To Be Mr Beat

@CGV: Mellow out, bro! To everyone else who is bashing the bottle, it's not about the bottle, unless, of course, you're into skulls, which many, many people are! Me? I could take it or leave it, bottle-wise. They're kind of cool, I guess. Look ... it's about the juice inside, folks. This is some good stuff. As a matter of fact, with all the To Be releases, the only one I see as being rather generic up to this point is To Be The Illusionist. It's very plain. To Be Exotic Jungle is a bit cloying at first, but it settles down into a unique and acceptable fragrance. The rest, though, are hidden gems in one fashion or another. To be clear, gain some maturity, have a sense of humor, and ease up on the bottle! We all have likes and dislikes, and yours aren't the only ones that matter. I was looking for a scent for a teenage boy, and tested quite a few scents in our local drug stores. I don't really know this brand, the only scent I ever tried (and found generic, loud and annoying) was To Be Exotic Jungle for her. So more or less without much hope I sampled this one and other To Be male scents on paper stripe. I liked this one and maybe Camouflage the most. This one with the sweet, red apple, the cool lavender and salty sea notes captured me. I liked it so much that I have sprayed it on my wrist, and after a few hours I decided to buy it as a present to my wonderful teenager. Although, this is not necessarily a childish scent. It is fresh, a bit sweet, playful and youthful, but a thirty-somethinger could also were it, weren't for the bottle. But a teenager will probably like it - a bit extreme, but catchy. Don't ignore this scent, it is really good. I hope he will like it. It does not have a heavy sillage, but it lasts quite long. I think it is really lovely.

Sweet apple bomb! Opening is fresh and light but heart- and base notes are heavy. The To Be DNA is there, with a juvenile powdery sweetness. I suggest you go easy on the atomiser, although it doesn’t last too long, the sillage is powerful the first 1-2 hours. No one can really say this smells bad but it’s too powdery-sweet for me. Best for teens or young men in my opinion. The bottle? I somehow like it, campy, nice shape and colours. It is what it is, I paid only 5€ for a 40 ml bottle. Perhaps collectors will go crazy about these bottles in the future, who knows?

Very sweet but to my nose it smells very similar to Coach for men. Projection is very decent for the first hour and it longevity is average on the skin. I sprayed this on a tester strip and compared to Coach for men and I could still smell on the test strip the next morning while the Coach was barely there. 12+ hours on the strip. Bottle is a love it or hate it but the atomizer is surprisingly good especially for a $15 fragrance. Overall very good fragrance for a teenager or young male on a budget, I highly recommended base on the price and performance.

On my skin, game over after an hour! It started off well enough then before you know it, it's no more! Waste of time and money!

i have to say, i was attracted to the notes and the price was ok. but at first smell, im really unimpressed by the opening. to its credit, the dry down is decent. but i wouldn't say this is worth it even at the price. its kind of a reach if you're up for something different to CK bottle is, well marmite, but then its a throwback to Damien Hirst. The sprayer on this is top notch though.

I don't care the look of this perfume. I think it's very cool and young. But the inside!!! It's a hidden secret and pleasure. Very charakteristic. It's smells like the expensive perfumes. I suppose it has similarities to Diesel Only the brave extreme!!! I can smell the apple, the leather. Longevity and projection seem also good, I receive compliments when I wear it. It's a good perfume, when you like woody perfumes with some fruit and leather.

Police should be arrested by the POLICE to put out this tasteless, crowd dumbing design. Actually together with Diesel (BAD) and Paco Rabanne (One Million and Invictus) they are guilty of flooding the fragrance market with these horrid bottles. My goodness where are the days when MEN looked at the shelves and saw Eau Sauvage, Fahrenheit, Insensé or Havana in their well crafted, imaginatively designed bottles...

Does anyone really know any good smelling perfume in the skull-shaped bottle by this brand? I don't remember any, they smell terrible to my nose (better check some other bottles) Can we then consider this a red flag? :D P.S. if you know any good ones - please tell me, I will check them out!

No one has even commented about the fragrance, which doesn't really help someone who may want to buy it. Isn't it more about whats inside? I think the bottle is cool and fun, made me laugh and I'm about as conservative as you get! I'm buying it for the bottle!

Hahahah i am laughing my but off on this one. This should go side by side with that Nicki minage bottle design WORST JUST WORST.

it's the best EDT from Police, fresh and clean unlike their other releases.

That's the most horrible bottle I've ever seen.
