Hawas Overdose

Oooof ok, im glad i picked this up. Gunna try to keep a short review. Got this for like 40 bucks from jomashop, didnt expect much from it, but these hawas flankers usually surprise me a bit. This stuff smells delicious. This is like althaïr a fair bit, but for me, this is like the PERFECT clone of taking the sweet gourmand notes from the SWY line, and combining it with the sweet and gourmand parts of le male elixir. As it dries down, I definitely pick up more of the orange blossom, which gives that althaïr vibe a bit more. But oh man, this is gunna slay here in a few months when it gets cool for the fall and winter. 😈 Performance seems good, wouldnt be surprised for it to last most of a full day, with a pleasantly strong sillage bubble. 😌 Another good one from Rasasi. Though I see this getting a lot.of hate for being late to the game with this, or for doing something more oroginal for a clone line, but for me, ive not had interest in Althaïr or its clones until this kinda happened upon me, so for me, im not mad at it. Lol.

Picked this up at a Burlington which is surprising considering it's a recent release, but awesome find for all those out there that enjoy the Burlington hunts. To my nose, this is if PDM Althaïr and a little of Stronger With You were blended together. Definitely not 1:1, but that's a good thing - Liquid Brun exists for that. There is a bit of spiciness to this, more than what I find in Althaïr, which I do enjoy. From a quick testing, it's what you'd expect from a Hawas - solid longevity and projection. Prices are high since it's a new release at the time of this review, I would assume that as it get closer to the winter months (Nov, Dec) this will come down in price a good bit and be a great buy!

I received my purchase today for both this and Highness. I am a Hawaas fan. They simply put, produce high quality juice at an amazing value! Being a Gourmand type of guy, the notes initially attracted me. And boy did it ever deliver. A rich, creamy vanilla and praline pecan initially greet you. But that's this noticeable Aquatic note that joins the fray. It's sweet but not syrupy. Making it wearable in warmer weather and climates. I've only tested it on one arm. Still getting great aroma 4hrs later. I imagine a few more hours to go.... 🤎

Huge fan of this DNA, I've got Liquid Brun, and Vanilla Romance by B&BW. I've also tried a sample of Montagne Perfums version of this DNA. Hawas Overdose does a great job. Right out the box, it smells great & strong. And in hawas fashion, their version of is definitely stronger. Not to sweet leaning though. Compared to Vanilla Romance & Montagne which i believe leans on the sweeter & softer end. Only 20min into first spray while writing this so will update with time

Do we need yet another Althair dupe? You bet we do and this is a spectacular 1 at that. Beastmode compliment getter. You're still here? Don't walk run to get it. Love it! Sexy as hell!

Honestly not bad and I think this is the highest quality dupe of althair. For me, it's just too sweet so I don't care for the dna. Hawas don't mess around when it comes to performance, this lasts an easy 12hrs and projects hard for the first 4. I wouldn't say this is blind buy safe, it can be cloying if oversprayed.

im excited for this, i already have liquid brun which i love and the ladies also love too.. but i know rasasi is S tier in the fragrance world and my bottle of bruin is running low. cant wait to rock this this fall. hell, last august in the insane summer hear iw as rocking liquid brun and a pretty latina just had to lean in and smell me thats how much she liked it, never once got any complaints of "cloying" whatever that means this is a great fragrance DNA and im glad a solid brand like Rasasi is getting their hands/twist on it. Hawas is my favorite lineup of all time i have 8 of them and soon i will have many more, they havent let me down yet

Yall should watch GentsScents video on this, according to him this does infact project way more than the other altihair dupes while still smelling basically the same with slight differences

I’ve always found the original Althaïr and its dupes lacking in performance. I trust Rasasi to improve on that, and I’ll be ordering it as soon as it’s available.

Rasasi please stop releasing clones of fragrances that already have hundreds of clones...be original,and release clones of not that hyped fragrances.

Can someone confirm if this dupe also has burned caramel popcorn smell like the "best" dupe I bought?? Hope this fixes that..

Unless this fixes the projection/longevity problem the other dupes have, then yes, we do need more Althair clones.

Do we still need more clones for Althair? Why do not you run after perfumes without clones in the market?!
