Forever Love

Same deal as Roja 1819, I ended up finding a great deal on Forever Love and decided to go "against" my decant experience. MY REVIEW FROM A BOTTLE: Different from Sedley, this is no minty/ambroxan focused fragrance. Rather an astringent citrus blast that perseveres through the life of this great wearing fruity fragrance. Orange smell for sure, but in no way redundant with, for example, Aqua de Dora and Afternoon Swim - the latter being a much more aquatic orange fruit smell. This isn't the easiest citrus to wear, but definitely appeals to me. An easy grab for warmer weather but, really a fall daily wear. Strong enough to push through the day while fresh enough for an office wear for example at a more relaxed setting. Ended up paying ~$110 for full bottle, so the cost-benefit was awesome. My experience was elevated from the actual bottle, and unlike the person below me, I don't find unimaginative, nor anyway too sweet ("rotten mango?") I'm yet to try a miss from the company, from fresh to heavy. Worth the sample if you're looking for something like this. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- MY REVIEW FROM A DECANT: Performance on me was around the 6h mark in longevity and projection is okay for a clean scent like this. Very fresh, clean, even somewhat soapy with light fruits that will give you a perfumed scent bubble for sufficient time (considering the scent profile). Smells very much like Sedley to me with more fruits and has about the same performance. It's quite redundant to own both, but rather a beautiful presentation for both. This reminds me slightly of Aqua de Dora in the far opening but not redundant - tired of comparisons with Tygar and its DNA - this nor ADD smell like Tygar. This would definitely be a better pickup for around $100 but finding it for $140 is not too bad either - very easy-going and a great overall three-season fragrance. I would lever pull this one out during winter nor during the night to be honest. Just know you're getting a fragrance that will perfume you without being intrusive. This won't get you any attention from afar.

Now this is nice. A fruity, uplifting fragrance with a lovely amber backbone. I was worried it might be too sweet and although it does carry a sweetness to it, I don’t find it too much, probably because it’s so well blended. The tangerine and grapefruit up top really pop in quite a photorealistic way which balances the sweetness with a certain sharpness. As it dries, its complexity shines with a melding of slightly tropical and warm notes, all held together by the amber that adds depth and structure. Unisex leaning slightly masculine. It’s wonderfully done and I can see why it gets such high ratings. It’s likened below to several different fragrances and I can see why. Its complexity lends itself to elements of those mentioned whilst not being exactly like any of them. If you want to imagine what it’s really like, I’d say it’s a more complex and fruity version of Afternoon Swim (I’m saying certain elements of this remind me of that fragrance, not that they are the exactly the same before I’m shot down). Certainly in the same ball park. This is going to be great in the summer when I go to Mykonos. I think it’s really classy which is a surprise as I was worried it might be too much, too sickly or too brash. Performance is decent too. With great staying power and a nice amount of projection. Excellent work and a rare blind buy success.

It's finally summer. It's 30 degrees outside. I put on a T-shirt and sit outside an ice cream parlor. In front of me on the table is a large sundae with delicious mango and melon ice cream. There are also some fresh melon pieces on the ice cream as a topping. I've ordered a glass of water with a few slices of lemon floating in it. I take a big sip and am immediately refreshed by this lovely citrusy taste. I lean back and look around. Next to me is a beautiful, lush meadow of flowers with all kinds of different blossoms shining brightly in the sun. A smile is on my lips. I enjoy this beautiful moment and close my eyes. The sun is shining on my face. This is perfect, I think to myself... But unfortunately, beautiful moments are fleeting. I quickly finish my glass of water and eat the lemon slices. There's not much left of my sundae either. A few remnants of melted melon ice cream still cover the bottom of the cup. A dark cloud slowly creeps in front of the sun and I feel the urge to leave. When the bill arrives, I have to swallow. Quite expensive for such a short pleasure.

So far the best fruity perfume I have come across, considering that I usually don't like this family. This one is not "chemical", doesn't resemble shower gel, shampoo, chewing gum or dessert. Not girly, not childish, just calmly positive, soft, but juicy and rich. Nectary-sweet, but not cloying. Some other Pana Dora perfumes have sharp modern synthetic amber/woody base, but not here, fortunately. The melon note here is wonderful, very natural, does not turn into shower gel, as often happens with others. I also clearly notice geranium, it works so well, grounds and adds "nobility", so to speak. The combination of fruits with fougere notes gives a very pleasant iridescent duochrome effect. Personally, I find it works better on skin. The buttery texture of the mango blends into the skin, creating a very nice creamy effect. But on paper or fabric, it can be a bit dry. Perfectly unisex. Very pleasant and safe, but with a twist.

Pretty good! Like, it hits you with this burst of freshness that's seriously top-notch. You can tell they didn't skimp on the quality here, as expected from this house. However, the opening is kinda different from Aqua de Dora, but as it settles in, it's leans more and more towards the original scent. Additionally, the opening has a feminine flair to it, no doubt with a hint of that Sedley charm from Parfums de Marley. Performance-wise, it's decent, but it's no marathon runner. If you're looking for a fresh, unisex scent with a touch of complexity, this one's worth a try. Just don't expect it to last through the afterparty. Guaranteed to lift your mood, no ifs, ands, or buts. I'm itching to rock this at a pool party, with the sun blazing, channeling those Ibiza vibes like nobody's business.

This one smells amazing! Imagine Tygar mixed LV afternoon swim with added fruits that smells very natural. It Lasts a good 4-6 hours with moderate performance. Overall, I love this one and understand with the naturals used it’s not going to be a beast but it does its thing. I’m trying to find it at discounters but it’s looking like I may have to pay discounted retail. Definitely sample worthy. Tangerine note mixed with that mango 🥭 is GOAT status. Edit: Performance is on par or slightly better then LV afternoon swim. Between the two I’d pick this. Less than half the price of the LV and adds a few more notes to improve the the DNA.

I'm in love with this stuff I cannot glaze it hard enough Every single note is balanced perfectly It lasts 14 hours on my skin Sillage is pretty huge while not at all overpowering the bottle is gorgeous Uplifting, fun, sexy, incredible, soothing and complex scent Perfect perfume, can't get enough of it My daily Signature scent. The only 10/10 Summer perfume I know Btw Aqua de Dora is EXCELLENT - but not quite as good as this, and they're NOT similar. Unless you think everything citrus smells the same idk vro... It's not like Bvlgari tygar either >:( grrr

Ok I changed my mind about this brand - somehow first time I sampled everything all of them seemed too much, but now a few are a clear love, and Forever Love is one of them (no pun intended). Intense zingy bright citrus with a lasting power - lovely for summer. Scandic and Aqua de Dora are on par with this one Skadi is also lovely but really feels like a dupe of Guidance... Dorasima is a nice bright floral with lots of orange blossom, rose, and violet Moonlight is a delicious chocolaty gourmand that is not sweet Emanuele I’m still on the fence about

I just got this in, brought it to the office (I was the only one here) and sprayed it once in the break room. My first thought was "this smells just like Mefisto from Xerjoff". I came back from the restroom and I smelled it from the front door back to the break room. This stuff is STRONG, one of the strongest warm weather fragrances I've come across. I liked Mefisto but it was too fleeting so I ended up giving it away to a friend. Forever Love is a stronger, more well-blended version of Mefisto and I'm liking it so far.

Beautiful citrus summer scent. I tried a 2ml sample, will definitely get a full bottle. Aqua de Dora is like the cool older brother to Forever Love (the cute little sister). I love Aqua de Dora, but I love the sweetness from Forever Love more, and the cool/dark aspect of Aqua de Dora reminds me of Giorgio Armani Acqua di Giò Homme Eau De Toilette, although Aqua de Dora obviously has way better longevity.

It's afternoon swim, if afternoon swim had any depth and base at all - but better either way. The sharp orange vibe is there, but so much more. However, if you only want that AS musky orange thing, this isn't for you. This is a spicy musky orange ginger scent with a woody complex base. It's actually fantastic. Having smelled and worn both AS and this, this wins big. For me. Quality smells on par easily.

Photorealistic orange softened by some woods and fruity notes. Extremely natural and uplifting, mostly bitter but with some sweet nuances. I sprayed this at a techno party in a basement that was absolutely sweltering. People around me noticed and kept approaching me telling me how good I smell. I think the perfume cut through the heat, smoke and body odor really well.

This is very nice. Opens citrusy and slightly aromatic and as time goes on the melon, mango, amber and tonka bean really shines. Nothing groundbreaking but nevertheless, a really nice high quality spring and summer fragrance. Would take this over a lot of other niche summer fragrances.

Let me start by saying, this BANGS! The Tangerine and Grapefruit dance in tune with the Melon and Mango, while the Vetiver and Amber can be seen clapping and cheering them on in the background. It’s a 10/10 fruity summer fragrance which is just so masterfully blended. Recommended!

Not sure how to describe this juice, I love it. If I can say, it is citrus and a bit green but yet sweet - it is balanced in a very smooth way - every sniff is different 😂 not sure why I smell tea in it! wearable all year (maybe you need a warmer one for winter). This is a gem

A hidden gem... This stuff is truly incredible. The concoction of fruits and florals really shines. It's a feel-good fragrance. @DShadow describes it perfectly. I'm super impressed with all of the Pana Dora offerings I've tried up until now. I think they'll go far.

Ultimate summer scent with an intimate sillage. 6 to 8hr lasting citrus heaven. Feels like you're walking into a citrus garden surrounded by flowers in the background. Truly unisex.

Amazing, Lavender, bergamot and lemon are the main players. I feel like im on a paradise field with sweet lemons around me on a hot weather. Gorgeous fragrance!

It has the same mouth watering juicy quality of Afternoon Swim but goes in a different direction with more green, fresh spicy and floral notes.

Citrus Zest explosion. So natural smelling ingredients and the Ginger comes thru and gives it a sting. Lovely! 8 / 10

This is what I wanted afternoon swim to smell like. Fantastic summer citrus. Pana Dora is for real.

So I ran a side by side with Pana Dora Aqua De Dora, LV Afternoon Swim, Sospiro Vibrato and Pana Dora Forever Love and here's what I found. Of the 4, Forever Love is the closest to Afternoon Swim. The people down-voting that it's not have clearly never compared them. Also, Vibrato stands apart from the others the most. The Ginger is very prominent in Vibrato where the others are more Citrus. Aqua De Dora is sharper with the lemon peel and you get hints of cashmere. Forever Love is alot of tangerine/orange with slight nuances of Lavender and Orange Blossom and Neroli but you gotta search for it. Afternoon Swim is the same type of Orange with slight differences but overall extremely close. All are great scents but if you have Afternoon Swim you can skip this and if you have Tygar, Aqua De Dora or Vibrato you only need one. Personally Vibrato stands out the most of that trio. Of the 4 I like Aqua De Dora because it adds pieces of all of them. Forever Love performance is crap too.

so this is like a dirtier afternoon swim. this smells like afternoon swim if they used a slightly spoiled orange instead of a fresh one. its still that "swimming pool" scent that afternoon swim has tho but with an underlying earthy note which is most likely coming from the vetiver since the earthy note never goes away. i will however say that IN THE AIR, this smells almost exactly like afternoon swim. this project a lot more and the longevity is much better. i dont get much imagination from this. i can only assume other people are saying that because of the vetiver earthiness to this might come off similar to the tea note of imagination. this is really good but its only worth it if you are getting it at a discounted price. i got this for $130 and for that price, considering its almost 1/3rd the price of LV, i'd say its worth it. will definitely be wearing it this summer :)

It's such a shame that performance SUCKS on this one... The scent is absolutely fantastic! It's juicy, fresh and mature. Definitely a new take on the Tygar DNA and a bit different to Aqua de Dora but it does not stick at all to my skin. We're talking about 1-2 hours maximum and then it's gone, not even a skin scent. Don't know if I got a bad batch or something. If performance was better, I would've bought a full bottle instantly.

Citrus bomb with grapefruit being the main character. Uplifting and great for hot days. Not as long lasting as most reviews say. You will go nose blind to it, but still, it will smack you on the face now and then, even more if you are active like in the gym or doing any kind of high intensity activity. Average performance. Try it on a 5 ml decant

Very pleasant. Fresh, with a hint of wood. Slightly reminds me of Creed Green Irish Tweed. However, it might come out as too strong or... intensely the same for some. It doesn't really develop much on the skin - and basically stays a citrusy, woody, slightly floral scent during the entire wear. 4/5.

This is a much fruitier more citrusy and juicy aqua de dora. therefore, it seems more feminine to me, or rather more unisex. I like it, perfect for spring/summer.

this brand seems to be a big disappointment, one release after the other. absurd prices, sickly sweet releases, lack of originiality as they simply copy other creations..how far will you stray off pana dora? anyways this one is no exception..a sickly sweet rotten mango smell, pass.

this really reminds me of Creed MI, with that musky iris and citrus combo. The melon is juicy in the opening but is fleeting. Compared to Creed's MI performance this is a better value. I like the fruits in this composition more compared to MI.

I saw all the good reviews about this and when I got my decant I was disappointed. To me this smells like dusty herbs, mixed with a bit citrus. Doesnt last or project...

Just got this in today and gave it a first whif. Someone below mentioned orange tang.... Unfortunately there is a distinctive note in the background that definitely conveys that all too familiar orange powder. So far that component is chemically and abrasive and I find it very off-putting. Will report back after a full wear but for anyone looking for something in this wheel house I'd check out Vibrato instead. Much much safer. Update: unfortunately the "tang" doesn't dissipate, expect a persistent bitterness if you happen to be sensitive to it. I'd recommend trying the Aqua de Dora if you're shopping around for this one. They are very very similar.

Way Overrated and Overpriced. So boring, Weak AF. Smells like Tang the orange drink and headache inducing. I am convinced most these reviews are paid. Sillage and projection is non existent. Skin scent within literally minutes.

I recently received my Pana Dora sample set and tried this as the first fragrance to test, given the reviews and the fact that this seems like one of the more original PD fragrances. From the outset, the quality of this fragrance is apparent and it transitions quite smoothly over time. It opens with a sparkling citrus and floral burst, heavy on the tangerine and bergamot. After about 30 minutes the florals take a back seat and a creaminess starts to come through, likely the tonka. This citrus and creamy tonka give this a sort of orange soda/orange sherbert vibe which I found quite nice and original. In the late dry down the citrus starts to fade and the woodiness starts to emerge, leaving a sweet creamy wood fragrance. Altogether the scent is addictive and incredibly smooth throughout. Id say this is unisex. The sillage and longevity were only moderate. Perhaps a real bottle with maceration would improve that. While I haven't truly worn all the samples yet, I have smelled them all and must say they all appear incredibly high quality. While many are very reminiscent of other fragrances (promise, the moon, sweetie aoud come to mind), they all appear spectacularly blended. Very impressed with Ibrahim's work so far. I plan to write reviews of XVI, Grand Musk, Moonlight, and Aqua Di Dora as well. Highly recommend the sample set if you are into luxury niche fragrances.

Beautiful fragrance... I'm always sensitive to unisex that can lean feminine and this is is mostly cirtrus without being too fruity / floral like to lean more feminine. To me this is a fresh cologne type scent, leans slightly masculine. So for the scent profile it's perfect. Unfortunately on my skin this only last 2-3 hours so it's a pass for me. If you're looking for a strong freshy with some balls, check out Orchestra. That one is bergamot/pear/oud + some herbs like cardamom and rosemary to keep things interesting... I'll be getting a full bottle of that... I was hoping Forever Love had some similar longevity that Orchestra had, but unfortunately not. Edit - I tried this again and layered it on top of a strong ambergris base (Ambre Supreme) which really helped this scent to stick around 5-6 hours.... so I think this is something I may end up buying a full bottle of to layer with after I finish my 5ml sample because I love the scent profile so much.

Perhaps I am an outlier, but to me this is closer to Imagination than it is to Afternoon Swim. Either way it's an extremely clean and expensive smelling fragrance that is definitely worth trying if you are a fan of either of those two. When Maxaroma puts this on sale (like today) it's closer to $130 after using a 10 percent off code. At that price I think it's a great deal and FB worthy. Not to mention Pana Dora bottles are really unique and have great presentation. I personally would not pay the $250 plus when it is at normal price.

damn pana dora doesn't miss. I am absolutely in love with this brand and this scent is another reason to fall in love with them. This opens as an absolute blast of orange citrusy smell and as it develops it gains this incredible floral scent that pairs so beautifully with the orange and creates such a unique, unisex and amazing fragrance. There is also a slight fresh aspect to this however the beautiful smell of a rich juicy orange paired with the most pretty freshly picked flowers is the star of the show on this one. 9.4/10

Nice ripe citrus with a fairly anchored backbone coming from the vetiver I guess. It has some bite - but not nearly as piercing as say, Tygar. This is slightly sweeter, softer and less intense. For a citrus, it seems to be fairly complex. The performance is fantastic in my opinion - and it seems to jump off your skin. This is my first scent from this house - and I’m pleasantly surprised. This is definitely an easy grab for most summer days.

Man this scent love at 1st sniff. Its so juicy and dry at the same time the only problem is the longevity of this stuff is crap. After 4 hrs i smell nothing and i spray heavy with this one. Wish it was cheaper because id definitely buy it but for that lasting power i personally dont think it's worth it

This fragrance smells like a mash up of few fragrances like LV’s afternoon swim + PDM’s sedley the (effervescent aspect) and parts of ingenious ginger with a hint of mango and other fruits The person below probably is a troll. Tang? Really Karen? 🙄🫸🏼
