What to say........ What to say......... Well, it's very unique, it's very warm, it's Playboy! To my nose it's candy apple, vanilla, root beer/dum dum, black licorice and some sort of automotive rubber with a smidgen of black pepper and barbasol. I don't get tea at all. Yet again I don't get most of the stuff that they say is in it anyway. The on;y ones I really detect are the apple, vanilla, tonka bean, musk, and woods. Rest are a mystery. If you're teens to 25 and want an everyday winter frag but don't want to spend butt loads on 1 million or Le Male i'd say check it out. It's a decent cheapie.

After smelling a few hundred different fragrances I must say this is actually really really good! At the moment I have this on one arm and Code Profumo on the other. This is more interesting.

Playboy Vegas is a scent that is a bit of a sleeper from a sleeper house. It is one I easily forget about between wearings. But when I am in the mood for it, I love its smell but then quickly forget about it again... Playboy Vegas opens up like a lightened up Stetson. It may have apple and tea but it settles into the powdery nature of the classic 1980’s powerhouse. As it goes into its base, it takes on the form of Carolina Herrera 212 Sexy Men along with some tonka bean from Stetson’s base. That said, it is a more subdue version of both scents. Like all Playboy scents I've tried, it isn't a powerhouse of sillage and projection in comparison to its “parents”. I wore it to a gym and it didn't kill the room, yet both Stetson and 212 Sexy Men could do it without fail. Performance wise, it goes more 212 Sexy Men than Stetson with a short window of life, about three to four hours as opposed to seven from even modern Stetson. Playboy Vegas is light enough for work but can easily be worn casually in fall/winter and even early spring and also dates. That said, it can be a fragrance your girlfriend can easily wear too. So if you don't like feminine scents, this may not be for you. Overall, I do like Vegas. My complaints are it could benefit from being stronger and lasting another two hours. It dies off before you can use it in a close encounter after the date. For this, I give it a 7 out of 10. It's a nice gateway drug to Stetson for young people.

I have to admit that I was hesitant to buy this range of Playboy fragrances; but eventually, I succumbed, took the plunge, and was so glad I did! This is my favourite, but what's good about the fragrance is that it actually smells great, is inexpensive with an ergonomic bottle design that actually fits in a man's suit trouser or jeans pocket and curves with his body - I'm sure that's no accidental design! The perfume is highly adaptable in any situation or temperature and good for officewear or play, night or day. Although it lasts all day and into the night, you'll be carrying a bottle of this in your pocket or messenger bag or briefcase for quick touch-ups before you eventually end your evening. This fragrance comes with a matching, highly effective deodorant bodyspray and is highly recommended, definitely worth trying; especially for the price!

I love this and I'm a girl. My boyfriend got this as a gift for his birthday. He didn't like it, so it was just sitting on our dresser for a while. I like fruity scents, but I also love manlier, musky, spicy fragrances, so one day I decided to try this out. I loove this on me. It doesn't even smell like a man's cologne on me. It smells warm, and spicy, and just sexy, but femenine. I guess it's the way it mixes with my natural scent. My boyfriend can't believe it's the same perfume. He loves it on me. Guess that goes to show how one perfume really can smell different on different people!

So I bought this one blind since the body spray for Hollywood was not existent at my neighborhood market. At first I almost likened it to Miami, but it's definitely more musk. I sprayed it on when I got back to the house and was surprised. Under the musk is that fruit scent, but it's not easy to spot. It works, though. I didn't notice it much during the day wearing it, but I like the fact that it does not hold on forever. The musk can get old after a while. I have no regrets.

This is actually pretty good but it's not a projection monster. I get almost a root beer and tea smell in this. It's more on the subtle side in that it's not as sweet as some of the other Playboy fragrances. I get about 7 hours longevity on clothes. It's a good one to have! Rating- 83/100

No one can deny its competence as a pleasant fragrance. It is, however, very much lacking in originality, and does not linger on you for very long. Something to keep as a reserve for when you've run out of your favourite; one to stay at the back of the cupboard.

This is an okay scent. Not my favorite, almost too perfumey for me. Does give you a huge sillage for your money, but doesn't last long at all. If you are into really floral perfumey clean scents buy it. It's only around $10.

Sweet Vanilla, Tea, Toothpaste. Dries to a pleasant soft Vanilla musk. Not bad really, but not what i'd think of Vegas.

For the longest time I had written this one off, put off by the synthetic nature of the fragrance, but decided to give it another wear to see if things had changed. The tea note here comes in rather quickly and the reviewer before me is correct in saying it gives off a strong anise, licorice smell on top. As it calms down the vanilla, green apple, lavender and tonka bean converge on the tea but never eclipse it, adding a bit more range and interest in the background to the rather synthetic opening of cream soda, black twizzlers and Ceylon black tea. The dry-down is rather standard for an oriental but the tea note is what makes or breaks this fragrance. (It dominates the whole way through) There's something extremely synthetic in that tea note that comes off a bit cloying and can induce a headache or allergy attack with some people, so if you are prone to allergies; I would reach for Playboy Hollywood or VIP instead. This is best for fall, winter and early spring as it's vanilla-Tonka heavy and doesn't perform well in the heat and its synthetic core becomes rather unglued. I see why some people like this, it's a good value and performance is solid at 3-6 hours with moderate projection the whole way; but for someone like myself whose sinuses can't handle some of the more aggressive synthetic juices, it just doesn't work for me and sadly is one of the few scrubbers I've encountered along with Usher VIP. Read Kharnak's first review towards the bottom of the page, his great suggestion of using Playboy Vegas in combination with Cuba Red to give it a real old-school, Fremont Street vibe is fun and really does help dissipate the obnoxious tea note but still wasn't enough to save this one for me.

Incredibly simple in its construction and formulation, Playboy Vegas rolls the dice with an interesting merging of tea and apple with the slightest kick of basil on top that lacks precision and comes off very flat and synthetic, with the tea out of tune and emitting far too synthetic a pulse on the wearer. It appears the apple doesn’t seem to find accord with the poorly constructed tea note and the middle doesn’t account for the flaw soon enough, letting the top notes extend their life well into the middle, becoming cloying and implying a cheapness most men over twenty five will most likely find off-putting. The lavender, jasmine and geranium do show up very briefly a few minutes into the evolution of Vegas but by then the cheap and synthetic core of Playboy Vegas has made it impossible to salvage and the florals are too weak to overcome the tea note creating a discord that only downshifts the slightest bit when the vanilla in the base makes itself known about fifteen minutes in and finally disappears around the thirty minute mark, evolving into a bland but endurable vanilla and tonka dry down. This is best suited for the college and high school crowd looking for an affordable spray on that isn’t overwhelming and also isn’t sophisticated and “old-mannish”. This is certainly Muddy Waters certified “mannish boy”, as this is a fun synthetic bomb for the younger generation to appreciate. Longevity is fairly weak, with 2-3 hours the standard and projection somewhat below average but not completely fading to a skin scent until the hour and a half mark. Well intentioned but fails because of a real lack of tender love and care blending the tea note with the rest of the fragrance.

Playboy Vegas is all about cloyingly sweet characteristics, IMHO. I find it very interesting and alluring even though it does not fit my taste. Vegas = Vanilla (from my nose ^.^) All in all. Average sillage but rather short longevity forces me to give it 2/10. 1 for its interesting juice color and another 1 for its well-blended vanilla. Thank you for reading :)

i got this one in a box that came with shower gel and i bought it cuz it was a PLAYBOY product and i thought it was cute....the fragrance is NOT cute... the longevity lasts about 2 hours on me....the smell is blah, smells like any cheap aftershave and the projection isn't that good... i give it a 4oo10

My fiance have this one!I don't think is smell really good! Too strong. He have the collection of four and it's really not my favorite. The three others smells very better.

I hate this fragrance! It smells too synthetic and also smells very cheap. When my brother wears it it gives me a hedache. Don't buy this.

Much like a visit to Las Vegas, the scent starts off motel, heart notes of gas station, and ends in bathroom.

Smells more like lycorice. Did not like it
