Lady Million Lucky

I really can't understand all the hate for this one, I'm EXTREMELY fussy and this went straight to my faves, each to they're own I guess, but don't be put off by the bad reviews. In my opinion this is so much more gorgeous than the original, I really couldn't get on with that one, there was something very old school about it and the amber was so brash, it actually didnt smell pleasant to me atall, on others however when I've caught a whiff it's smelt beautiful so it could be my skin, or it could be that it just smells better from a distance, but for me the difference is huge I.e how it smells on my skin and how it smells at a distance..So i had to give that one a miss, but this one strangely smells exactly what lady million smells like on others/at a distance on my skin...like the most beautiful, high end, classy, luxurious honey and raspberry shampoo, it's an absolute hit for me, gorgeous in every sense of the word. I don't usually wear any type of gourmand perfume because I prefer smelling fresh..but this one has a bit of everything on my skin and the raspberry keeps it from feeling suffocating and musty like most gourmands do on me and the hazelnut is just pure yumminess. This gets a 10/10 for me and the sillage and longetivity are really good so don't write this off just because a few people aren't keen on it x

This was a wonderful surprise for me. What I would call a well done flanker, because imo it keeps the exact amount of resemblance with the original in order to have its own individuality. It's also true that it is less impressive than the original, and more of a crowd pleaser. It opens with a sweet honey and strawberry note, a little too sweet but the in dry down the sweetness mixes with rose, sandalwood, creamy hazelnut and maybe a little bit of ambergris. The floral creaminess of the base notes it's just wonderful. I had no big issues regarding performance. My experience with longevity was that it performs better on skin than on clothes, 6-8 hours, on higher temperatures. If you expect something close to the original, this is probably not it. It's a sweet creamy fruity floral, day to day fragrance.

Blind bought this because of a heavy discount. At first spray I get a blast of juiciness that lasts for only a few seconds, but I can’t say I specifically distinguish the raspberry in this. Then the magic happens. I smell warm honey, mixed with the nuttiness, wonderful and cozy. Honey can be a tough one for me, often it goes pee-ey. But here I think the hazelnut balances it and prevents it to go in that direction. Just about. I can’t help smelling myself all the time. After a short while the woodiness comes in. I don’t normally like woody perfumes, but here again the hazelnut compensates/makes it worthwhile. If you like nutty perfumes, I recommend trying this. Wears close to the skin within the hour, and has ok longevity. The sillage is discreet. BUT I haven’t oversprayed it yet, that tends to help.

This was a blind buy, my local SDM was doing a HUGE clear out of lots of fragrances and I got a FULL SIZE of this for $19.99!!! I couldn’t believe it!!! I must say, I did NOT expect to fall so deeply in love with this. I noticed that raspberry is the first note listed and I will say I LOVE raspberry notes (and the fruit of course) so I’m not sure what it is but this has the most beautiful, luxurious chocolatey, fruity but not overkill, bit of sweet without going full gourmand and the right amount of nutty and earthy type notes. Omg I’ve found a new love love love!! It’s gorgeous! So glad I got it!!!

Tried it again, still love it, it reminds me a tiny bit of LVEB Intense but waaay better because it's way sofer. Don't know how that is possible but I'm not getting any raspberry, just nutty, woody, slightly sweet, slightly floral with maybe a little bit of honey, a little bit of that bubblegum but not fruity flavored. Very warm and cozy and it has a bit of that 'warm skin' quality to it. The first Paco Rabanne I like! UPDATE: It's the day after and I can still smell it in my hair a little from using just one spray

Tested this on the same day I smelled about 10 of the other ones so take this with a grain of salt, but I'll surely be testing it properly in the future because from what I could smell so far I love it! Soft and nutty and warm yet there's something almost like bubblegum to it. At the same time it smells delicious but more like a perfume than a dessert. I was terrified to spray it because I hate the original Lady Million but this one has nothing to do with that one.

I sprayed this one in a store where unfortunately the male version was not available to test. This juice is amazing! Ladies, this is a beautiful, sweet floral with honey and floral notes which for me are so sexy. The raspberry I got off inital spray. If this is any indicator of how the male version would smell (with the swap of some notes. Like raspberry replaced with plum) then damn I am amazed! A very well done scent. 9/10

I tested this beautiful perfume this summer, and it went straight into my want-list, it is so very wonderful, I absolutely love it, I love the raspberries in it, and the sligtly smell of honey and nuts, and it fits my skin perfectly. I got it as a pressi from my new hubby :)) - and - I couldn't be any happier! I think this perfume fits everybody of all ages and gender, and I give it 10/10 points ;))

Raspberry & nutty goodness with honey and hints of floral in background. It's a love for me. Casual day, year round(except for Winter maybe) fun fragrance. Moderate all around performer. 7/10 rating

Better than original Lady Million. Fruity and feminine. It's a shame that it does not last longer. You may reapply if you love the smell. My rating (as a guy): 7/10

Soft creamy woody sexy OMG P.R the best of your perfume is lady million line

The Paco Rabbane website says Olfactory universe Rose who dares. A taste of pure sensation. No limits. Raspberry explosion. A delight. Power of sandalwood. Velvet. Stunning addiction. Life is a game! A euphoric rose in all its states. Olfactive audacity that gives substance to sensations: - vibrant florals: Damask rose, orange blossom absolute. - fruity effervescence: raspberry, mandarin. - woody creaminess: sandalwood, vanilla, cashmere wood, vetiver. For the record this is one of my husbands favorite fragrances in my collection. Also Lucky is one of my fragrances that instantly makes me happy when I smell it. It best suits spring. I love it but it is rather synthetic as for all Paco Rabanne fragrances. Some days I love it, other days I still love it but can’t handle the synthetic part of it.

Never been a fan of the original One Million - it seemed to be too sharp, too loud, too straight into your face! This one, however, is a whole different story and I feel very LUCKY to come across :) beautiful splash of juicy raspberry with a droplet of honey and woody notes that transform this scent into a beautiful and complex fragrance. It’s a fruity yet musky treasure hidden in the most gorgeous bottle. Also, rose is quite prominent but not overwhelming, which is rather rare. As somebody mentioned below, it is not unsimilar to Hot Couture from Givenchy, which is my personal favourite! P. S. Reading through the comments, I am really astonished how this scent works differently on different people, from “synthetic fruity” to “warm honey and hazelnuts”.

I was worried about this one because I have a troubled history with honey and raspberry, but wow! I am shooketh! On me, this comes across smooth, creamy and raspberry/honey sweet (but not fake or toothache style) with a touch of woodiness due to the hazelnuts. I'm not sensing jasmine in the usual way (bad breath or poop) thankfully and the cedar is also non-existent (another plus since I usually hate cedar). I am pleasantly surprised by this one and lucky (see what I did there?) that it didn't turn out cheap smelling or dirty on my skin. If I can find a decent decant size, I'm snatching it up; a full bottle will come later if it ends up at discounters like the original Lady Million.

By the way, on the official site of Paco Rabanne, pyramid is richer, then here on fragrantica: - vibrant florals: damask rose, orange blossom absolute. - fruity effervescence: raspberry, mandarin. - woody creaminess: sandalwood, vanilla, cashmere wood, vetiver. It is very nice, pleasant and sensual daily fragrance for the any occasion! Reminds me Boucheron Place Vendome and Dolce Gabbana Pour femme. (all of those I own, including Paco Rabanne Lady Million Lucky). They all have roses, jasmine, sweet notes of some desserts, vanilla.

Before I even looked at the notes I picked out the honey. It's that thick sweetness from the honey more than the fruity sweetness of the raspberry that catches your attention. The rose is very clear as the main floral. A bit of a woody base but not overwhelming. Honey is definitely the star of the show here. It's nice, sweet and sexy, not a bad flanker but I do like the original Lady Million more. Also, this is one you have to re-apply, it doesn't last all day.

I really want to try this as I never smelled the original, but seeing raspberry as a top note is not promising to me. I have a strong dislike of raspberry when too much of it is used and that tart fruitiness just makes me go 'blech'. I'm also wary of the hazelnut note as I typically don't like nutty smells in women's fragrances. By the way, Raiza1990 made me bust out laughing with the 'dirty nuts' bit! LOL!

my grandma has this and this is her favourite scent, but this is not that "grandma-y" if you know what I mean. yeah, it's classy and somewhat luxurious, but also cheery and cozy at the same time. I think this fits almost any occasion, if you just use this moderately ;) probably my own favourite from the Lady Million -line.

First impression: Nice, bright and absolutely nothing special. I was surprised to see there is no citrus in this one since I primarily find it sweet and citrusy. It reminds me of my Dior Absolutely Blooming, which I don't like so much. This one might be more easy to wear but I am on the fence.

Lucky is really sweet and fruity on opening. Juicy raspberries, so enticing. The base comes in as it dries down and you get the woody and nutty notes, sweetened with honey. It's just gorgeous. Sillage and longevity are good. Definitely worth a try if you're into sweet fragrances.

@Lez 7: it's probably the honey note giving a urine vibe rather than the hazelnuts. I've not smelled it yet, but from what I'm hearing it's nothing to run all over town trying to find. Really sad how these fragrance releases are becoming more insipid, vapid and uninspired...

Tested yesterday in the evening by a sample, at first this is honey, warm honey. It settles down in an hazelnuts accord we may love or not. Not exceptional nor so banal but simple, very simple. I think the honey note is the only best part. "Lucky" who loves it.

No perfumer listed?! This is the best out of the Lady Million range in my opinion. Makes me happy when I smell it. Raspberry, Rose and Honey. A little bit nutty and creamy in the dry down. I like it for spring but I think it can be worn all year round.

I get a lot of cashmere wood and cedar , it is indeed syrupi sweet . no raspberry , a 3 % hint of rose and no clear hazelnut. it reminds me of incanto by salvatore feragano :)the haselnut comes up in the drydown its long lasting 7+ hours

Very fruity and sweet with the raspberry and the honey notes, it does have a nutty and woody backbone but the sweetness is dominant... Pleasant scent, leans towards the younger crowd. Average longevity and sillage

the most beautiful bottle of all Million flankers and the notes sounds very promising too. Can ́t wait to try this! love rose and haselnuts, just not sure how they can work together...lets sniff

I like it , but its not so much to it, for me it smells like the first lady million only a hint of raspberry . One thing i dont like is that its too sugary like candy

Top notes are fresh fruity and very interesting. Later it is all about nuts dipped in honey plus some cashmere note and woods. Not bad, not exceptional either.

Surpised to write this BUUUUT...... Probably the best Raspberry scent so far after Hot Couture by Givenchy. Lots and lots of thumbs up!

Bought this because my introduction to fragrances was a guy friend who swore by one million (it smelled great on him) - it was my very first big girl perfume after the body shop ect Had no idea about notes ect chose this one because out of the line of 3 different lady millions available at David Jones I hated this one the least because it was sweet. From memory it was pretty musky and for the most part okay to wear - pleasant enough for a 17 year old girl. I never noticed the raspberry mainly just non descript florals and a caramel kind of musk but I had a pretty untrained nose. Stopped wearing it because I went on a date and the guy goes “oh I know what you’re wearing - lady million every one has it” lmao. IMO there’s plenty of better fragrances out there for the same price and not really necessary to add to a collection - the bottle isn’t anything special and neither is the fragrance itself, kinda reminds me of a plane Jane kinda girl that only wears no other make up other than the wrong shade of satin pink lipstick and barley enough cheap mascara to a special Occassion.

This is a cute raspberry and hazelnut scent. It’s great for casual wear or going to parties ( unfortunately my party days are over lol).. but I would definitely wear this to a brewery for finger food, sports and cocktails. It’s definitely gives a sweet, but just a tad-bit immature vibe. I like it enough to use up... but will not repurchase

This scent smells luxurious. It has a sweet raspberry note which could appear cheap in many perfumes. In this one it's very well combined with woody, floral notes. To me its a great scent during fall. The honey note creates this feeling. It's a pretty sharp perfume too. I'd say it could be a unisex scent.

It feels like you're wearing three perfumes at once. (During the dry down, it reveals a slight buttery creaminess reminiscent of a feminine Tom Ford Noir, which somewhat redeems the perfume.)

You have to be wearing heavy makeup to pull this one off. Like, ugly heavy. Smells like you sprayed 3 different perfumes at once. Or like you had a good time in the duty-free shops at the airport. It's the disappointment as a kid when you mix every color of paint and you get a dirty greyish purple or perhaps brown. That's on me, though, because I just wanted raspberry. I'm only now realizing the clusterfuck that is this combo of ingredients. Duh... I can only imagine a few scenarios that would compliment the scent. Like being in pajamas in the elevator of a 4 star hotel and a woman in Lucky comes in. And she's clearly dressed to party and she smiles and has a tooth gem. And body shimmer, and she's an hourglass type. So you're like, hell yeah. And the elevator stops at your floor and you walk to your room and the smell of Lucky still lingers, and you question your life, being in pajamas. You're either a divorcee-to-be or a thirteen year old, but you wish you were the elevator woman, regardless. So it's, I guess, inspiring. Now, nothing justifies the bottle and name. Lady Million Lucky Paco Rabanne. I just hate word salad and bad jobs. The perfume as an object is atrocious. I'd sooner display a bottle of my child's umbilical chord than this UFO of a fragrance. Looks like a token of achievement for illegal exotic snake dealers, or whatevah. Give it a clear, kind of opaque, asymmetric shaped bottle in white and shiny deep yellow (not gold!) with bold accents of magenta. Give it a cap and make it make sense. Give it a S name, or a T name. This is not a "L" perfume, much less "Lucky". I'd call it Singapore, or something with Sing, Symphony, Seraphine, Symbolia. End of discussion. Also, please don't take me seriously.

The opening: a mish mash of fruit and floral. Purely sweet. Tacky and cheap smelling, a smell of vomit is prevalent and a chemichal note makes the result disturbing The drydown: after one hour it seems to have softened into a makeupy, perfumey scent, which you get after a movement of your hand. It does smell familiar now, a scent women were wearing late 90s early 00s. If you smell it up close it will still smell nauseating. Lady Million Lucky is going to appeal to younger audiences and to those who like sweet fruity scents. For me it's a pass. It seems they wanted to release a flanker just to stay relevant. Paco Rabanne how about releasing flankers of Calandre, Metal and Nuit?

This is again one Lady Million perfume I don't like that much. This line has gotten some critics from me over the years. It's not slushy and floral like the EDP ja EDT that I didn't like, but it's just generic and celebrity perfume-smelling in my opinion. Sweetness, some roses and spicy sandalwood are the only notes I get. It's shampooish, but I don't like how it smells kind of cheap.

There’s something in top notes that is unbelievably cloying and overpowering. And trust me, I don’t mind huge, in-your-face gourmands when I’m in a mood for them :) This perfume, however, is a sweet, tacky mess. It made me think about a smell you get from fruity car air-freshener when your car was parked in full sun on a hot day. Thankfully it disappeared from my skin after 4h.

I didn‘t liked this one. First, Sillage is terrible. Second, it is a unbalanced mix of dirty nuts and a generic, fresh raspberry, with a touch of rose. There are fragrances that can mix fresh and sweet or sweet and earthy or fresh and earthy well, Lady Million Lucky isn‘t one of those. I am a big fan of the original, but this one is disappointing.

Im with Raiza's review below mine. This truly smells very generic. Sickly sweet (and at the same time tart) rapsberry dipped in honey killed all the other notes if you ask me. Unfortunately I can't get any hazelnuts or jasmine there. What a shame as the bottle looks lovely, but sorry, this is a teeny fruity juice to my taste. To me 4/10.

Today I tested Lady Million Lucky for the first time so this is not a fair or detailed review. It's just a first impression review Among all members of Lady Million family this is my favorite by far.when first sprayed,I couldn't make my mind about it and could only pickup a generic sweetness, but after a couple of minutes it blossomed on my skin and turned to a gorgeous honeyed raspberry-rose combo in a base of creamy woods.so sensual,easy to wear and easy to like.among all perfumes I sampled,this was the only one my husband liked and he usually compliments florals and delicate rosey scents only and is not into gourmands/sweet perfumes. Even though I like it I'm not convinced to go back and buy it yet. I've decided to only purchase perfumes I love head to toe and this is a like for now.not a huge love By the way longevity isn't that good on my skin.after 4 hours It was totally gone

Fun daytime raspberry scent. The raspberry smells a bit cheap but as I said it’s just a fun scent you can enjoy without taking too seriously. Would be fine for work as long as you aren’t trying to smell sophisticated. You only need two sprays on the neck as when I also tried it with three to four sprays it was overwhelming. Later it gets more interesting with the yummy nuts and honey. An enjoyable scent probably best for spring days. I like this, but as money is tight and I don’t love this, I will enjoy my sample without buying a full bottle. Now that I think about it I guess Angel Nova is also a fun raspberry scent but from memory that one is even more full on and juicy and I don’t like the extreme wood dry down of that one. Lucky is more light cosy woods in the dry down with the nutty honey.

Lady Million Lucky smells like a juicy, sweet fruit that's just been dropped into your hand. The fragrance is feminine and rich without being overwhelming on any given day - perfect for work! Love the bottle (easily fits in a toiletry bag), love the initial raspberry hit then the dry down BUT after an hour, it disappears! It’s such a shame as the smell is fantastic. Perfect for cooler spring or autumn day or night but it simply doesn’t last very long. I will eventually replace it with Lancome midnight rose as it’s the closest fragrance to this.

My favorite of the Lady Million line. It's just a nice sweet summer smell. It's cute and makes me happy when I smell it. I don't get all the negative reviews! For me it's like... along the lines of Britney spears midnight fantasy or Dark Kiss from bath and body works. This just smells sweeter and better rounded. I'd probably buy a 1oz of this!

This is a first test on a hot june day - and all I can detect is raspeberry with some washed-out white flower background laid on sth that is slightly salty on my skin. The composition dissipates fast on me, and does not smell all that pleasant after initial 12 minutes. The top is gentle but repetitive. I think it's not good at all.
