Hawas Elixir

My search for the best Le Male Elixir clone has come to an end, to me this is the the one to get! First of all, this is by far the stongest of the clones I've tried, not as strong as the original, but really powerful overall. Talking about the scent, this is fresher in the opening just like Lionheart by Armaf. The mint is there but is less present than Lionheart, Hawas Elixir is definitely more balanced. After the first 15 minutes this starts to get closer and closer to Le Male Elixir (Lionheart also do that but it feels a bit minty even in the dry down). The only difference this Hawas Elixir has in comparison to the OG? I don't know if it's the chocolate note but this feels like a creamier version of the OG, almost buttery i would say. There is also a slightly fruity touch in the background but I don't know where this comes from. The difference are absimal and you only get them if you smell it upclose, in the air they are IDENTICAL. By the way, i let some of friends smell Hawas Elixir, Lionheart and Le Male Elixir side by side and by my surprise, they all choose the rasasi fragrance. Also, i found this at a Ridiculous price on notino making it also the best fragrance in terms of quality/price. Final rank list: 1. Rasasi Hawas Elixir (22€) 2. Armaf Lionheart (28€) 3. You can stop reading this review here if this is what you're after. It's an insanely good value for what it offers and obviously a lot more affordable than the original. For Hawas line fans, this is a rare sojourn into gourmand territory for Hawas which is reknowned for its fresh and sweet DNA. This has sweetness and freshness but mixes it with fougere and gourmand traits. It's a great blend of sweet, aromatic, herbal, floral and gourmand aromas with rominent notes of vanilla, lavender, mint, cocoa and musk. This is great for intimate occasions and social gatherings. Both sexes can use it despite the obviously male oriented marketing. It does have sweetness so older adults who don't enjoy sweet fragrances should avoid. Otherwise, it's great for all ages to use. Presentation for this and the entire Hawas line is rather plain, but the value is in the fragrance and not the bottle's looks. Highly recommended.

I think this is my current favorite cologne of all time (so far) I have 50 in my collection and they range from 20 dollar cheapies to 150 dollar designers... This lovely gold bottle is supreme is every single fragrance category... The scent? Absolute heaven IMO.... a beautiful blend of vanilla mint and chocolate.... perfect for those who want to make people around them feel all warm and fuzzy inside. If i had to describe it off the top off my head without thinking ott much i would say its SEXY, WARM, INVITING and DELICIOUS. The performance? Literally top notch!!! Out of all my fragrances this performs with the best I have... I love spraying just a few sprays on myself and catching whiffs of it for hours and hours. This stuff is loud and has some serious sticking power as well. The atomizer is very solid and it sprays a decent amount in a nice medium-wide spray. The Value? 10000/10. I mean...... with fragrances like this... that i can get for 35 bucks..... its really out here smelling just as good as the expensive ones, lasting just as long, getting more compliments!!!!! for 35 bucks this is a LEGENDARY fragrance... i LOVE the solid GOLD bottle.. it really matches this beautiful fragrances personality.... i like to refer to it as hawas GOLD because it really does make me feel like im slathered in gold flakes of creamy yumminess.... hahah. Try layering this with JPG le male le parfum and OMFGGGGGG NOSEGASM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hawas Elixir by Rasasi is my favorite from the line. It is obviously intended to resemble Le Male Elixir by Jean Paul Gaultier, and it does so in its own way. Let me start by saying that this is almost 1:1 to the Le Male flanker in the air, up close there's some notable differences that in practice makes it more enjoyable to wear than the real deal (at least, in my opinion). Biggest difference: The opening and the vanilla in the drydown. The opening has a hint of powder cocoa that does a good job of transitioning into the aromatic mid section. Its not like it sticks out or changes the scent profile in a big way but it's there, and i like the way it plays with the mint accord. Lastly, the vanilla in this is more powdery than in the original. This in turn makes it fully unisex unlike the Le Male Elixir, not much to say about this other than if you're not a fan of Le Male Elixir and are thinking of getting this because it might be less sweet, don't. This is definitely sweeter than the original JPG. Performance: 11/10. This outperforms the original by a wide margin. This will be on your skin and clothes for ever. Maybe this just clicks with my skin or something but at work, people say the whole space smells like vanilla and freshly baked bread from just 6-7 sprays on a deep winter day. This is a step above nuclear imo, never had anything close to this, so yeah be careful if say 2-3 spays is enough.

Overall thoughts and scent profile: This smells like luxurious, clean chocolate, with faint minty and nutty undertones, it smells amazing, it smells smooth, and definitely deserves the high rating of 4.55 to 4.6 it has. This is NOT a direct clone, it veers quite far from the original le male elixir dna in my opinion, I would say this is more of a khamrah type of take, where it's sort of in a similar headspace but it takes its own twist on the original dna. To me this smells better than the original, though if you want something that smells closer to the original while also being than said original, then I'd recommend Rayhaan Elixir. Presentation and bottle quality: Classic hawas bottle, the shape is nothing special and neither is the box (but at least it's compact), decent atomizer but definitely not premium. Performance: Decent performance, it projects well for the first hour or so, then you get a very smooth skin scent for around 10 hours. Expect mildly better performance on fabrics. Blind buy factor: Easy blind buy, I blind bought this when I saw the high rating (I think most fragrances rated higher than 4.5 are usually safe blind buys), and I was surprised that it isn't that close to the original le male elixir, but then I was pleasantly surprised by how good it was. Final rating: 9.1/10

0-30 mins Opens with a pretty strong spearminty herbal freshness. Not the sweet kind, more bitter. 30-60 mins, Mint dies down quite alot and hangs out in the subtly in the background. A warm floral, probably the lavender. A certain powderinessd is there. Getting sweeter but still fresh. 60+ mins, Background mint still there, settles down into a sweet floral powdery mint with vanilla. has a certain creaminess. and a chocolate tone comes out. The best part of the fragrance is here. This scent doesn't strike me as a very sweet scent, but rather a sweet "leaning" fresh mint(not a sweet and cloying mintyness, more bitter) /herbal fragrance. There's vanilla and sweetness in there yes, but they're more a side by side with the freshness rather than dominating the fragrance. It's really addicting. the creamy vanilla and cholocate tone with the freshness goes perfectly together. I'm not a big fan of sweet scents, but this one strikes a good balance. It smells really good. it's not cloying. It's masculine. One of the biggest compliments i can give this fragrance is that it has that "skin" smell, probably from the white musk. but it gives it a really addicting feeling where you cant stop smelling it . // EDIT Had to come back like 2-3 weeks later. this is so damn good. will be getting another bottle

Had some samples of the original Le Male Elixir and I have this for a few weeks now.. Spraying this side-by-side with the original, I can smell more this than the original one.. It loses some of the smoothness due to the performance which is on steroids... If you temper your sprays, it will come across in the air very close to the OG.. Unless you smell them side-by-side, you can't tell the difference. I would not wear this in weather over 25*C (best unde 20*C) because of its nature and potency.. Side note : many people say that the OG is a vanilla-honey bomb.. What I got most in the original as well as in Hawas Elixir was the tonka.. I think tonka is the dominant note Hope this helps! I got a compliment from some friends I ran into there - after hugging me they both said that I smelled great and, after trying to be surprised and asking them "wow.. cand you smell it in this crowded place?", the girl said "all I can smell is you 10 meters around" - this speaks about the performance of this stuff - outdoors, 15*C, crowded with people wearing fragrances. I wore about 10 sprays, but still - I find it impressive. Of course, I told the guy I was wearing Le Male Elixir (because I'm that kind of dude :)) )

Luxurious Vanilla and Mint fragrance, perfect for night time walks, dates or important meetings. This opens with a burst of sweet mint that arrives enveloped in a cloud of vanilla softness, the mint can seem harsh at first but after 30 minutes it softens to become the main accord but without the edge that the opening mint has on the nose. The vanilla never leaves, it is a comforting sweetness but make no mistake, the fragrance lies firmly in the masculine. The dark chocolate I found more pronounced than most have said, it is the bassline that runs throughout the scent, I think it's this that plays into why the overall scent feels masculine, it gives it a richness too that the vanilla starts. The dark chocolate definitely finishes. The last note I picked up was the lavender, in this fragrance it plays an important role, albeit a background note. But it helps harmonize the sharpness of the mint and the softness of the vanilla and chocolate. It works almost like a mediator between the other scents. For the price, as you guess, it is incredible. The Hawas line by Rasasi does NOT disappoint, and this certainly is one of the stronger fragrances in the lineup. 10/10

This is probably the closest out of the clones I've smelled (lattafa, atralia) Id say its about 97% accurate. I’m wearing this on my left wrist and JPG on my right. The dry down is where it becomes near indistinguishable. The differences are minimal, but i notice this one is the slightest but less sweet, and a tiny bit less dark? Id say to a person who doesn’t know too much about fragrance or has an “untrained” nose, they would not notice the difference. The main difference for me is the projection and sillage aren't as massively dominant. Which honestly is okay. Some think the OG is too strong. I sprayed a couple of sprays of choco musk to this and it made it just as sweet as the original. Great juice for the price. I have a 30 day travel sized decant of the JPG version, and i think getting the full bottle of it would be redundant since this is so close. EDIT. Had to come back and discuss that the longevity on this just isn't amazing. Find myself reapplying every 3-4 hours. Not terrible but worth noting.

This is my favorite fragrance of all time. I've already reviewed this but again, i consider JPG Elixir a masterpiece, this heightens what i like about it to the next level, without sacrificing much quality for the price. One caveat though is that there's a big difference between batches. My first bottle was a 03/25 vs my current one which is a 05/25. Older batch was super vanillic, powdery and beyond beast mode. Newer batch is much more metallic, minty and honey forward, maybe a tad weaker. Both amazing i just preferred the older batch. Also i go super noseblind to the new batch and the opening is quite rougher compared to my older bottle. Still, a must buy if you want something that's literally better than the original. Hell, I'd buy 5 bottles of this before a big one of the OG. That said, this is the only fragrance that has granted me a 100% compliment rate. Everyone at work, my girl, my family, friends, coworkers etc. have complimented me.

I love this fucking stuff lol. To me it smells like one of those old thin mint girlscout cookies lol. or some type of chocolate mint sweet from my childhood idk. either way it just smells so rich and yummy and i love the beautiful bottle too! The bottle is a solid gold and the markings on it are very deep and solid, you can scratch them as hard as you want and they wont come off. it has a nice heft to it and solid atomizer. In a world filled with corporate greed im really happy to see for 27 bucks i can still get some amazing perfume in a very beautiful high quality bottle. AMAZINGGGGG 11/10 in value imo. man theres something about this fucking smell that i have somehow fallen in love with. this fragrance has me sniffing my arm a thousand times a day lmfao, and spraying wayy too much. i am literally addicted to thhis scent. wtf!??

Yeah, this may be my favorite cologne in my collection. I smelled JPG elixir on paper and it smelled really good but I think this clone smells stronger. It's an insane value. I've been on the hunt for a vanilla cologne and people swear by Mercedes Benz Club Black which is a great cologne but the vanilla is smothered in amber compared to hawas elixir. You can smell the bergamot on the top note when you spray, and the sweetness eventually disipates and you're left with delicious vanilla and a bit of chocolate. It has a smidge of musk to keep it masculine. This cologne is amazing and so far my favorite between the two hawas I own. Edit: I got told I smelled like a girl by a girl but that I smelled really good and it was something that she would wear. So I guess this leans more feminine and I can see that.

I get the chocolate thin mint comparison, but to me it smells more like cocoa powder was mixed with mint rather than an actual sweet. Like the chocolate note is darker than a typical edible chocolate. Less sweet than dark. If you bake with cocoa powder it's kind of similar to that but sweetened a little bit with the mint. Because of the darkness of it, it's definitely masculine. Nice refreshing, yet dark, and very well balanced gourmandy scent. Not like a total gourmand as in like, I'd eat that, but gourmand as in like, I can smell the certain food aspects to it, just that they're not blended into a finished product for eating yet, if that makes sense. Never smelled the OG, but this as a standalone fragrance imo is great. Performance is great. Very happy with it.

Im happy with this blind buy this elixir is solid🔥🔥and will definitely get you compliments from women, its sweet but not a juvenile bubblegum sweet or floral girly sweet. Its more like a darker richer manly sweet that i think most people will like unless you cant stand sweetness at all. This is my first of the the hawas line after reading some reviews i was concerned on the level of sweetness but now that i have it i can confirm its NOT overly sweet in my opinion, the woody notes and dark chocolate balance it perfectly. Longevity is all day and projection is not beast mode but its strong enough for people to smell you in the distance DO NOT OVERSPRAY 💀 Thank you Rasasi will be trying the fire one next.

85-90 % le male elixir DNA, I like the dark chocolate note in Hawas , i had a tester of the original Le male Elixir but i didn't like the honey note as it was a bit too sweet and cloying for me, but the dark chocolate smoothens out the overall scent and wow i am confident to say i love Hawas elixir over le male elixir. It also has a stronger projection and performance, 7+ hours on my skin and days on clothes, great Sillage too, smells very masculine, and preferably great for colder days and evenings. Love the Tonka presence and the powdery profile in the dry down. Good price too, i highly recommend it to those bold , masculine and mature 25+.

I've macerated this for 9 months. I love it, my only complaint is that the first 30-60min have this warm nutty scent even though its not listed on the note and it is quite prominent overpowering the entire elixir DNA. Although its not a bad scent per se but i was expecting the dark chocolate to be hawas' take on their twist. After an hour the warm nutty become less prominent but the nutty scent is still there in the back. I have a decant of Velixir adonis (same elixir dna) and i think its better than hawas elixir scent-wise but worse in performance. Ill probably try out rayhaan elixir if im in the mood lol

Very nice version of Le Male Elixir. LME is still my favorite fragrance OAT I would say, and this does not dethrone it. This opens up deeper but then goes brighter in comparison. You can really feel the dark chocolate in this compared to the og's honey. For the most part they are very similar, except this one uses a lot more musk compared to LME, and a very different musk (where the honey-dark chocolate difference probably comes from). Performance, same as original which is not beast mode, as some would have you believe. Anyways, very close to the OG with a dark chocolate note that I really like. 9.5/10

Picked this up on sale for 55 AED/15$ and its a daylight robbery. Opens up airy, minty or herbal but not in a spicy fresh way, super luxurious. In the middle it becomes slightly chocolatey, and theres a lot of vanilla in there, there is a slight floral note in there too. Drydown is slightly musky with a hot chocolate type warmth, the vanilla still being present. Honestly the projection and performance is superb on my skin too, for the price point this is a perfect fragrance for more special occasions indoors, because of that strong vanilla presence. Mythical fragrance pull, must cop.

This dupe speaks for itself. Smells almost identical to the original. 11/10. If you live under a rock, this is probably the best bang for your buck dupe of jpg le Male elixir. The only issue I have which is a MAJOR problem is the bottle itself. Poorly constructed and began to leak almost immediately. The cap is way too tight and it makes the atomizer loose when taking it off and thus loosens the neck and leaks begin. Same with Hawas Ice that I have. Same problem. Leaking all over the place poor engineering. Losing 2 points for this avoidable error. Overall 9/10

It has a interesting top note smell in the first minute that is 90%similar to jpg which to my nose smells very weird and not pleasant but after just a minute of that the middle and top notes shine and it is one of the best smelling fragrances I have ever smelled. The chocolate really puts it apart from the jpg that it dupes. I don’t know what they put on this but it smells so good and has 13+ hours in longevity and huge sillage and projection. This is my second favorite of the Hawas line now.

Compared to Lmale it’s not 100% it’s not as sweet as don’t have something it’s like a sweet flower smell (honey???) that it’s missing. Honestly I prefer this it’s not as sweet it smells clean yet gourmand. Projection and longevity are really good lasts 10+ hours on skin clothes it’s days Protection is really strong and creates a nice bubble. Silage is nun crazy but I don’t need ppl smelling me after im gone I want to be there in the moment. Overall great everyday freezing weather scent.

First impressions, I love it. Opening is very minty and powerful but once you let it dry down I feel like this is 90% or almost 1 to 1 with le male elixir. I get more of that lavender and honey in the middle than dark chocolate. If you enjoy le male elixir you will like this. Considering I got this for $30 I would recommend this to anyone wanting a nice cheapie for winter occasions / maybe even clubbing? going to let this macerate. I see this as being too heavy for spring or summer.

I work in an office setting where my room is always freezing cold. It's so cold that I wear windbreaker indoors and I have a small personal heater next to my desk. Being that it's so cold where I work I feel like I can wear my winter scents year round. Today I'm wearing Hawas Elixir and WOW. Hawas Elixir has great projection and last all day long without a second application. I get mint, vanilla and smooth chocolate. I really enjoy it and it works for me.

Oh my man, so far, only this perfume has gotten me a compliment. This is a fantastic sweet type of minty fragrance. It should not go wrong for nearly anyone. The vibe that this perfume has is simply so cool to neglect. Planning to buy a full bottle soon. The projection and longevity is so good. This night time perfume is perfect for dates, parties (not absolutely perfect for parties), and evening outings on casual occasions. Rating: 9/10

I only tried Ultra Male and Le Male Le Parfum from JPG, so I can't compare this to Elixir. but, what I can say is that this has zero honey in it, the chocolate note is the main player here. honestly, I bought it purely because I was buying present for someone else and it's already among the best deals I've ever found on Notino (23€). it's a great crowd pleasing scent with good performance. you do not need more than that.

I had a bottle of Le Male Elixir, after it got empty, I did not want to pay again for a new bottle, but I found this for 20 and I decided to try it. This lacks the depth and heaviness of Le Male Elixir, which might be the Tobacco note. But this can be a plus or a minus depending on your preference. I like it more airy too, for 20 this hits the spot for me. It is nice in the evenings especially.

DO NOT BUY DUPES!!! Im gonna say this over and over again, this shi just doesnt last, none of those clones does, why do you think fragrance influencers only mention original fragrances in their most used fragrances... it just doesnt last, buy the original please, ive been macerating every single one of my clones for months, none of them compares to the og, save you money and buy the original.

10/10 I fall in love more and more every time I smell it, it is so damn addictive. (I have not smelled le male elixir yet) You might not like the opening but once you let it sit for 15 minutes, you will get the most beautiful vanilla and chocolate combination ever. I really love this one. Performance is also really good like all other rassasi hawas line. Definitely blind-buy worthy

This is definitely similar to Le Male Elixir, but the opening really gives me Versace Eros EDP vibes with how minty it is. I actually like it quite a lot! Exceptionally good value... definitely a successful blind buy! Extremely strong as well.. that was a pleasant surprise. 2 sprays (one per arm) and this stuff is POTENT! Definitely have to go easy on the trigger.

idk never smelled le male elixir, but this definitely has Eros EDP DNA to it. Minty vanilla, a tad bit chocolate on it makes it different. Almost like invictus victory but eros if you get what im sayin?. I dont catch any benzoin though but probably its my nose kind of thing. Performance is amazing, last the until the next morning. Bang for the bucks it is. 9.3/10

Very good dupe. I would say 90% closeness to the original. Problem.with this fragrance is the bottle is poorly designed and it leaks from the neck where the atomizer meets the bottle. The cap is way too tight and it causes the bottle to fail and leak all over the place. 8 out of 10 smells. Minus a point for cheaply made leaky bottles. 7 out of 10.

Alright, so I bought this for $17 and my impressions are that its a sweet and appealing smell, it lasts like 6-7 👀 hours in skin before it starts to become a skin scent, its a nice and smells delicious, but it smells kinda harsh for the first minutes on my skin before it starts to settle and turn into that chocolate and sweet aroma

Opens very nice with that vanilla scent. Lasts a long time, well it is Hawas cologne after all. Doesn't project a lot, but when it dries down, it is a sweet vanilla flavor. I pick up on the dry down the smells of vanilla, mint and lavender. This is a beautiful smelling cologne and for the price point, it's definitely worth the buy.

Projects strong, lasts more then 24 hours, i have JPG elixir would say 80-85% close to JPG elixir would only know difference by an expert or if u had the 2 next to eachother, otherwise everyones gonna think its the real JPG elixir, shits like 30-40$ for how close it is and amazing performance no reason to buy real JPG elixir

If you like Le Male Elixir you will like this. I have both and this is pretty close for a way better price point. I think the only difference is this has a little bit of mint in the opening. Once again if you like that scent profile from JPG this one is definitely worth a look. This and Kobra my two favorites from Hawas.

Just got this. What I'm getting is a Hawas vibe opening. Then a sweet floral vanilla. Seems to be a good performance. As usual, excellent packaging. So far, very pleased with this. Update....Yes, this is lovely. A sweet, caramel/vanilla with a floral background. Excellent longevity and silage. Another very nice Hawas

Y’all hate the chocolate but it adds a serious and less sweet and less candy aura. It’s like the jpg is a candied cherry and id a chocolate cherry. Not literally cherry, but in a way that both are nice, but one is less crowd pleasing. Either way it’s 85% the same but that added earthy depth is added in the hawas

Good daily driver, its geared towards winter, but honestly I think you could wear it at any time if you do it right. Mint and chocolate notes are prevalent. Nothing life changing but in my humble opinion is does smell better than the original jpg. 7/10 +1 for versatility Final rating:8/10

i like to layer this with choco musk perfume oil. you can buy this perfume oil from amazon for 6 bucks. roll the oil on your pulse points and spray a bit of this hawas on top, its such a rich creamy choco/vanilla smell that will last a good time and radiate the area with warm yumminess.

best jpg elixer dupe and i think i smelled like 5, this is actually addicting like, the dry down is so good, it’s edible, idk what other people are saying ab this being this or that, but try it and thank me later, you’re welcome, literally doing you a favour

Honestly not a bad interpretation of JPG Elixir like I have seen on multiple reviews, for the fraction of price is actually a good deal and it performs well even though it’s not a 1:1 replica since the sweet honey note present in JPG Elixir is missing.

Incredibly sweet in the dry down very sexy and unbelievably inviting. A little too sweet for some so do not blind buy this, definitely not 1:1 to le male elixir, i find this is mintier in the opening. Performance incredible, overall rating is 8.6/10

Amazing. Im so happy i got this for 27 bucks lol. Smells so unique and yummy. Bottle has a really nice atomizer too. I will update with more as i learn more about this scent. Im going to rock this to work today I really like it a lot!

Give it a shot if it smells weird at first, it's completely diffferent after one month on the shelf. Vanilla forward with a nutty, Nutella like note rather than dark chocolate and some spearmint freshness.Winter banger

Amazing scent. Not much tonka as JPG Elixir would have, but certainly a good vanilla lavender and amazing honey scent to wear at night or in the winter. Good for the price. And a successful blind buy.

Not to exaggerate but this is probably the best smelling perfume ever. Just the perfect mix of everything. Dark chocolate, mint, vanilla just the perfect amount and the performance too just wow.

This smells like it has just as much Versace Eros DNA (specifically the EDP) as it does JPG Elixir. Mainly from the mint, tonka, and vanilla. Great scent! Great projection!

Better than original. Pure 10/10. This mint opening is sooo well blended. Performance are amazing also. I have almost all from the Hawas line, and this is top 3.
