Truly beautiful complex opening. Wow! I like the earthy, piney aspects in the dry down. They're done with style. The cedar and patchouli make it right. Very nice to have for warmer weather.

It's a really unique fragrance and I love the mandarin touch. I wear it mostly in fall.

I’m a fan of this original brand, and this one is definitely unisex for me. I don’t usually gravitate towards more masculine fragrances, but I can see how the fresh mandarin, neroli and woods might make this lean that way. Still, as someone who tends to prefer more feminine fragrances, I think this could easily be worn by any woman who loves a citrus scent with a sweet patchouli base.There is also a slightly peppery note running through the dry down, which keeps it from becoming smooth. It feels especially suited to summer, or to those warm days in early autumn. “Pope’s summer residency” is actually a very nice and accurate description (below).

I got a Pigmentarium Discovery Set. I am impressed with the quality and creativity of the house as a whole. I highly recommend blind buying a Discovery Set. It is a sample set that is really worth purchasing, in my opinion. Oratorio is very nice. It smells virtually identical to Brioni EDP Intense. Masculine, mature and elegant. It is bold and just a bit aggressive. It is not for someone trying to be subtle. Longevity, projection and sillage are all above average. 8/10 and 4.15

I love a woody scent, and this one really delivers! It leans more masculine to my nose, but an earthy femme can pull it off, too. I sense cedar more than anything else. That said, there is plenty of nuance as the other notes come in and out while you wear it. I swore there was some vetiver in the mix, possibly from the combination of neroli and the woods. I will definitely explore more from Pigmentarium after this.

This is a spicy, woody resinous scent. Opens up very citrusy, dries down to a heavy spicy cedarwood and resinous smell. Strangely, the mix of woods, resins and green patchouli gives this perfume a coniferous/pine/fir smell in the dry down. All things considered, this is a nice fragrance, good quality, but a little expensive for what it offers. ''Genesis'' from this house is my absolute favorite.

Pine/fir coca-cola. I thought I was crazy detecting pone/fir but another review confirmed my nose. Gladly no neroli to me. Definitely an interesting and unique scent. Leans masculine. Actually, this what a professor at the university of Montpellier, wood department, would smell like. Don’t kill me for my imagination :)
