell like a very sweet, generic berry, bordering on purple grapes. My husband said I smell like a jar of jelly. It was a very cheap blind buy, so live and learn, but heed my mistake and don't expect a vanilla scent. This smells cheap on me, like a perfume for a small child.

Thank you SO MUCH Pacifica,for loving animals and being cruelty free!❤️🐶🐣🐭🌸❤️❤️🐱😊❤️🐶💗❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ The scent is sweet like berries and cake,BUT also has this strange bubblegum mixed with rubber (like bike tires) and resin😊 (must be the “ash” ;) I am not saying that the strange note is a negative thing,I actually like it and I feel fascinated by it😊❤️ (I’ve nothing like this on my collection:) The hair and body mist lasts about 2 hours on skin,but there is a lingering of that bubblegum rubber resin smell that hangs around 2 days or so (especially if some of the spray gets on clothing) This layers BEAUTIFULLY with Pacifica‘s Island Vanilla hair and body mist😊🌸💗❤️❤️

This really is sugary vanilla ash. It kind of tickles your nose a bit but not in an unbearable way. It actually lasts really well for how cheap it is. There is a touch of that body spray type artificial sweetness to it but mixed with the cold ashy note it works. I think if it was a warm vanilla that artificial bit would be really sickly. I was trying to figure out what this was reminding me of and I finally figured out it's like you're eating a slice of birthday cake after they've blown out the candles, but multiply that blown out candle smell like 3x. When sprayed on clothes it sticks around for up to 24 hours.

Wow what a wacky set of notes: vanilla, ozone, and ash. Not my typical notes at all but I actually thought this was quite interesting and enjoyable. It didn't work at all on my skin but I enjoyed smelling it from the vial. It reminded me of Ray Bradbury's space-based short stories of rocket men, space travel, Mars, etc. Definitely an interesting take on how outer space might smell like.

When I first got this I thought it was a nice cozy vanilla. Similar to their Island vanilla but more toasty brown sugar vanilla. Now all I smell is fruity pebbles cereal. My bottle must have turned so I'm decluttering from my collection.

Thanks Pixiedust, almost bought this online at Ulta. I'll go for Hardcore Happy and High Vibration maybe the pink one too
