Khair Confection

Oh my god. 💮🍬🧁🍓🥥 To start off, I have actually bought a 10ml decant of this perfume before during early 2025, however I couldn't differentiate it between this and Nebras. Maybe the seller mixed up but that's another story. This is a steal. I got this around 20$ for the full 100ml bottle and I never regret it. It just came recently and when I take a whiff of it, it's one of the most best olfactory sensations I've had all week. The manufacturing date on the box says it was produced on October of 2024, so that means it had 13 months to macerate What I'm smelling now is more than a years worth of a fragrance slowly blending it's mix for it to enhance their scent even further, and the recently bought bottle that I had which in fact, is the exact same seller that I bought the 10ml decant a while back, had been sitting for a while inside of the sellers warehouse or whatever. I didn't regret my purchase and I'm proud that I now have a full bottle of goodness. Maybe it's just me that enjoy sweet perfumes, especially feminine-marketed ones, but I don't care, there should be some kind of revolution that redefines gender-specific traits further with fragrances, and I'm relieved to see that with Eilish No. 2 and Khamrah as well as the Qahwa variant. It's totally subjective to determine whether a perfume is more suitable towards a specific gender, like when some people say when this perfume is more masculine leaning or otherwise. I'm that crazy for this perfume in particular, and I've had Pink Sugar which is kind of a pass because of its synthetic smell and tackiness. And it's a little more expensive. 🍬🍭🍬🍭🍬🍭🍬🍭🍬🍭🍭🍬🍭🍭🍬🍭🍬🍭🍬

There's hardly anything in this world comparing to the feeling when you blind buy a perfume and out of nowhere, it turns out to be your new favourite. I was looking for pear summer perfume for long time. I know what Kayali smells like and heard Khair Confection is the exact same scent. It is out of stock everywhere in the UK so felt like I won the lottery when I finally ordered my bottle. It arrived yesterday and it is the one. Not to be too dramatic, but I want to drink this perfume, then fill my bathtub with it and happily drown there. And it's not even macerated yet. If you are buying this because you like VCRS, wait for the dry down. Opening is completely different. Very heavy on pear (lovely) and there's a tiny bit of bubblegum in the background. Once it's settled on your skin and clothes it's pretty much 1:1 Kayali. There's something really fresh about this fragrance, aquatic notes are real. It's sweet but not cloiyng, carefree, playful, sexy and summery. It's that type of perfume that makes you sit next to some stranger on the bus and missing your stop just because they smell divine. Can't wait to see how it turns out after maceration but it's a long lasting banger straight from the bottle so it can only get better. Don't listen to the comments here, some of them are unhinged. PS. And watch out for fakes. Internet is FULL of fake Khairs for some reason.

Confection came to live in the cold, dark closet a month ago. This was the 3rd test, 3rd times the charm. Like the other Khairs, 3-4 weeks seems to be their sweet spot for maturity. The pear & whipped cream opening is my favorite, sweet, fresh, creamy. The florals come in smooth from the cashmeran, no sharpness. The ylang ylang is sweet as well. The pear remains throughout, but is just blended with the base. The base is warm, fluffy, with a slight woodiness, & so smooth. That’s the key word to describe this, smooth. Confection is sweet, fresh, warm, & comfy. I like it so much more than a month ago, very nice. I smell it projecting from every move I make. It is not loud, but not whispering either. I know I should get about 5 hrs on skin, clothing about 12. I was afraid this would be too youthful for me, but no, the blend is suited for anyone. This is great for layering to soften & sweeten other fragrances up. I want the oil to do just that & to enhance the edp. Now I have to test which environment it will shine the most. May be too sweet for our hot, humid Summers. We’ll see next year. It is pretty cool here now, but humid. Verdict is still out on that one. I think you would be safe in a controlled environment for sure because it is so smooth. This is lovely, there is not a bad fragrance in the Khair line. 10/10

**UPDATE**: I don't grab for this as much as I use to now that my collection has grown. HOWEVER, when I do wear it, it's for more of a reminiscent vibe. Still love it. __________________________________________________ When I don't know what to wear, this is my automatic grab. If I don't want to wear this I move on, but this fragrance?....this is my default. Something about a pear note my skin chemistry LOVES, so was excited to try this one; and one of my favorite online scent people personally recommended it to me so it comes as a double excitement! Initially when I bought it, the opening was a bit screechy, but as time has gone by it has matured a bit, and mellowed into this sweet, beautiful easy-to-wear fragrance. It's such an easy grab for me when I don't know what I feel like wearing. I have almost doubled my fragrance collection in the last 6 months so I haven't worn it as much as I use to--but she is great. It's youthful, but in a mature way. Maybe a better way to put that is it doesn't take itself too seriously. This fragrance is light, fun, and at 43 I can easily wear this--and get complimented regularly when I do. Not as candy sweet as Yara Candy, not as finished as Kayali--but I choose this over those two EVERY day!

On cotton: Sweet, pleasant, not gourmand and not as fun or bright as expected. Meh... It reminds me of certain sweets that I can't exactly recall, but then it's kinda perfumey...muddy idk. Maybe I just dislike the pear+sandalwood after all. Most say it's very juvenile - I strongly disagree. In fact, it's more mature than I wanted it to be. It's way more "mature" than Yara Candy and not as sexy. The drydown is quite woody-animalic and I don't understand where it comes from...what notes?! On my skin: much brighter and frutier, similar to YC's opening and I enjoy it more. Even though it doesn't have the characteristic ME vibes, one can still tell it's ME, not French. 🩷💙Update after 3 months of maceration: It has become much better, sweeter, more candied, still "mature", but it's uplifting. It still has something synthetic like a balloon note, but it doesn't bother me much. It's not tart or sour like Yara Candy. The only thing I dislike is its drydown. Too woody-ME. If it was e.g. a vanilla drydown, it would be amazing! Why did they choose the woodiness? 😅 Also, only now I start to clearly get the pear+cream yumminess!!! From "like" to "love"!!! 🥰🥰🥰

I think this is a really good perfume. It’s very versatile and works well in every season, making it a great signature scent. I wear it to school, to the gym, and for casual outings. What makes it so versatile, in my opinion, is the composition. On my skin, I get a lot of vanilla, a subtle spicy touch, and a creamy accord. It’s fruity and feminine, but not in an overly sweet, delicate, or obvious way. At the same time, it’s warm and slightly woody, which gives it more depth and makes it stand out from many other feminine fragrances. That said, there are two things I don’t particularly like. The first is the opening. For the first couple of minutes, I get a strong alcohol smell that actually makes me sneeze almost every time I spray it. The second is the performance. I don’t find the projection very strong, and the longevity isn’t great either. I usually have to reapply it throughout the day if I want to keep smelling it. Overall, I still think it’s a beautiful fragrance because of how it smells and how easy it is to wear. If it had better projection and longevity, it would easily be one of my favorites.

Wow, I'm really glad I pulled the trigger and just bought this perfume despite the negative reviews. I feel pretty bad for the people who got, what I assume to be, a bad batch because this is a wonderful fragrance. I'll preface this review by saying I'm not an influencer by any means nor did I get this perfume for free. I paid for it myself and this is my honest opinion. As soon as I smelled it, it transported me to being a kid in a candy shop in Europe. I was worried it would smell a lot like Zara's sultry pear, which I have and don't really care for, but it really doesn't. To me it smells like the most delicious candy; hard fruity candies, musk sticks, bubblegum and creamy marshmallows, but the pink and blue spiral ones that have a fruity taste to them. I am very surprised by this fragrance because I have been let down my Paris Corner perfume before (caramel cascade 🤢) but this is different. It's sweet, fun, feminine, delicious and totally wearable. Can't wait to wear this all summer!

This would be my favorite out of the Khair line and I’m excited to see how it smells in about a month or so . It is really sweet but I love it because it layers well with heavier darker scents I can still smell this on my skin overnight after I showered I sprayed myself down so that’s pretty good longevity already I tried Khair pistachio and the fusion variant This would be the first one I might not want to declutter Does not smell juvenile , but also not sophisticated This smells like cocktail hour , feeling flirty, feminine, and possibly enticing to a man who wants to get to know you a little more. Nothing serious, just light hearted , perfect banter , no heaviness weighing in. Like innocent playful flirting where there’s no cheating involved lol both sides are single and ready to mingle .

This is sooo good. I got this for super cheap (around $10), so I honestly wasn't expecting much. I do agree with other reviews saying that this can be pretty versatile, but this is perfect for spring/summer. On the first spray, it's very fresh & fruity, like an airy pear. As it dries, it gets sweeter on my skin, almost syrupy for a little with a sharp jasmine note, but I personally love jasmine. Sadly I don't get a lot of vanilla or marshmallow, and it's more of a fruity floral, which I'm pretty picky with usually. This also has a bit of musk that gives it a sexy vibe. Something about this is so addicting. Not to mention the bottle, hello??? It's beautiful! This is very airy & fresh, not overly sweet or cloying at all. The only downside is it doesn't last very long on me.

I don't have JPG La Belle, but I do have VCRS. This is really, really super close. It lacks the patchouli, which, in my case is a plus. The patch in VCRS makes it ever so slightly screechy on me. It was something I just looked past when wearing it, because I liked the scent profile so much. This is bang-on the same thing minus the screech. I do think the patch in VCRS might make it more mature, because that's just how it reads to my nose, but idk. It layers SO FREAKING WELL with the EOS Pink Champagne products, they list pear champagne as the top note, and they pair deliciously. Since the frag is pretty strong, I like spraying it first, and then using lotion over it. Honestly, I enjoy the Pink Champagne scent a bit better, so they work together like salt and pepper.

I think some of these people in the Reviews got counterfeit bottles because I’m not getting any of those notes that y’all are (especially not patchouli). Someone else said it smells like a grandma which is so far off base because this is a very juvenile scent (I don’t mean that in a critical way because I prefer juvenile scents). The fruit is much more prominent and the powder is less detectable than it is in Kayali Vanilla Candy Rock Sugar. It is also significantly stronger with better sillage and longevity. For all those reasons, I think Khair Confection is superior. Kayali VCRS fades so fast it shouldn’t even be allowed to be labeled an EDP. It’s essentially a $140 body spray. I will definitely be buying this one over Kayali from now on.

BEST BLIND BUY EVER!!! I’ve been soo curious about this but never bothered, cos the reviews weren’t great; they’re quite polarizing, and discouraging. But, I found this at Ross (large travel size/.5 ounce) for $9.99, so I figured why not.... WELL. This is GLORIOUS!!! It’s supposed to be a dupe for the Kayali, which I have and love- but this is 1000 times better! It’s stronger, projects more, and smells altogether BETTER. Straight away, it’s a beast- quite strong. I get pear, and some sort of light incense-ish vibe... covered in molten sugary drippings. It is very sweet, but in a non-cloying sense? Not synthetic or headache inducing, AND there’s just the slightest bit of freshness. This is a mega WIN, for me- I highly recommend it!!!

This is beautiful. I don't find it overly sweet, after reading reviews, I expected it to be a sugar bomb, Marshmallow Blush is wayyy sweeter. I actually think this is a very grown up gourmand. It reminds me of ysl black opium but lighter. This is the perfect Scent for any occassion, when you want to feel special and beautiful. It's such great value, actually unbelievable, less than €20 on Notino at the moment, for a 100mls bottle!!!! ... this is definitely back up worthy. This is suitable for Women of all ages. Not juvenile in any way, I blind bought this and I am so glad I did, and also, the bottle is stunning... I HAVE to get the matching perfume oil now.... at this price... Ladies its so worth it.

Khair Confection is just... wow. To me, it's sensuality, lightness, and fun all wrapped into one bottle. It's sweet without ever feeling overwhelming or cloying, which is exactly what I love about it. My favorite part is the dry down, it gradually transforms into the most beautiful soft powdery scent that keeps drawing me back. I'm completely in love with this fragrance. It's playful, feminine, addictive, and always puts me in a good mood. On my skin, it lasts around 6 hours, while on clothing I can still smell it after about 8 hours. The projection is strong for the first couple of hours before it gradually settles into a softer, more intimate scent bubble.

This fragrance was a blind buy after watching some reviews and I am pleasantly surprised! I am getting vanilla cotton candy vibes and can definitely smell the whipped cream, vanilla and marshmallow more than anything else. If you don’t like super sweet fragrances, this is not for you. This fragrance is long lasting and projects quite well. I could see wearing this day or night during the summer/fall. I am more interested in the juice than the bottle when it comes to fragrances, but I must say, the bottle is beautiful! Definitely a great price point for the quality and quantity. Will definitely be trying other fragrances from Paris corner in the near future!

absolutely beast mode and a compliment getter. i got 3 compliments from friends in one day, and when i wore it yesterday to pick up pizza from costco the worker asked if i was wearing perfume and said it smelled really good. over the big ass counter with all the food smells? maybe i should spray lighter. i did about 6 sprays if that gives you an idea of the strength and it lasts all day especially on clothes. i love the pear bubblegum jelly bean opening and how the sweetness is balanced out with the floral/patchouli/wood notes. i LOVE perfumey gourmands. we love a good dupe and this scratched the itch i had for vcrs perfectly.

I'm so confused about these reviews. But Its true.. Scents are objective. I absolutely love this fragrance. But I can agree, it's quite youthful and simple, maybe that's what people describe as flat. It's not a niche perfume. ;) And I absolutely do not smell any musk or get a cologne feeling about it, are you confusing it with Felicity in the same line? I pick up so much of the pear, whipped cream and marshmallow. I think it's amazing, sweet but fruity. I don't pick up any sandalwood. Perfect for summer. Haven't smelled the kayali one, so can't speak about the similarities between those two.

I got the 10ml Kayali Candy Rock Sugar and at first I hated it, very screechy... it got better with time but it still had a headache inducing note that was super screechy but I kept reaching for it! I loved the dry down. I didn't want to spend ££ on a full bottle so looked into dupes. I saw Khair Confection was being dubbed the best dupe and I must say they're almost identical! Khair is MUCH better though, because its not only sweeter, it doesn't have that horrid screechy note that gives me a headache. It also lasts way longer! It was cheap so an absolute bargain.

I love this fragrance in late spring and summer time. In fall and winter the patchouli becomes cloying. I know patchouli is not listed as one of the notes, but trust me there is patchouli in this fragrance. Out of the box you can’t smell the patchouli, but as it matures the patchouli blooms. I’ve had my bottle for almost a year. I don’t get the masculine leaning vibe some people are talking about on my skin. This is a pretty sweet girly fragrance and whenever I have a perfume that I like but is lacking sweetness I like to layer with this.

I wanted a cheaper alternative of Kayali VCRS to wear when I run errands because 130 euros for 100ml is not cheap. Khair Confection costs around 20-22 euros also for 100ml. EXTREMELY similar to VCRS, the difference is that this one's whipped cream and marshmallow notes are much more prominent so it's an even sweeter version of VCRS. For the fraction of the price it is a great alternative. And it has much better projection and longevity than the Kayali one! Very impressed with Paris Corner! Will totally repurchase!
