Naks-I Dil

Reviewing a bottle from 2024. Naks-I-Dil was launched in 2020. Naks-I-Dil is a beautiful floral perfume oil that comes in an adorable 10ml bottle. The name translated from Turkish means imprint on the soul. This opens with rich citrus mostly bergamot soon followed by Ylang-ylang and mildly indolic jasmine. The iris, hyacinth and violet play a supporting role with no apparent powderiness. The subtle base of aromatic woods, musk and amber add depth. It is not sweet or powdery. Quality - very good. Feminine Performance - decent spillage despite being an oil Not as long lasting as expected. This could be improved. Luscious and rich citrus musk floral. What it may lack in unique or modern blending it gains in quality and easy appeal for those who love florals. 7.5/10

This perfume reflects to me a person with a very strong character! The opening is sweet and citrusy with bergamot-mandarin orange. But after about a minute, the woody notes kick in and it's like a freshly cut piece of dry and slightly smoky pine. The projection is strong, which I like. As it dries, it turns into a mix of mandarin orange, wood and quite a lot of dark iris and orris. The woody notes are nicely blended and give it an edge without being overwhelming. You'll notice the different notes throughout the day, which is why I love pure perfume. It's unique, sexy and the attention to detail is perfect. This is definitely made for all of humanity and you can use it in dry, cold weather.
