Pepe Jeans For Him Cocktail

The citrus in this is strong, especially in the beginning. Not in a bad way but it does make it interesting and I could see people initially not liking that. The good thing is it isn't like a cleaning product type of citrus so you don't feel like you were washing dishes or cleaning your bathroom lol. There's a kick in there that I wouldn't call spicy, but noticeable, I guess that is the ginger. Then you get the undertone of woods as the citrus fades and the thyme is there too. Turning the citrus into a mixed smell that seems menthol like. When it is in this phase it almost smells creamy yet candy like without being sugary. I agree with others that they did a good job with the idea of it being like a mixed drink cause minus the alcohol smell (though I do think there's a menthol like feel), you can imagine that. One where the bartender puts the lemon/lime IN the drink after twisting it, not on the side of the glass. I tend to like to spray my wrist to help with projection but also to smell the fragrance I'm wearing occasionally. Often to remind myself of the mode I had initially planned to be in. With this, it gives a menthol like buzz along with the citrus mix that is very pleasing (to me) and can feel energizing in a way. If you like citrus and want a Summer day scent, I'd highly recommend this.

This one probably fly's under the radar, I revisited this after purchasing it for a summer holiday fragrance and preferring other ones. Bottle is very cool so it looks the part. Wearing it on a slightly stormy autumn day with a chill in the air and it's much better than I remember. It's ultra fresh and fruity but not overly sweet, I'm getting shower gel and mojito type vibes off it - which is possibly the yuzo and grapefruit combining, but I think it's probably a wearable fragrance for most occasions. It's v v cheap, under £25 for 100ml and decent enough longevity. I've been thinking about what should I wear to a gig/concert where I'd be rubbing up close and personal in a hot environment. I think this might be perfect for that - clean, fresh and fruity without being sweet, sickly or overly spicy. There's better summer vacation fragrances, but this could be an every day easy reach. Worth blind buying I think.

Definitely much better than I expected it to be. The sweetness along with the tart yuzu and the slight spiciness from the ginger and cardamom goes together very well. It is slightly more youthful but I'm 39 and I'd have no problem wearing this one on warmer days. In fact that is exactly what I've been doing lately and I'm thoroughly enjoying it. Can't beat it for the price you can grab these Pepe Jeans fragrances, especially if you get em from Fragrancenet. I got four of them for less than $110 so I definitely cannot complain about that. The only one that I haven't gotten is Black is Now, but I'll pick it up before cool weather gets here again. I'd say all of them are very, very nice given the price, quality of the presentation and most importantly the quality of the scents. If the notes sound interesting to you then I'd say that they are all blind buy worthy.

This is an easy win if you like citrus forward freshies, a touch of aquatic to it. I actually find the dry down the best part, though with the caveat it sits pretty close to the skin. I wouldn't really say it is close to another scent I can see Issey, or D&G light blue forever vibes but may be just the citrus pop pointing my mind to those as distant cousins at least at the opening. Good stuff for about $20

This isn’t as bad as the reviews are saying. This is a nice strong citrus fragrance and it’s strong! I have gotten compliments every time I walked out of the house wearing this stuff. A very nice scent and fecal? This fragrance has nothing that smells like fecal to it lol.

Cheap and fun freshy. Summer and office safe fragrance that has mass appeal and will give you a hefty wedge of compliments.

Very fresh aquatic/marine scent. Great choice for hot weather. Safe blind buy.

I finally bought this after I kept smelling it in-store. The opening is beautifully uplifting and zingy, however, and I hate being that person who complains about longevity, but it really doesn't last on my skin. I own Pepe Jeans Celebrate for Him which is more of a fall/winter scent and lasts much longer. I love the bottle and got it for a very cheap price, so it's working as my post-gym scent at the moment. If you can find it for a good price it's a fine freshie.

It opens with fizzy yuzu grapefruit and this sparkling sweet ginger. Shortly after that it drops into a mix of spicy woods in a shower gel blue kind of way for the base. A greenish-blue with a killer open. Initially I thought gym fragrance, but now I'm thinking more warm weather afternoons.

Nose Note #181 It's surprisingly really good, but lasts about 1.5 hour and then becomes really faint. Still it's a decent mens freshy in the same ballpark with Kenzo or Issey Miyake

if nothing else, this funny and youthfull seaside cheepie is much better than all three this years calvin klein summer releases. other than that, it smells like profondo. 7/10

I like it. Fresh and uplifting summer day scent. A lot of citrus and ginger with hints of spice.

refreshing, lemonish, yuzu citrus. bit synthetic at beginning but later develops into natural scent. lasts nice, not bad overall. Smells similar to L'Eau d'Issey.

Yet another fragrance containing a chemical that comes across as musty or fecal to some people. It's unfortunate, because in the first few seconds after spraying, it smells kind of OK. The opening smells somewhat like Missoni Wave, Versace Man Eau Fraiche / Versace Pour Homme, but the horrendous fecal smell is quickly detectable under the citrus notes and only becomes more prominent as it dries. Kind of as if someone sprayed cheap lemon air freshener to try and cover up a #2, but the #2 is winning. For the price, Missoni Wave is the far superior choice and doesn't have this offensive note. I couldn't find anyone who wanted this for free, so it went into the trash.

On first spray, the opening is quite zesty, fresh and a bit spicy. I thought it’d be quite nice as a summer cheapie. Unfortunately, the dry down has a very stale smell- I can’t put my finger on which note is causing it. Anyway, I’m washing this off now to put on something that smells nice.

The most awful fragrance I've ever smelled. Cant believe this was ever put into production. Its offensive and never drys down to anything better than the opening smell which is horrible.

This fragrance is super bright and refreshing in the top The mid is slightly spicy and more citrus The dry down is woodsy and masculine Overall nothing groundbreaking but a very nice spring and summer up lifting scent. Now let’s talk about the bottle, the bottle is reminiscent of the old style glass cocktail shakers with an attractive gradient coloration. For me the bottle is what sold me, the scent was an added bonus.

This doesn't smell like any ADG. This doesn't smell like Halloween Hero. Sour citrus entire life of the scent on a light woods base, no real touch of oakmoss at all. The closest comparison that could be made to this one is Y Eau Fraiche by YSL

I was gonna buy it but changed my mind due to its lack of projection and longevity. Even though the smell is decent, i’m not buying a fragrance which will last half an hour on my skin

This is like ADG Profondo but with a massive lime/ bergamot sour element and less salt. Very synthetic but so is Profondo. Both headache inducers for me but both very mass-appealing.

Mehh, cola-soda thing, not fresh at all, no aroma, just something that goes into your nostrils and makes you vomit. Found it for 25 dollars, glad i tried it and didn't buy

I am surprised of its efficiency - its good value for money. I thought that it will be ass but its good fragnance for its value.

A very close ADG Profondo clone. Can't believe others have mentioned it yet when they're 90% the same.

I recogize this marine notes like in ADG which I personally don't like. Not sure if that is ambroxan.
