Minya

This is sooo pretty. A creamy, nutty floral with the scent of toasted almonds. They smell ever so slightly sweet without the usual cherry vibe that almond can have. Maybe the pistachio gives it a soft savoury touch? I don't get much of the pistachio on its own though. It seems to round everything out and add a slight green-ness. The heliotrope really shines for me here. It's powdery, floral and adds another layer of almond to the scent. I love heliotrope, it's one of my favourite flowers in perfume... so this is an instant win for me!! There's also a bright floral lift that keeps it from feeling heavy. I think it's coming from the jasmine, but I can't be sure. Theres a point in the dry down (before it reaches the vanilla stage) that reminds me so much of Commodity Milk Orchid. Does anyone else feel the same?! It smells just like the florals in MO, except none of the lactonic richness. As it reaches the deep dry down, Minya becomes a soft powdery vanilla. The almond fades away, which is pretty common in nutty perfumes. I don't get much salted caramel, but the heliotrope and jasmine linger gently in the background. This is a nutty fragrance done right! Warm, smooth and beautifully blended, without becoming bitter or overly cherry like. I wish I could add it to my collection, the only caveat being the bottle is absolutey hideous?! Definitely would need to repackage.

I am completely in love with Minya by Paris Corner. Honestly, I didn’t expect to adore it this much — but it has completely surpassed my expectations. Dare I say... it’s even better than the original. From the very first spray, the almond and pistachio create the most deliciously creamy, nutty opening. It’s smooth, slightly sweet, and instantly comforting without being overwhelming. As it settles, the heliotrope and jasmine bloom beautifully, adding a soft floral elegance that keeps the fragrance balanced and sophisticated. And then comes the magic — the vanilla and salted caramel. This combination is absolutely addictive. The caramel adds a subtle salty richness that makes the sweetness feel refined rather than sugary. It’s warm, cozy, and mouth-watering in the best way possible. Finally, the sandalwood in the base gives it depth and a creamy woodiness that lingers for hours. The performance is fantastic, the scent trail is gorgeous, and I get compliments every time I wear it. It smells luxurious, smooth, and far more expensive than it is. If you love sweet, nutty, gourmand fragrances with a creamy, elegant twist, this is a must-have. I absolutely love it — it’s become one of my favorite perfumes in my entire collection.

I have a daughter who has been wanting me to get her Cheirosa 62 ever since she smelled it on her older sister. I agree that it smells good but find the longevity to be pretty lackluster; after all it's a body spray. I decide to give this one a try for my daughter's upcoming birthday. I think I paid just under $30 for it on Amazon. As soon as it arrived, I opened the package and sprayed it maybe 10 times to start letting it mature. It was just okay, not entirely cohesive yet, but decent enough. I came back to this again tonight. It's been sitting for about two weeks and now feels like a different fragrance! The notes are harmonious, the Carmel isn't as in your face in the opening, it settles nicely on the skin, and it smells IDENTICAL to Cheirosa 62 but with some staying power. I sprayed one on each hand and Minya is still going about 5 hours later. 62 tapped out a while ago. This will sit for another 2 weeks until my daughter's birthday, and she's going to love it as her first real bottle of perfume. If you're on the fence, just get it. You won't be sad that you did.

Good grief, this dupes Cheirosa '62 except that it lacks the cheap alcohol body spray overtones. It's better than the SOL Cheirosa '62 EDP, too, at least on me. The SOL Cheirosa '62 EDP disappoints me because it veers away from the scent of the Bum Bum Cream (which to me is the parent scent, the inspiration for the body spray and other iterations). Minya smells like the Cheirosa '62 Bum Bum Cream because there is no alcohol overtone. Possibly there is a bit more almond here than in C-62, almost a cherry almond for the first few minutes until it dries down. Minya is better than C-62. I am actually kind of surprised this is so good, and best of all it is not another gourmand. It's an oriental. Not sweet. I am trying to break away from wearing so many gourmand fragrances because it's an addictive genre. Minya smells like Le Baiser du Dragon went to the beach or Rio Carnival. Shockingly good.The bottle is a gorgeous color, too.

Creamy-Floral Almond & Pistachio with Salted-Caramel Heaven... This is an excellent dupe of Cheirosa '62 Sol de Janeiro and the Brazilian BumBum cream, although as other reviewers have mentioned, this has amazing performance. If you like the above 2, but you want something longer lasting, you would most likely enjoy this. The creamy almond & pistachio nuttiness is blended with some floral tones from heliotrope and drizzled with salted-caramel - soooo good! Has a really good sprayer that gives a hefty spray. This is exactly what I hoped it would be. Works well on its own, or layered. I haven't tried it layered with a lot, but so far I've liked it with something inspired by a similar suggestion on the layering threads (below). Love it. Enjoy! Nose Note #236 Reminds me of Tom Ford Vanilla Sex and its clones Lattafa Sehr, Maison Alhambra Sensual Vanilla, but better. Those three are vulgar, vanilla and almond are screechy. Here the blend of vanilla, almond and pistachio is smooth and decent. But after Vanilla Sex, Lattafa Nebras, Maison Tahité Vanextasy, Montale Chocolate Greedy I cannot appreciate fragrances that are centered around vanilla. I get tired of heavy vanilla in seconds. And this to me is an another vanilla heavy fragrance. Upd. after 6 months: I change my opinion completely. This is amazing on my wife. I got kind of Khamrah vibes, not different. Very potent, good sillage. Wonderfully sweet. The whole composition is just done well. Probably one of the better fragrances from Paris Corner, I generally dislike everything they put out... 8/10

I agree with other reviewers, this is a spot-on dupe of SDJ SOL Cheirosa '62 EDP, SDJ 62 Perfume Mist and SDJ Brazilian Bum Bum Cream, but turned up to eleven. I received several Paris Corner bottles today and tested Minya, Date Caramel, Mehwish and HoO What About Pop, with a single spray each on different areas of my hands. Yet, this scent is the one that dominates, it’s all I can smell. It’s bold, non-synthetic, and perfect for warm weather, where it truly shines with confidence. At less than half the price of Cheirosa EDP 50ml, you’re getting quadruple the value and better longevity. It feels like it has more depth than the OG SDJ62 EDP and body spray or even the Bum Bum Cream itself. Minya Dulce Caramel is another fantastic discovery (still have yet to try or own Coco Lush - undecided).

Minya was a blind buy. My husband was the only one who got to smell it, through its sample at the store, since I had asked him to purchase it for me via text. When he got home, he said, "This perfume will satisfy all of us. We’ll all agree it’s the best-smelling fragrance ever." I unboxed it and sprayed it twice. At first, I smelled something similar to Yara or Qissa Pink, but with a nutty twist, and the almond note stood out (I love almonds). Then, it settled into a warm, sweet, and brownie-like gourmand scent that I absolutely adore. I immediately thought, "This is definitely the best perfume in our collection of 50 fragrances." I love wearing it on its own because the fragrance is so complex.

Just blind bought this because I love Cheirosa 62 and heard this was a dupe. To my nose, this is almost identical to C62! I never tried the perfume version of C62, but I have worn the body spray for years and absolutely love it. This is like the body spray but stronger. Lots of middle eastern fragrances need to macerate for a while, but this smells amazing right out of the box. Delicious almonds and pistachio, but not too heavy and sweet. I think this scent works well in all seasons too. This is going to be a top one in my rotation and I am definitely getting an extra back up bottle!

It’s getting better every time I pick it up. This is one of the perfumes that maceration becomes a real deal. I didn’t really like it on the first and second try. But I chose this for my Fiji trip — that’s when it’s developing. And it’s now (3-4 months after purchase) at its finest. As someone who emptied 30 ml. sdj 62 in one month, this is a better alternative! Less salty though + long lasting as a perfume. My friend’s female frenchie lovessssssss it. She loves perfume but she peculiarly licked my wrist when I sprayed this! That’s 6 hrs++ after spraying lol

Yay! This is a super similar dupe to Cheirosa 62, it may be on a cloying side, however, I live in a semi-tropical area, so, the rich fragrances like this one may have a better opening here, under the Sun, heat and in the high humidity. I LOVE IT, I wear it in the summertime, and I am good :) will try it out in the autumn/winter time as well! Of course, longevity is far better than the original SDJ body mist. They are super similar to my nose! I bet people around won't feel the difference, either. I feel I want to gatekeep this one, ngl!

This is my first experience with Paris Corner and I must say I am very impressed. I can't speak of the SDJ perfume but I've had both the body spray and the body cream from the Cheirosa 62 line and yep, the rumors are true - this here smells EXACTLY like that. I'd say it's closer to the Bum Bum cream than it is to the spray, it's creamier and better blended than the spray, at least to my nose. Longevity is decent - I get about 4-5 hours on the skin. 100% a safe blind buy if you love Cheirosa 62.

This fragrance is beautiful. I love the profile and I’ve had the bum bum cream, Cheirosa 62 body mist, and Sol perfume. Minya is a superb, and dare I say, superior alternative to its SDJ inspirations. It definitely lasts longer than the body mist and it doesn’t have the cloyingly sweet nuance that I found in Sol. I see myself using this as a “go to” fragrance when I’m undecided on what to wear. I also see it as a signature and everyday fragrance, as well.

Got my hands on this a week ago. It had that weird screechy note that most arabic perfumes have but after you macerate it for a week or 2, it really blooms into such an amazing scent. Although, I highly recommend to ignore the first 10 minutes of this scent because the Salted Caramel note is at the front and centre. But after 10ish minutes, it's an amazing nutty scent, and after a few hours you end up smelling like vanilla soft serve ice cream!

My favorite thing about this scent is the lovely amaretto biscottis cookie that stands out so lovely! It’s not a super strong fragrance but it does create a nice skin scent and bubble around you if you spray it a lot. I wore it to an event at the beach during the day and it was perfect for that but also can be cozy for something like staying home cuddling up for a movie night. It’s such a sweet gentle warm scent! I love it!

The person 2 reviews below saying this is musky either doesn’t know what musk smells like or she needs to go to the doctor. This fragrance doesn’t even have a single iota of musk in it. I also don’t know where people are getting a powdery scent from. My nose is extremely sensitive to powdery scents due to my hatred of it and I love this fragrance, so there isn’t enough powder in it to even be detected.

Not into sweet gourmands, but this isn't the worst. I love the bitterness of the almonds in it, I absolutely love the spray on, there is a sharpness to it, the nuttiness of pistachio mixed with those almonds, but im a lot less impressed by the dry down as it becomes like a plain sweet generic girly creamy vanilla slightly nutty floral...Wish I had a whole bottle of just those punchy top notes... 😍

For some reason I get cacao, and also shampoo-like freshness from it. I’ve never smelt cheirosa 62 so i can’t compare them, but it is such a beautiful and complex scent. Love the top notes and middle notes, not so sure about the base notes since it feels like a basic vanilla with woodiness. I also love how it’s a gourmand perfume that can be worn all throughout the year.

I'm smelling coconut, caramel, pineapple, cherries... This is summer in a bottle. I'm so in love with this perfume. I have a handful of ME fragrances and this is is now my favorite and I almost don't think it's possible to dethrone it lol 100/10!!!! You need this. You need this. The hype is well deserved on this one. Edit: my husband even likes when I wear this

This is like cheriosa 62, but all of the notes are stronger. You get much more of the almond in this, and I dont neccesarily enjoy that. I live cheriosa 62, so i naturally like this also. But the almond is a bit strong for me, as I dont like that almond/cherry note in perfumes. Kind of similar to spids arabians tonka Perfume, which has a similar almond note.
