A floral for the cooler months, this is a deep dark violet. I’m not sure I pick up on the other notes but they add to the overall feel of this fragrance. I like layering it with other fragrances that have a violet note to really enhance that - my favorites are Piper & Perro’s Steep and Glossier You Doux. This is the first violet fragrance I fell for and it set me on a search for more, but this is still the best violet forward fragrance I’ve found. Unfortunately Poesie has taken this out of their permanent collection but I was able to grab a 8mL when they brought it back for their EDPalooza event. I’m hoping it’ll come back around again in the future.

This is sweet smelling to me. I like layering it with an airy, marine fragrance and it’s the perfect mix. The ink note is something I’ll have to get used to, but overall a wonderful fragrance that smells like a hidden and mysterious library.

I am a bit confused because I don’t get any of the notes unless the perfume sample I got went bad. Instead of cool, I get warm and sweetness.

violet, tea, ink, paper are the notes but it goes on a little burnt and acrid yet sweet then all tea and a slightly vanillic quality

First impressions: It's myself invisible, sits close like a second skin. Very gentle, You And. The notes are perfect, to the T, no surprises. Really gorgeous.
