Luna Rossa 2024

This fragrance is the most underrated banger i have ever smelled, people either gatekeep it or buy based on hype and hype only. This fragrance opens up with minty lavender in the best way possible, the lavender doesn't come as old school but rather modern, almost LV Imagination soapy, that addictive modern slightly metallic opening lasts for about the 1st hour, after that it comes closer to skin and basically retains its DNA throughout the wear drying it out a bit and leaving whiffs to be enjoyed by you or anyone around you. Longevity slightly varies by batches but i personally pulled off about 6-7 hours with this one. If you're willing to buy it i can only recommend it but keep this in mind, wear it as an enhancer rather than something which you expect to project 3 streets away because this one sits intimate but also leaves a subtle sexy trail.

Just bought the new bottle ( also the box has changed) it doesn't write in front the ml or anything just Luna rosa eu de toilette. I spray side by side they are exactly the same(! thankfully )for me , other than that the new version strangely the base last almost 2 hours more . I am very happy that Prada respect their customers and make changes to the bottle that are better. Sprayer is better bottle to my taste also better without making the quality of juice worst.

Manly woody and soapy lavender, opens up with a bit of bitterness (which sounds like smokiness to me) and keeps going with the woods and ambroxan. Won't find any mainstream notes here - no sugar, no coconut, no skanky oud or leather shoes, NO NONSENSE! Dont be shy, use it, guys!

I got a free sample from a shop exactly a year minus one day ago, finally tried it. Smells quite nice, mild, little creamy. I tried understanding what is the main note but I couldn't. Only here in FR I see that this is supposed to be lavender. OK then :) I smell no mint. Amber? Who knows, maybe in the background somewhere but more likely dissolved and it changed the "lavender" to something else. These notes and the real smells are often so different but even though I find it strange (and I don't like it) that these smells in perfumes are described using many different natural plants, I'm slowly getting used to it. Maybe there just isn't any better way to describe them. By the way, who likes lavender and wants to have a totally different take of it, also stronger and sweeter, try Amouage Opus II: this is one of my top favourites, nevermind the fact that that sparkling main note in it also didn't remind me lavender. But it is absolutely gorgeous. The creaminess in Luna Rossa seems to fit like a cloudy day -- perfectly fine and fits well -- while Opus II is for a bright and sunny day in summer.

I just picked this up for a very good price, and likewise, this is a very good fragrance. It's a mature freshie, if that's a thing. I love how the lavender and mint come together and make this smooth and icy bar of soap scent, kind of like Irish Spring but more natural smelling. There has to be some type of citrus in here, too...I know there was orange in the original formulation, and suspect it's in this one as well. The dry down is clean, fresh, smooth, and ambery. I sprayed myself this morning (10am), and it's now 5pm and I can still faintly smell the scent. It projected very well for the first 30 minutes, then dialed back to an arms length for the next 2 hours, then it became a skin scent. I will be wearing this in the Summer and on warmer Fall days, then again in the Spring. 8/10.

Almost-if not entirely-identical to the original. Differences could be chalked up to slight batch variation or age. I have both, and I feel like the new one is just a bit sweeter, which blunts the lavender and mint a bit. But really, I struggle to even call that a minor difference. It’s either the same juice or 95+% similar. Just get whichever bottle you like more (I like the newer, skinnier one).

I wish this scent were my natural sweat. It's very clean, pleasant, and has a creamy freshness without any harsh or overly aggressive lavender notes. The only issue is that the performance seems a bit weak. I’ll need to test it again to be sure. I already own Prada L’Homme and I'm considering adding this one to my collection someday, but that will depend on how it performs. We’ll see.

This is definitely an older fragrance. I would expect a man in his 30s-40s to wear this. It opens very minty, and dries down to a nice minty lavender. It might smell like toothpaste to some, so I wouldn't recommend blind-buying it unless you have money to spare. If you like it, it makes for a nice summer fragrance, though longevity isn't great, especially in the sun and heat.

Love this scent profile but doesn't last as long or project. I've only tried the reformulation version from 2024 and bottle style and not the older formula. I wonder what the difference is between the two. The scent itself is a 8/10

Not bad but it was pretty nondescript. Fresh blast with some fresh spiciness and then clean clean clean lavender. Smelled clean and soapy, pretty much the most sterotypical Eau De Toilette you could imagine. Good gift for your dad.

It's like a very nice soap, very subtle, and non offensive. Did not had great performance on my skin, but it's an all around nice fragrance.

Lavender+Mint always smells like mouthwash to me. This is probably the better one out of the mint-lavender category here, mostly because it’s so light. It doesn’t try to completely overwhelm you with that mouthwash vibe but make no mistake, it still smells like mouthwash. Just... a gentler one? I guess? I’m just not into this kind of scent at all.

Simple, refreshing , addictive , elegant and sporty. In my opinion , This is the best out of the Luna Rossa line. I love that this is under rated. Not many people wear this . I’ve been asked what I am wearing many times. We live in a world where society being invaded and bombed with overly sweet and synthetic fragrances. Prada Luna Rossa has done this just right . It does not smell over the the top. It does not smell synthetic. It is a very refreshing and natural smelling scent. It is easy to go nose blind ; avoid over spraying. This is a fragrance for those who do not need to compensate what they are lacking.

The 2024 re-release of Prada Luna Rossa EDT doesn’t reinvent the wheel. The biggest change is the bottle—the scent itself hasn’t been reformulated. The kind of scent that doesn’t shout but still makes an impression when you walk by. Not flashy, not fussy—just a fragrance that quietly says you’ve got things handled.

Luna Rossa 2024, while maintaining the same olfactory structure as before, has in my opinion been slightly recalibrated. Where lavender and mint once dominated in an almost overpowering way, the notes are now smoother and more harmonized. There is a greater sense of roundness, with a subtle citrus touch that softens the overall intensity. In essence, it is still the same fragrance, but now more balanced and refined.

Like classical music in perfume form. Timeless, elegant, intelligent. This person is informed, diligent, measured and gets up at 4am has an ice bath and then has an hour before work reading the Financial Times, listening to classical music whilst brewing coffee in a French press, eating a freshly baked croissant. Gets in to work early with low stress levels and is cool calm and collected all day lol

same juice they just flipped the bottle design so the silver is on the bottom for the 2024 batches, stuff is amazing cant lie.

Remaking of the bottle... ok?????? Doesn't need it imo, why bother change the bottle when the juice is exactly the same
