I knew I’d like it, but it’s honestly better than I’d expected! It opens with a sweet and fruity burst of sweet sugar, jammy apricot, tropical and juicy papaya, and bright and citrusy tangelos. It really gives the vibe of sweet and juicy nectar! The heart blooms with sweet peach blossom, lush jasmine and orchid, and creamy coconut. The dry down allows the base notes of powdery and sensual vanilla, warm golden honeyed amber, and just a whisper of woody cedar to intertwine themselves with the sweet, fruity, and floral notes, and also helps to balance them out nicely. The vanilla really takes center stage in the dry down, and it’s laced with the sweet sugar, nectar like fruity notes, and warm honeyed amber. The notes that are the most prominent on me are the sugar, apricot, papaya, tangelo, vanilla, and amber. Overall, this just really is such a fantastic scent and very well done! This is such a delightful,, sweet, fruity, and vanilla treat! Absolutely delicious! It does have a tropical vibe, although it’s not what I typically associate with tropical scents (ex: pineapple, banana, guava, mango, dragon fruit, starfruit, ect), and I really appreciate that here. It’s just like this perfectly sweet and fruity vanilla, so the name is extremely fitting. It’s even kind of candy-like! Definitely a love at first sniff, and certainly full bottle worthy! This has already become one of my top favorite scents from Phlur! This feels feminine to me, and like it will suit all ages. This feels most fitting for spring, summer, and fall (especially early fall). However, I’m wearing it for the first time today in the middle of winter while it’s 20 degrees outside, and I’m still really enjoying it. It’s so beautiful, but also inoffensive, so it’ll work well for casual occasions, date nights, and work and/or school. As for the “reminds me” section, I only have 1 of the fragrances listed there, JPG La Belle Flower Edition. I can see a slight similarity there, but only because they both have apricot and an ambery vanilla base. La Belle Flower Edition comes across as more sophisticated with prominent apricot and magnolia notes and with a more woody amber-y vanilla base. I have several of these Phlur mists including Heavy Cream, Cashmere Skin, Beach Skin, Vanilla Nectar, Vanilla Blackberry, Vanilla Skin, Caramel Skin, Coconut Skin, Amber Haze, and Vanilla Smoke. I really enjoy all of them except for Vanilla Smoke as it comes across pretty masculine on me, and barely has any vanilla. I also just got the new Afterglow perfume which is really lovely too! I’m totally obsessed with it! It’s kind of like juicy, fruity, and vanilla sweet tarts/smarties! It’s got a perfect balance of sweet yet slightly tangy notes with a sensual and powdery vanilla! It’s absolutely delightful, charming, whimsical, and super yummy! The most prominent notes on me are the sugar, apricot, papaya, and vanilla. I even think it’s rather unique! A super delicious fruity vanilla gourmand that works perfectly year round, but wonderful for the warmer weather too, and never at all cloying. I got this about 6 months ago, so it was winter here, and I also really enjoyed it then. This definitely feels feminine to me, and suitable for women of all ages. It’s very nicely done for a mist! It does have a slight youthful vibe to it, but I’m 38, and absolutely love it! I think it’s most suitable for casual occasions and work/school, but can work for date nights too as long as you want something more flirty as opposed to something deep and sexy. I only have a few of the fragrances in the “reminds me” section, but to me, Vanilla Nectar isn’t overly similar to them, just reminiscent. The ones I have, and find at least somewhat reminiscent are JPG La Belle Flower Edition (much more complex, and more sophisticated/mature), Pacifica Indian Coconut Nectar (which for some reason, even though they have plenty of different notes, is the closest one to this imo), BBW Cashmere Glow, Forever Sunshine, and Kayali Eden Sweet Peach. I don’t find this similar or reminiscent of Philosophy Falling in Love. I’m a huge fan of Phlur’s fragrances, and own quite a few of them! I have their perfumes in Honey Moon (absolutely amazing!) and Afterglow (a nice enough skin scent). I have their mists in Heavy Cream, Vanilla Nectar, Beach Skin (my top 3 faves!), Cashmere Skin, Vanilla Skin, Matcha Milk, Vanilla Blackberry, Vanilla Smoke, Berry Cream, Caramel Skin, Coconut Skin, and Amber Haze. I’m also ordering the new Island Swim and Paradise Nectar this week, and I’m super excited for them! I get very good performance with Vanilla Nectar, especially considering it’s a mist. The longevity is on the strong side as it lasts 7+ hours on my skin. The projection is around moderate, it radiates out at least an arm’s length from me. Oh, I convinced myself I didn't need this for the longest time... damn it!! My coworker keeps this in her work bag and let me spray it on my skin. I'm in love. I love this fragrance for two wildly contrasting reasons. On one hand, this is sexy, JUICY, rich. It's fuzzy and yummy—this smells like something an ig baddie would wear on vacation. I'm considering it for Cancun in 3 months. I can see how this can be attractive to smell like. On the other hand, the smell reminds me of some dessert from my childhood... a fruit cup drizzled over vanilla ice cream/vanilla yogurt at my grandmother's house. I miss those days so much, I could cry thinking about it. It's a weird dichotomy: wanting to smell like a dessert, but the smell is enough to bring nostalgic tears to your eyes, lol. Longevity is pretty nice. The dry down of this vanilla in the base note is eye-fluttering, eye-rolling good. I couldn't stop smelling my hand. It's sweet, deep, rich, and alluring. It's sexy, it's addictive how deep they made it. Though it makes me emotional, I think I'll have to buy this. I've never had such a strong and internally conflicting reaction to a perfume before: wearing it will make me miss my childhood with my great-grandmother and my grandfather. But I also know I'll feel beautiful wearing it, too. I cannot *believe* a *body mist* is making me feel so strongly. I'm sure my future self will cringe at the fact this is how my review is. But I also don't care. Time is truly a gift.

Apparently scents with "nectar" in the name are a consistent hit for me lol Its a warm, dense, syrupy, and sugary vanilla/amber combo.. The other notes blend together in a way where its hard for me to pick out specific ones, but the end result is beautiful! I absolutely love how it stays in my hair through the day ^^/ I can definitely see this being polarizing, but for me, this is a gourmand that could be worn year round through most weather~ I've been reaching for this the most, whenever I'm not sure what scent to wear! Its a perfect blend of warmth and sweetness for me, I just wish it was a smidge more refined and less sugary (since it does have that obvious body mist scent profile) if I were to pick out a similar signature scent

At first I didn't care for this fragrance. It's a little boring and one note (powdery, candy sweetness). However I felt it had potential if paired with another scent. I decided to try it with Autumn Drive body lotion from Bath and Body Works and I'm OBSESSED. Vanilla Nectar with Autumn Drive smells like sun soaked fruits and honey. It makes me think of the last summer days before fall. It's cozy, sweet, sunny, and nostalgic. I look forward to getting out of the shower so I can put on this combo. If interested, the notes of Autumn Drive are wild raspberry, warm amber, and vanilla birch. I don't think B&BW has this scent in body care right now but I know there's some on ebay from last year.

I really really love this body mist. For the people that hate sugary sweet fragrances..... this is not for you. The sweetness and sugar really overpowers. The apricot and papaya note does come through. Vanilla is in the name, but i dont explicitly smell it. Its more there to give a bit of depth and creaminess in the fragrance, leading it to not be so juvenile. Sweet nectar really describes this scent. I dont get any coconut from this. This body mist projects really well and lasts at least 4 hours on me and a longggg time on clothing, I really recommend this for sugary perfume lovers.

I never thought in a million years that I would love this as much as I love vanilla skin, but oh my gosh this one really surprised me! I LOVE THIS!! The notes that stick out to me the most are apricot, papaya, and vanilla. If you don't like sweet scents you probably won't like this one... it's pretty sweet and dense for a summer release, it won't stop me from wearing it though.🥰 This lasts forever on me, around 6-7 hours on skin and on clothes it's there until you wash it. I haven't wanted to wear anything else since I got this, its an immediate favorite.

If I had to pick out the most prominent notes, they would be sugar, apricot, coconut, vanilla. the rest are supporting characters. the sugar comes off more powdered sugar on me, almost a marshmallow vibe? long lasting and delicious. my favorite thing about these is that theyre safe to use on hair. Theres a girl in the comments below that said this smells like Eilish #1, and YES. thank you! I was trying to figure out what it reminded me of. this is basically a tropical take on Eilish. I love love love it!

Oh. My. GODDDDD 😍.. I think this just instantly became my favorite body mist from Phlur and it’s not even really close.. this is my EXACTTTTT vibe and exactly how I hoped this would smell. I recently picked up a travel spray of sweet vanilla by montale (which I absolutely fucking LOVE) and this is literallyyyyyyyy a body mist version of that perfume and I seriously could not be happier! Such a good value too. Sweet, fruity, juicy, creamy, slightly powdery, sugary vanilla obsession!

Smells just like cotton candy, which initially disappointed me, as I expected it to be juicier. It remains sweet as it wears, but it isn’t syrupy or cloying, it just becomes addicting. I love the vanilla + amber + wood base of Phlur’s Vanilla mists. I ended up wearing this quite often in the late-summer early-fall, and it layers so well with Peach Skin. Sleeper hit!

I absolutely love how they made this vanilla🤩 it’s about time you have a vanilla that isn’t a cupcake. Such a beautiful spray to go with tropical fragrances & other. Love the scent, longevity, feel & look on skin. Just a really good rounded mist that’s made with thoughts & efforts. We’ve grown bath & body works, we now have Phlur & Ellis Brooklyn. 🤤🤩🔥

I bought it blindly and I'm satisfied. It's the true definition of the nectar that's what it's giving all the way, fruity fun and the hint of wood in there also. I wouldn't say it's powdery it's sweet and sugary like the nectar. Great fun and affordable.

Phulr really does have some lovely body mists, long lasting and yummy, without being too potent! I dont need to spray a lot on and the scents are very intoxicating, and I've gotten complements while wearing it. This one is sugary sweet, fruity and fun.

Smells EXACTLY like Montale Sweet Vanilla and that’s one of my favorites! Nice to use this before bed and hot summer days, and wear my Montale to go out with. Absolutely gorgeous delicious and mouthwatering. Very impressed every note is perfectly done

this is STRONG !!! a girl came into work the other week wearing this , and i could smell her from the other side of the restaurant ... the RESTAURANT !!!!! thankfully it was quiet and it smells lush . ridiculous silage for a body mist

This smells like a sweet, syrupy apricot with powdery notes to me. Not like baby powder but like how Dama Bianca is powdery. It has great longevity for a mist. I get about 4 hours. Love!

Juicy peach gummies and creamy vanilla! I thought it was lovely but the fruity notes died out pretty quickly on my skin and just smelled like Heavy Cream.

This is very nice. Its definitely as its named. 3 hours on skin, 6 on clothes. Would recommend, but wouldn't say it's necessary.

This fragrance seems playful, sweet, and truly feminine. Notes are lovely mix of floral and fruity notes with a sugary touch.

Love this, held off on this one for forever and shes a banger! It's a summer-y, syrupy fruity vanilla. Smells like candy (Fun Dip/Smarties vein) with a tropical apricot top and dries down to a fluffy vanilla. Cedar and coconut notes are extremely light here so dont let that deter you. Usual good Phlur edt-level longevity. Gorgeous alone ofc or layered with CSP Vanille Abricot, Solinotes Vanille, Outreamer Vanille, and Montale Sweet Vanilla. Also nice with LMG's Punch Aux Fruits to amp that candy fruit to another level or Outreamer Peche to add some peach! So good, i think this is absolutely Phlurs sweetest mist yet🥰

The accurate description of this being smarties and peach juice is so on point accurate. It’s not overwhelming though. It does have a slightly woody dry down with a vanilla and peach juice scent. Not getting much coconut or orange. The papaya and peach stand out the most with a slight light white musk on dry down. The super sugary first spray fades in about 30 minutes. It’s fresh and fun. Great for spring and summer. Will be light enough for a hot summer day. Other reviewers saying this smells like grandma..This does not smell ‘mature’ in any form of the word. Anyone can wear this.

Hmm....I didn't expect this to be so candy flossy. I like it; I like sweet cotton candy scents. But I ended up selling because I wasn't reaching for it much. It's almost too straight-up powdery sugar for me? I was hoping for a little more distinct apricot or vanilla. If space and money were unlimited I'd probably keep it, but it's not a "love" enough for my intentionally small collection.

I was scared this was going to be overly sweet but the fruit notes in here complement the vanilla well. The apricot and tangelo really brighten up the sweetness for me so it doesn't become cloying. It's pretty and playful. It smells delicious but it isn't special enough for me to repurchase after I use up my bottle. I prefer Vanilla Skin!

Juicy, sweet, flirtatious apricot vanilla syrup. I got this confused with peach skin at first because it definitely reminds me of peaches. Really lovely for the summer but very sweet and I don’t see this mixing with my summer scents (fig based) very well so i will have to skip!

To me the most prominent notes are: Sugar, Tangelo and Vanilla. Quite a sweet scent, Almost like a fruity sherbet lolly (but in a good way) Medium longevity and mid sillage.

sweet, light and fluffy, i almost get a bit of peach in it. like cutting one open and eating it, the juices mixing with a vanilla/coconut perfume.

this is such a nice gourmand for summer. it reminds me of peach crème savers. i wish it came in an edp, will have to sample montale sweet vanilla

just smells like skittles to me

I love Phlur’s Vanilla Skin and Vanilla Smoke, but I didn’t like this. It very much reminds me of a grocery store brand shampoo scent, like something Herbal Essence would throw together to make their product smell “good”. It doesn’t stink it just doesn’t at all smell like a perfume I would purposefully put on myself to smell nice. Just basic run of the mill, kind of cheap smelling body spray. I do like sweet perfumes, but if I’m going for something sweet I would much rather something like Flowerbomb Ruby Orchid or Flowerbomb Nectar.

Mediocre release. Nothing new and not very vanilla forward. The fruity opening is a very candy-like fruit. Once it settles it’s basically a faint version of SDJ 40 and Vanilla Woods. Judging on that scent profile, I prefer those two over this one.

Dammit, this just smells like gummies and something syrupy to me . Hope it deepens a bit over time. Was wanting to get more papaya , amber , floral and vanilla but these last few days it’s mainly just a hint of gummies

Starts of sugary sweet and slightly citrusy . Dries down to a soft sugary powdery boring vanilla almost leaning towards an older grandma kind of smell. I loved the opening so much it almost smells creamsicle but it only lasts 10 seconds I’m so bummed I wanted something more juicy and fruity like the opening .

Clone of Montale's Sweet Vanilla: basically a soured, citrusy vanilla. This scent profile is not a nice sour, but a putrid sour as if something has gone off. The vanilla is just vanilla extract. I recommend purchasing Montale as it lasts 10x longer and is 10x more intense.

I really thought I would love this, and it’s so close, but there’s a plasticky/play doughy scent in there that I can’t seem to shake. I am sad about it.

Powdery woody vanilla dry down I don’t enjoy too bad because the opening is amazing but it doesn’t last .

Really disappointed with my blind buy of this. They've had so many hits lately I thought it would be safe, especially based on the notes. But even before I spray it reminds me of that rubber/plastic smell from toys in the 90's. I struggle to get any more descriptive because I can't stand smelling it long enough to get into something beyond the opening from the bottle. I haven't even put it on my skin yet because I know I'll just need to scrub it off right away.

I haven’t disliked something so much in a while. This smells like a 12 year old preteen in her bedroom getting ready for school. Over the top sugary sweet, immature, not vanillic- more straight papaya. My least favorite perfume/body spray from Phlur by a long shot. Very cloying. Can be headache inducing. It is potent, I’ll give it that.

The first spritz Is an uplifting bright/citrusy opening of tangerine, apricot, and papaya but covered in granulated sugar. it reminds me of the smell of opening a bag of jelly beans as they give off this tropical assortment of sugary/candied fruits. I don't get the coconut as it's not creamy but syrupy; along with the floral and woody notes that are also absent. the amber and vanilla does shine through in the dry down as it plays a role in the syrupy and viscous vibe this scent invokes. I do like it and find it a great tropical/vanilla scent for the summer! Personally, I wouldn't say its the best that Phlur has come out with (as vanilla skin is my favorite), but definitely top three.

Ooooh, I love this but I am a sucker for fruity and vanilla perfumes. Add the two together and I'm hooked. But in all seriousness, this isn't too tangy, the sugar note balances everything perfectly out and there is this warm tropical quality to this that I cannot get enough of. Listen to me: I cannot stand sand and salt scents; I crave the scent of a ripe, edible fruit; this smells like how the damn advertisement looks and that is saying something. Get this. (And there is no scent of cedar in sight so this is a win to everyone who despises random woody notes, ie. me).

Oh yeah, this is definitely as sweet as some people were saying and exactly why I knew I had to get it. Its a thick sweet cloud of orange fruit and vanilla almost syrupy actually. Happy I got the big size, might have to check out Montale Sweet Vanilla until Phlur makes this in perfume form. The only thing I own similar and by that I mean like cousins is Lolitaland but Vanilla Nectar is thicker and sweeter.

It’s ok . I definitely pick up on the apricot and sugar, maybe a little papaya , it’s sweet, syrupy, I get a little citrus . And vanilla . It’s nice , it’s nothing groundbreaking but I will keep it . It’s a little boring , will probably use it as a layer scent . Reminds me a bit of apricot vanilla by sud pacifique or sweet vanilla by montale.

I blind bought the mini, it’s so good I definitely need the big bottle. It’s a great scent for summer and early fall. It’s like if VS made a super elevated Bare Vanilla summer flanker. Lasts long on my skin too. I think it might be my favourite Phlur scent along with Vanilla Skin.

Yes! Well done! a light and creamy,citrusy Vanilla Scent for Summer.This is love at first sniff for me.I love Vanilla Skin but find it too smoky and heavy for Summer,but this is just right.I am not a fan of Heavy Cream or Caramel Skin,and this is entirely different than those.

Oh I fear it's delicious. Makes me think of sweet honeyed nectar, syrup, airy vanilla, orangey fruits (like peach, papaya) - and it is able to deliver this without being floral, cloying or overly sugary sweet. It's a dream to wear and I want it in the EDP form!

Sickly sweet, too sweet for me personally and if it's super humid and hot where you live you'll end up smelling like a sweaty cobbler

The dry down smells exactly like vanilla 28 to my nose. It smells like a plastic doll. Pleasant, I like it a lot.
