All of these negative reviews are obviously just hating to hate, because this is beautiful, gorgeous and unique. It's strong and stands out, but somehow I don't see it as being quite as polarizing as something like Tom Ford's Black Orchid would be, for example. It's linear, what you get upon first spray is what you get, and I definitely wouldn't describe it as a 'woody scent'. The woods are there but not the star of the show. The most bizarre thing to me is that this is described as 'for her', because I'd expect this to be male targeted. Fragrantica should do something to get rid of the fake reviews, because this deserves a much better rating.

This is SEXY! A perfect day to night scent. I'm surprised this is for her, for me this is ever soooooo slightly masculine leaning because there's a note in there that's reminiscent of "mens cologne", maaaybe the ylang-ylang. Still absolutely wearable for women though, I really enjoy it. After the top notes fade it really warms up. I wouldn't call this a woody frag either, the wood is there, but it's not the main accord. This is an extremely well executed, surprisingly not cheap smelling warm spice, beautifully wrapped by sweet notes and smoke. I'm genuinely impressed by how well crafted this scent is, it is one of the most pleasant fragrances I've smelled, start to finish. Make sure not to overspray though, I sprayed four sprays, two on the neck, one on each wrist, and I could still catch very lively whiffs after 14 hours.
