Dux Orientis

This is my vibe lol. Scent is reminiscent of more mature, refined and well-rounded version of Marc-Antoine Barrois B683 where leather notes are replaced with oud. It is a bit heavy, but fresh marine notes compliment it very nicely. IMO it’s the better version of TF Oud Minerale due to more refined ambroxan, oud with balanced fruity notes. I can see reaching for this a lot when wanting something “niche” and oud but also fresh. Also, beast performance. It leaves pleasant marine scent on the clothes, like you were at the beach. Recommend for oud+ambroxanlovers

A woodier deeper fruity version of Orto Parisis - Megamare, so it ́s Calone & Ambrox heavy, so sillage is Enormous & easy fills a room. But also less synthetic and more natural smelling than Megamare. Deeper into the Ocean Century old shipwreck woods and some fruits. It ́s nice. 8 / 10

I understanf the comparision to megamare, but this is the better version, more fruitty, more natural, i cant stan the synthetic smell of algae on megamare, this is better quality

I love the opening of this: a fresh spicy oud with hints of marine freshness. I do think this fragrance would suit a man better than woman. The performance is really good. A well crafted warm weather fragrance for oud lovers.

Oh no no no this is not my vibe...First one of the Pana Dora's that I really don't like. It smells like an old leather shoe shop with minerals. After a while it smells like tar and glue. It's just very weird in my opinion and I even like Oud Minerale by Tom Ford but this stinks on the skin. Looking at the notes, I thought that this was going to be fruity citruses with mature oud, but not getting any of that. Unfortunately lasts a VERY long time. Not my favorite.

this to me smells like a fruity, toned down version of grand musk. Not bad but not a massive fan of grand musk to begin with my rating 7.5/10

On my skin, this is a darker version of megamare. No fruits, just dark ocean seaweed, ambroxian, and some slightly off-putting oud. Borderline scrubber. Nuclear performance, and not for me at all. I wanted a fruitier, easy-going megamare. What I got is cold dark ocean waters, a shipwreck with dark driftwood scattered around, and an almost black sky over the ocean. Buy the smallest sample you can, because you won't need too many sprays to test this. Do not blind buy!

Strong funky/manure like oud. I like oud but this is a bit too fecal. That said, best longevity of the six or so Pana Dora fragrances I've worn.
