Cafe Intense

I just received this one, so I haven't given it time to mature on my shelf. My first impression is it has a warm vanilla aura with rose in the background. I don't really notice the coffee yet. This is similar to the Rose Musk of the same brand, but the rose is less forward. I find this one to be calming and comforting. I though it might be too musky and sharp. I'm not a heavy woods fan, but this is really nice. I'm testing it at home before I try it at work. I think this will be inoffensive at work. I sprayed it n my neck and my t-shirt about 6 hours ago, and I can still smell it. I am a fan of the Rose Musk as well. UPDATE: I have had this for a month now, and I reach for it a lot! It now has a smooth cappuccino base with a faint rose. I layer with Rose Musk.

I love the Ristretto Cafe Intense and even though this doesn't have caramel listed i get a sugary caramel note. Some Amber accords have caramel so maybe thats what paris corner used. The rose is just right its not as overpowering like montale is upon 1st spray. Montale starts off strong then smooths out. The clone is softer I suspect in time this will get potent. I hope PC can make a version of chocolate greedy that doesn't cause me to cough because the OG is hard on my lungs. I want smooth chocolate with no chock out. I got 4 hours on this but I only just sprayed a new bottle. I know in a few moths this will be a beast longevity

This smells really good, after maceration the coffee note is a bit more present, but the domination of rose is clear, the first month you might only smell the rose in it. After maceration the rose tends to feel like it was dipped in coffee, it smells wet and like a chocolaty-coffee. The performance is not wow, lasts up to a maximum of 6h, i don't really get too much of a projection from it, is more of a skin scent for me.
