Hawas Highness

@Bandojones314 I got it too. Smells 100% like Vibrato. I'm pissed because I also own Maison Asrar Majesty (Tygar, little bit of Vibrato DNA) which smells great, but the citrus is a bit too sharp for me. So, I decided to buy a Vibrato dupe (not Highness). I decide to get Bharara Viking Dubai. I only ordered Hawas Highness because CubaKnow was the first with a video and said it was quote, "in the Castley space". I should have known when he spoke about nothing but ginger. Not a mention of pepper. He even said it smells like Castley but with more ginger and more amber. So, with that I also ordered Hawas Highness. Imagine my irritation when they both show up the same day and they're 98% the same scent. I also own Arabiyat Prestige Aristo (Ingenious Ginger dupe). This also smells like Aristo, just remove the vanilla and make the ginger a bit spicier. I don't know where anyone is getting Castley from. Castley is a PEPPER BOMB!!! I also don't get a single SPECK of pepper in this fragrance. Castley basically smells like LV Imagination but swap the cinnamon with black pepper. Maybe some other nuances, but Castley essentially smells like spicy, luxurious, hand soap. Hawas Highness on the other hand is GINGER, amber, citrus, and a bit of florals. Sorry to be so blunt, but anyone who says this smells like Castley, doesn't know what Castley smells like. Not even remotely a similar DNA. Unless my bottle macerates and a whole bunch of black pepper shows up, IT IS VIBRATO!!! But I will say it is a very good rendition of Vibrato. Truly I wouldn't be mad if I bought it knowing it was a Vibrato clone. But now I have 2 brand new bottles of the same DNA. Luckily, it's a DNA I really enjoy.

Just got my hands on this today, bought it on a whim seeing it on jomashop and hearing that it was either a castley or a vibrato clone. To my nose, this smells more like vibrato. The spicy notes I get from this seem to come more from the ginger, I do not get any pepper notes from this whatsoever. I don't currently have a decant of vibrato to compare it to, but it smells very similar to Maison Asrar Regent, which I do currently have. Regent comes off more cool and icy in the opening, but it smells very similar either way. I'll update this as this macerates since this is a brand new bottle, but I'm thinking more vibrato than castley. Edit: Felt I should update this. Despite the confusion about castley or vibrato, I do really love this fragrance so far. It's an instant addition to my work fragrance rotation. I'm a sucker for ginger and florals. I would have enjoyed the scent profile either way. I do recommend trying this if you're in the market for a spicy fresh ginger fragrance and don't care if it's castley or vibrato LOL @Havok1998 Thanks for backing me up XD

Right off the rip, Hawas Highness is sparkling and has that same "deep blue" vibe that Turathi Blue has. The main difference is that Hawas Highness leans heavier into grapefruit and orange for its citrus notes. To my nose, it’s slightly more sophisticated than Turathi Blue, meaning it is a bit sharper, fresher, and less dense, if that makes sense. Honestly, I'd say it’s almost identical to Turathi Blue, except for that stronger grapefruit on top. Initial projection is great, 10/10, it's a room filler for sure. To wrap it up, I think the projection and longevity are pretty much on par with Turathi Blue. (Note: Turathi Blue is my only point of reference here; I haven't tried Vibrato).

Had it less than a week so I’ll go back and review again since these clones almost always change after a few weeks. But I love it. The Vibrato/Tygar DNA is incredible and this one is a sweeter and more floral twist to Vibrato. Less green spicy heavy citrus ginger and more floral and a subtle fresh sweetness to it. It still has that zingy ginger citrus but with an almost spring in a bottle type of floral sweetness but not in a feminine way at all. Strength is okay to start. Not your typical Hawas smell you across the room strength but no slouch in performance either. So far Bravanzo Vestige is hands down my favorite Vibrato clone but this one is also damn good.

I was looking for this and Supremacy in Heaven at Burlington and found it one day. I used to work there so one of the girls at the register gave me an employee discount. After taxes it came out to $40. I wore it to my security job at the night club and got 5 compliments in one night! By far the most compliments I got in a single night. My mom and aunt separately told me I smelled good and my mom never compliments any of my fragrances. So 7 total compliments in the first 2 wears. Would highly recommend for warmer weather. Why spend +200 when you can get this many compliments with a $40 dupe?

Just received this along with Overdose. Both blind buys. Highness is absolutely incredible! Opens with a high quality Citrus burst but a noticeable mild Spice. It is very "Creed like". I own Milisime, VIW, and Git. If I were to blind smell this without knowing the house, I would guess it was from Creed. It has a distinct quality scent profile. This is clearly my Summer of 2026 scent! 🌞

The ginger is strong in this one. The ginger opening somehow outlasts the floral mid for me. The drydown is musky and slightly powdery, but again the strong ginger keeps everything masculine. You don't buy Hawas for subtle nuances, you buy it for performance. And the performance is good. Strong projection for 4 hours, lasts 8+. Go easy in the summer heat, you can overspray this.

I own vibrato and this one is honestly close enough to where if I didn’t already own vibrato i would just buy this one instead. Ended up giving it to my dad and he loves it. Sprayed it in the morning before he left for work, about an hour and a half later I could still smell it from across the house. Good stuff

I love this stuff. Its definitely leaning Vibrato, whether they meant to or not. Its fresh, effervescent, sparkling. The amber and citrus sticks from open all the way through. Im enjoying it.

Never smelled sospiro vibrato but this is a good fragrance smooth citrus with spice and florals

Magnificent scent. 95% Suspiro Vibrato.

Upon the first few days I knew I had something in my collection that was similar and it definitely has similarities to Tygar/Turathi blue after its been maturating for a few days which could possibly be redundant for some. I unfortunately have not smelt a vibrado DNA so I'm unable to provide a comparison. Day 1 is definitely a floral bomb but it gets better around day 2-3 so give it a bit. My assumption for scent profile from what Ive seen: Vibrato/Tygar twist

Never smelled PDM Castley, but I do have Afnan Turathi blue, and this smells very similar to that. Maybe with a little more amped up freshness with the aromatic ginger-ness. I will have to keep testing this throughout the summer to see how it performs, but so far it's lasting longer than Turathi blue. This could be a solid summer pick up if you're into that Tygar DNA on a budget. 7.5/10.

8/10. Similar opening to Majesty by Maison asrar. Florals start to come through and that’s when it’s at its best. The citrus/grapefruit carries throughout. Overall not a home run fragrance but nothing to complain about. I’ve gotten compliments with Majesty I’m sure I’ll get some with Highness. Redundant if you have the OGs or a dupe of any tygar/vibrato dna.

I'm with @dinkar20 I sprayed it and immediately thought did they put Kobra in my bottle by mistake! Side by side though it changes pretty quickly and you can tell the difference more citrus floral. Definitely less soapy/tea. Smells great! I also want to add if I could go back I would skip Kobra and buy this one instead

This smells pretty close to Vibrato, close enough anyway. Just like Vibrato it smells like citronella , hand sanitizer, new diapers and baby wipes and lasts forever and performs well for most of a day. Not my favorite profile but I do like more than Ingenious Ginger and Turathi Blue.

Fresh brightness from citruses in the opening. Spices are there but fade after a few minutes. The citrus carries over into the mid for about an hour mixed with the florals. Then the florals take over which come across soapy clean. Think bar of soap not shower gel. A lot of people say they get ginger, I understand how they would think that in the opening for about 5 minutes. When the spices fade, it’s clearly bright and fresh from citrus not ginger. This one needs to maturate before I can give it a fair evaluation. I like it, I think it’s good. Not my favorite as it sits now and don’t think it’s one you would be “missing out” if you didn’t buy it. The opening and first hour is what makes this fragrance, the rest of the time it’s just meh. I will say this, if maturation does do a number on this one, I can see it moving up the scale quite a bit when compared to the rest of the line. I will update this in a few weeks

My Final thoughts: I think it’s okay. For me it lacks depth. It’s citrus, a make up of grapefruit, Orange and lime, bright and zesty. Complimented by the florals that combine to give it a fresh clean smell. The spice is noticeably there for maybe the first 5 minutes. After that, it disappears more and more, and very quickly until it’s non existent after about 20 to 30 minutes. The fragrance as a whole presents well, smells good, and doesn’t smell cheap by any means. It’s just missing a more prominent ginger note in this fragrance for my taste. The florals did come off smelling like a bar of soap at first. After 5 days, the notes settled and it’s no longer presenting that way. I think it smells quite nice, just flat without more spice form ginger.

Just got this in. I bought it because it was a supposed castley clone, I’ve had castley and loved it but performance was horrible so I sold it with hopes of this to replace it..... definitely not castley, Its a weak version of vibrato. That being said it probably needs to sit. Again it’s not a castley clone, not even close.

I like the top notes, but the base notes remind me of Megamare, which I don't particularly care for. I'll use Tygar instead of Highness to avoid this issue.

Picked this up at Burlington for $44.99. It's identical to Turathi Blue. If you have that, you can skip this... and vice versa.

I started seeing the videos a few weeks back of people finding Hawas Highness at Burlington, and I knew I was probably on the front end of that window. I’m someone who makes multiple weekly rounds through Burlington looking for fragrance finds, and in my city alone there are roughly nine locations that are part of my normal rotation. Around the same time, people were beginning to find Overdose, Malibu, and some of the Aromatics releases. My first trip turned up Frostbite, which at the time I hadn’t seen a single person posting about yet. Then I came across Sunkissed from the Aromatics line and continued making my rounds. As time went on, I started talking with people in the stores and hearing that they had actually seen Hawas Highness a couple of weeks earlier while Overdose was still showing up. At that point, I was pretty convinced the window had closed and that I had missed my chance. Then, almost exactly when I had accepted that I wasn’t going to find it, I walked into Burlington and there it was — multiple bottles sitting on the shelf. Needless to say, I grabbed one. Recently, I’ve gone pretty deep into the ginger fragrance world. I had experienced Tarathi Blue a little over a year ago, along with Maison Alhambra’s Immortal, and other ginger-forward releases. I enjoyed them, but none of them completely captured what I was looking for. Then I discovered Ginger Mist by Michael Malul, and something about that fragrance completely changed how I viewed ginger notes. It really triggered a positive reaction to ginger for me. Since then, I’ve added Ingenious Ginger, continued wearing Ginger Mist, and started revisiting the many fragrances in my collection that feature ginger. I have never smelled Vibrato, so I can’t speak to how close Hawas Highness is to that fragrance. A lot of people are calling it a clone or alternative, but I can only judge it based on my own experience with the fragrance itself. What I can say is that Hawas Highness delivers exactly what I was hoping it would. I think Tarathi Blue is a good fragrance, but on my skin it leans extremely heavily into the grapefruit. The ginger is there, but the grapefruit is the dominant player. I enjoy it, but I find myself getting tired of that profile before the fragrance finishes its performance, which is why I don’t reach for it often. Maison Alhambra’s Immortal gives me more of an orange citrus direction paired with ginger. I enjoy that approach more than the grapefruit-heavy style, but again, it doesn’t completely satisfy what I’m looking for from a ginger fragrance. Hawas Highness does. The ginger stays prominent throughout the entire wear. It doesn’t feel like a bright opening note that disappears after the first few minutes. It feels like the centerpiece of the fragrance, with the other notes supporting and enhancing it. There is also that familiar Hawas/Rasasi-style muskiness that isn’t officially listed but is noticeable for anyone familiar with that DNA. That slightly sweet, clean musk adds a lot here. The woods, vetiver, and patchouli provide a nice foundation, while the jasmine, violet, and rose add a subtle floral layer. The amber brings warmth and depth, and I even pick up a slight vanilla-like sweetness that isn’t listed but is very enjoyable on my skin. The fragrance is well blended, performs well, and avoids becoming overly sharp. The citrus opening gives it energy, but it never turns into just another grapefruit fragrance. There is a touch of spice that adds a masculine edge, and the amber warmth gives it a nice balance. I also enjoy Hawas Cobra, which I picked up after deciding I probably wasn’t going to find Highness in Burlington. I was able to claim it through Maple Prime for around $27. I have a lot of Imagination-style fragrances and clones in my collection, and while I appreciate that profile, I’ve never really loved most of them. Cobra stood out because of its sweeter tangerine direction and softer citrus approach rather than a sharper lemon-heavy presentation. For me, Hawas Highness fits into that same category of fragrances that take a familiar idea and present it in a way that better matches my personal taste. If you already own multiple ginger fragrances or every Vibrato alternative available, this might not be a must-have. But if you specifically enjoy ginger-forward fragrances, I think this one deserves serious consideration. For me, Hawas Highness is a big W. In a collection as large as mine, there are very few bottles I can confidently say I’ll completely finish. This is one of them. I fully expect to run through this bottle, and when I do, I’ll gladly pick up another once prices settle closer to that $30 range instead of the roughly $45 after-tax price I paid. For my personal taste, it was worth every penny.

Bug spray. no seriously. hawas is my favorite, i have 10 of them... but this one aint for me. it smells like bug spray im not even joking wtffffff UPDATE: ok so i gave it a few days and just sprayed it again. it has def evolved a bit, its starting toi smell a lot different but not gonna lie i still get a little whiff of that bug sprayish smell. i cant help it, it must be some kind of bug spray i used in my childhood that this reminds me of lol im gonna let iot sit for a bit more and i hope iot keeps evolving i had this same issue with hawas pink where first time i sprayed it it was a horrible chemical mess but after letting it sit for a while it became one of my favs . weird how that works

I saw this a few weeks ago at Burlington but didn’t get it but regretted not getting it and went back the next day it was gone but I finally saw one yesterday and it was priced at $16.99 so it was a no-brainer pickup and I knew they tagged it incorrectly and after I got home I read the receipt and it was supposed to be a Ramz by Lattafa lol. Score! Anyways this smells exactly like Turathi Blue that I bought and returned a few months ago but for $16.99 i’ll see if this Highness grows on me.

I've tried 8 other Hawas flankers and every one disappointed me (Tropical was pretty decent I guess), but this one is a major exception. I haven't smelled Vibrato so I can't compare it to the original, but Highness is so clean, a citrus zing, and powdery in the dry down. It performs well yet stays light and airy throughout the day, never overpowering. What a surprise to me as I'm generally not a fan of Hawas fragrances.

I hated this at first, it smelled like some sort of bugspray chemical from my childhood or something. Its been about a week and its already smelling much better, to me this kind of smells like a bed of flowers and some type of grass/weed element. definitely spring in a bottle. its nice im really starting to like it more, but personally not my favorite "type" of fragrance I like the more "sweet/warm" ones

Love this scent. Compared this to vibrato side by side, in the dry down, very similiar to vibrato. Has that prominent ginger note with a good chunk of sweetness. Would say around 90%. Constantly complimented when I wear this. Strong performance, would say around 2 hours of decent projection. Can detect on skin for 4 - 6 hours after.

Great scent especially if you like Ginger, and Musk X10. In the Vibrato, and Tygar vein. Beside the unknown craziness behind the scenes at Rasasi this is actually a pretty decent scent all things considered.

Rasasi if you're reading this we need an Amouage Decision inspired Hawas, or anything from the house of Amouage.

Smells like hawas kobra to me. A little less sharp but almost similar. Skip this if you already have Kobra
