Lady Million

Lady Million Eau de Parfum by Rabanne is beautiful, ultra-feminine, glamorous and powerful. It opens with bright raspberry and gentle neroli, its citrus notes flashing like jewellery catching the light, but the fragrance quickly settles into its true character: a rich, sensual blend of white florals drenched in honey and warmed by patchouli and amber. Many sweet fragrances aim for softness or innocence, while Lady Million aims for neither. Instead, it is bold, self-assured and commanding. The honey note is dense and golden rather than edible, while the jasmine and orange blossom add a lush, almost narcotic quality. The result feels extravagant and slightly theatrical; the olfactory equivalent of gold heels and a perfectly timed entrance. Performance is one of its strengths. On my skin, it projects well and lasts for hours, leaving a warm floral-honey trail that remains recognisable long after the brighter opening has faded. Lady Million is definitely not a fragrance for minimalists. Some may find it too sweet or too assertive, particularly in hot weather. It thrives in the evening, during cooler months, or whenever subtlety is not the objective. More than fifteen years after its release, Lady Million remains popular for a reason. It captures a very specific fantasy: luxury, confidence and excess. Whether that feels irresistible or overwhelming will depend entirely on the wearer. For me, it succeeds because it embraces its own boldness without apology. It smells less like wealth itself than like someone thoroughly enjoying the idea of it. While I wear fragrances to suit myself depending on my mood and the occasion, I have noticed that Lady Million is one perfume that regularly receives compliments. I've been told it smells beautiful and expensive. Well, it's definitely beautiful yet, thankfully, quite affordable! My only real complaint is the bottle. Inspired by a cut diamond, it looks glamorous and distinctive, but the design is surprisingly impractical. Because the base comes to a point, the bottle cannot stand upright and must be stored on its side. It's a rare example of a perfume bottle that seems to have forgotten the basic requirements of being a bottle. Thankfully, Lady Million smells far better than its packaging functions.

White-Floral Bouquet of Jasmine, Orange-Blossom & Neroli... Opens with a citrus-fruity burst of raspberry, neroli & lemon that deepens into a white-floral heart of jasmine, orange-blossom & gardenia, all resting on a floral support base of white-honey, patchouli and amber. To me this is overall a white-floral bouquet of jasmine, orange-blossom & neroli highlighted. I get citrus, clean laundry & honey with marshmallow white-florals in the background. Over time the patchouli comes out. Well above average performance for a year-round wearing experience. Contrast to Lady Million Pac-Man Collectors' Edition: These are very close. Comparing them side by side, the patchouli may be ever so slightly forward in Lady Million Pac-Man bring a slightly stronger performance. Contrast to Lady Million Royal: These are different, but the Lady Million DNA is still very present in Lady Million Royal. The marshmallow facet is a little more forward in Lady Million Royal which has a softer overall approach. Overall: I think this was ahead of its time, with many 2022-23 designer releases having this kind of vibe. Well above average performance. You can't go wrong here. It's a love for me. Enjoy!

I’ve gone through 2 bottles of this already and it’s probably my all time favourite fragrance ever. I originally got gifted this when I was 16 from a middle aged lady who said it’s also her favourite fragrance. I also got a compliment on it from a store attendant who said she bought it as a gift for her aunty but “didn’t know it was that”, however it is not mature AT ALL. This is versatile for many occasions and ages, from winter to summer. It is fresh and clean, but also sweet with a light honey note. The jasmine and florals is also really strong in this but with the other notes it’s not a “floral” scent. It is sort of a generic, and has an obnoxious feeling to it (it smells amazing I think it just kind of a “loud” scent without actually being loud). It is not delicate and quaint nor really elegant, but it smells AMAZING. I find this needs to sit for a while for it to be the scent I love, when it is a fresh bottle I get disappointed because it’s very light and doesn’t have the richness, but otherwise it is a fragrance with decent longevity and I can smell this on me all day.

This perfume used to be my signature before I received angels and demons le secret, but I constantly go back to it because there’s nothing like it. The smell is just ethereal. It’s so elegant and I don’t think anything else smells like it, it’s truly a scent completely on its own like angel by mugler. It’s light but sweet yet has the elegant musk and spice to it that makes you truly feel like the fanciest lady in the room when you wear it. The silage is strong but not overwhelming and when it goes with your skin chemistry it’s just incredible. It’s one of the few perfumes where I just want to bathe in it every day because the smell is so addicting. For me at least it also lasts an eternity, I can smell it for days on me and my clothing. For anyone who smells good in la nuit Tresor a la Folie or la nuit Tresor la nuit, angels and demons le secret or angel by mugler this perfume will be absolutely stunning on you and I think you’d be able to just blind buy it.

Not for everyone, I highly recommend skin testing (not strip testing!) this scent for a few hours before making the plunge. Has been my signature scent for the better half of a decade now and I have received countless compliments, several by women who have worn Lady Million before and not liked it on themselves, and even once by my own friend who was wearing the exact same one at the time. An all seasons bright floral that is both appropriate for office wear and date night. I have received compliments on this perfume after applying it 10+ hours beforehand, and I can smell it on my laundry when I pull it out the hamper days after wearing it. The sillage throws quite a long way but it’s not overpowering, it lingers beautifully. Good value, the perfume itself is at a reasonable price point already but its longevity and sillage really make it worth it.

This must be one of the best I have ever had. (For reference, those that i remember I love was Armani She in 2008, Britney Spears Fantasy in 2006, La vie est belle in like 2012-2013, Jasmine Noir by BLGARI in 2015. This one I think I bought around 2012. I still love it and the only reason I stopped wearing it is because I always want to have what's new, but after having going round and sniffed all the newcomers in the local perfume shop, I took this up from the cupboard. It must be bought again, because they don't last forever, but this one is still just my type. In 2012 I thought it smelled like luxury and "mature" for my age then, in a good way. I don't really think so anymore as I associate it with when I was younger, but it is still a scent I always search for in new perfumes. I know nothing that smells like it!

Lady Million is one of the few fragrances I own that draws compliments. Weird ... I have a pretty large collection and Lady Million is not really my type of thing (for reference, my signature scent is the original Obsession). Yet I keep coming back to it. Both men and women love it. I smell raspberry and honey predominately. I don't always reach for it but every time I do it makes me happy. Also, I may be in the minority here, but I think the bottle is just beautiful. So what if it's tacky? It's fun. I love the gold and the compact shape makes it a little more sturdy and thus ideal for carrying in your gym bag. Lady Million can be found pretty affordably right now. This is just my opinion, but I think if you like sweet, white florals you will enjoy Lady Million. Give it a try if you can find it for the right price.

absolute gorg.. It was love at first sniff. The opening is filled with beautiful raspberries and white florals with a delicate honeyed, nectar-like sweetness that feels incredibly well-balanced rather than overpowering. Despite its sweetness, I wouldn't classify it as a gourmand—it's unmistakably a floral sweetness. the longevity and projection is impressive. On my clothes, it easily lasts for hours, and when I'm indoors, I can still catch traces of it the next day. The scent trail is so enjoyable that even the occasional whiff makes me smile. It's an excellent everyday fragrance, especially if you enjoy sweet scents but live in a hot, tropical climate like I do. It stays airy and elegant without ever becoming heavy or make headache

I really loved this one I was actually obsessed with it for a while and I thought it smelled amazing even my friends and family complimented me when I had it on and my mother and sister in law purchased it after smelling it on me. It’s fresh sweet rich and bright and put together but after using it for such a long time I got bored of it and stopped enjoying it any more it just wasn’t special anymore but it’s a scent that you could never go wrong with it’s simple and I don’t think it‘d offend anyone and the performance is so good lasts for so long and the sillage is good as well. I still find it nice but I think I need a break from it for a while

Reading these reviews with fascination and can’t help but wonder if the reason it comes off generic, boring or even cheap is because since its launch it has been replicated and emulated so many times. I remember when it first came out and I smelled it on my friend and was like “omg what IS that?!” ...it smelled so sweet, classy and unique. When I got myself a bottle, it was crazy because so many women had the same reaction to me. It absolutely does not get this reaction any more but I still love it! This must be my first experience of a scent I love becoming dated! Slightly citrusy, sweet white floral suitable for cooler weather and night time.

I love it! It’s sweet, but not sickly. I like the honey note, it’s not cloying at all. I am reticent to artificial honey scents in products because usually it smells off putting to me, but this one was a pleasant surprise! In the opening, the most proeminent notes are the white florals and the raspberries. The amber gives it body and depth. It’s not groundbreaking, yes, but it smells good, and makes me feel good wearing it. I think it’s a safe blind buy and a safe perfume to gift someone. It definitely going to be my most used perfume in spring/summer, since i don’t think it’s cloying at all.

The perfume tells a story of a strong confident lady who makes boss moves. I remember the very first time I had this scent on I got some many compliments that day! The weather was nice and sunny 🌞 the sweet honey nectar and flowers 💐 dancing off of my warm skin. We get so caught up in the hype every perfume has to be expensive or niche to smell good. To be honest many designers took a bite offthis baby right here. Who cares what others think wear what makes you smell good and special. I might consider 🤔 layering this with I want choo and watch them follow me like bees 🐝 😅

Finally I got my hands on this extraordinary beautiful perfume, and, it's a very BIG bottle!!! Every woman back than smelled the same when Lady Million entered my hometown Bergen, Norway, and, l have been sniffing it a million times, and never could forget "she..." "She" went straight into 1st place in my wardrobe by herself, and she shall stay there until "Dovre faller"!!! All compliments are already said, and, "Dovre" is a big mountain in Norway, and, it will take millions of years until it will disappear from the map...

After 16 very long years, I decided to order my past sexy perfume & u til now, IT DID NOT DISAPPOINT! Still gorgeous, the only thing I smell now that I know perfume notes more, is I can definitely smell the patchouli which I’m not a big fan of when it’s noticeable. But I realized with body spray, it kinda settles down & you can’t smell anymore. VERY happy with my purchase! I’m glad I took the 50ml not 30, because even the bottle is fantastic & on 30ml the top design it a put different. It’s a cap not a sprayer.

Delicate, honeyed florals and a raspberry note. Like breakfast crapes drenched in honey and jam, though somehow not overwhelming. This perfume changed my opinion on honey in fragrance. I prefer how it smells in the cold, but it retains a lightness all year round. Someone else wrote a review saying this smells weaker in the warm weather-- weirdly enough, I agree. She does not have a brash personality, Lady Million is well blended and smooth. Good lasting power to my nose, especially on clothes.

oh I LOVE you lady million! smells exactly how you'd imagine the girl in it's commercial smells. Very gold(en). I don't understand how can anyone not like it + it's a complement getter. Men have loved this. It is not heavy at all. It is VERY chic, very luxurious, alluring and just yum. It's just where I live everyone wore it for so long and it was so popular that there is no way I would wear this now, when the boom dies down I'll fall in love with it even more again I'm sure.

Sparkling, sexy & confident is how I would describe lady million... it also makes me feel that way when wearing it! I find the white florals hit me at the first spritz which then mellows into the fruitier/ softer notes with honey being one of the more prominent notes. This is a classic night out scent for me & I would wear it in the day but this feels more suited to the evening. This isnt a scent I get bored of & would recommend it if you want to try something new!

Beautifully jasmine is blended with honey and raspberry, it's not too floral it's not too sweet, i liked the cfreed white flowers at first sniff but it's too white floral that it becomes too nauseatic for me, but lady million is well blended and well managed fragrance, that has white floral and sweetness but both are blended in such a way that it never bothers you. Sillage is moderate but longevity is good and scent is just awesome. Definitely will buy it again.

Now THAT's the longevity every drug store perfume should have. It's a fragrance I always go back to and I love it in cooler months. It's addictive and so well mixed. Well done to all Perfumers who worked on Lady Million. I stay loyal to this classic and I'm not interested in other version of LM. I tried some but OG is the best. Some people say it's basic but that's clearly playing to its' strengths. A fragrance like this doesn't need to be over-complicated.

A floral fruity fragrance from the house of Paco Rabanne. The opening of this one is juicy, and fruity with the raspberry, neroli and hint of Amalfi lemon. The heart consists of the jasmine, gardenia and African orange flower while the dry down is patchouli, white honey and amber. The sweetness in this one is counter-balance by the underneath soapy bitterness making it a perfect one. silage and longevity are amazing. Sexy, sensuous and feminine.

First time I smelled this was around 2011, a tester was given to me and I loved it. There's a spicy scent overall and it was best suited to wear in colder climate here in the ME. It lasts around 4 hours if I spray 3-4 times. I would love to buy it again. Last year (2023) I bought bust sadly the smell is not the same as before. I tried sniffing the other variants of Lady Million but I find it not exciting, I mean I did not like it.

I love this. And I will always love this. I am biased because she was my first fav perfume as a preteen, but to me when my collection becomes too cloying, I can rely on lady million for a wearable non suffocating scent. Honey, raspberry and jasmine are the strongest notes to me. She’s a reliable classic and will always, ALWAYS be in my collection even though my tastes have changed massively. 🫶

Such a prople pleaser. It’s a really nice floral with a sweet honey drydown, not too cloying. Makes me think fondly of 2010 clubbing where you could smell this, and the male counterpart, everywhere. LM’s only fault is being too popular, and thus ‘having no character’ to some people. I’m not a perfume snob and I don’t really care about it being ubiquitous so I have no shame in loving this.

This has been my signature scent from the years 2016-2018. I was first introduced to this by a cousin who just wanted to give it away and I couldn’t understand why someone would want to part with this beauty. It is a tad perfume-y but that’s the beauty of it. It is so so sensual that I remember wanting to eat myself after having put it on. It is perfect for a sunny day in winters/fall. ♥️

This smells like money, so the bottle is really on point. It's such a people pleaser. It's a nice white floral mixed with a bit of honey. I find that it lasts quite well on me and it's a good value for how nice it smells, it projects quite well too, I would say moderate sillage. This is such a spring fragrance for me. It just screams spring. This is also a really safe blind buy!

Re-visiting after purchasing this a while ago. To me this is a very light, sweet floral scent with honey. I absolutely love it! Maybe its because I love anything honey, but I just find it really easy to wear, my boyfriend loves it too, I feel like it is inoffensive and I live in a colder climate so I think this could even work for spring and summer for me!

Nice one. I have got bottle 10 years ago as a birthday present. I wanted to remind myself that scent so ordered 30ml now. This is very classy fragrance like coco mademoiselle or miss dior. Every day use, people like it so I think blind buy safe. I layered it with ellie saab girl of now and oh my love 😍 its so fun now together. Nice going out combo!

I don’t care what everyone else says, but this is a beautiful floral, sweet and fresh scent. It’s the type you can wear to smell fresh yet sexy in the day or if you want to smell femine and sexy at night without wearing something heavy. Sillage is amazing for an average priced perfume. Can’t believe I recently just discovered this.

This smells like perfection. I remember I started to use this a few years ago and I couldn't stop using it. I always got compliments and besides, I felt sexy and I just felt good when I was wearing it. For me, I used it both during the day and during the night, but I think it's better for colder days than for summer

There’s something about this fragrance that makes me absolutely weak in the knees. I LOVE perfume and, even though I have a collection of almost 100 bottles, this is the one I always seem to come back to. Bonus: My husband is also obsessed with it and compliments me every time I wear it.

Orange blossom & mellow jasmine & honey & beries ! Wow! Its so feminine. Its so lovely & special to me! Its a nice sweet perfume which is kind & shiny ;its an art & i always enjoy from its magical notes dance.

Old lady perfumey vibes. Reminds me of the 80s. I get honey lemon with a bit of orange blossom on my skin. It's a like, not a love. Definitely not safe for hot summer days. Better for fall/winter.

This is my favourite perfume of all time! I have owned several bottles, I always feel sexy and confident. Would recommend this for someone who likes flowery perfumes with a bit of depth.

I have the version from Vocal Performance bc I have had some health issues and their version is clean. I absolutely love this scent and get compliments when I wear it. Very, very pretty.

Best honey sophisticated scent there ever was

I have a good friend who wears this. It perfectly fits her style: she's ambitious and driven in her career, extroverted with a huge circle of fans, and more-than-a-bit pretentious. She likes to drop names, and, from her fingertips festooned with professionally-done nails, sharply-creased bills to the cocktail-server as she holds court on the bar-patio. She loves Paula Dean. She's careful with her liquor. She came from a working-class family, but lives in a nice middle-class neighborhood with a quiet husband. Still, she's a little rough around the edges. She and her mother don't speak anymore, and we- her friends- know not to ask her much about that. We accept her, and love her- faults and all. I've honestly never seen her in anything but black, heavily accessorized with gold rings on each finger and probably too much makeup on her eyelids. And a hefty dose of Lady Million. Lady Million isn't all sweet, by the way: underneath that veneer of a smiling, honeyed bouquet, she has a mid-ground of bitter-soapy dryness that you can only see if you spend some time and look. Kind of like the scent of olive or "bridal wreath" flowers- if you've ever had a chance to smell either. Just enough. I think this contrast creates a fascinating depth- like a nod to the 80's powerhouses without going full-on back to those glory days. She definitely isn't going to please everyone... but, like my friend, you're going to notice her when she comes through the door.

I have tested it in perfume store, This Perfume clean fresh sweety, sweetness here came form hoeny which is balanced with the other ingrediants, not annoyning like hoeny in "Scandal Jean Paul Gaultier", very suitable for a special occation, or needs a diffrent specific mode to wear it or needs woman love the strong perfumes. This perfume not sharp but it has a strong mature dry down. Patchouli here is not noisy, but well mixed with Amber and hoeny, seems like "Le Parfum Royal Elie Saab" vibes, but hoeny with white roses instead of flowers and vanilla and the citrusy note is lighter here which makes it less strong so, more acceptable for majority of people, you will get intensive luxury fragrance. Sure it's lasts long. The opening is pure white floral and honey on me, kissed with sun ripened raspberry. Very sweet and springlike, I do not get the metallic note others have spoken of. There is a bit of soapiness as well, only serving to make Lady Million seem even more clean, like line dried laundry on a breezy spring day. I saw another reviewer liken it to the scent of expensive salon shampoo, and I can see that as well. There is a warmth to it that I can't really explain, like the sun shining down on the previously mentioned white florals, fruit, and fresh laundry out on the line. All in all I like it. I don't find it sexy or powerful, just a refreshingly clean spring scent. ETA: I have found myself reaching for LM whenever I want to smell nice, but don't want to much thought into what I'm going to wear. LM has turned out to be a workhorse in my wardrobe. It's the smell of a being fresh out of the salon on a warm spring day. I get a lot of compliments on it, but no one ever asks what perfume it is. A friend of mine asked if I was using a new shampoo and wanted to know what it was so she could buy some because it smelled amazing. She was disappointed it wasn't shampoo but she DID buy a bottle of LM shortly after.

I loved it when it came out and I have repurchased it many times. I rarely use it now just because it became way too popular and I just got a little fed up with it. It is often reduced and has lots of good dupes so it's quite accessible. I love honey-flowery scents and it doesn't disappoint. It's nectary sweet, soft, elegant, very feminine. Definitely more for a mature lady in her 30s and above. I don't get the hate for this perfume - it surely isn't a special, one-of-a-kind niche fragrance, but I personally can't just have bold, provocative, and powerful perfumes. I also need something good for everyday wear, suitable for the office, inoffensive, noticeable but subtle, feminine but not too sexual - and Lady Million is all that. Moderate sillage and longevity.

One of my OG loves that I still like to use. I’m a big fan of this fragrance and almost all of its flankers. It’s one of those perfumes I put in the same mental category as Libre- the ultra-feminine, goddess-vibe type of scent. Also, I have yet to be disappointed by a raspberry note; if you enjoy it too, this one is definitely worth checking out. I feel like it adds a huge twist and makes a real difference in some of my favorite perfumes. Many people call it “basic,” and I can understand what they mean. I also am one to put it in a category with others. Still, for me, there’s something about this one that makes it stand out compared to other designer perfumes. Confident, strong, dominant, powerful, radiant, and ultra-feminine. Love it!

I received a sample of this with an order. I have never paid any attention to anything Paco Rabanne because I just felt theyre too visible and too much everywhere so that kind of made the brand less interesting to me. I like this one but it is really not unique. It does not trigger headache which is a huge plus. It has my favourite flowers in the composition but unfortunately I feel that I have YSL Cinema and Mancera Indian Dream perfumes that smell very similar to this. I like that it does not have the gourmand vanilla and caramelin composition. This is very wearable if you do not have similar thing in your collection, Id recommend it. Very feminine, sweet but not too sweet. If anyone has this but hates it, Im into swapping with you.

I used to wear this perfume for nights out in my early-mid 20s. I loved the white florals sweetened with that warm honey note - I never got the raspberry (though I wish I did!). It had a presence, it smelt pretty and fun, but it was never obnoxious. Longevity is about 4-5 hours with 2-3 sprays before it becomes a skin scent on me (my bottle is from circa 2010-2012). I've tried wearing it again in my early 30s, but I think my time is done with this fragrance as I've worn white floral dominant perfumes many years now! I've enjoyed it, but I'm enjoying trying new things. If you haven't tried Lady Million, don't be put off by the brash gold bottle, it's worth sampling.
