Jordan's Perfume

I purchased the perfume AND the oil 1 hour after I smelled it on a patient I was checking in. It only took me that long because, I was at work, of course. She was so kind to let me try her rollerball and I tapped it on the top of my hand. That’s it. I could still smell it on my laundry the next day. It moved to my top immediately. It reminds me of so many things I love all in one. A skin scent that I can continuously enjoy on myself because it doesn’t go ghost on me. It’s like molecule, Santal, nemat amber or dedcool milk, and something I don’t know all in one. It has staying power but doesn’t scream. The packaging was such a lovely surprise as well. The perfume was boxed wrapped in a rustic red bandana, so clever. Since it’s a Nashville company, it drives home the vibe. I am so pleased with this perfume and have set my other favorites aside to really let this absorb into every part of my being !

This fragrance is hard for me to describe- I think it's mostly ambergris on my skin, with faint woodiness. The listed florals aren't prominent. In cold weather, it smells sterile and metallic (like wet stone) and I don't care for it. In warmer weather, it's like stone and cedar in the sun- I only like it in the heat and usually layer it with other musks or floral fragrances. Lasting power is 2-3 hours, it's light and subtle that whole time. There is no sweetness, and could easily be unisex.

Out of all the underwhelming and poorly crafted offerings from Ranger Station, this is probably the least disappointing. It’s barely there in terms of scent and projection, so subtle it borders on pointless, but at least it’s not as clumsy or harsh as the rest of the lineup. There's a faint whiff of what I think might be Iso E Super, maybe a hint of sandalwood, and some petrichor if you really go looking for it.
