360° Black for Men

This one unexpectedly surprised me. It's not the most unique as it does have that Le male powdery vibe. It's good but to me nothing beats Le male vintage in the powdery arena, so comparing the two would be silly. However, PE 360 Black is no slouch and the performance is excellent for the price... I get 6+ hours easily. However, you'll need to be a fan of powdery fragrances to enjoy this one. Yet, I have no idea why some people say it smells like the beloved Burberry London. This is 50% Armani Black Code, 20% Givenchy Pi with a touch of Le Male, and also has some of its own character. To me, powdery fragrances are ideal for winter time, especially in the late evening when you're chillin in the living room and your partner wants to get close. Something about colder weather that powdery scents so warm and enjoyable. I'd never wear PE 360 Black in summer though. Obviously perfume snobs will not like this rather generic scent, and they'll call it cheap, synthetic, and boring. But for me, it fits perfectly in my rotation of powdery masculine fragrances for cold winter nights. Very pleased with my $20 purchase.

To me this is predominantly sweet. That's not to say that it's overwhelmingly sweet or overwhelming at all. 360 Black has been a work staple of mine these past few cold months. I cannot believe all the soft sillage votes. This stuff did not stop projecting for me until hour 8, and in the first 2 hours, I'd rate it heavy, then 2-6, moderate, then 6-8, soft. I feel like it would have stayed with me even longer had I not rolled up my sleeves and effectively rubbed my wrists all over my desk moving the mouse around. 360 Black is underrated for what it offers. Surely not as popular (i.e. well-known/well-advertised) or complex maybe as, say, YSL La Nuit, but to me it has that same deep, dark sensual sweetness that you'd wear La Nuit for. And with above average projection, moderate/heavy sillage, and high longevity...all priced around $30 on amazon for the WHOLE GIFT SET...makes 360 Black one of the most underrated fragrances I've ever come across.

An oriental night-out or special date cologne that is sweet and spicy. I do not think that this is similar to 360 white. 360 white is a floral but this is more on the gourmand side with a darker vibe. The notes are quite interesting and the result is a nice oriental-gourmand. Funny I do not get the ginger in this. The drydown is soft and inviting with cardomom dominating it. Tamarind is pleasant. Good evening cologne. I would prefer this to La nuit l'homme by YSL. Like all Perry Ellis fragrances this is a gem for the money you pay. Sillage: 6/10 Longevity: 8/10 Scent: 7/10

This is A very unique fragrance, nothing in my collection smells even remotely close to this. My first impression was that I did not care for it, however after it settles down, WOW!! I wore it for 4 days straight and thats rare for me. A must buy, truly A unique scent. The tamarind makes this a hit or miss for some, I for one love it. Projection is average, it will get noticed. Longevity is excellent on my skin, for the inexpensive cost I highly recommend it. Would make A good signature scent for some. Rating: 8/10

This is a great value fragrance. It's very loud, and it lasts a long time. I don't get that much of a tobacco note from it, but I do smell vanilla and sandalwood, along with the nutmeg, amber, musk, and ginger. If you're looking for a warm, spicy fragrance that's easy on the wallet, take a look at this one, for sure.

One of the best cheapie pickups for 2024 and at the price of 15.99 this is a steal ! This one caught me off guard as I expected it to be more spicy and unique but it's a lot more simple and mass appealing than I thought. Which is not a bad thing This starts off very powdery, semi sweet with very little spice. As it opens up in the mid the spices do come out but it's never overly spicy. In the drydown it's pretty much the same but it becomes less spicy and more ambery. In a nutshell this is a very pleasant powder,semi spicy, semi sweet,semi fresh fragrance that I think has something everyone will love. With that said it never goes strongly in any direction which may cause this to be boring to some. Scents that this has similarities to (but not a clone of are ) Armani Code,Burberry Brit,Le Male,D and G The One, and the freshness the basil has even reminds me slightly of Calvin Klein Truth. Performance on this is above average as it has ok projection but lasts 6-10 hours ! Because of this I think it's perfect for work,church,dates, and any occasion in the colder months where you want to smell pleasant but not overwhelming Overall rating -7.75 out of 10 ! Almost a love but because it's not very original it stays at a very warm like. Very pleasant scent and great for occasions I want to smell pleasant but not bold.

@previous reviewers; I love Burberry London, and I get no similarities. To my nose, on clothes and paper, this is a cross between Givenchy Pi and Mont Blanc Individuel. On my skin, it leans towards sandalwood, lavender, vanilla, amber with some tobacco flower. It's a sweet woody floral and I think much more wearable than something like Burberry Touch (very similar without the violet). It's barbershop meets vanilla woods. I don't love it, but I don't regret buying it and it'll find it's place when I need to go out in fall, winter and early spring and the environment is too formal/professional for 1 million yet not worthy of a YSL or Prada spray (think la nuit or Amber for example). For example, I would wear this to a family Christmas lunch but not a date at a fine dining restaurant or an interview. Projection, was 2 feet for first 4 hours, then skin scent. The impression left me with 'a more bearable and wearable givenchy pi'. I'm happy with this as I don't like sweet scents for long. It projects less than Mont Blanc Individuel which suits me better. If you can find for less than 30 U$D and you like sweet florals, do it.

This can be compared with John Vartatos Vintage and Burberry London. I actually like this more than either of those. Althought they are both very nice. You can't go wrong with either one. However, I really enjoy the openning of 360 black. The ginger with the suede is really fabulous. Then the tobacco comes out and remains in the base. It is subtle and surprising. A personal favorite. Today I put on D&G The One for men, which is very similar to PE360Black. I still prefer PE360Black, which has a much better openning and suede. There is not suede in D&G The One, but there is grapefruit and some other spicy notes. It is also interesting that D&G The One was released in 2008 while PE360Black was released in 2006. It is often said that PE is copying other popular fragrances, but that is not the case here.

burnt crispy coca cola poured over skinned cow suede with amber droplets and some old man who is a barber puffing a cigarette . what's not to love! longevity is about as lengthy as a marlboro smoke, about as lengthy as a budlight buzz, about as lengthy as a premature ejaculation, it doesn't last, is my point. sillage can vary between not reaching the noses of those around you and reaching the nostrils of god, him getting so offended at this scent invading his holly tree smelling fragrances, and smite down anyone unfortunate to wear this frag. still, a good purchase and blind grab from the shelf. occasions to wear: date nights (if they're a smoker,) walmarts, skiing and job interviews concerning working around live cattle.

I was recommended this back in october for a fall scent. It's more of a winter scent to me. The tobacco/amber/nutmeg scent strikes me in this. it's sweet, soft, yet spicy and masculine. I am wearing this on a day where it's 30 degrees fahrenheit and it shines. longevity, i can still smell it after 6 hours, as does others. within a 3-4 foot radius with just a few sprays. sticks well on clothes. scent is pleasant, longevity and sillage are good, and the packaging/bottle is that of a perry ellis scent. if you need something for the weather, pick this up. it's affordable as it is splendid.

After several wearing across the seasons, I maintain my initial impression, a mix of Coke (the nutmeg tamarind, and ginger) and Pepsi (flowery tobacco, sweet amber, and powdery cardamom) gone flat (the suede "dulls" any effervescence of the basil or ginger). I like it but it is not for everyone or every situation. A good fall/winter daytime errand runner, office safe, and lunch appropriate as others have said. It is chill and powdery for sure, but the hints of spice keep it grounded and from becoming cloyingly and pillowy sweet.

A sweet and spicy fragrance. The tobacco note is noticeably there but it's not strong. Later on a woody note and nutmeg comes through and it gets less sweet. For me, 360° Black is like a mixture of CK One Shock, Bogart CityTower and Jacomo Aura but not as nice as any of them. The silage is not too bad. 360° Black is an OK ish oriental evening fragrance. I won't, however, replace this when it's finished because I find this one a bit nondescript. It's a 4/10 for me. Disappointed with this Perry.

This very much strikes me as a spicier, stronger, and longer lasting version of John Varvatos Vintage. The spicy/peppery notes are most prominent here with tobacco notes ever present, but more in a supporting role. The suede notes are another supporting actor. Longevity is a good 4-5 hours of mostly moderate projection. I like 360 Black the best at temperatures between 30 and 65 degrees. I would gladly repurchase when current bottle runs out, especially at the available price point.

Cardamom ginger spicy at first that takes an earthy herbal basil and greens twist in the heart before getting lightly sweet tobacco suede in the base. It's nice. It's lighter than I expected, so I could extend it beyond Winter into Spring and Fall easily, or layer with something like 360 Red to get it summer capable.

The 360 line has some of the best cheapies out there. The price to quality ratio really can’t be beat. This is my favorite of the bunch. In my experience a crowd pleaser and an exceptional performer.

Mix this with Diesel BAD It's like a cool, slightly rebellious vibe, perfect for getting stuff done. They just *get* each other, ya know? A total match made in fragrance heaven.

SPICY POWDERY BURNT SUEDE Sharp synthetic opening, once that dissipates (still leaves a metallic smell) you get a little sweetness + big powdery suede and a little spice, in the mid the powderyness of the suede subdues the slight sweetness as the spiceyness begins to turn up, onces it dries the powdery suede and spices is all that's detected but the suede kinda has a burnt rubber smell; overall, it's still not the worst smelling frag in the world, it's still okay for an oriental, has a very powdery burning/smoky spicy incense type vibe that's not too loud (smells very close to the first 5 minutes of F Black by Salvatore Ferragamo). Projection/Sillage is GOOD, nice 'scent bubble' for the first 2 hours after that it becomes in-close aromatic Performance/Longevity is GOOD, on average 5-7 hours.

Perry Ellis 360 Black Impression: Initial spray on my skin, this fragrance presented with a distinct fragrant tobacco note which quickly dissipated into a generic masculine smell of suede and spice within minutes. After 10-15 minutes, it smells like suede baby powder and residual amber. I am happy I did not purchase this but thankful for the test. My favorite scent in the Perry Ellis line remains 360 Red. Compliment Factor: I asked a coworker for her opinion and she was repulsed by the scent describing it as "overwhelming" reminiscent of an "old man smell" but not in an attractive or positive way. Summary: This fragrance is quite unremarkable in my opinion. I could only recommend it for cold weather (Fall and Winter only), absolutely not a spring or summer scent. Age range seems to be for an older gentleman, I would not recommend for anyone younger than 40. It is not a casual scent, it would pair better dressed up. The price is the best part of this fragrance, a great value if you do enjoy the scent. Blind bought this from the reviews i got from here. It doesn't smell bad but it has only two subtle scents to it. It starts off with a Tobacco smooth scent which isn't too bad but quickly dries down to a Powdery smell that's kind of Generic. Gave the girlfriend a headache. She did not like what so ever. Leans on the sweet side which I normally like but to me, it didn't leave me going oh wow this is great! and It left the girlfriend not impressed and with a headache. If you want a safe scent for you that's fine but this is some woman repellent. Returning this to Marshall's for a different blind buy. Got it for $15. Nice bottle. Simple classy looking bottle.
