Voux Zingy

Testing this out for a day or so compared to Torino 21, which I own a full bottle of, here is what I think: Getting the obvious out of the way--up close on skin, those two fragrances are quite different. The thing with many clones is, on skin, they can be sharp, fuzzy, aggressive, etc. That's how Voux Zingy behaves. It's missing that fresh lemony top that Torino has, or at least it's coming across differently in Voux. It honestly feels that either they're not using the same quality of spearmint or that it doesn't have the other things added to it that Torino has that makes the spearmint smoother. Yes, I think that it is the case that because Torino has a different blend, the spearmint and Torino comes across as higher quality. Voux Zingy has an herbal greeness that can go slightly bitter. This is when smelled up close: the weird thing is when I smell Voux zingy in the air, it smells way more similar to Torino than on skin or clothes. Weird. But that's what I get from it. Some clones behave that way. Second issue I would bring up is that zingy doesn't to stick around that long and it does not project; when sniffing them side by side, zingy is very flat. Also, I think whereas I can smell Torino 21 for hours and hours after I spray it, zingy makes me a little nose blind. I still think it might be worth picking up a bottle just to spritz yourself before you go into a store or office, or wherever you work and then refresh later. It's cheap enough and I think it can stand alone on its own if you don't smell it up close :) In the air, not bad at all.

I compared this with Plantine Blanc and Torino 21 (on Plantine Blanc's Fagrantica page). I own all three fragrances and wear them regularly. I've always loved Tor 21, and it gets me the most compliments out of all the colognes I have. I'll make it short: Plantine Blanc is definitely closer to Tor 21 because it captures that lemony-mint cocktail opening better than Voux. Voux Zingy, betraying its name, is not as Zingy as Plantine Blanc or Torino 21, it feels like it's got more bergamot than lemon. Voux also gives me some floral vibes, but just ever so slightly. It has an ozonic quality not present in either of the other two. The thing about Voux Zingy is that the spearmint can come off a little too strong at times, and will go dark green herbal. The notes voted for herbal come in last place if you look above, but I think that the votes for it should be much higher. However, It is the most tame of the three in terms of projection and it's honestly smoother than Plantine, but it is also flat. Plantine is able to push more, and in the air, I think you'll get a close vibe to Torino 21. In summary, although Voux Zingy doesn't quite nail Tor 21 like Plantine does, bu it has its own nice qualities, that ever so slight floral/ozonic note. Even though I get more spa than fragrance from it, I still like to wear it and would still mark it a 5/5 because of its uniqueness.

Absolutely beautiful dupe of Xerjoff Torino 21 - one of the best purchases of the year for me. Opens with a really strong spearmint (which is a vastly underused note in fragrances imho). Now it's not exactly the same spearmint as used in the original fragrance but it's close enough. That is mixed with a citrus combo that is sometimes sharp and other times fruity. In the mid you get the basil and a soothing verbena to give it a bit of a herbal bite. The spearmint note really is the main player and lasts for the duration of the fragrance so you have go to love mint to really appreciate this and I would say it's strictly a warmer weather fragrance. This maybe leans a bit more masculine than the original but I would say it's still a very unisex composition. Presentation is also first rate - a nice velvet style bottle with a very good atomiser. Performance is superb - 2hrs of strong projection followed with another 5hrs of personal scent bubble. Easily a 9/10 for me. I also tried the Aromatix dupe and this is way better and far closer to the original. I suspect Torino 21 is going to have a lot of attention in 2026 but this is the best dupe available on the market right now.

Oh my! Let it macerate! 1. Shower 2. Slather on the C.O. Bigelow lemon body cream from Amazon. 3. OVERSPRAY!😜 So fresh, light enough to go crazy on a hot humid day. Yes, you will go anosmic but it will be there without being obnoxious, although it's a personal bubble, not a projector. I have T21 & have compared side by side. It's very close, a bit more basil-y than T21. And it's reasonable that something *with* mint like T21 is going to be a little more minty. After maceration it's a good bit closer. I added a spritz of T21 over the Zingy & it was fabulous. I feel like I can enjoy the T21 DNA without breaking the bank or rationing myself. Folks, it is what it is, for a good price. I would say this is completely unisex & is refreshing on a wilting day. I would say safe for office, but definitely not date night or formal occasions. I think it would be great for the gym.

The name is appropriate. It's fresh, fruity, and effervescent. Not a loud or strong projector. Lasts all day, but sits close to the skin. Highly noticeable in confined spaces (people really notice it when they enter a room). Compliment-getter. Excellent for warm spring/summer days. Perfectly office appropriate and for casual occasions; I don't see this as a formal fragrance, due to its playful vibe -- but what the heck, wear it whenever. Leans slightly masculine. Pick this up if you're in the market for a happy summer fragrance.

I love this. Herbaceous, green, citrussy and bright without smelling like a cleaning product. I would say this is unisex leaning ever so slightly masculine, but not much. I’m a female who likes citrussy, fresh and aquatic fragrances (without any sort of melon accord, blerk!) and this suits my summer preferences to a tee! It’s slightly savoury, but the musk softens it a little and gives it some refinement. I’ll be interested to see how it develops after a few months, but to my nose this is a goodie straight out of the box.

This has definitely the Torino 21 dna. I'm surprised mint isn't listed as a note. The opening is my lease favorite part : very green minty/basil (almost like toothpaste), but the dry down is very nice : green, citrus scent with a good dose of musk. Perfect for the summer days, unisex for sure. I would say, this is 85% similar to Torino 21 from Xerjoff. Voux Zingy has more of a green and slightly spicy, herbaceous dry down compared to Torino 21. Longevity is about 3-4h, but this needs maceration for sure.

I absolutely love the opening smell. Very fresh and very uplifting. The dry down is nice but it doesn't have that 'wow' factor that other fragrances have. Performance is decent for a fresh fragrance (around 4 hours), and the projection is also decent but definitely not amazing. Overall it's a good pickup for the price. If you want something that will get you noticed I would go for something else, but if you're just looking for something that smells nice this is definitely a good pickup.

Is a fresh vibrant perfume with uplifting citrusy, herbal profile. It opens with zesty basil, bergamot, Italian citron, and lemon, followed by a floral heart of jasmine and verbena, and a clean musk base. Its uplifting, green, and citrusy scent, often describe as "Mojito like" it to a fresh cocktail or spa experience. Inspired from Torino 21's and a very good value for the money. You need to leave it a few weeks after first use to mature and will be better, smoother.

Beginning of spring now in London and this was my choice! My taste is usually a white floral, sweet perfume. But sometimes, specifically when sun is out and the day is bright, I want something like this, citrus, clean, a little bit soapy, super pleasant, the opening is definitely citrus focused, but the basil gives a soapy creaminess, the flowers light it up making it a great sunny fragrance. Perfectly unissex! Lovely scent.

Unmistakably a Torino21 clone, and a good one at that. Not quite 1:1, but it will get you about 85-90% of the way there with perhaps slightly more basil and less lemon than Torino21 when comparing them side by side. Not as smooth as it's inspiration, but still very well blended and not too synthetic smelling for something that is only a fifth of the price of Torino21. Great work from Paris Corner.

Nose Note #749 Very similar to Platine Blanc, but just not as impressive. Maybe I'm biased. This indeed has more of a basil note on top than lime. Doesn't feel as naturalistic. Performance-wise Platine Blanc may have a lead, but overall they are the same. Again, just not as impressive. Wasn't on the first spray, wasn't on the sixth wearing. 8/10, still a beautiful DNA, very modern

Man I love this scent . Its better smelling than platine blanc . The mint smells more green instead of artifical. I have to say that Voux Zingy is not a beast mode fragrance. So you have to respray at lunch . This is to me eating strawberries in spring watching a tennis game and wearing a white t shirt . Highly recommended and a perfect fragrance for layering!

Such an amazing herbal scent but for me the performance is just not there and same for the sillage. If it performed better and the sillage was better though it would be my go to scent.

Smells almost identical to Torino 21 small differences but pretty much the same thing to most noses. Smells like a fresh mojito in the middle of the summer, beautiful.

Its citrus and sweet, perfect for the warmer days. Not monster projection but decent. Love this scent DNA, not the usual summer freshies. Love it

Mojito in a bottle. Fresh, herbal, citrusy...easy reach for humid summer days. Completely unisex..does not lean feminine or masculine.
