Pineapple Vintage Intense

Okay okay, maybe not the the king, but it is certainly mopping the floor in several categories that Aventus failed in. Of course this is all opinionated and this review may be attacked by the Aventus community, but I do urge all users -- especially Aventus users -- to give PVI an honest shot and an open mind. Aventus's jealous, little brother PVI picks up on the shortcomings of Aventus's longevity and compliments from the opposite gender, while shooting out more layers of pineapple all around. As far as CDNI goes, I love CDNI from being a cheap Aventus substitute, but PVI hits closer to Aventus's home and starts playing big bad wolf. Opening and middle notes you will be hammered with that pineapple freshness. Opening is a bit harsh, in my opinion, but give it a few minutes to dry. Upon some hours of dry-drown you will start to get a woody musk still accompanied by the pineapple. You think pineapple would be obvious through-and-through if a product is named "Pineapple Vintage", but you would be surprised on how many other colognes brag about a certain note that is only noticeable during opening OR a period of dry-down. I do want to note: you almost "need" the Intense version, but let me get into that with performance. Here is where PVI starts to catch up and pass Aventus....performance. Longevity: above average and then some. Projection: above average. Notice I do not need to rant or rave about the performance, as Creed has started losing its touch in performance of Aventus (and other fragrances). Where Creed fails in projection and lasting power, PVI only needs a slight push to pop on over. Now, I had bad luck with my batch of CDNI for performance, but I do believe CDNI has better performance between the three. This next part is a bit hard as for choosing occasions and seasons with PVI. Aventus and CDNI I believe can be pulled off year-round if done properly, but due to the extra bit of freshness on the opening and middle note of PVI, PVI will suffer a bit in the Winter and possibly Fall. Other than that, feel free to pull this bad boy out 24/7 during Spring and Summer, and reap the benefits! Lastly, here is where not only does PVI kick dust into Aventus, but PVI brings out a shovel and starts throwing dirt. Compliments from the opposite gender are now ZERO problem! That is right; where Aventus had some issues getting your woman to love it, PVI will swoon her. That isn't saying much, as CDNI also kicks Aventus in the shin as far as compliments from women, but PVI just scoffs and rolls with the odds. This is probably the biggest win over Aventus and its overpriced scent DNA. If I am going to pay hundreds then I better get many compliments instead of an "yeah it's okay" or "it is alright". I am not saying Aventus won't get raving reviews from women, but all women I know have liked PVI on me over Aventus (as well as many unsolicated compliments). IMPORTANT SHIPPING NOTE: There are many reviews that both PVI and/or Parfum Vintage for their long shipping times and customer service. I have not attempted to contact heir customer service, but let me make an observation about the shipping. There is a note or two at different points on certain Parfum Vintage products that bottling and shipping is not done immediately. These products are shipped out in waves, so please read the product and confirmation pages carefully before expecting your product to arrive quick. Also, I did not have any issues with a leaking bottle, but I know some users have had some complaints with this. Overall, I know I bashed Aventus much this review, but it cannot sustain the title of "king" when there are clones (to name a couple) like PVI and CDNI that can get the job done and arguably do it better. PVI simply performs better, grabs the compliments better, and may even garner your love more than Aventus. Do not get me wrong; no cologne out there smells exactly like Aventus, so do not buy PVI thinking you just bought a cheaper, better Aventus. PVI is very cose to Aventus and in my testings (and preference) better than Aventus, but it is not an exact replica of Aventus. All in all, Creed has to step up their performance if they want a non-biased love for Aventus, as Parfum Vintage came in hard to grab not only Aventus lovers' attention but also the attention of the women. PVI will be the first on my official reviews to gain the coveted "loved" category over the liked and disliked scents. I do highly recommend this fragrance and give it a chance if you are a young man leading anywhere up to or around an older man. It is a unique and a compliment-grabber contender to Aventus without the pricetag of Aventus. Unless you have a hard on and the need for Aventus, PVI will pay in dividends.

Okay, I have deleted my previous review. I checked my bottles, and they are from 2016 and 2017, not 2018. So, my earnest apology; I have not been blessed with the displeasure of sniffing the "shit" smell you are all getting. However, as an aside, chew on this ... I have a 2016 decant of Creed Aventus that has a strange shit smell to it when I smell the sprayer, but disappears once it hits the skin. Man, I don't know what is going on! None of my other Creed Aventus years do that, and I had never noticed it before. Strange. Anyway, I then decided to head over to Parfums Vintage's website to buy another bottle of Pineapple Vintage Intense, and lo and behold, there are NO 100ml bottles available until September! Folks, I would wager to guess that they have finally realized that there is a serious issue here and they are working on said issue. Again, my sincere apology for my earlier review. I thought I had a newer bottle but didn't. That being said, I have Rasasi Zebra, Armaf Club De Nuit Intense, 2017 Parfums Vintage, and the 2016 Creed Aventus here beside me. I just did a blind smell test for the first time with the most-awesome wife, and she chose them in the following order of favorite to least favorite. 1. Creed Aventus (2016) 2. Rasasi Zebra 3. Parfums Vintage (2017) 4. Armaf Club De Nuit Intense Man (She said this one was too lemony) Take care, all, and I will be editing this review in September after the new 100ml bottle release from Parfums Vintage goes into effect. Fingers crossed that the DNA has been repaired and returned to its former, juicy and insatiable, glory! UPDATE as promised: YES, the opening smells bad, but not like "shit," as most reviewers are saying; it is, most definitely, like a foot, literally. It is the strangest scent from any house I have ever put my nose to. It mellows out and down to what it is supposed to be after about 3 minutes and 45 seconds per spray. Odd, this is. NONE of the other flankers do this. Lastly, as someone else suggested, put it in the refrigerator, the cold takes it down a notch, and the foot smell only lasts about 30 seconds. Sad, that this has occurred. UPDATE #2: I bought a bottle of Beyond Noir at Labor Day, and I got the special, which included two decants, on of them being the new Intense Gold. NOTE: The opening to Intense Gold smells of foot also! What in blue hell is Damien Stammers doing over there?

I'm so excited to review the rollercoaster of emotions with this fragrance and other "clones". I just wanna add I have never smelled any batch of the original Aventus Creed if that lowers any credibility of this review. I also wanna say I have smelled so many clones that include 1. Alexandria Fragrances version 2. Dua's version 3. Club de nuit intense men 4. Mont Blanc explorer 5. L'Aventure Al Haramain That being said none of them are identical clones of the real deal but are a close enough wannabe from what I've seen others say. I can truly say after smelling all of them I also just asked myself "Thats it?'. It never made me drool, and I just kept telling myself I wouldn't buy anymore fragrances with identical DNA or wannabes because I just couldn't see the hype, until smelling this one. Day 1: When it came in the mail I decided lets see if this one is a failure like the others and sprayed it on my hand. At the first initial blast you get a huge pineapple and I have never smelled it on any other clone from before. It intrigued me, and for once I was amazed at how it smelled. Throughout the day I kept getting whiffs and while I wasn't amazed I thoroughly enjoyed it and I felt relief that I didn't have to sell this one like the others. Day 2: It was my work day, and while I thought it was a bit risky to wear something I wasn't 100% inlove with (not yet atleast) I talked myself into spraying myself with it. I did 3 sprays and again the first initial spray I got a huge burst of pineapple. I enjoyed it much more than my first wearing to the point I kept smelling my forearm consistently. A few hours in I was catching whiffs and I WAS HOOKED. Day 3: After wearing it to work the day prior, I decided I just wanted to wear it again to make sure I wasn't just dreaming because the previous "clones" let me down so much. Nothing new happened but I enjoyed it the more I smelled it and ended the day with 3 compliments which is insane for me because I don't get them often. Now I am by no means a professional fragrance expert. I have around 30 fragrances in my collection, and I can say this has easily climbed to my top 5. Again I have never smelled the original Aventus or any batches. Regardless if this is anything like the original aventus just WOW. This is absolutely incredible. Definitely recommend getting a sample for anyone who has doubts. Rating: 8.25/10

I received my Pineapple Vintage Intense from Parfums Vintage today and, having "classic/original" and Noir already, and loving both, I needed to get to that Intense! First impression? From the notes breakdown it seems they removed birch from the opening notes and blackcurrant leaf from the heart. It is definitely different than "classic" to a noticeable degree (as is the improved sprayer). This Intense is NOT nearly as pineapple-centric as its predecessors (that I love by the way). I want to say that initially this is a better clone of an average bottle of Aventus, but we're tired of those cliched comparisons so I won't. What I will say is that the fresh and/or roasted pineapple accord of original Pineapple Vintage and even smoke-infused Noir, is not dominant, it is subdued here, riding shotgun while the base notes drive this fragrance. The scent is a level more dense than its parent(s). Richer, more mature and serious. Where "original" painted a great two dimensional picture of golden ripe pineapple in its opening and mid, this Intense is a balanced and maybe even more linear 3-D image to behold. Impressive juice! Need all three though? I was expecting that to be easy to answer. It's not! These Parfums Vintages are all similar to each other to a high enough degree to act as backup bottles of a sort to each other, yet they're actually different enough to be worthy of individual consideration on their own merit. Not unlike different batches of Aventus might be. So, yeah, you COULD buy 'em all and not feel like they were redundant purchases. That's where I'm coming from any way. But I'd like more time with all three, to have a vintage orgy, before I make any such formal recommendations here although I already feel I personally want, need, all three in my collection/repertoire. I URGE others less familiar to buy a discounted (or two or more non-discounted) three-fragrance-sample set. Not only are the sizes pretty liberal but this approach will be very useful in decision making and I am confident those new to these scents will have a great time trying and comparing and contrasting them all.

I got a sample in January with the Emperor Extrait and Vanilla Intense. I have to say that I was surprised that these 3 different offerings were all very different in their own way. It was PV Intense which I've heard so much about and finally made me go on the website for a sample and the Emperor caught my eye as it appeared to be the new one as I've not seen any reviews anywhere about that one and the most expensive by far. I got a 100ml bottle in February for $119 on their website. PV Intense is not what I imagined because from the first spritz it is a natural almost photo realistic pineapple note. The interesting aspect is that it doesn't just die off like it does in Creed Aventus which is more on the woody citrus side. With the Pineapple comes in layers but certainly doesn't feel synthetic so there must be a healthy does of Bergamot under pinning the Pineapple accord. I sense a little Black currant to keep it juicy and also some vibrancy - perhaps Juniper or camphorous uplifting note humming under everything else which gives it a sparkling effect and not a sour flat note. The birch is well balanced and there is just enough Patchouli to provide a woody balance but the beauty of the Pineapple is the centre stage here with the woods playing second fiddle. This reminds me of a 2015 or 2016 Aventus batch and is certainly stronger than a 2018 Aventus bottle that I bought and sold very quickly. I'm not sure what Creed are doing but the complexity of Aventus has long ago been gutted from the composition from when it was GREAT. Overall I'd say that PV Intense is versatile and I could see myself wearing it in all seasons except for winter. It's almost signature scent worthy 9/10 scent profile 10/10 value 8/10 versatility Conclusion: I prefer Emperor Extrait but PV Intense is their best value offering as I'm sure that there will be plenty of people who have never tried the old Aventus batches which Emperor gets very close to. In it's own right PV Intense is 9/ 10

I no longer own this, but when I did I absolutely loved it! I know Aventus has been through many batch variations, but the samples that I’ve tried have all had this airy, musky fruity/pineapple opening that smells absolutely incredible. Out of the many Aventus-inspired fragrances I’ve tried through the years, this is the only one that has captured that essence (that’s including several other Parfums Vintage offerings). That’s not to say PVI is the perfect dupe, there are aspects of Aventus that it does not capture, specifically the mossiness, and to a lesser extent the smokiness that some batches possess (the smokiness is here, but toned down). However, for the opening that I described, this one is it. For those who care, I believe that this component is the secret behind the compliment-inducing magic of Aventus. PVI garnered me more compliments than any other clone or fragrance that gets linked to the Aventus DNA. L’aventure, CDNIM, Cedrat Boise, Hacivat, Hacivaz, Brasilia 13zz01, Barrett’s Valhalla Cologne, Jo Milano High Roller, Pineapple Vintage Limited 29... the list goes on. None of them have come close the garnering the same amount of positive attention that this did while I owned a bottle. To be fair, a few of those were just samples, so PVI obviously got more full wearings, but most I had/have full bottles of. Performance (at least with my bottle - purchased in 2017) was fantastic. On more than one occasion I received a compliment the moment that I walked into a room (I worked in a nursing home back then, so the rooms were standard size), so projection was loud but not overwhelming/heavy. Longevity wise, I’d easily get through a full workday. Final thoughts (based on my experience with the initial batch): You’d be hard pressed to find a better alternative for the fruity-batches of Aventus. Scent, performance, compliments - Pineapple Vintage Intense nailed it.

My samples finally arrived and here are my thoughts..... Before I start - important to note some context: - Whilst I'm familiar with Aventus, I haven't tried any other clones so can't compare PVI to others - My wife has very kindly budgeted to get me 120ml Aventus for my upcoming birthday (lucky me) PVI is very, very similar to Aventus. Side by side you can just about tell a slight difference, however on its so own, I doubt anyone would be able to dismiss it as a clone. Side by side I ended up choosing Aventus. Impossible to tell to what extent I had already made my decision before even smelling - whether I simply wanted to like Aventus more. I did the "blind test" with my wife. She smelt straight after spraying, after 10 mins and after 30 mins. She chose PVI every time. Minimal difference between the two - I would say PVI starts off more citrusy / sweet (not necessarily in a bad way - not in a good way - simply different) and ends up more smokey - at least vs the Aventus batch I had a sample of. It also projected a bit more - both had similar longevity. Aventus was a bit more smooth in its transition. They were so similar that I opted for PVI. Why? 1) She is the one I ultimately want to impress with my fragrance and she preferred PVI 2) Had I got Aventus, because of the price I would have used a lot more sparingly. I'm glad that as a result of choosing PVI, I will use it a lot more 3) For the same price of 120ml Aventus (really hard to get discounted), I'll be able to get 100ml of PVI.....and 120ml of Creed GIT, which is easier to get "discounted". So the way I see it, I get two for one and still get a Creed out of it. Can't wait for my PVI to arrive - so excited that I feel like a child again UPDATE: I've had PVI for a few weeks now and I can't get enough of it. Am always going to have to have a bottle of this - seriously good juice

This isn't Aventus, let's just get that out in the open straight off. There's a bit more complexity, opulence, and caliber with Aventus. Acknowledging that, Pineapple Vintage Intense gets you about 90% of the way there for less than 1/3 the cost. Comparing this to the 2017 and 2018 batches of Aventus I have in decants, I can see no reason to recommend someone buy a bottle of Aventus for $300 over a bottle of PVI for $120. The pineapple, birch, musk, amber, and supportive floral notes all hit the correct buttons to lend to a great scent. And lets be honest, the smoke and oud in Aventus really haven't been prominent notes in the better part of 5 years, so they aren't really missing in this scent. PVI appears to use quality ingredients and doesn't smell all that synthetic to me. The one pitfall with this scent is that it doesn't develop over time. The pineapple, as the name implies, really does dominate the scent profile from open to the end. The other notes do ebb and flow behind the pineapple, but it is a bit linear in that regard. That said, none of the accords created by a heavy pineapple note are off-putting in the least. The scent is still extremely pleasing and wearable throughout. The decant I received wasn't funky at all, but the bottle I ordered based on my love of the decant definitely had a bit of an off open. A couple days in the fridge solved the problem, and now it wears as beautifully as the decant. Sillage: 8.5/10 Longevity: 9/10 Personal Appeal: 9/10 Wife Appeal: 8/10 (She likes it a lot, esp the dry down) When To Wear: Spring through Fall. The heavy pineapple makes this harder to wear during the cold winter months, but it can be done. Overall: 9/10

Just got my bottle. I haven't smelled the original or Noir, so I can't comment on those. I'm actually not a huge fan of Aventus, it doesn't work well on my skin, the sweetness and fruit notes get very muted. I do love pineapple, though, and I feel that it's a criminally underused note in perfumery, so it was pretty inevitable that'd I'd grab a bottle of PV eventually. This is a very classy, mature, sophisticated sense. This isn't overly sweet or synthetic pineapple, it's a smoky, roasted, green pineapple. It almost kind of reminds me of mezcal breweries in Mexico, smelling the scent of roasted agave hearts. It's very complex, starting with big, juicy pineapple, and drying into a beautiful, aromatic, green pineapple with a hint of sweetness and woody earthiness. The Aventus comparison is there, of course, though I actually like this one more on my skin than Aventus. The Performance is very good. It projects well, but it won't be offensive. It's not a thick miasma, it's a gentle wafting breeze. I sprayed it on at around 2:00 PM, and it's now about 9:30 and it's still going strong, and my skin usually devours scents, so longevity is definitely solid. Big fan of this one. It's also quite inexpensive considering its niche quality right now, and even at its normal price is very reasonable. The bottle is also very nice, feels solid and I like that the straw is nearly invisible, looks very pretty on your shelf. Very high quality scent and fantastic quality. I'm giving this one a 9/10.

Before reviewing, let me get something off my chest: the company is being run with the mentality of the soup Nazi (watch Seinfeld show if you don't know what it is). However, if against company's will you manage to get the bottle, the juice itself is pretty good! :) If you are looking for closer Aventus clone, look at Emperor range: some of them are probably the best clones of different Aventus batches (namely original Emperor for 2016 batch and Maximus for 2018 one, more synthetic but with better performance). This one however, is not a close clone and is rather an interpretation of earlier, fruitier batches with more pineapple. Many mention poor performance: that's because (provided they did not get a diluted sample from someone) this type of scent makes you nose-blind very quickly. Any new person you'll meet will be noticing it even after 8 hrs. I use 2-3 sprays: using more will not increase the performance and will choke innocent bystanders. I agree with other reviewers that opening is the best part (because you can still smell it on yourself), however, overall this is their best seller and rightfully so. Do not expect CREED quality here, it is made with cheaper ingredients but unfortunately for battered customers, Parfums Vintage do make the best Aventus inspired clones you can find on the market: they are still higher quality than most clones and they always perform well. Must try but be aware of the soup Nazi!!! :)

I feel like this could be signature scent worthy. It lasts most of the day and seeing as though it's the depths of winter it was a surprise as I had this in my mind as a less versatile fragrance. Just picked this up in late December and this stuff is great - even after a full day and showering I still get whiffs of the base . It's a mild Ambrox base but nothing like Sauvage. Be under no illusion - this is natural Pineapple, musks, light woods and just the right amount of birch for it to be versatile. For most of the life of the fragrance I get Pineapple with the other players humming underneath. I get good projection and it's certainly a compliment inducing fragrance - people appear to be compelled to ask who is wearing and you can see that they are intrigued. The scent itself is the main draw to me as the pineapple is beautifully done and seems to come in layers and not just the initial 10 mins like Aventus has become but that's another story with the recent Creed batches being so watered down. Overall I'll give this a solid rating because the price point is excellent. It could easily be in the $150 price range because it's a niche smelling fragrance. I've tested many indy fragrance houses that charge a premium far less of a fragrance and even the main players like Creed pump out watered down Millesime Imperial for more than this offering. Overall scent 10/10 projection 9/10 longevity 8/10 versatility 8/10 value 9/10

So I bought PVI GOLD and I’m typing a review here since I cannot find anything on GOLD. This review is for Pineapple Vintage Intense GOLD. I don’t plan on buying anymore Aventus clones after this. I have way too many now. Upon pulling out the juice and spraying myself... I was taken aback by this juice. I gotta admit, I was extremely disappointed at first. So disappointed that I was typing a scathing review for this fragrance until something caught my attention and I didn’t finish the review. The opening... doesn’t smell that good. Kinda reminiscent of Aventus. But definitely something I wouldn’t have recommended.... About 15-20 minutes go by. And that smell dissipates and you’re left with that signature Aventus note. It smelled so damn good. VERY similar to Aventus. I mean... I’d rate the dry down an easy 10. It smells so damn good. It lasts significantly longer than Aventus as well. So I went to the gym afterwards (buddy allowed a few of us to attend during the pandemic) and my friend gives me an unsolicited compliment. Says it’s strong and smells so good. Should you blind buy? It’s kind of expensive to be honest... but the smell is fabulous! I would say “yes!” If you have the coin. Just spray it 20-30 minutes before any event to show off this gem.

Wanted to re-review this scent as Iliked it a lot before but man have I really grown to LOVE this ! This opens up with a very juicy,ripe candied pineapple that’s very tropical and fresh ! Once this dries down the birch comes in making this a little more smoky and rich while the ambergris comes in rounding this out in the base giving this a little more depth and richness. A really beautiful blended scent !!! In comparisons to Aventus I do have to say that Aventus is better blended,smoother,more luxurious and smells better, but to me having Aventus and PVI isn’t redundant as PVI is a more pineapple focused,tropical version of Aventus that leans in the category of Scents such as Virgin Island Water. PVI is also suited better for warmer weather casual use. Performance on this is beast as sometimes I can take a shower 24 hours later and STILL smell this on my skin. Projection is also excellent without being too aggressive (Be careful with the sprays though) Overall rating—8.5 out of 10 ! Great all around scent for the summer Sidenote— A hack I’ve been using is when I go to the pool I apply sun screen and then apply 4-5 sprays of PVI and I’ve gotten very positive feedback from this !!!

I haven't tried king intense yet, but so far out of all the aventus clones I have tried this one has been my favorite. It smells much more natural than other clones, although this one is more pricey. I got a good deal on it and I think it really does smell like Aventus.. but more so aventus batches such as 2017 s01 etc. I get a real feel of aventus, so much so that I can use it as a replacement for aventus. There are differences between the similar batches of aventus and PVI, but it is more nuances. For example the woodiness in PVI is a little different than aventus. It doesn't have any pencil shaving type wood, like CDNI or older batches of aventus but more of a dofferent kind of wood.. I kind of dig it.. Hard to describe in words... PVI is not just pineapple like people are saying.. It does have a cocktail in there that gives that aventus smell.. I would say aventus has a little more smoother vanilla, but honestly this one so far is good enough for me. The performance is tricky.. Sometimes I think its very good, sometimes not so great. Scent 4.5/5 Performance 3.5/5

December'18. Just picked up my third bottle this year due to it's versatility that I can wear in any season. It just delivers a smile with how good this is - I mean really good. I wouldn't say it's my signature scent but it's easily my most complimented fragrance - just seems to have a DNA that women need to know what I'm wearing and it's a great conversation starter. Very high quality as is Vanilla Intense but I'll get a bottle of that if they run a promotion which is usually just once per year around Christmas. Hell - I'll probably get a back up of this also as it will always be in my collection. Aventus in 2018 is just mehh and PV makes it more consistent and as high a quality as Aventus - that long lasting pineapple note I don't get in Aventus. The birch is humming in the background and aids the beautiful clean base which I often still smell after a day's wearing and shower - the base is still there when I smell closely. Quality, performance and versatility. Aventus is $350 at discounters and PV Intense is a 60% cheaper at $110. Overall rating 9/10

I'm pretty two-sided about this particular scent. Pros: - Scent is juicy and draws a good amount of compliments - Longevity is good and lasts forever. - cheaper alternative to Aventus of course. Cons: - Opening smells really weird, chemically, and stringent. You have to put the bottle into a fridge to fix this problem. - Longevity is perfect but the projection is too much (even for me to handle). I got a headache wearing 2-3 sprays and once I got in the train, I could smell myself the whole time and it was too overwhelming. I was dying for some fresh air soon as I left the train. I also got some feedback from my colleagues telling me that they can still smell the scent in the elevator or in the car after I left, which could be good until your boss can smell it too and could have potentially scolded you for wearing a scent that is too strong in the workplace. In short, it's a 3/5 for me. Scent is nice ... but it's synthetic and loud for me and honestly Aventus is still much better and natural smelling.

Four years ago, I sampled Creed Aventus at Nordstrom and that paved the way to my fragrance journey. To me, that's my most unforgettable olfactory experience, probably one of the best scent profile I ever tried. After I blind bought a full bottle of this beauty, I was so amazed. In terms of performance and projection, its pretty close to the original. Here, the pineapple vibe is fruitier and creamier which I really like. The original however has more staying power in my opinion. I love them both equally, simply because of the scent profile that got me into fragrance hobby and collection. But since Aventus was so pricey and I only have 55% left on my 4.0 ml bottle, I would use this one more often being a wallet friendly. I have a sample of this perfume. It is a perfume with a duration that can be on your skin about 10 hours and a high intensity. It is a perfume that I love, the fruity tones of pineapple in combination with wood and vanilla are so delicious, while distinguished and elegant that I enjoy it very much. Perfectly unisex, and the truth is that in my skin the sweet tones of fruits and vanilla are enhanced more and in the skin of my husband the woods. Similar to Creed Aventus? I have been able to try aventus in a perfumery dedicated to niche perfumes, Aventus makes a very expensive but delicious perfume. And I can say that it is a total reality that this perfume is super similar to Aventus. And after trying this perfume other perfumes, cheap copies of creed, stay like that ... cheap copies. In this perfume an amazing resemblance is achieved with Creed Aventus, with intensity and duration.

I don't have this one, but I do have the stronger version called "Pineapple Vintage Intense THE ONE" which is my favourite fragrance, and it's not on fragrantica so I have to put my comment here. (I don't know how to get fragrances added here. If anyone knows please let me know) I have had a sample of this standard version of "intense" and it's not as good, not as strong and not as Pineapply. "THE ONE" has had the Pineapple note amped up so much, that it's no longer a direct clone but more of an inspiration, so it almost does it's own thing, which I like because it's more unique, and I actually prefer it to aventus, so it's a nicer smell, half the price and lasts more than twice as long. It still pongs the next morning and it seems to stay until i wash it off.

Heard a lot about this fragrance and finally picked it up on Amazon in the as the company don't ship to some European countries. All I can say is this is a beautiful succulent natural pineapple and bergamot accord with just the right amount woods and birch. Performance is something not to be dismissed as I was getting compliments long after I thought the scent had disappeared and I get this with Aventus also. After showering I could still smell a heavenly musky base 13 hours after applying. Well worth the wait and I'll be wearing this a lot and it has made me convinced to check out more from the Pineapple range as I see they have new versions with Vanilla etc. 10/10 and a compliment magnet which other people appear to love
