This is a very unique smell.. it’s a spicy woody smell when it’s first applied to the skin... but give it some time and the rose will come out... and the longevity is amazing!! this will last you all day... and it becomes close to the skin when it’s at the 8 hour mark... quick tip... it can be your own scent when you mix and match perfumes or maybe a scented lotion with it.... overall I love it and I’ve never smelt anything like it and probably won’t.

I have just received a bottle of this. I am not one to be sold by fancy bottles and packaging but I have to admit that it is a very pretty bottle. However, what counts in my world is the contents. Initially when I first applied it, I was very disappointed. In fact it was quite unpleasant. However, as seems to be the case with Attar oils, you have to give them a little while to settle and develop. Much more so than Western perfumes. Within half an hour it had developed into something quite different and quite lovely. Whilst I can not pick out the rose, it is lovely oriental scent and smells really quite expensive which it (luckily for me) isn't. I will really enjoy both wearing this and admiring the pretty little bottle.

today is very hot in Australia butt i like this attar. May be next wearing give me more idea. But i like the rose this is very clean. Soft type wait for next.

I was worried about the vanilla in this making it too sweet, but it’s just about right here. It starts like Angel on me, which I think must be the patchouli when combined with sandalwood, musk, amber and vanilla. At this stage I don’t like it, as it’s giving me heady and powerful Angel flashbacks. But there’s a lovely (but brief) stage where it suddenly resembles Tiziana Terenzi’s Kirke as the acidic exotic fruits come through in a citrus/mango juicy burst. It’s lovely but it projects at a high note, which is too piercing and could becoming headache inducing. Feminine, if a little too synthetic, mango-patchouli power. Update: The dry-down brings an animalic B.O note. I’ve tried it a few times now just to be certain and there it is again. It’s very odd.

Opening is brillient but the dry down is a sythetic mess. The one you get from cheap air freshners.
