Mood Ring

Mood Ring's opening is like buying a bag of Haribos from a cold corner store, walking out into the hot summer weather, and opening the slightly warmed bag with a puff of fruity, gummy sweetness. The dry down is orange blossom with whiffs of fruit gummies when you catch a breeze. Very close to the skin. Invigorating, juicy, and fun! It does feel nostalgic and I see what people are saying when they mention juvenile, but I would take that as a positive. The person that wears this has spunk and doesn't take themselves too seriously. And that's just for the opening, I think the dry down is plenty mature. This feels perfect for spring when you're excited about the warmer weather and all the fresh, green foliage. It's also perfect for summer, like a cold and refreshing snow cone (as another reviewer mentioned) in hot, humid weather. This is great for daytime. I'm also excited to wear it on a warm summer night out. I think it's playful and sexy! I wish that this scent was stronger for a bit longer, but I am happy that I can wear this to work without bothering anyone. It dried down to a skin scent in probably 2 or 3 hours. But I suspect there's a scent cloud, based on how I smell the fruitiness again when my office AC is blasting. I will update.

I picked a travel size this up on a trip to the US as a complete blind buy since it’s not sold in Sephora where I live and I just couldn’t resist. I knew I’d probably like it bc fruity scents that others describe as basic, youthful or body spray-like always end up being my favourites lol. It really does capture the sour candy vibe for me, on first spray it’s tangy and mouth watering, with a sparkling quality like the coating on sour patch kids. It’s almost like a carbonated fruit drink too, it feels fizzy. As it wears throughout the day it warms up and just like when you let sour candy melt in your mouth the sweetness starts to come out. As it gets sweeter the florals start to become a little more detectable as well rounding it out. I don’t really notice much of the patchouli in the base so at least on me personally it’s not a patchouli heavy scent at all. Maybe it’s just me but I don’t think many people would strongly dislike this scent, I think it’s very generally appealing in the dry down so I think if you’re a fan of fruity floral scents it’s a safe blind buy. It may not be the most unique scent in the world but it definitely has a place for me in my collection as I don’t get the same sour candy tangy scent from anything else.

Bought the travel size so I could fully experience it for a week.Really loving what this does on my skin! Fruity not too sweet, but super positive and uplifting fruity call it gummy bear call it passionfruit whatever it smells so pretty and happy instant mood lifter dries down to this lovely floral patchouli thing on my skin, which is never a bad thing for me is I love patchouli and what it does on my skin. This is exactly what I hoped for. I didn’t think it projected well, which is fine since I’m wearing fragrance for me not for you but pleasantly surprised to receive multiple compliments, I live in the hot humid state of Florida. Maybe that has something to do with it, and I am an oversprayer for life not one time Did anyone say that this fragrance was too much I’ve worn it daytime nighttime and to the gym all with very positive results. I am going to buy the full-size dupe bottle from the Dua brand because well you know they are just absolutely amazing at recreating designer Fragrances at a fraction of the price so I’m all in on this one also layers well with either more Woody or more gourmand if you wanna lighten it up for summer throw in a nice bright citrusy musk like musk therapy or maybe some sublime Vanille. 😇

When I wear this I think Gummy bears and go back in time. Makes me think of juicy couture. Not their fragrances per se but the time period. The tracksuits, music, hoop earrings, lipsmackers, the heart print Dooney & Bourke hand bag. Maybe your older sister, zebra print, victoria secret and denim mini skirts with uggs. Avril Lavigne, Paramore or old school Taylor swift CD is on I am surprised it isn’t talked up more but this is an experience and nostalgic. I can see the name is very fitting even that is nostalgic. Grab a 10ml at the very least and ignore negative reviews this is a must have and a mood lifter. I am currently going through a tough time in my life and this fragrance helped me have a good day Just saw another comment after submitting mine that it’s reminiscent to the early 2000’s! Wow not the only one. The person who made that comment said it lacked in sensuality. I respectfully disagree. Often nostalgic scents are very seductive. Not in an ordinary way but in a way that reminds one of the passion they had when younger. How it felt to have crushes etc

I was so excited to smell mood ring after hearing all the buzz about it online! At first spray I did smell some candy like sweetness but I was also equally met with some patchouli woodiness, and white florals that made me feel like it added a sophistication to it or even a bohemian sort of feel. I was surprised that it smelled quite classy and elegant even with having a top note of fruit gummies. After it dried down it truly came together to create a very unique scent that honestly makes me feel quite confident and very much a scent I would want to command a room at work. I was confused as a gourmand lover because it’s actually not that gummy sweet, it’s just a touch there in the dry down when you smell it, but it adds to a special touch for a classy white floral scent. I also believe it smells like it should be more expensive than it is. I am a white floral lover but I enjoy white florals that have more complexity with other notes, this is one that I think I will have to add to my collection with a full sized bottle. 💕

Mood Ring is such a happy vibes scent. It opens with that burst of gummy bears and fruity citrus note, definitely unique and distinctive and the part of the scent I enjoyed the most. Great thing that I smell it throughout. After that, the floral heart of jasmine and orange blossom joins the party rounded up with patchouli. At the base I mostly smell the musk. The notes come together beautifully as it’s a superbly well blended scent. It’s very youthful, fun and carefree. It’s feminine leaning but I’d still consider it unisex. When my sister sampled it, on her skin the jasmine and orange blossom takes over but on me as a guy, the candy gummy bear and the fruity citrus opening persists throughout the life of the fragrance. Lasting power is also great, around 8 hours plus. I just can’t help but smile everytime I have it on. Pretty apt name for a scent that uplifts my mood whenever I wear it. Phlur has a banger in their hands with this one.

Instant smile, so i bought it. Reminds me a lot of the fruity florals of the early 2000s. classmates wore the heck out of escada. Juicy, sparkly, uplifting. Dries down to mostly orange blossom after about 20 minutes on skin, but doesn’t turn heavy, it keeps its freshness. On clothes I imagine it keeps more of its fruity character. it just smells good. period. As a woman in her mid 30s, i had a fleeting thought this was too juvenile but then decided i didn’t care. it’s above a body spray in depth and complexity so im not too worried about smelling like a teen. looking forward to wearing this this spring and summer and enjoying the bubbly nostalgia of it all. Edit 5/6/25: crazy how after the first couple of fruity bomb wears, I sprayed it and got straight neroli. Orange blossom creamsicle! Juicy fruits pushed way to the back. Is this why it’s called mood ring? because it changes? I wonder if it’ll go back and forth.

Love, love, looooove this perfume. I do agree with some reviews below that it can lean a bit juvenile and the assortment of fruits can be difficult to discern, but the first thing I think of when smelling this each time is "fun!" - definitely a nostalgic gummy bear note. There's a little something behind it that gives it a biiiit more maturity than your usual drugstore body spray (maybe the white florals?) and that gets highlighted on the drydown together with some vague fruitiness, but it never smells unpleasant to me. I don't get a lot of patchouli, which is fine (I'm used to it in stronger doses, so maybe I'm noseblind to it in this one) but this never fails to put me in a good mood. I think it's missing a tiiiiiny bit of depth / je ne sais quoi that's preventing it from being my signature scent? But still one of my favourites, and I personally just have a soft spot for it because it matches my personality. :)

honestly i cant tell if i like this or not. it was definitely an impulse buy bc i had heard so many good things about it and i had convinced myself the tester spritz in the store was good. immediately after spraying it on myself i was conflicted. i am NOT one of the lucky people that gets the gummy bear notes 😭 it is just immediate patchouli and musk with a little orange blossom. not offensive but not my style at all. it progressively gets sweeter with the citrus notes popping out a little more. that lasts for a good 5 minutes or so before it finally dries down to a sweet (almost vanilla)and fruitier scent. it reminds me a lot of a different perfume that i cant put my finger on! i really do love the ending result but im not sure the first half is worth it for me lol it's a really weird fragrance, totally worth a try as people get such a vastly different result from each other

Pure serotonin, whimsical fun in a bottle. Its like my childhood daydreams were distilled into this fragrance lol. A very youthful, sweet scent. Gives gummy bear in the best way; I don't think I'd buy a full size but I would buy another sample! I can see why people enjoy it. Reminds me of an assortment of candies! On me, it opens with a bright, zesty fruit note (kinda like pineapple) that has just the right amount of sour tang to keep it fresh and zingy without ever crossing into "gross" or overripe territory. Edit: I enjoy this perfume more and more!!! It works sooo well for layering and I find myself gravitating toward it often. I would get a full size or at least a travel size

So young and beautiful! Not immature, just young at heart and young in spirit! This fragrance is bright without being screechy and it's sweet without being cloying. Thankfully, at least for me, the white florals do not take over the brightness of the fruits. They sit in the background adding the right amount of perfumyness to this scent that is so attractive. The amber and musk keeps this grounded. My nose can't detect the patchouli, but I'd like to think that the patchouli is there to help keep the fruits grounded. Usually, with fruity fragrances, I can always detect synthetics, but with this...zero synthetics detected. It's a beautiful, clean, and well done blend.

Oh how I love this! It was a blind buy. I’ve never tried Phlur before. It’s a fruity, candy sweet with a hint of musk, orange blossom & Once it sits on skin for a bit I can smell a touch of patchouli. I used my travel spray up in a week & just ordered a full bottle. Lasts a good 8 hours on me. Projection is moderate as well. I’d say this would be classified as a spring scent but I’d wear it year round. Definitely a fun flirty fragrance and it’s my new signature. I’ve tried Missing Person & Not Your Baby which were decent but Mood Ring is a definite LOVE for me! I’m waiting on Apricot Prive to arrive and I’m excited to try that out as well

I enjoyed this perfume. It smells like Haribo gummy bears. This scent is so playful and youthful. When I sprayed this, I transcended back to being 15, running through sprinklers in the summertime with my besties, and catching the high school football game on a Friday evening. This perfume is so delicate and youthful. This perfume feels like a hug from your younger self. It’s very pretty. As far as the notes, it smells like juicy fruits and gummy bears. It smells like teen spirit. It smells like the song “Ribs” by Lorde to me. I love Mood Ring. I’ll cheers to Mood Ring by Phlur.

i love this scent from phlur. it smells like a bright sunny day, today's the last day of the schoolyear, and you stopped for snowcones after school walking through town. its fruity candy sweet with a subtle sour orange, reminiscent of a fruit platter you could buy at a grocery store. i dont smell musk or patchouli when it dries down, though the jasmine and white florals are definitely there instead, shadowing the fruit. mood ring is just a sweet summery scent that id definitely recommend if you want a fruity sweet instead of a sugar/syrup sweet!

It's sweet like a Viva La Juicy perfume which I LOVE. It kind of reminds me of Pink Couture by them. On me, it's super fruity... a tad bit of citrus and amber. I think I can smell the marigold as well. It also smells clean and shampoo like also. It's complex but well balanced. It also reminds me of my favorite semi permanent hair dye Kiss Tintation. I blind bought this and I'm so glad it worked out for me. It does remind me of sniffing a bag of gummy bears. It's just so so so good. I can't wait to try more Phlur fragrances.

This is beautiful and summery, I really like it. Very white floral, but done right to where it's not sharp, screechy or irritating because it's softened by fruit and sweetness. It smells almost exactly like Donna EDP by Trussardi. I knew it immediately. Lo and behold, they share many of the same notes. So I wouldn't really need Mood Ring as I already have Donna. One thing I will say is that Mood Ring doesn't last long, nor does Donna. As usual, the most beautiful scents are often the most fleeting...

I was ready to be disappointed based on all the reviews saying it just smells like patchouli and no gummy bears. Maybe I'm just lucky but *on me* this smells exactly like gummy bears all the way through and I don't get any patchouli even when it dries down. Don't listen to anyone telling you to stay away from it altogether before you have a chance to smell it in a store and try it out yourself. Everyone's skin is different! This is one of my new all time favorites and I'll be wearing it all summer :)

They released 6 fragrances last year, this year if we're getting technical they've actually slowed down - still 6 new scents, yes, but 3 are body and hair mists which is a new venture for them. I do hope from next year onwards they slow down a bit more though, much like with Kayali I & many other people find it a bit off-putting when there's so many releases in one year. Makes you question how much effort has actually gone into constructing each scent...

This is actually very nice the gummy bear note is very cool and very very noticeable, I must have a fantastic nose thank goodness. The gummy note is fleeting but it's still smooth afterwards and not just a dirty patchouli bomb at all. After the dry down i use gummy fruit scent mists like sweet kiwi & star fruit etc & body cream from BBW along with it to enhance the fruity notes as much as possible... I also like this cause it's not coconutty.

Another great by Phlur, one of the most unique fruit fragrances ive smelled from this brand, I was initially skeptical because of the gummy accords as someone who tends to stay 100 miles away from any lip smackers pink sugar like-like scent profiles, i was impressed. The opening is sweet but the drydown is green and floral. Unisex, warm and musky, reminds me of eating a ambrosia salad on a hot summer day.

I loveeee this fragrance! On my skin, I initially smelled soft, floral and then it transformed into a sweet, fruity and fun scent. Definitely reminds me of a gummy bear or lifesaver. After about 10 min, I could smell the amber and it made me love the fragrance even more! I didn’t have it on for long, I had to shower, so I can’t speak to the longevity. This is my first Phlur fragrance and I am impressed.

A favorite of mine. It smells very juicy and fruity, perfect for summer. Feels like a fun, playful scent without being childish. I definitely don't get any patchouli but the white florals shine beneath the fruity notes. Honestly I'm surprised so many reviews compare it to gummy bears because I never would've thought that. Also longevity is better than I expected for Phlur

Honestly, this is a fun fragrance that is musky and fruity with a perfect woody note. I layered it with Musc Noir Rose For Her and it was divine. It was so comforting and I would repurchase again and again. I actually love this fragrance and I feel like it would work well for many if they are open to the patchouli/woody notes. It is soooo good! At least try it.

I’m in love with this! This is not the type of fragrance I usually gravitate towards, but it’s just so nice. It starts off bright, citrusy, and juicy. I love how fresh and uplifting it is from the citrus and florals while also maintaining this gummy candy-like sweetness. It dries down into a perfect fruity musk.

I love this perfume! Ever since I tried it in the store, I had to buy a bottle for myself. It's juicy, fruity, and light, which makes it perfect for summer! The initial spray does have a sweetness similar to gummy bears, but on the dry down it's mostly just a conglomeration of fruit (in a good way).

I don’t quite get gummy bear, but it definitely leans into a sour candy scent with a touch of florals. It’s lovely even though I had my fingers crossed for a great gummy bear scent. The first time I wore it, I instantly got complimented!

Delicious fruity scent that lasts all of 12 secs on me! I’m not sure what’s going on in Phlur labs but body mists last a while but their perfumes have barely any power!! Still love the scent but will probably not purchase again

This perfume smells like sniffing a bag of gummy candy to my nose. The floral and fruit notes are blended so well. Longevity is great, as I get whiffs of it throughout the day. Such a fun newer release.

I AM OBSESSED. The top notes for me are absolutely the Pitaya, the gummy isn't forward but I'm 💯 ok with that. The jasmine sambac, marigold and amber are such a delight... I get compliments CONSTANTLY.

This is a Phlur favorite for me! Very fruity and extra which i love in a scent. A perfect spring and summer fragrance to get noticed.

This has been one of my favorites for spring. It's juicy fruits, and lightly floral. I have received so many compliments wearing it.

The notion of a mood ring brings back happy memories. Myself and everyone of my friends had one in the early 90s. These fun costume jewelry rings contained a mood stone, a thermochromic element in the liquid crystal, that would change colour based on your mood (well, to be scientific, the temperature of the finger of the wearer). Of course, we had lots of fun to see if our rings changed colour from green (relaxed) to purple (love) if we got within a meter of a crush! It reminds me of long satin skirts, tie dye tops and DM boots, and the scent that immediately came to mind was 4711, because the cool ‘hippie’ shop where we liked to hang out and bought our clothes and mood rings from, smelt like it was doused in Mäurer & Wirtz original cologne on an hourly basis and very much likely was. So, I guess you can imagine my surprise when I saw that Parfumo lists a top note of Phlur’s Mood Ring as ‘fruit gummies’ - this is definitely not what I was expecting! So yeah, this opens with an absolute blast of fruity fun; pear, kiwi, peach, orange, lemon, apple - they’re all there, all mixed together. The orange blossom is already present in the opening too. It’s sweet but not cloying. It’s fresh, bright and vibrant. I was expecting maybe something indolic as this settled, with jasmine and marigold listed as notes. But I don’t get that at all. I do get a slight sour, metallic greenness that reminds me of the cut stems and sap of a marigold flower in the middle. It’s already a rollercoaster of childhood nostalgia. From the sweet fruity start that reminds you of opening a packet of haribo, then the amber creeps through from the base and there’s a whiff of creamy orange, like a young summer’s day with an ice cream from the Poke Van in one hand and a Capri Sun in the other. As this settles into the dry down, Phlur’s distinct DNA is present with lovely whiffs of musk and sandalwood. There’s a woody patchouli there but there’s defo sandalwood too, to my nose, and gently so. And from a bright, vibrant fruity opening, I’m now getting a musky floral with hints of fruit. It’s lovely here and stops the scent turning into an overly sweet gourmand or a body spray and keeps it very much smelling like a perfume. I feel Phlur put a lot of love and effort into their scents, particularly their names. Like the way Missing Person definitely takes you on a gentle olfactory journey. And it’s very present here with Mood Ring too. Just like the fun jewellery of my early teens, this perfume is a changling that takes you on a nostalgic journey. Even hours after wearing it, a cold blast of AC air in the car and its back to fruity, playful vibrancy. A heat up from household cleaning in the warm summer and it’s a creamy, amber neroli. A settle on the sofa in the evening and it’s a comforting floral fruity musk. Sometimes there’s a whiff of apple, sometimes it’s pear or kiwi or orange. Sometimes there’s a beautiful woody loveliness. And again, like Vanilla Skin and Golden Rule, when I awake the next morning my skin smells like Missing Person.. clever little Phlurs! This is a fun, playful, fruity floral that settles into a musky fruity accord, but also keeps your nose exercised throughout the day. **Colllection Status** This was the 5th sample in Phlur’s discovery set. It’s really lovely and fun, but not my vibe at all. But teenage me would’ve ate this up!

impulse bought this today at sephora, after ALMOST buying father figure instead. i don't see this being my everyday go-to, but i really do enjoy it. i tend to go for more androgynous, less sweet scents, so i felt the need to get something a lil different to shake things up. it's floral and green enough that the fruity candy aspect isn't overwhelming. i haven't had it on very long but i can definitely say it's STRONG in the very beginning. there's something that feels almost a lil soapy to me? but that goes away after 30 minutes or so. the jasmine and orange feel very soft and natural. this is definitely not something i'd be comfortable wearing to work though. maybe it's just me, but it really seems to fill the room at times. but it does make me feel cute lol. it's kind of a more grown up version of something i would've liked as a kid. okay after noodling on this for a couple days i decided i like it a good bit. it doesn't last on my skin very long, but it sticks to clothes like crazy. and it's not that soapy. idk why that was my first impression but i don't really see it anymore.

Came for the gummy note and the very first time I sprayed it I did not get gummy at all. Right off the bat it was citrus and florals and, although I liked it, I was slightly disappointed. I had originally sprayed it outside in a rush, and about a week later I retried with better results. There is a sort of white gummy note in the opening, but even under better conditions, the "gummy" opening note lasted 30 minutes at the absolute max. It settles into a bright floral with patchouli being a keynote throughout the fragrance. Overall, as many others have echoed, mood ring is a fun, youthful, and fairly inoffensive scent which is wonderful only if you like the rest of the notes listed. If you are a fan of white florals, patchouli, or citrus and are open to a (maybe) more unique opening note, this is a perfect scent for you. If you are someone deadset on the gummy note that's advertised and would be disappointed with anything else, I would seriously rethink my purchase and at minimum sample first.

Okay so it’s 62 degrees and rainy- this smells so much better now in the cooler weather. It smells like sour gummy bears, it’s related to Victoria’s Secret scandalous- as in the crisp green apple scent but this has the sour gummy candy alongside the crisp green apple. It’s nice. 😊 At 75 degrees after summer heat cools down, this smells more soapy sweet and I like it way more smelling like a sweet candy floral soap. The opening is far better than the dry down. The dry down goes sour-tchuli. I wish the opening was the complete dry down. Btw I live in Minnesota so we have drastic weather changes- one day it will be 95 degrees then the very next day it will be 60 degrees and rainy. Scent changes with the weather- for those that don’t know. That’s why the first time I tried it I wanted to throw up cuz it smelled so bad but the other two times the experiences were different and pleasant. Different temps bring out different notes while calming other notes.

Take a 2000s fruity-type kids’ fragrance- think that shampoo that came in a fish shaped bottle- zhuzh it up with some patchouli and musk, and you have Mood Ring. It’s essentially a matured version of that class of fragrances and I love it. The scent journey is very interesting as well: sharp, tart fruit to a gummy candy (I wouldn’t recommend it SOLELY if you want to smell like a gummy bear but DAMN does it have a 10 minute phase where it smells like a bag of Haribos) to fruitchouli with lots of interesting “in-between” scents. Mood Ring is a very apt name for a shifting, shimmering rainbow of notes 🌈 EDIT: ended up buying a purse spray after loving this in the sample set- for whatever reason the sample lasts just over an hour on me, but the purse spray is eternal and I can get a full day out of it. Hm.

Just like Strawberry Letter, when I received this and smelled on paper it was SOOO juicy and really smelled like realistically like gummy candy. After waiting a month or so and finally spraying it on my body it immediately wears as a deeper, sweet amber smell. I’m getting all the base notes this go around. It’s unfortunate for everyone really looking forward to a bright, fruit forward candy smell, but it still smells good. Again, it smells like a more mature version of a gummy bear, where I’m still getting these fruity notes just more supplemented with patchouli and musk. Like all of the Phlur scents I’ve tried, the sillage isn’t great and neither is the longevity, but it does last longer than other reasonable price point brands. It’s got a good fruity greenness to it, it’s pleasant

I've not been the biggest fan of Phlur but I stopped by Sephora to sniff this. Surprisingly I really enjoyed this! I sprayed it on my sweatshirt and went on about my day. I was working on sanding a dresser in the garage and kept getting whiffs of this throughout the day which brought me joy, I didn't want to wash my sweatshirt! I do wish the gummy opening lasted longer but the dry down is a fun fruity floral. I'm not convinced it's incredibly special but I like to wear scents like this running weekend errands. I also don't agree this smells like Eros Pour Femme at all, which to my nose is a cheapy body splash locker room type scent. I'd say Mood Ring is quite a bit more elevated that Eros plus the green bottle is cute.

Bought the travel size at Sephora because I love jolly ranchers. Sweet and tart fruit candy smell, like maybe a blue or a green in a tropical flavor mix. Later it becomes more of a dirty white floral, but retains sugary and tangy qualities. I would say this is the little sister of bdk Pas ce Soir, which has a similar opening but is a much dirtier floral at heart. It's actually quite strong on me, and I only did 1 spray on each arm. Mood Ring definitely reminds me of sweet and fruity bubble baths and shower gels from the 2000s. I wouldn't usually like such a typically juvenile scent, but I like the odd 2000s fruity floral vibe. It reminds me of my childhood. This is really candy sweet and is kind of generic, but I can see this being an easy reach. The first hour it's moderately strong but it fades to a skin scent after that. It smells like candy in the beginning but after an hour or so it mellows out into a sweet floral, musky blend. I much prefer it after the first hour or two. I don't get the gummy bear association, but it does smell candy like. It also reminds me of shampoo. I do not know if I'll get a full bottle of this yet. I'll have to see how I feel going through the rest of the sample.

Nope not for me. I was just brought back to like the early 2000’s and I don’t know what this smells like but I don’t like it. It’s been done- back then it was done. It’s not bad it’s just not well rounded. It literally smells like 2002 0r 2004 I don’t know sometime back then eeew. It is sweet and candy like but the patchouli just turns it to garbage yuck 🤢 I’ll have to try it in cooler weather cuz this hot weather it is sticky, sweet, melted and burned. Sour patch kids melted in a car that’s been smoked in heavily with cigarettes and stuffy gross leather seats that have liquor spilled on them. With air freshener to try n cover it all up. I am surprised it’s so not good.

Mood Ring is a really fun fruity fragrance that reminds me of a more modern and slightly more edgy summer Escada scent from the 90s. I do get the gummi bear scent up front for a few moments and then it dries down to a sweeter summer floral with a hint of green earthiness. I like it on its own for very warm days, but I have been layering it with Escada Flor del Sol for a little more fruity notes. I'm 44 and still love fun fruity and sweet scents and don't feel like Mood Ring is too juvenile for daytime wear or even a casual evening out. It lasts about 4-5 hours on my skin and doesn't project much but I am okay with that.

This is actually really nice! Fruity and fun in the opening, but with a floral note that gives it a lift to keep it light and prevents it from going too far in the gummy candy direction. From the first spray, it was familiar, and it bugged me the whole wear trying to figure out what it reminded me of, until the drydown...it’s Pas ace Soir from BDK! The drydown is very similar! The opening lacks the distinctive gingery/peppery warmth and spice of pas ce soir, but the drydown is that same lovely warm orange citrus, jasmine, and amber with a touch of patchouli. Really nice bargain find!

I don't get the gummy bear vibe that many people have reported. What I do get is a very fun and uplifting fruit/white floral scent that has a nice tart citrus opening. This is like a less gourmand version of Strawberry Letter. Dries down to a smooth musk, and the patchouli isn't overwhelming. Nothing groundbreaking, but that's ok! Great summer scent, I can see why IG loves this one. I'm gonna complain about Phlur now because the longevity of their scents is just not good. It's barely been 4 hours and I can't smell anything on my clothes or skin.

Mood Ring has grown on me as I've got to the end of my sample. It has a synthetic sweets fruit smell in the opening which I don't always love and it smells a bit young for me. I can imagine a lot of teenagers and 20 somethings loving this. It was a bit too much in the recent UK heat wave but is nicer in hot but not stifling weather. I have come to enjoy the fun, joyful element of this. Longevity is very poor on me (only a couple of hours) and becomes a skin scent pretty quickly. Would consider a travel size for a bit of summer fun perhaps.

I definitely understand the gummy candy vibe others mention, but I swear Mood Ring smells like a scented toy I had as a kid, or maybe a shampoo I used as a kid? It's youthful because of this, but not childish - I think any age could pull this off. I don't really detect the patchouli, which is a good thing for me, although I find it funny since many people say it's one of the stronger notes here and I can usually smell patchouli from a mile away. This scent is going to be a fun one for the upcoming Spring and Summer!

She is naive in the best way possible. Girly, giggly, and totally unbothered. Not deep, just wants to make your day a little bit sweeter. Like the thrill of picking out five-cent candies with change from your backpack 🍭✨ I wear this to the gym and it thrives in heat. It blooms on my skin like a humid little sugar cloud. Catching wafts mid workout makes me feel like a candy crush princess. 💘💦 Melted Jolly Ranchers, bubblegum confidence. For hot girl walks, errand runs, or just feeling cute without trying. 🎧💅🍬

This smells great from about a foot away. I don’t like it when I press my nose to it. It’s sharp and a little screechy when you’re right on top of it. It burns my nose and gives me a headache. At a foot length away, it is indeed a gummy bear scent. Quite lovely in fact. I won’t purchase this because it is just a tad too youthful for me, but I’d love to smell this on someone else. It also has a complex sexiness to it, too, it’s not linear. Good for younger women, I’d say. 4/5 stars.
