Rayhaan Elixir

(It is worth noting that I apply a layer of lotion before I apply fragrance so this review is based off of the cologne + lotion) WOW! This is easily my favorite in my collection and it’s also my most complimented fragrance. My buddy has the actual Le Male Elixir so I got curious and brought it over so we could compare. When I tell you this is 1:1, I mean this is 1:1. In the air, on skin, and on paper, neither of us could tell the difference. Idk how Rayhaan did it but they really cooked with this one. One word of advice though, I recommend macerating this one because it turned into a beast mode fragrance for me after maceration. Ok so I got this for Christmas last year and started maceration toward the beginning of March. Out of the box, it was a very warm, vanilla, and spicy scent. The projection was nice with about a foot from my neck and about 5 hours before becoming a skin scent according to my mom, dad, and friend. The longevity was at around 7-8 hours I would say so it was great for school at the time. After I took it out about 2 weeks ago, my socks were blown off! I sprayed it away from me in a still room on a tester strip. Almost instantaneously, maybe about a half a second after spraying, I could already smell how amazing this was in the air. On skin, it smells like a very expensive warm and spicy vanilla and I know that’s kinda what I said beforehand but I really don’t know how to describe this besides smelling like warm, spicy with a hint of woodiness, vanilla, sexiness, and wealth. I don’t know what happened but this thing became AMPLIFIED. The projection went from like a foot to like 3 feet! And it projects for around 7 hours now. The longevity is definitely wayyy better lasting about 11-12 hours on my skin and 1 wash on my clothes but disappeared with the next. I think this fragrance is perfect for winter time and dates yet still enjoyable enough for really any occasion. Overall, this is a BEAST MODE winter/fall fragrance and I highly recommend you pick this up if you want something quality if you’re on a budget. I give this a very strong 10/10!

Overall thoughts and scent profile: Amazing smooth, sweet and fresh scent profile, you get some honey and vanilla sweetness (but in a smooth non cloying way, far less in your face compared to that strong honey in Xerjoff Naxos or Rayhaan Italia), with minty freshness, but also you get some airiness from that lavender. I'd say you can wear this pretty much all year round, it's not cloying at all and I think you could wear it even in the summer if you wanted to, I definitely will be giving it a try. It smells incredible out of the box even pre-maceration, and it just gets even smoother and slightly better performing after maceration. Easily one of the best fragrances I've ever smelled, not just for clones, to me it absolutely smells better than the original jpg le male elixir, definitely more wearable and more premium smelling too. Probably gonna be my signature scent, very easily wearable and is one of the best fragrances when it comes to mass appeal. Presentation and bottle quality: Very nice looking bottle, although the plastic exterior cover slightly cheapens the feel, would've loved a magnetic bottlecap like on Rayhaan Italia, but either way the pressurized atomizer is one of the best i've tried on any fragrance. Performance: Rayhaan Elixir doesn't have the most insane projection, but it smells so good that it doesn't really matter, if you really need maximum projection you can just use a decant and reapply every few hours. On skin it projects for maybe 1-2 hours and lasts for maybe 10. On fabrics it projects for around 2-4 hours, and lasts for around 20 hours. Blind buy factor: Easy blind buy unless you know you dislike any of the listed notes, continuing upon what I wrote earlier, it smells like minty lavender with some (mild) honey sweetness. Has huge mass appeal, literally the only fragrance I have that ALL of my friends and family universally like, for reference I've had people that dislike even liquid brun. Final rating: 9.5/10 I would only rate it higher if had better projection, otherwise this is absolute heat.

Beautifully done this scent is and I'm currently smelling this next to JPG elixir and I can say it's 85% close on my skin ! In the air I'd even say 90% but up close you can definitely tell the quality difference ! On its this is a very smooth,creamy,warm and inviting and just smells like a beautiful roasted vanulla candle. The opening on this is slightly synthetic but give it 2 minutes and it really blossoms ! It gets better as time goes on and the drydown is so addicting!! In comparison to JPG Elixir again in the air they are soo hard to tell apart but JPG Elixir is more rich while Raayhaan Elixir has the same profile but slightly more fresh and airy. The biggest noticeable difference is when you really dig in and smell these up close ! JPG Elixir is just as smooth on skin and perfectly balanced as it is in the air while Raayan Elixir up close you get a lot more of a rubbery mint note which isn't off putting but it's just not as pleasant and refined. Performance on Raayhaan Elixir is excellent as well as it lasts me 8-12 hours however JPG Elixir lasted 24+ hours. Raayhaan Elixir also have above average projection whereas JPG even with 2 sprays can be a room filler. Overall rating -8 out of 10 ! The quality isn't as good as the OG but damn is it close and for only a fraction of the price ..IM IMPRESSED!!

The rating seems to be different to the reviews. I have used Arabic frags for a fair few years, without any doubt, they ALL do better with as long a period of maceration and I don’t mean just leave it, I spray at least 5 ml then leave in a cool and dark place,spray nozzle off. This one has a lovely mix of mint and vanilla but the vanilla is not the sweet and overly feminine type. It’s a subjective topic so each will have their own view. Personally, I get many compliments when wearing this. My local pharmacy now sticks Afnan. Lattafa and others , due to me always having a different fragrance when I go. Hey, I got this for 30 GBP when others are asking a minimum of £55. Yes, it had a resemblance to JPG but. In my opinion, nicer and better. I left to macerate for 5 months just to give some idea. ALL of my UAE and Arabic frags get much better with being able to do this. I waited to post this after I got the best from it. I’m also lucky in that I have many to pick from, whilst waiting I recommend this, both personally and as a compliment getter. Look at my profile , to see many of the expensive and niche frags I have. Many I have not yet posted or forgotten to post. Great value and decent performance, especially at the price point I got it for. Do not blind buy folks, there are plenty of decants available.

An update to my last review This scent is still phenomenal. If you want a good clone of Le Male Elixer, This is an amazing contender. I pre-ordered this scent and to my knowledge, there weren't any other LME clones on the market besides the Dua Brand one at the time. Owning it for about five months now, the scent hasn't changed much. It's a little smoother on the opening and the longevity has improved slightly, but either way, I got a good 8+ hours out of it already. The scent is extremely close, the only difference to my nose is RH is a little less sweet. There are a bunch of new LME clones on the market that I haven't tried like Grandeur Elite Tribal Gold, Lattafa The Kingdom, and Atralia Elixer. Not sure if there are any others I'm missing but that's already some decent competition. From the reviews, The Kingdom looks more popular but I haven't tried it. I can still say with confidence, that if you want Le Male Elixer on a budget, this is a great buy. The best way I can describe this is Le Male Elixer, toned down. Less projection and longevity, but still very strong, and it hits all the same notes Le Male Elixer does. This one's still a winner for me. 8/10

I don't have Le Male Elixir, and this is a blind buy. Out of the box it smells amazing. There's honey, lavender, and vanilla. The honey note especially makes this so good for me. In my nose I pick up a strong, warm, honey note that is cozy, inviting, and seductive. Funnily enough a mint note is listed here however I wasn't able to pick up that at all. But the drydown is good, with vanilla dominating and the tonka bean. I smell maybe a little bit of warm amber as well. Bottle design is also nice and I like how you can see how much juice is left. It lasts pretty nice, about 8h on my skin, projects moderately, doesn't fill up a room. For the price that I got this, I would say this is a banger. I will let it sit for a couple of weeks to see if there are any changes. Overall, this is fantastic! 1 MONTH UPDATE: I now get the mint note, and it lasts longer now. About 8 hour max. The honey feels creamier now too, less synthetic. Nicely balanced. Projection wise? Not really changing. But it is damn nice.

If you’re looking for JPG le male elixir clone this is it. All clones of le male are 30% expensive then this and also this is the most famous clone i also have a decant of le male and wore both alot to give a honest opinion . This is 90% close. The difference is in the opening this opens more minty and dry down is more sweet and vanilla kinda. When i first tried the this it was very minty like a fresh fragrance but after maceration mint has toned down and its become a sweet smooth lavender fragrance. Performance was bad initially like 2 hours and then it’s gone but after maceration oh good lord now it’s like 6 hours and on clothes it’s about whole day forever kinda . Projection is ohk ohk . This is fire for the price. I always thought low of clones because they might be synthetic or low quality ingredients but this and some other frags changed my mind. Looking forward to more clone purchases. Atomizer is also great on this one. Blind buy safe but needs maceration.

i absolutely hated this fragrance when i got it. now? it has become a staple. it smells JUST LIKE ELIXIR after maturation (4-5 months now of sitting w an occasional turn over). the only thing that really makes elixir still “worth” is that it’s a TAD sweeter (people usually hate that) and lasts longer for sure (the one thing worth thinking abt OG for) all in all, for what i would use elixir for (date nights, intimate close moments) this HITS the nail on the head. not too cloying. still that sexy JPG dna that will have women saying you smell AMAZING. my girl loves it, made me give it a second smell and that’s when i realized what took place during these few months. 8.5/10, amazing dupe, wish the bottle was thinner.

The House of Rayhaan is on an absolute tear. I own this, Crimson, Dark leather and Obsidian. All are great. Elixir stands out as an incredible JPG le male elixir dupe. Having all the same elements of that sweet honey, vanilla and tonka dry down. This initially is a sweet / powdery vanilla scent that dries down incredibly nice on skin. You don't want to overspray tho as this scent delivers quite a punch at around 4-6 sprays. You'll leave a nice scent trail on your every move and definitely will get noticed. I'm looking forward to getting more scents from Rayhaan as they are proving to be quite a fragrance house out of the UAE. 8.5/10. Strongly recommend.

New favorite cold weather / winter signature. This beats my past favorites (invictus victory, just azraq which is a better take on invictus victory elixir, khadlaj island vanilla dunes a gift from my girl and stronger with you intensely) this is masculine while being super sweet, it’s perfect I smelled jpg elixir on paper and it’s honestly identical only a frag nerds like us will be able to tell the 5-10% difference and if you need to have them side by side to tell the difference then its a awesome dupe. Honestly mine still only lasts like 6 hours but the longer these middle eastern frags sit the stronger it gets and scent improves

Just got it yesterday from TikTok and saw it as another "Hyped" Fragrance, I was very wrong this is rly amazing. EDIT: I have now smelt JPG Elixir for the first time yesterday and wow, the difference is very little, even in the dry down they are quite similar just without tobacco. I will prefer JPG over Rayhaan not becaue of the similarities(they are basically the same) but because of sillage and longevity, however, this is still a HUGE deal if you do not mind respraying once throughout the day. I could def use this to refill a bottle of JPG Elixir lol.

Rayhaan is a very sweet fragrance but in a good way. Very strong vanilla opening that dries down to a sweet, syrupy scent that can be a bit overwhelming if oversprayed. For me, my normal 5-7 sprays were too much for my nose. If you have Club De Nuit Lionheart, then you have rayhaan elixir as they are extremely close if not the exact profile of one another. Both are very reasonably priced (around $30). Personally, I’m gonna gift my rayhaan elixir because I have lionheart. Either one will be a good collector addition but probably not both.

This frag is very close to Le Male Elixir. I would say that LME smells as if it has better quality ingredients than Rayhaan. On the opening, Rayhaan is lighter smelling out of the sprayer whereas LME hits you in the face and is more pronounced. After about 5-8 minutes they smell exactly the same, which is what people will mostly smell when in comparison. IMO LME has a richer scent, but for about a quarter of the price, this is an amazing clone! I’d say pull the trigger on this if you’re on the fence about buying LME and save some coin!

I know everyone's nose is different... but to say you "can't pick up sweet" "can't pick up vanilla", I fear yall are nose blind. If anything - that's ALL this DNA has to offer. The tobacco dry is rather comforting and the sweet top projects all damn day, fresh enough to wear all year, thanks to the citrus and mint open. I've worn this in 90° restaurant FOH days and still smelled great after the shift. Someone is lying here... and I have reason to judge everyone who claims they can't pick up such linear and obvious notes.

This was an amazing blind buy option. I've even been asked if I'm wearing the original Le Male Elixir The first time I sprayed it, the minty bergamot opening caught me off guard. Be careful of overspraying, as the opening can be harsh if you do, but I still enjoyed it. Then it dries down into a smooth vanilla and something else. The dry down is not overly sweet, and easily my favorite part of the fragrance The opening surprised me a little, but the drydown made this fragrance worth it I'd definitely recommend this one.

This fragrance is amazing for cold mornings in the winter. At first it smelled synthetic and gave me headaches for like a month. But after that it smelled great. I could also smell the mint and bergamot a lot better after the first month. the atomizer amazes me every time i spray it. the quality is amazing especially for the price so i definitely recommend buying this. the only thing i don't recommend is ever smelling or spraying this in any humid weather because it will ruin your day.

Smells REALLY close to Le Male Elixer. I got it for $37 at Beauty House. The main difference to my nose is that Rayhaan elixir is slightly less sweet. projection and longevity aren't as strong but for the price I really can't complain. Good projection in the opening hours with a nice scent bubble for the rest of its time. I get a good 8+ hours out of this which is plenty to get me through the day. If you're looking for an alternative to JPG Elixer this is the best one on the market!

So two days into this fragrance and I can honestly say it's a really good scent. However I don't agree with the people stating that this is a one on one clone of JPG's. This is 80% there. Same family but a second cousin. Side by side JPG is richer, heavier and has far more vanilla. Rayhaan is mintier, fresher and more versatile. It may change in the coming weeks of matriculation and jiggery pokery but for now I have to disagree. Still worth having though, especially for the price.

i get compliments with this nonstop. i've liked it ever since i got it, but over the past 6 months it has matured quite nicely. the longevity on this is truly remarkable as i can still smell it days after on clothes. HUGE disclaimer though: do not spray on white clothes. i've tried the jpg it was inspired by and side by side multiple times and it is fairly close (70%) on the opening, and quite hard to distinguish on the dry down (90-95%).

Smooth inspired clone of Jean Paul Gaultier Le Male Elixir. Beautyhouse gives these away when you're over a certain $ amount so I've gifted several to employees and kept one for myself. It's sweet, creamy, and addictive with this linear honey, tobacco, and lavender that dries down to a rich, powdery tonka-vanilla combo. Obviously this is more of a cooler weather scent, but will work fine for the evening when you have A/C. It's very good.

THIS IS SUCH AN AMAZING FRAGRANCE. IT DOES NOT DO A GOOD JOB AT CLONING JPG BUT IT IS SUCH A BEAUTIFUL FRAGRANCE OF ITS OWN. WHEN I FIRST BOUGHT IT, IT WAS LIGHT AND THE MINT NOTE WAS A BIT OFF-PUTTING, BUT AFTER MACERATING, IT HAS DEVELOPED INTO ONE OF THE BEST VANILLA SCENT I GAVE EVER SMELT. THIS HAS GOTTEN ME SO MANY COMPLIMENTS NOT TOO, CLOYING BUT GREAT PROJECTION, LASTING AND SILLAGE .

New review, its summer and i decided to pull this gem out after around 3 months of not wearing it and holy crap, its beast mode now. Smells so addicting like the original Le male elixir and has grown to have the same amount of sillage on my skin compared to the original, longevity is still just moderate but lasts long enough to get through school or a trip.

Like a buttery, citrusy mint toffee. Le Male Ellixir is softer, smoother and more ethereal and serene. This one is a bit more zesty and sweet. 100% unisex imo, it also sais for women and men, wich is funny since its a dupe for a mens fragrance🤷🏼♀️ But good cause then i can wear it without fereling funny about wearing a ”mens” fragrance.

Amo o le male elixir e comprei o rayhaan elixir depois de provar o decant dele, mas pela proposta da fragrância eu sinto que performa bem abaixo do que deveria, perfume festeiro/baladeiro mas com uma projeção baixa pela categoria que ele se encaixa. É um bom perfume e tá longe de ser ruim, mas peca bastante na performance

Where do I start with Rayhan Elixr, the amazing Beginging notes of lavender and mint really hit you, and then that dry boy that dry down vanilla and honey insane layer this with stronger with you intensly its hevanly Projection 8/10 Longevity 9/10 Smell 11/10 Bottle 8/10 Overall 9/10 Great for Any Man

Probably the best dupe of a fragrance since Club De Nuit Intense Man or Club De Nuit Preciux. In my opinion it's 98% identical but the issue is that it doesn't even compare for longevity, or sillage. They got the scent profile right but completely bombed the performance still worth it for it's price though.

I think this is a fantastic scent and extremely close to the JPG Elixir. Will it last as long, probably not but for $30 a bottle, who cares? I am personally unable to discern the difference between the two and if you can, you’ve got some super nose... this is definitely “blind buy” safe. Smells very nice.

CRAZY CLOSE! HAVE BOTH JPG LME AND JUST GOT THIS. EVEN WITHOUT MACERATION THIS IS UNBELIEVABLY CLOSE. SMELLS JUST LIKE LME IN ANOTHER BOTTLE. IF YOUR THINKING, JUST PULL THE TRIGGER. TBH, SHAME ON THESE DESIGNER BRANDS FOR CHARGING A FORTUNE JUST TO INTRODUCE A COLOGNE THAT CAN BE MADE SO CHEAP EXACT.

I’ve only tried this dupe of JPG Le male elixer on arm and with 3 sprays it was very prominent and seemed to do a good job with the listed notes! I woke up the next day and my arm smelt like main and tail shampoo but overall the lavender, vanilla and tonka notes really hold true to JPG 7/10 good dupe.

Almost an identical dupe of le male elixir. You obviously get what you pay for, but this performs great and smells almost the same. I recommend this over le male elixir if your trying to be budget friendly. If a budget doesn't matter, get the real le male elixir.

It's an exact 1:1 of JPG elixir. That's it. If U like elixir then get this as it's mega cheap compared to JPG. If you have JPG elixir still get it save urself a few sprays of the real thing and make it last longer as no one would know the difference at all.

In the air there is no difference between the dry down of JPG Le Male Elixir and Rayhaan Elixir. You literally can’t tell the difference. Rayhaan doesn’t last as long and once it becomes a skin scent it has a synthetic side to it. 110% worth it

Not as complex as the original or as strong but for the price it's a great alternative, I've used about 20 mls so far, I love the original and can still tell the difference between them but you still get the main DNA from it which does the job

Love the original.... And this I enjoy equally. I disagree with most if not all of the cons listed above. I blind bought this forgetting what it was supposed to smell like : and as soon as I put it on I immediately knew. Fantastic fragrance

Amazingly seductive fragrance. Super sweet, and I cannot stop sniffing my wrist on the drydown. It smells like vanilla and honey, lasting quite a long time. During the winter, there isn’t much of a better fragrance to wear while going out.

Like 95% similar. I'm very suprised ngl. I really wanted to buy jpg elixir cause it smells so good, but you can just save the extra 100 and buy this. Literally like 1:1 but jg elixir lasts a lot longer. This still lasts about 7-8 hours.

I think this smells like jpg elixir. A little less strong still lovely though. If you already have jpg elixir you do not need this, but if you want jpg elixir but cannot afford it, this is probably the best clone of jpg elixir.

This smells exactly like le male elixir just not so high quality ingredients but in the air and stuff like that people will not tell the difference at allll the preformance is the same as le male elixir

It's a good clone, but my nose can tell a difference between this and LME. It's missing that tobacco note and you can tell that there's no honey in here but for what it is it is very good

I Have the three Le Male Elixir dupes. Lattafa The Kingdom, Hawas Elixir and Rayhaan Elixir. I Compared them all to the og Le Male Elixir and to me this is the most identical one.

Little less honey than the OG; more prominent mint not but not by much. About 90% to Le Male Elixir, lasts a little bit longer on MY skin as well. Great buy for the price

It smells almost identical to jpg elixer but does have any projection after a few hours 5/10 for me but good for the price, just buy a real $120 cologn in my opinion

Really spot on as a clone of JPG Elixir, definitely a good bang for your $45. This and Maison Alhambra Le Noir which is at $20, which is a clone of JPG le parfum.

I like it.It Smells 65-75% similar to Le Male Elixir,And it has great performance.I think Rayhaan Elixir is amazing for 40-45 dollars.

Close to the original, the tobacco is less pronounced and the smell overall is not as deep, but given the price, it's an amazing clone

It smells just like jpg. I dont wear it cause it’s too sweet for me, I ended up giving to a friend.

Be careful by applying to neck because of mint your neck skin will slightly burn
