Prada La Femme L'Eau

Prada fragrances are usually just a cut above most other designer fragrances. They are consistently high quality and beautifully created with outstanding quality. It might be because they consistently work with the same perfumer , Daniella Andrier , who is faboulous , but also they have a distinct style and never seem to disappoint. Prada L’eau femme is no exception ,it’s high quality ,fresh and sparkly ,starts with juicy mandarin accord amd crispy green nuances. It’s very clean and fresh and feminine with a white floral bang like the original but greener and fresher. The fragrance is almost solar ,it’s very weightless and airy yet has great staying power. Again ,it’s a gem. Prada is probably my favourite designer house , they know how to create perfume ! And asides from the candy line they create for women not girls. Mature beautiful scents! I do like the candy line also though. They are well made and I enjoy them very much as casual welcrafted during the day fragrances or for the younger crowed. JenJones28 I don’t believe it’s limited but it might be ? I sure hope not ! Need to find out.

10/29/19 - When I first spritzed it, I got a heavy petroleum note - gah! What’s that all about? I told myself to settle, just as I allowed the perfume to do. After a few short seconds, it bloomed into a creamy floral experience - first thing I thought of was laying in the sun - its warmth caressing my skin - with a breeze wafting over me, bringing to me the gift of white floral bush fragrances nearby. It’s relaxing, bright, clean, and completely feminine. I feel so sexy and confident wearing this! Perfectly office/crowd safe as long as you don’t go overboard (please, just tease with it - don’t gag someone) - and oh, my... I can only imagine a partner’s exhilaration catching a whiff of this behind the ears... and elsewhere along your body’s warm spots! 🥰🔥 DEFINITELY a fave of mine. Love love love 💕 Well done, Prada - as always 💕

Elegance in a bottle!!! classy, elegant, bright, stunning,,, a scent to leave an impression!! it is somehow has a vintage-y vibe but Daniela Andrier has managed the scent to make it up to date, and suitable for a confident chic lady! For me it is a mix of different kinds of flowers (the tuberose is the prominent IMO), with citrus; not a complicated scent at all, it is simple and powerful, easy to pick up, suitable for spring and summer again for a lady who doesn't want the typical summer scents (super sweet, super fresh, or super zesty) but something classy creamy and at the same time fresh!! (even though I'm saying for spring and summer, I'm using it right now :P, but whenever I use it I say this would be perfect for summer!!). A hit for me, Love it!

This fragrance sits beautifully on my skin at the height of an Australian summer where Frangipani and 'fizzy' mandarin are in abundance. I would wear the EDP in the winter. I had some feedback from several young women at the store after I tested it on my arm - comments were outstandingly positive, words like; chic, elegant, stunning, were used. However, all women were perplexed that the fragrance did not smell the same on them. Most said it was 'too sweet' and another said 'too flowery' This may be because they are sweet young things and I am menopausal, and hormones (or lack thereof...) really do affect the chemistry of perfume on the skin. :) So, I'll wear this fragrance daily with head held high and a knowing smile!

This has become my new signature scent. I like it better than Prada La Femme EDP (white bottle). It’s unfortunate that this is a limited release. It is so much better than Prada La Femme EDP. It’s the mandarin and the tuberose with the frangipani that make this so outstanding. It’s light, it’s feminine, and it’s pretty. I wish Prada would make this part of their standard fragrance offerings. I don’t know of another fragrance that has the frangipani tuberose mandarin accord. If someone does know of one, please let me know. I would be very interested in trying it. There is not a body lotion with this but I do wear Aerin Lauder tuberose lotion with it and it works together beautifully.

I love this scent! I am mainly into strong orientals like (vintage) Opium and I seriously love the Guerlain vintage classics. But from time to time, I need a 'fresh from the shower, simple but pretty, light and bright yet warm' scent. This is one of those. I get a very descent performance and can still detect it after 12 hours. It has a classy vibe and I love the frangipani. I return to it every spring and summer. I almost never manage to finish a bottle because I have so many. But this one is almost empty and I will definitely buy a new one. Love it!

Radiant, tropical floral for a reserved and self assured woman. Very ladylike and classy without any beach bum or suntan lotion characteristics of other tropical florals. This is a tropical floral for a woman who uses a parasol, the finest skin creams and only wears natural fibers in linen, silk and lace in her travels. This isn't a salty bleached and sunburnt young woman in polyester. The white and yellow florals dominate but the composition is very smooth. There not too much or too little of anything.

I am so in love with this perfume. The frangipani, tuberose and ylang, ylang takes the role of a sweet , yellow/ white floral scent. The woody note creeps in keeping it balanced so it’s not overly sweet. I paired this with a honey scent and ouuuu I fell in love, the entire day I kept smelling L’Eau. I tend to overspray my perfumes to make them lasts , especially if I am going out for more than 6 hours. On me it lasted more than 8 hours. It can be worn in the spring, summer and transition to fall.

I bought this an La Femme Intense as blind buys - I had been considering both for my next purchase, when the site suddenly had a 50% off sale that included a lot of Prada perfume... so I bought both! This is wonderful, and will definitely become my new summer scent. It reminds me a bit of a perfume my grandmother used to wear (not sure of the name) - but this is sweet, creamier, more elegant, and more modern. My husband loved it, and said it smelled expensive.

I just tested this at Macy’s. I swear there is rose in here and I almost think the notes here on Fragrantica are incorrect. It’s a pretty floral that does have rose and doesn’t seem to have many of the notes listed here. There is nothing woody about this. Sort of reminds me of Ralph Lauren Romance. But prettier. For an EDT there is good sillage and lasting power, it wears more like an EDP for me. I like this a lot and I’m considering buying a fulll bottle.

I was first drawn to this perfume when I got it as a sample and I could not get over it I had to buy it!II This is a soft single floral smell that does not have a strong musk smell which I like. It's very chic, innocent, and romantic and not overpowering very good to wear to school or work.

This is one of those special loves for me. It just seduces me. Im a sucker for fresh perfumes with a rebellious edge. The ylang ylang note reminds me of the one in number 5. I think original la femme has that feminine edge I crave but this is the fresh version that I adore.

Sublime! In Prada La Femme L'eau the frangipani note is very subtle but perfectly blended. I guess I'll wear this by night at home on the patio with friends, a little cup of "Martini Bianco" in my hand and some Bessie Smith' vinyls.

It got discontinued before becoming a hype. It belongs to a true lady who is put together and feminine. The projection is insane during humid heat! A rare clean frangipani dominant perfume close to my heart!

This is very similar to Songes EDT from Annick Goutal. I love this and I now live the Songes EDT. This is a limited release, so when you can no longer get it I recommend trying Songes. They’re both lovely.

Oh no, I am in love again. It happened this morning at Fenwick. This perfume makes me feel happy, young and yummy. In which corner of my closet will this be tucked away before the husband finds out...

Beautiful. I'm very hard to please when it comes to tuberose but this works well for me. The citrus keeps it from being cloying. The result is fresh, a little soapy, and very nice to wear.

It's a 'safe' fragrance to wear. Light floral/citrus/woody. Great for any occasion. The longevity is great as well.

It's an amazing, perfectly balanced light pink floral. Not too sweet, not too sharp.

Reading the reviews I noticed how many times the reviewers mentioned their loved ones commenting on how good they smelled in such an endearing manner, I decided to give it a try, mainly because I'm learning to enjoy both tuberose and ylang ylang. As a chypre vintage lover I'm the sort of person who almost always wears perfume for myself, if others like it's good for them, but I'm also a very light sprayer, I like to wear fragrance close to the skin. So I went for a second hand bottle, and gave it a try hoping it wouldn't smell too synthetic-y with the wood notes & orange blossom. Turns out I'm still looking for the tuberose on this one ;) , there's a lot of orange blossom though, to a point it started bothering me, but it calmed down before it got cloying. The longevity was quite good, I could still feel it after 4 hours (and it was only 1 spray) For me it was not a "love", more a "like", it smells clean and elegant, in a charming way - it doesn't get all synthetic, headache inducing like many of the actual clean fragrances. And that same effect: as soon as my fiance got near me as we started prepping dinner he said "hmmmm, you smell so good!" I was laughing in my head thinking "Yes, Prada La Femme L'Eau, you do have a certain something..."

La Femme L'Eau is exactly what it states: a floral eau. Very very contemporary composition of white and yellow floral with subtle fruity undertones. If the original and the intense are too mature for some ( when in reality in my opinion they're perfect and womanly, but let's say you're too young still) then give L'eau a sniff; there are high chances you'll like the non-descript sweet floral blend. Lot's of orange blossom, lovely, sheer and tropical smelling. Never cloying, can easily replace your Light Blue for summer (which to be honest has become too too basic). Beachy and a little bit salty in the drydown but overall very balanced between tiare, ylang and tuberose, bubblegummy even. The tuberose here is friendly! Lasted at around four hours, which is normal for an eau, and then it started fading until total dissapearance from skin.

This gives you a really gentle, very sophisticated aura. In the opening I’m slightly anosmic if I stick my nose to my wrist however I catch lovely soft whiffs in the air and when I move. It seems almost like a generic white floral but actually there’s a beautiful sensuous warmth to it that my nose can’t quite get enough of. This was a surprise purchase for me at a sale and must say I’m very glad to add it to my collection. The bottle is very chic and I have to say I think the scent is very versatile. Maybe more day wear but actually it’s quite sexy too. I don’t believe this is likely to upset anyone in the office, and it makes me feel very pretty and put together. It’s a little powdery and musky and quite sheer as the name suggests. Not overly ‘fresh’ but warm and musky.

White floral with clean green soapy vibe what is balanced by warm wood in background and refreshed by citrus. It's classical perfume for lady who knows how to be elegant. Classical, but not vintage. Inoffensive, slightly romantic, clean. Not too much, not too less. Doesn't smell 'poor', but also not 'rich in your face'. After few hours it's close to skin weird pollen yellow soapy. For woman 25+. Quite versatile perfume. Will fit most seasons and occasions, but especially spring, summer and Paris. All those nice places for joyful and beautiful woman who even if not rich still invest in self care and are well behaved. I feel this perfume can leave good impression on other people.

a clean, fresh, soapy scent, like you just used a fairly expensive citrus-floral shower gel and you're just a hygienic person in general. good when you need to be simple yet sophisticated but not overly mature (like at work, attending an early-evening gathering, for early dinner). not sure it's unique or interesting enough to be worth the price honestly, though the bottle is gorgeous and the lasting power is good for an eau de toilette, and if you want one "clean" scent without getting a popular Chanel then it's worth a try. it lasted hours on my clothes, even after a week or so when my coat was stored in winter. don't overspray, though the sillage is moderate.

The notes in this reflect pretty well. At the top, one can really get the frangipani and manadarin orange. When it settles , the tuberose is definitely apparent more than the woody notes ,for my skin .It's a very pretty and feminine fragrance that can be suitable for work or even a casual hang out with the family or the ladies . Unfortunately the lasting power and projection is weak. I tried spraying it both on skin and clothes and reapplication after an hour or 2 is already needed . It's good i just have a decant, I am not too sure about buying a bottle as these are even a bit pricy in some stores.

Pretty one - from all three I find this one to be the best: the OG - gorgeous fruity and juicy opening fades too quickly and it left me with too powdery close to skin nothing. Intense version was too heavy on white florals to me, for all phases. L'Eau has tiny weird opening but after a few minutes I more or less get what I was looking for in this line: expensive soap/laundry clean aka white t shirt scent. Tuberose is prominent, but gets sligthly creamy frangipani base which prevents from being old ladyish soli flower. 7,5/10 and I will consider 50 ml bottle for spring.

Sometimes you just want pretty n easy to wear. This is a fresh, clean, pretty little floral, it is perhaps more corps de ballet than soloist in personality but it is as cute as a basket of kittens. Pink, sweet n girly but elegant at the same time, beautiful every day perfume. i don't care how prosaic so many seem to think it is, it's just lovely. Tuberose is light n cheerful here as opposed to operatic, the fragipani is fairly natural without too much sunscreeny twist. If I have a complaint I wish the orange was a bit bigger but its just soo overall pretty :)

A very very pretty scent in an exquisite bottle. I love soft soapy creamy scents and L'eau is a like for me. This is a lighter, slightly less creamy and more 'perfumy' version of La Femme. LF by comparison is like a luxuriously expensive body cream. The waxy tropical vibe is still here but the mandarin orange makes it more versatile. It is a really easy relaxed wear for all occasions. Edited to add: It reminds me of a softer lighter take on Gucci Flora Profumo Di Fiori

Dewy tropical florals. The natural joviality of frangipani shines so much here, lifting the ylang/tuberose heart. Overall, very vibrant and feminine. Like the original La Femme, this flanker exudes a classic (almost antiquated) charm, and deceptively feels like it's been around far longer than when it originally was launched. Would be a delight and to smell/wear this in the office.

Clean light and feminine. I first smelled this fragrance almost 2 years ago there was something about it in the initial spray that I loved but it is lost on me now , I now own a 100ml bottle and it is slightly underwhelming but still a lovely feminine skin scent , it’s a floral silky clean white floral . Very light and pretty but not signature scent worthy .

Perfect everyday fragrance - if you don’t mind reapplying. This is a beautiful, fresh and slightly creamy scent. On first application, the citrus and frangipani shine through, fading into the ylang ylang and some tuberose. Unfortunately I get little to no woodiness as my skins just eats this up, but the creamy florals stick around for 2hrs+.

Sweet, fresh and waxy tuberose, very nice. It is the youngest of the 3 versions and the most spring/summer appropriate. It is very similar to the other 2, so, i do not know if it is worth buying it if you already have the original or the intense version. I also think it is a bit overpriced, but it is up to you to decide. Sillage is soft.

Got a little sample for my birthday, the opening reminds me ever-so-slightly of Paris Hilton's Fairy Dust, like a more floral and less bergamot-y/tea-y version. I dabbed some on my inner wrist and it was a mistake because I get a hit of the scent whenever I take a sip of coffee, otherwise this perfume's sillage is not too overpowering.

A very pleasing warm-weather fragrance that opens as a sweet, citrusy scent, and progressively goes into flower territory. Both the frangipani and tuberose are clearly identifiable. Not very original, but office-friendly and (probably) universally likable. Not the best performer when talking about sillage and longevity, though. 7/10

I like it. Light, sophisticated scent. You can tell it's expensive but for me it's just lacking a character. I did not get the Mandarin Orangeat at all though, for me it's just the floral notes. I don't think I would recognise it if I smell it on someone. It's not a scent I would choose for myself.

This scent is nice but also pretty generic. It's mostly floral, sensual, a bit fruity and feminine. You could wear it during spring or summer. It stays close to the skin and it's not very overwelming or strong by any means. I don't really like or dislike it, to be honest. It's just there!

It's very green and citrusy. I wouldn't say that it contains frangipani or ylang, I can detect a green facet of tuberose but that's about it. Probably only the green and fresh aspects of all of the flowers are present here. Very refreshing and classy. Beware - bees like it too :P

Smells very nice ! Pretty, dewy flowers with the best clean-fruity little sweetness , so feminine! The kind of scent you pass by on the streets and wonder what made the lady smell so good yet so simple. Sadly, the sillage is very weak. So, would be suited for discreet occasions.

Crisp, classy, chic. Has a fresh greenness lingering too. Took me by surprise actually i didn't expect to like it so much. It reminds me of an older perfume, i can't think of which, but this is like a modern version that could be pulled off by any age.

Polished is the first word that comes to mind. This is a classy, forgettable, youthful but definitely not sexy perfume. Well balanced and smells "clean" - I scented my cashmere coat with it which really matches.

There is not much to say about this. I mainly get tuberose and ylang ylang, two florals I generally enjoy. Both are done in a very light, clean, slightly creamy and relatively cold way. The whole scent has an aquatic, watery texture. At times it smells a bit too sharp on my skin. All in all it's okay, nice enough, but nothing more. It could be just right if you're specifically looking for a fragrance that does tropical florals in such a transparent way that it can't be oversprayed. I have never tried the original La Femme so I can't compare them.

I used to really like this fragrance cause it’s soft ,light ,powdery and a bit sweet, perfect for summer when you get sweaty the most. However recently this fragrance has been making me nauseous so I can’t use it anymore. Make sure to check that out before purchasing it.

The citrus opening makes Leau fresher and lighter than the OG, but also makes it much weaker in performance and gives it even less character than the OG. After 30min or so I can pick up the similarity to the OG. Not full bottle worthy in my opinion.

Cute bottle and that’s about it. Very overhyped. Smells like lemon/orange scented hand sanitiser to me with a mix of bathroom air freshener.

A clean floral scent. Slightly citrusy and slightly creamy. Just a clean sophisticated smell okay for everyday use.

It's a nice tropical floral that would be good for summer. I'm not sure why I'm getting whiffs of gardenia but it's there to my nose. Testing from a mini. Prada La Femme L'eau actually reminds me other perfumes like Datura Noir and Crystal Noir, which are both sunny beach perfumes on my skin. Not extra special to me. Solid like. -

I blind bought two Prada fragrances and both of them are huge disappointment. Prada candy kiss is nothing but a powder and musk and so is this. I only only get weird citrus notes in this. Nothing special, no fragrance story, no silage, no projection, no longevity

yet another of those anonimous fragrances that one can do without . blind buy and regret. It's because fragrances like this one that im more and more into niche . with niche you love it ,or hate it ,but it s almost never boring. Prada La Femme is boring
