Flamenco Extrait de Parfum

After testing a full sample, I can only say: yes, this is a fruity leather perfume done right. I don't know most of the perfumes appearing in the "This perfume reminds me of" area, but I know Cuir Infrarouge, Oud Maracuja and Bade'e Al Oud Amethyst and Flamenco Extrait is different from each of them: fruity but not really sweet (more like fresh raspberry, not a raspberry marmalade), powerful but not nauseous or headache-inducing, with a touch of suede and very little oud. My skin is a challenge for every perfume, but this one completed the challenge successfully, with 11 hours of total wear time and a significantly noticeable projection (probably 3 or 4 meters away, judging by my life partner's comments, who was in another room and noticed the fragrance easily). Will I repurchase it? Yes, for sure. Will I buy a backup bottle immediately? Not really, the price point is not very handy for my everyday budget, but I can save for a new bottle in the future. 10/10 anyway!

This is the quintessential Wedding scent. Basically a Classy, fruity, effervescent raspberry scent. It wafts in the air where ever you walk. People notice and make comments all the time. And it lasts for literally days on clothes. I was at a wedding and I went a little heavy of the sprays. After about 7hrs or so, I felt like it frag had died down. It was just nose blindness because - 2 days later I am unpacking my luggage at home and I can clearly smell the Flaminco on my suit; which is in my suitbag! TOP TOP notch performance. The only negative I will say is that it is linear and in the drydown after about 6hrs or so - you will notice this oily, the hot tar pavement at a gas station type of property to it. So the scent itself, for pure enjoyment, is only about an 8/10. But as something to wear to smell amazing when you go out -- its Unbeatable. The bottle and presentation are also top notch. Its worth its price.

A Beautiful creation I must say. On my skin I was able to feel the raspberry note mixed with the saffron and rose top notes blending together to create a beautiful veil that was subtle, gentle and pleasant. On my skin the development of the heart and base notes was incredibly subtle. I was able only to feel the sweetness and musky side of the fragrance. Strong longevity. Strong sillage. For me it performed as a sweet fragrance, not gourmand. Good for cool months, best worn during the night but during the day I would wear in strategic points. On my skin the raspberry note was the predominant one, making me feel like a tiny little fairy came to me and sprinkle me with sugar covered raspberries to smell sweet and edible the entire day. The raspberry note did not smell synthetic at all but instead (in my opinion) juicy, provocative and even mouthwatering.

The Saffron note in this version is amplified, offering a natural, smooth, slightly leathery touch, while Oud from Alhambra enriches the base, making this version a standout in the collection. The sweetness of Raspberry, Saffron, Jasmine, and Orange Blossom is perfectly balanced by the woody depth of Oud and Cedarwood. As it dries down, the fragrance becomes warm, ambery, and musky. It boasts above-average projection and longevity. Housed in a ruby-red bottle symbolizing passion, love, and energy, this scent embodies the fiery spirit of Spanish flamenco and the intensity of molten lava—sensual and seductive, this is love captured in a bottle.

Flamenco Extrait de Parfum is an extremely sweet and incredibly powerful fragrance. Even if you're not typically a fan of fruity perfumes, this one might just change your mind. The sweetness comes primarily from raspberry, expertly blended with saffron and rose, giving it an elegant oriental touch. As it develops, deeper notes of leather, cedar, iris, and oud emerge, creating a beautifully balanced dry down that adds richness and complexity. With eternal longevity and outrageous projection, this is a statement perfume that demands attention and leaves a lasting impression. Leans toward feminine side a little bit. Rating: 5/5

MATERPIECE. Fruity, nuclear projection and longevity. Wish the oud was a little louder but this is a 10/10. Yeah, this is Alhambra oud but replace the apple with red berries and lychee and tone down the oud a little bit and you get this masterpiece of a fragrance. The leather is also ver very subtle. 80% red berries, 10% oud and 10% leather. Also this is identical to “The moon” by Frederic Malle minus the animalic oud and that weird cumarin/ Cypriol oil note. Perfect!

This is just beautiful. It’s on my wish list. That combination of sweet raspberry with leather and oud makes it so intoxicating. The oud is not too much, just enough to bring sensuality. Think femme fatale. I think this leans more feminine, but a man can pull it off with the right attitude. This is the only one I really like from this house, but it’s a love.

I would never thought a berry and oud will be a good idea until I smell this masterpiece! Amazing scent, compliment getting fragrance! The opening with berries and saffron, then the oud and a touch of musk will continue the rest of the magic! Signature scent 👍🏻 Amazing sillage 👍🏻 Magical

Blind bought this because i loved the notes and wow what a discovery. The sweet raspberry, which isn’t synthetic at all combined with the oud, leather and woodiness is perfectly blended together and this is truly a masterpiece, will forever continue purchasing this

blind bought it with a friend and it was our best investment ever. Smells particulary the raspberry and some oud. Leather was present but not too much. The rest i don’t know because i’m new and i can’t smell everything from a fragrance but i love it.

Original flamenco with the green cedar notes replaced with a really nice oud like the one present in other monegal creations, i much prefer this one over the original because i'm not a fan of the green drydown the original has

This one is absolutely stunning. More masculine version of the original Flamenco with original twist from rich rose to deep woody notes. Together these fragrances may be used as couple-pairing scents!

Combine the best oyd perfume in the world, Alhambra Oud with fruity notes (Flamenco) and you get this gem. Get it while supplies last. Blind buy worthy.

I think is a mix between Flamenco and Alhambra Oud without the apple note, I like it!

On my skin, it reminds me a lot of Hibiscus Mahajád without cassis

Impressive! The sillage and projection are amazing. The downside is that on my skin it smells strongly of berries, especially raspberry. Even though it's unisex, I think it's very feminine.

I'll be honest - I was cursing myself after I blind bought this on the very first spray. I was nauseating - just like those oily lipsticky smell from the early 90's. But then I let it sit and after a couple of hours it was so intoxicating, I coudn't stop smelling it. So my advice would be to anyone who tries this for the first time and hates it - don't wash it off, you wouldn't be able to anyway; just let it sit for a while. I think this is a very sharp blend of raspberry and leather whether the raspberry shines through. Oh and the longevity on skin is eternal!
