Perry Ellis for Women

I normally prefer bold, wafting, intense perfumes, but this gentle scent appeals to me. I sprayed it on myself from a tester one day while shopping, not really expecting to pay much mind to it afterwards. But when driving home, I kept smelling this very pleasant, gentle, floral scent. I realized it was the Perry Ellis Woman perfume; and the next day I went back and purchased myself a bottle. It's not bold; it's not outrageous; it's not particularly "original"; but it is appealing.

I love this fragrance... I wear it to work alot because it's inoffensive and pretty. I like the bottle too... I have repurchased it because I enjoy it so much as it's one of those that I don't have to think about. When in doubt, I wear this one. Also, it reminds me of my time working in D.C. as we got a free bottle of this at an event. Awesome memories, I will always love this perfume.

This is a very much a minimalist scent... Light, airy and fresh but also clean and feminine... At 1st spritz its a sparkling floral fruity that commands attention but after about 30 mins it becomes a subdued version of its former self, lingering closer to the skin... I like it very much and if u adore clean, simple fruity-florals u may also...

This frangrance seems very safe to me. Floral but not too; fruity, a little. Some powder, but not too much. I've had this awhile and sort of forgot about it. I can see why. It's pretty, but in a forgettable way.

White Florals + Green Notes = Perry Ellis for Women. The white florals in the opening are a tad harsh...and have that "aerosol or hairspray" type of bite to it. Give it 10 seconds...and the green hits you in the face like fresh cut celery. This lasts for about 10-15 minutes and then the white florals and the "green" start to mellow out leaving you with a nice, pretty, clean everyday type of scent. It's nothing that will knock your socks off nor is it signature scent worthy...but it is pretty and it's a great option to wear to work as it lasts a good 4-5 hours and has a nice inoffensive, "moderate" projection strength. Won't suffocate anyone like an Elizabeth Taylor fragrance. Overall...I like this. I don't love it but I most definitely don't dislike it either. I'd give the scent itself a solid 7/10. Longevity - About 4-5 hours depending on amount of sprays. Projection - About 2 feet. Overall Score - I'll give this one a 7/10. Again...this isn't something that'll amaze you. It's not something to wear to a big event or anything. But it's a great office option and would be a good job interview perfume as well. It's clean and inoffensive and sometimes...that's all we need on certain days...

This is one of those perfumes that you want to wear to please yourself...while at the same time avoiding displeasing others. It's a quiet fragrance to wear at quiet times. At first, I get something - not sure what - green. Maybe the apple listed in the notes. If so, it's not a rip-roaring apple, though. It just sets the stage for the florals to cycle through a little bit later. I don't get any specific floral, and usually that annoys me. But, this time it works. I don't get much more than a couple hours of longevity. It seems pretty much every fragrance I wear is the same...so maybe it's me. I absolutely LOVE holding this bottle. I can't explain it. It's just a sensual pleasure.

This isn't like anything I've ever had, it's actually a lot more floral than I normally wear. But I have Perry Ellis Love, and I figured since I love that one, i should give this a try. I really like it, I don't think it'd be an every day scent, but it is nice. It is kinda strong, and it lasts a pretty long time. I wore it for dinner with my bf and it was still pretty detectable on my skin when i woke up the next morning.

Perry, Very, Perry, Pretty!!! Not a WOW!!! fragrance, BUT is a very "safe" one to wear!! Not the one that's going to make others turn their heads when I go by them, but it's one that I feel VERY comfortable with!!!

My brother bought this perry for my sister bday gift. Musky, powdery and flowery. I cant sense the fruity hints. For me this perfume is just sweet n kinda boring

Yuck, I can't believe I just sprayed this on myself. Hairspray notes in the opening, followed by a bunch of synthetic notes I can't even begin to identify. I really have no idea what I'm suppose to be smelling. Hard pass. EDIT: thinking my manufacturer's sample went bad, so read the comment above with reservations.

The notes stated here contained some of my faveorites: musk, apple, lily of the valley, gardenia. I was expecting a clean soapy fruity floral blast. What did I get? Warm woods and spices. No fruits or flowery notes whatsoever, not even in the dry down. Maybe I got a bad batch or something.

i finally decided to try the sample i had...i was reluctant to, because the first time i smelled it from the decanter itself, it stung my nose to high heaven. Out of curiosity, i allowed a single drop to land on the back of my hand. I wasn't disappointed. After a minute or so, all i could smell was gardenia. Yes, some other fruity notes too, but gardenia definitely took the lead. After several more minutes had elapsed, it warmed up slightly with the woody notes, and more sharp fruits shone through, but it retained the sweet personality of gardenia. It was almost edibly sweet. No real complexity to this fragrance. All in all, this is a refreshingly sweet smell that's light and airy like open air, almost soap like. Perfect for gardenia lovers. I can see myself wearing this on a day where i feel like smelling clean and sweet.

A simple casual and very mellow fruity floral but that doesn't mean it's boring either. The scent matches up with a cute white mini or sundress, spaghetti straps and skirts, cute and feminine but not flirty. The fragrance opens with apple, plum and citrus. If you like fruity scents this is how it starts like a delicious fruit concentrate or fruit bowl. Yummy. Then the floral notes emerge and they include gardenia and lily of the valley. It's strictly white floral but with a fresh fruity and delicious body. The vanilla in the dry down is powdery and delicate like powder and the amber is soapy and heady. This is not going to make a statement but it's a very lovely little fragrance. Easy to wear every day to any place including work/office or studio, and to lunch/dinner. Pretty and doesn't make a fuss.

This runs quickly through the top and middle notes on me. While they both are pleasant I wish they would hang around a bit longer. I can definitely pick up the notes listed, presented in a well balanced blend. It then rolls through a "bar of soap" phase which fades to the musky bottom notes. I would prefer a little less musk at the end. Nice, casual. I think they could have done better if they had let the top and middle notes linger for more than 30 minutes to an hour. The dry down is still strong after a few hours.

I don't like Perry Ellis normally but this scent is gorgeous!!! Very floral and delicate. Does not smell like anything I've smelled before, thank God its original because too many perfumers are replicating each others scents anymore! For anyone who knows what PE America smells like, I have a bottle 3/4 full and if you pay the shipping-YOU CAN HAVE IT! I can't stand the smell of AMERICA AT ALL! Im just received my 1st bottle and I really like it. Definitely NOT overpowering. But someone will definitely be able to pick up your scent.it's classy and sweet. Clean and nice.

Pretty...this is a lingering scent, not flamboyant or attention seeking but simply exists...reminds me of a grown up version of Brittney Spears Curious.

This is another classic Perry Ellis fragrance. If you don't already have one, go get one!!! You will not regret it.

The longer i wear it, the smells turn to be very "masculin" for me, maybe i'm not suited with the smell.
