Are your noses really that soft that you guys find Luna Rossa Ocean to be "obtrusive" and "shrill"? Luna Rossa Ocean is one of the weakest projectors, and least invasive perfumes in my entire collection. I highly doubt, that your opinions are in the majority. Most people wouldn't agree with your poor take. I have made all of 2 comments regarding the usage of the term "synthetic" within the fragrance community- so for you to say that I am on some kind of financiallly Incentivized campaign is quite the embellishment. The term "synthetic" is almost always used with a negative connotation within the fragrance community. Is "synthetic" always negative though? Short answer, no. Harvesting natural ingredients for perfumery comes with a price: the toll it takes on the environment, farming requirements, labor requirements, etc., Many of your highly prized, natural perfume ingredients are very resource intensive. Let's talk about the land requirements for natural perfume ingredients. Many of these crops are grown in monocultures, which means fields and fields, acres and acres of one single plant. This is bad for soil health, bad for biodiversity, and bad for ecosystems. This often times leads to deforestation. So smelling "natural" isn't so innocent. In some regions, harvesting natural perfume ingredients = unfair and exploitative human labor. All that, so perfume SNOBS like yourself can boast about how natural smelling their 500$ perfumes are 🙄 Synthetic ≠ bad Natural ≠ good But thank you for your one sided understanding, And thank you for proving my point, Reviewers using the term "synthetic" to negatively describe a perfume, are just desperately trying to display their perfume snobbery 👏🏾 Finally, thank you for your cute pseudo-intellectual rant, it was quite entertaining. Dropping $500 on perfume doesn't mean you are sophisticated, neither does it mean you possess intelligence. P.s. I am an aging millennial, and we are not a monolith. We don't all think the same. Luna Rossa Ocean is a suave, modern and refined interpretation of the Luna Rossa line. Launched in 2021 and launched by perfumers Anne Flipo and Carlos Benaïm, this aromatic fougère is a contemporary touch. Logo na abertura, a bergamot fresca is mistura with a high picância of the pink pepper, criando a vibrant entry and a little spiced. A transition to the heart is dominated by clean and refined lavander, balanced hair with iris and herbal hair from salvia. The presence of the house and the decoration is elegant and modern, but it is not difficult. No fundo, temos um mix cremoso and comfortável de lmíscar and caramelo, com um a toque terroso do vetiver e un leve depth of patchouli. Fixed approximately 6 hours (moderated, but consistent). A modern, but intimate design, ideal for those who prefer elegant and non-invasive fragrances. Tem Sillage suave, but present nas primeiras duas horas. Luna Rossa Ocean shines in corporate environments, casual meetings, meetings and daytime events. É quele perfume that transmits good taste, discrição and sophistication, perfect for any day or at a meeting in a restaurant but reserved. It does not work on the inside, but it tends to come loose but it will not be the case and it will not be damaged for a long time. Apesar de ser um perfume technically bom, Luna Rossa Ocean é um dos que nos chamam atenção dentro da minha coleção da linen Luna Rossa. It is extremely versatile, agradable and very well constructed, but it does not have the same brand as it does or does not have such a wide range, such as Extreme or Black. Ainda assim, it is an elegant and trustworthy fragrance, ideal for its sophisticated taste. Final Rating: 8.3/10 It is an excellent perfume for everyday use, but it can pass through even more fragrances but it is suitable for all. Ideal for enhancing a clean, safe and elegant aroma.

Beautiful & under talked about fragrance to say the least. Bittersweet moment for me as i review this with the last few mL left in my bottle.. I remember testing this in store for the first time upon its release in 2021 & to my surprise it didn’t smell oceanic to me. I thought it was just a basic clean/fresh scent. Nonetheless the scent lingered very lightly on my skin that day & i couldn’t deny its appeal. Whenever I returned to the store I always found myself testing this again & again but stillI wasn’t sold. Something about it was so enchanting and might i say addictive. Never pulled the trigger though since i ultimately found it basic & overpriced at the time. The following Christmas, an older lady approached me in the store looking for a fragrance for her son. I immediately recommended Prada Ocean since it had been on my mind & it’s so easy and mass appealing. She bought a gift set for him & one for me since I helped her. Im super grateful because i probably wouldn’t have purchased it. As far as the scent, it’s classic clean Prada musk with Iris & Suede standing out most to my nose. This is best worn on warm and breezy spring days as it could use assistance in the projection department. 15-20 sprays minimum if you want anyone to notice you’re wearing a fragrance— super easy to layer as well. I also think this embodies a denim jacket and t shirt outfit perfectly. Another thing i give credit to Ocean for is how it could be argued that this actually started the YSL myslf type of fragrance vibe/trend as they smell incredibly similar and Ocean was released first! However, Myslf exposed Oceans performance issues while being even more mass appealing since its unisex and gender neutral. I’ll miss this one, considering getting another one and storing it away if I ever stumble across a worthwhile discount.

Yeah idk I had to buy it and I’m gonna def need the edp as well, have fallen in love with this since I first ever started collecting and smelt this. I had a sample of this and the edp, and when I wore each of them my girl went absolutely insane, I never though a “ panty dropper “ fragrance would ever be anything besides a way to say a nice smelling fragrance but if I hadn’t had been at school I really don’t know what would’ve happened. She wouldn’t stop smelling me and was begging me and begging me all day to buy them both. So now I’ve got 200mls of the edt and got the edp very close in mind 😹 Out of all my niche and gourmand and “ classy elegant “ or freshie crowd pleaser fragrances none have made her react in this type of way, this is leagues above her second fav. So if your girl loves fresh fragrances with a tiny touch of sweetness buy this and thank me later 😹 this fragrance makes me believe in the term “ pantry dropping fragrance “ def gonna be getting myself the edp as well. 10/10 would recommend and buy again 😹😹😹 *edit* we broke up it was towards the end of the relationship tbh 🥀🥀🥀 but my comments and opinions on this fragrance still stand 100 percent strong. And I still love this fragrance to death! Not her!

Been smelling this right next to BDC EDT: Very similar drydowns, but they each take their own, very interesting journey there. Since that journey is short-lived anyway, I don't think you'd need both in your collection, at least not at full price. To my nose, Ocean has a tad of sweetness/warmness about it that probably lands it closer to the latest fad in the modern frag world. That warmness also gives Ocean a more youthful, playful vibe. Sillage (~1h) and longevity (~6h) are above the current average. I imagine all of these features would make Ocean a most amazing pick for a 30-something-year-old on a date. To be honest, this is probably the next best thing you can ever find post BDC, but then again, it's really unfair to compare every fragrance to an all-time masterpiece. This is one composition that would be adored if it wasn't overshadowed by Bleu (and I'm very much guilty of making that comparison), but hey, such is life... Update: Wearing this for a couple of days now, I think the idea behind the name must have been Ocean deep, not Ocean blue. In a really stunning way, the scent fosters this sense of depth and serenity... Curious if others may pick up the same sensation.

Recently went for an in store pick up of another fragrance I ordered online. Tried this on a card & initially I wasn’t really impressed. I mentioned that I probably needed to try it on instead of smelling the card & the SA said go ahead. So I threw on 4 sprays, grabbed my bottle I originally went in for & headed out the door. This is when I started to change my tune. The drive home I’m kinda digging this stuff more & more. To me this is basically Prada L’Homme with a marine/aquatic flair. It comes together fantastic though. It leans a little close to L’Homme to me because it has that same fresh clean powder feel when it starts to dry down which I didn’t pick up on the card earlier. It could be a flanker for the L’Homme line rather than Luna Rossa, but let’s not get into semantics. I tried talking myself out of buying this due to the fact I already have L’Homme & other aquatic scents that will fill my need & I don’t really need this. Well as the day went on & I continued to smell it on me I’ve decided I will buy it. It’s just a really good, simple, & well put together scent. Edit: Bought it. 😎 -The End

Love this scent. I definitely get ocean vibes in this, a versatile scent for every man who wants a good scent that use it for daily use, an almost all season rounder meaning that it's perfect for spring/summer/autumn i have no idea about winter though. Very good dry down delicious caramel topped with that musk and pachouli, it's amazing i am surprised of the dry down that for me it is a great summer fragrance but a somehow gourmand summer fragrance? this is a hybrid for sure, no wonder i keep hearing prada ocean edt. Unfortunately it is not a loud fragrance longevity is not that great and sillage becomes a skin scent in the 4th hour. Price is not bad too but i am sure you can find this much cheaper. Love the scent, ocean, caramel, citrus, suede spiciness with beautiful iris but performance is unfortunate, i would not buy this at full price rather i would definitely buy this at 50% discount, or if i am new to fragrances but in my opinion if you want this fragrance just buy the 50ml and then decide whether it's for you or not. Overall 7/10.

Sexy and alluring scent. Reminds me a little bit of Bleu de Chanel and Dior Sauvage. Ocean is distinctively separate from both but for me it falls into more or less the same category. This isn't a sweet nor a soapy (typical Prada) scent, it's very masculine with a hint of sweetness with the Prada signature (a small bit of that Prada soapiness still). Just like BdC and Sauvage, it's a versatile people pleaser. I'm not sure why most people are saying it's a warm weather scent, I don't see why it can't be used all year round. The bottle is slick and quite thin. Looks great as well but the atomizer sprays a small amount and you certainly need a couple more sprays than normal because the performance with this one kinda sucks unfortunately. Got it for 65 euros (100ml). If you're okay with carrying the bottle with you and reapplying after like 3-4 hours (only one spray though, don't choke people out) I think it's a must-have. 9.4/10 Epic but longevity is bad

Personal Rating out of 5 - 🌟🌟🌟🌟 1.- Characteristics: Creamy, floral, slightly blue. 2.- What's the vibe? Like smelling toasted marshmallows in a lavender field on a fresh, slightly rainy day. 3.- What are the easily recognizable notes? A mix of lavender and iris is the most obvious, but I also feel a strong caramel note and big bergamot in the opening. 4.- Is it a safe wear? IMO definitely yes, most people can pull this off, I feel like it’s safe, easy on the nose and pretty unisex, also very versatile, it’s good for almost every season, maybe not so much in super cold winter or super hot summer. 5.- What is the purpose of this fragrance? It’s perfect for daily wear, specially during the day but I would personally opt for something more formal at night. 6.- Is it worth the price? I’ve seen this for ~60 dlls in jomashop for 100 ml, definitely very worth the peice IMO, only thing more cost effective is arab perfumes.

Even it does not perform so good like EDP version , the smell from this one is addictive AF , i think easily goes to a fight head to head with Bleu de chanel EDT & EDP if they could make it last longer and project stronger and longer was much better then Bleu de Chanel by miles , and for the price i got it from Douglas on BlackFriday was a bargain (100€ for a gift set of 150ml+50ml EDT) 4/5 for longevity , i wish it could last longer then 6+-8+ hours (depends on temp. , humidity , season etc...) 3.5/5 for sillage , i wish it could go longer then 1.5-2 hours at 1m away 5/5 for versatility , you can wear all season , but in winter will have to over spray it , you can wear it on any occasion , easy blindbuy if not a fan of let a trace behind you.

What is wrong with your noses, people? It's a fresh and clean scent with a perfect caramel undertone right from the start. People saying this isn't unique are crazy. I have a big collection and tested a lot of fragrances, but never smelled something like this. I sprayed this in the store and the first girl I talked to complimented me on how good I smelled. This will be a real compliment getter for sure. Great for Fall. Don't sleep on it and don't believe those negative reviews. Go smell it for yourself and make up your own mind. And I don't know why people comparing this with Dylan Blue. Maybe because it's a blue scent. But they smell so different. And this Prada is superior to Dylan Blue in every possible way.

Honestly, this gets slept on because people hear people just call it "blue fragrance" and immediately write it off. To me this is a blue-style IRIS fragrance similar to how LNDL Bleu Electrique is a blue-style LNDL. This could have almost easily been called Prada L'homme-Bleu in my opinion. (Mind you this is more "blue" than Bleu Electrique but you can't ignore how central the Iris is in this) Calling this JUST a "blue fragrance" does it a serious injustice. I really appreciate the way the other notes surround and support the Iris in this and give it a more masculine feel than Prada L'Homme as well as making it easy to wear more casually.

It reminds me of YSL Myslf. Its fresh, simple, office type fragrance. But, unlike Myslf, it has that tangy, crisp opening that'll last about 30 mins. Then, it proceeds to floral, lavender which is very relaxing and comfortable. I personally avoiding floral fragrance cause it gives feminine vibe, specially in me. But, this? This is exemption. Its fresh, little minty, simple, and comfortable scent. Just wondering tho, where is the ocean? I honestly expected some blue scent. But no. It's more like fourgere, a green scent. Dunno. Overall, I'm loving this one. Its my kind of scent. Very recommended. 9.9/10

I’ve smelt this and MYSLF. In my opinion this is better. Just smoother imo and MYSLF when I smelt it started off harsh and just the most generic scent of all time. Ocean EDT takes that DNA and just adds that lavender and iris and makes it better. 9/10 certified banger! Probably the best dryer sheet smell in the best way possible 😂 you’ll definitely get compliments with this one. Performance is actually pretty good for a freshie on my skin 4-6 hours max. 8-10 on clothes. Nice spring and summer scent. Can be pulled off in the fall too but I’ll skip it during the winter time.

This fragrance was one of those that i smelled and bought it at the spot. Some people say its a “generic blue” fragrance but I disagree. To my nose, it smells quite unique. The scent is light, smooth, and very pleasant. Great for everyday use. However, the longevity is very poor. I really wish this fragrance had better longevity because the scent is so nice. Just overspray it and spray it on clothes so it lasts longer. Also, the name “ocean” is misleading since its not actually an aquatic fragrance so dont expect to smell something like D&G light blue.

I really enjoy this. It's got that Prada DNA and reminds me of Prada L'Homme with it's iris but adds a spicy and bright citrus twist to that. Even though it doesn't smell salty like ocean water, it still gives me the imaginary vision of blue ocean water with it's clean/soapy sweetness. It very much smells "blue". Great Spring and Summer daily wear that you can pull off at the office or school. Projects just enough to not be offensive but enough be known and to get compliments. Great stuff. 8.5/10 for me.

Performance does get better with time. I've had a 5oz bottle since the winter. Used it several times during the off season. Went heavy with it when it was starting to warm up to get some air in the bottle. Now peak summer, it is definitely performing. Spraying clothing really helps too. This always seems the case with Prada fragrances, which in my opinion, are more natural. It's a pretty unique blue-like scent. It's like a blast of clean musk. I really enjoy it though. It's got a lot of dept to it.

If a reviewer 👇🏾uses the term "synthetic" to describe a fragrance, then I would take their review with a grain of salt. It means nothing. Most fragrance houses are using synthetics, no revelation there. I have read reviewers describe fragrances that use 90%+ naturally sourced ingredients as synthetic. These people don't know what they are talking about. They are just trying to put their fragrance snobbery on full display. Prada LRO has 1 objective flaw- poor projection.

I have to say I might be biased because I have very positive memories attached to this fragrance but damn ... It really puts me in a great mood. It is so fresh clean and musky in an inviting way. If this had better performance it would rake in compliments like crazy I am convinced of it. I don't really get the resemblance to that fragrance but I think it smells so much better than YSL MYSLF. But yeah due to its near non existent longevity I cant really recommend it.

I adore this gorgeous scent. Unique. Fresh spicy, juicy citrus. Laundry fresh. Creamy, buttery Iris/lavender floral. Clean and crisp aromatics. Nubuck/suede/shoe store. Clean musk. Just the right amount of sweetness. It is one of the best smells available. My personal favorite Prada Fragrance. Edit: for some reason, this smells like a bubble bath to me. I mean that in the best possible way. It is like the most luxurious bubble bath.

I was in a Prada store looking at other items and one of the workers had sprayed this when I walked out. I genuinely had to walk back in and buy it there and then. Smells AMAZING and is completely unique. Not similar to any other fragrance I’d say and that’s an amazing thing these days with many fragrance DNA’s being reused and remixed all the time. Smells like a big, sweaty, burly man who just came inside after chopping trees all day. Also smells like your grandpa’s church cologne. Let me just say—this is the perfect masculine scent. I got it as a sample, but since I usually lean more toward feminine fragrances, I sprayed it on a sticky note instead. To my embarrassment, I’ve been sniffing it all day because it brings me so much comfort... Men, please buy this.

This is possibly the best mainstream designer fragrance on the market. It's my favorite blue fragrance 2nd being Elysium Eau Intense. Is it basic? Yes, could the quality be better? 100%. But for the price especially on discounters its amazing. If you want something similar but niche I'd look into Chaco by Nissaba or MFK Aqua Media Cologne Forte they're not blue but they are very clean and not overpowering.

Prada Luna Rossa Ocean hits different from the usual designer fragrances, its clean, fresh, and subtly powdery, classic Prada style. Iris, lavender, and pink pepper give it a spicy yet chill opening. The dry-down is mildly sweet and powdery, but never overpowering. Stays close to the skin, perfect for daily wear. Longevity is solid at 6-8 hours. A safe, reliable pick, but in no way boring.

Unique. Shower gel fresh + grape + salty aquatic + fresh spicy aromatics + powdery iris/lavender + skin like/shoe like suede + sweetness + laundry musk accord + clean vetiver. If Dior Sauvage and Bleu De Chanel are blue, then Prada LRO is Purple. My third fragrance acquisition, but my first love. I don't buy back up bottles, but when I finish this bottle, I would buy another.

This was my first fragrance and the first time i smelled this i was like ”what is this its so good” and i bought it straight from smelling it the first time. it was stolen about a year ago so cant really remember projection and longevity but i know that they weren’t bad. but the The Scent tho its easily the best smelling prada fragrance!! i recommend buying it for summer.

This has to be a top 5 summer frag for me right now. I just love lavender, but this sent makes a feminine note super masculine yet clean and classy. It doesn't last the longest imo, and it does stay close to the skin like other reviewers have said. but man is it ever good. The price is quite up there, and the sileage is low (something I actually like). W frag 10/10.

Ysl myslf gets all the credit and glory, but the truth is, Prada did it first and Prada did it better. iykyk My opinion is, Prada Luna Rossa Ocean is the best fragrance in its class. Myslf is 🔥🔥 Ocean is 🔥🔥🔥 And the reality is, you can't go wrong with either fragrance. Despite everyone saying they smell the same, they really don't, so no reason you can't own both.

A clean scent, nice soapy/powdery notes which is not a profile I usually go for. Bought it after a quick instore test as I wanted a summer scent for my collection (I seem to default to winter scent profiles as a rule) and it’s a good pick up. The scent is lovely but performance lets it down, a little more longevity and projection would lift it a level. 7.5/10.

The musky and slightly sweet scent at the beginning makes it so beautiful. I think this scent is suitable for all men, but unfortunately the projection and sillage are very weak. For the scent only, I would give it a 9/10. If I buy it, I think I'll use it 10 minutes before doing my activity, so that the people can smell it, even if it's just a little bit.

I feel so crazy. To me, this smells nothing like MYSLF. This smells much more similar to Bleu de Chanel, but with a huge emphasis on the grapefruit and vetiver, with iris thrown in, on a sweeter base. It’s nice! I love Prada’s rendition of popular scents. Sometimes, it can feel a bit cloying though. A bit odd for a fragrance with the name “Ocean”

I have a very large collection of niche, designer, clone fragrances, and I have to say - Prada Luna Rossa Ocean EDT (I also have the EDP) is a great Spring/Summer/Signature Scent. This scent is fresh, non-offensive, has a beautiful, deeper dry down. If you want compliments, this fragrance is a complete no-brainer. Women like this.

For anyone who hasnt smelled this, it smells like a combination of clean house/dettol spray, luxury soap and a hint of the classic Davidoff Cool Water without the tea note. Drives girls wild because it smells like housework and cleanliness. Little hint of sweet. Compliment getter and quite special in the blue segment.

Women absolutely love this stuff. Wore this as a signature for a while and ran through an entire 50ml. Consistent compliments throughout winter and summer. Truly one of the best dumb reaches ever made. I’m currently trying to find a “better” freshie than this. and if i can’t i’ll buy a 100ml.

I thought I was in love with the Ocean EDP and Parfum and had never tried the EDT. I now feel like is the best version. It’s so aromatic, bright, and has a lovely sweetness. It’s the kid of the scent that had me sniffing my shirt repeatedly. This stuff is addictive and prices so well.

Don't listen to the bullshit, this stuff is more than exceptional. Test it yourself; ignore the idiots calling it garbage. EDIT: There were three or four comments below that called this fragrance “trash” and “garbage” but they obviously deleted their remarks.

Would expect marine notes from a perfume called ocean but this one is the most ocean of the concentrations. Tested (wore) the EDP version and it was purely warmth and not much of anything oceanic. Though the luna rossa ocean series is solid.

Such a unique fragrance. In my opinion, it’s actually not that oceanic at all, rather very soapy but in a good way. It has really great performance on my skin and I’m almost out of it in my 1.7oz. I think it’s really really good though.

One of the best modern masculine scents perhaps ever, right next to acqua di gio. good longevity great atomizer and kind of comforting, very safe blind buy (if you somehow haven't already smelled it lol) and kind of leans unisex

Very clean and overall amazing fragrance. Get so many compliments with it. Only complaints are that it is somewhat similar to like maybe an old spice body wash, and it’s only lasts 4 hours. Projection is amazing too tho. 8.5/10

I got a sample yesterday of this one and its super good ...its sweet and soaby and clean seriously love it....and yes maybe it lacks little bit of that ocean smell but its okay i still over that smell...super gorgeous

Great for daily wear. Last longer on clothes than skin. A nice blend of fresh and floral leaning more mature than youthful in my opinion. Nothing aquatic about it. Smells like an expensive soap.

Smells pretty gorgeous, good daily and summer scent, can't be overwhelming fresh and blue, i normally get disgusted by blue fragrances but i loved this one.Gotta love the iris note too.

First impressions: (sample) What can I say I’m a sucker for the Prada dna. That buttery iris is my kryptonite. This is more masculine than my Prada L’homme but it’s so good.

Like a slightly citrusy and bubblegummy take on a Layton-type fragrance, with the addition of some herbs that someone has harvested within sniffing distance of the sea

This is super pleasant and some reviews are too harsh. It's a freshie that isn't generic by any means and much better than most anything that is coming out nowadays.

A great spring/summer scent with nice longevity and projection, very nice and safe and mass appealing and has this candy bracelet vibe, I rate it a strong 9/10.
