Opuluxe

The type of musks used in this house are very unique with depth it's consistent in a lot of the scents of Panadora, this has a resemblance to Ganymede, but it's more sophisticated and way more dimensional. This is a awesome house for winter fragrances they have some best and deepest musk and woods in their fragrances. The bottle and atomisers are awesome. I would layer together with Supernova from Gritti for this type of scent profile for a even better experience.

Very unique, very masculine, very bold and well done. Woods with softening from suede and spices (but the refined types). For more casual occasions and older men. For winter and spring only the day time when it’s above 5-7C. Outumn perfect fit. I never smelled something similar. Really original scent. I love it.

Man i just love this. This really is an incredible fragrance and ive never smelt anything like it. Beautiful woods with spices yet its not particularly a spicy perfume. Id put this easily in my Top 10 Of All Time and definitely one to check out

As a ganymede lover i needed something new in the same direction, its a bit more sicy and not that metalic, super long lasting ,,,, one of the best frags ever

This is not an ordinary scent. Opuluxe is a unisex fragrance that is leaning slightly masculine with mineral and aromatic notes being the most dominant to my nose. It is one of the scents that opens rather masculine, but becomes more unisex as it dries down. As far as I can remember the closest perfume that Opuluxe reminds me of would be Marc Antoine Barrois Ganymede or Ganymede Extrait, but I may be wrong as I have tried Ganymede a long while back and may not remember the exact smell that well. Opuluxe will be perfect for fall and spring and can be worn during the day and for nights out because this is a perfume that is not very dense, but does have noticable sillage. I recommend everyone who enjoys scents with mineral notes or Ganymede to try Opuluxe. On my very cool skin the longevity and sillage are moderate, but I can see this performing really well on someone whose skin wares perfume well for the most part. I will definitely be trying this on my husband. Update: Opuluxe actually performs really well on clothes. It is third day and I can still smell it on my bath robe with light sillage.

Very similar to ganymede, personally i still prefer bois imperial

Both metallic and warm at once; an odd combination. This house often smells very perfumey to me, and this one is no exception. The saffron announces itself immediately, joined by a sweet osmanthus. The name suggests a fusion of opulent and luxe; yet it never truly conveys that feeling. Instead, it leans more towards cacophony: notes jumping out from every direction with little cohesion. I usually love complex fragrances, but here the complexity feels overwhelming rather than intriguing. Tag(s): sweet saffron, cacophony, warm metallic

Starts off absolutely wonderful, sweet, complex, beautiful, warm. The drydown unfortunately turns into insect repellent.

So yes this does remind me of Ganymede in the sense that it wears clean and mineralic. But, this is nothing like Ganymede at the same time so don't think it's the same. This wears dry. It has a scent that reminds me of walking into a crafts store with a slightly sweet dry staw bales smell. The more it dries the closer to Ganymede it gets but, still quite different from opening through midù. I get a soft herbal Mate tea accord that's not listed. The Osmanthus is coming through quite a bit but it's ultimately overshadowed by the Saffron which is at the forefront. After about 30 minutes Saffron becomes the main player. Mineralic, Leathery Saffron. A clean, mineralic scent at this point great for everyday use. Good performance overall but not as strong as Ganymede. If you already have Ganymede it's probably going to be redundant for you to buy this unless your a fan of the type of fragrance and appreciate different ways it's built.
