Rayhaan Tiger; what a great scent, especially when you consider the value. It's definitely got the Penhaligons Halfeti vibe but I think this is more of rounded, crowd pleaser as opposed to a nuanced niche product. Having said that, I'd be hard pushed to buy a bottle from the illustrious and historic london brand when I can get a very similar hit from a Rayhaan product that's not only good quality and close enough, but at around a fifth of the price! Halfeti is probably the only line from Penhaligons with any kind of true performance. Fortunately, in that area They'll go toe to toe. Tiger will offer you a strong sillage that'll fill a room initially, half fill a room for another several hours until it will gradually fade to a noticeable skin scent after well over 8 hours and remain for another several after that! Now to the actual scent itself. It's definitely a relative of the Penhaligons favourite but I find it a little harder to pick out all the individual notes, not a bad thing as I believe the way it's blended offers something beautifully rounded and a little different. All the notes are there in some form, something milky, rose, amber and patchouli amongst a few others. It just works so well together offering something wearable but elevated to a slightly higher level than it's price suggests. In the air it's hard to tell which one you are wearing but at an intimate level it's marginally noticeable. No complaints though. Both have their own strengths and weaknesses. One offers a staged wear while the other is more linear. Anyone who wants a well crafted, autumn, winter and spring scent should consider this product. Probably not for anyone under 30 though! In the best way, this is a fragrance for someone with a little maturity and class. Not something you'd wear for a rowdy pub crawl or the like. It's definitely better suited to a day when you are dressed in at least smart, casual attire and may pop in somewhere ad-hoc for lunch or a little later on in the evening for a dinner, possibly an intimate one at that. It'll be fine for a nice office setting right through to a more special occasion. It's quite versatile and nothing I can think of that could possibly cause offence, although I'm sure there are plenty out there who'll find something to complain about! I'd be hard pushed to let this leave my collection now, in fact I wont. Personally, It's not an everyday wear but it is an excellent option when you want something of a different profile to the vast number of pure florals, blues etc that are available. It's very nice. Great product, excellent performance and well crafted. Amazing value that may cause a few blushes at a perfumery somewhere in old London town!

***Update*** So yeah, Rayhaan's Tiger and my (very nicely Maturated) bottle of Lattafa's Mohra did initially perform just about the same, but now after having Tiger for about a month, it does Linger quite a bit longer on skin after doing this updated side by side with Mohra. Now Mohra is still great, but on skin, when it fizzles out in 6 to 7 hours, it's completely GONE-GONE. Tiger's base lingers much longer and it behaves more like a "Niche fragrance" would bc the base notes and especially the Patchuli are done much better and are just deeper and more rounded out. IMO, Tiger really is the better Halfeti Clone. and while it costs twice as much as Mohra, its worth it. Now if you dont wanna pay between 30 to 40 bucks for a clone, Mohra is phenominal! Also Mohra also lasts easily till the following day on clothes so it aint no slouch! Again, its that deep Patchouli base in Tiger tho!.. But I till LOVE my Mohra! LMAO! ----------------------------------------------------- Well DAAANG! What took Fragrantica so long to get this bad n?! Lol.. Anyways I FREAKIN' LOOOOOVE this Dna. Was introduced to Penhaligon's Halfeti dna via (it's very FIRST) clone which was actually Lattafa's Mohra! YEP! Lattafa did it first folks! For some reason that fantastic frag didnt catch as much steam as Rayhaan's Tiger has, but thats ok, that meant less people wore it (hate wearing frags everyone else is wearing.) What Im sorta shocked about is the lack of a Cedar note in Tiger?? IMO its actully THEE stand out note in Tiger and Mohra🤔 Anyways, Mohra and Tiger smell just about EXACTLY THE SAME, but Tiger is smoother and may last a bit longer. I say "may last longer" bc in doing a side by side SEVERAL TIMES, its sorta hard to tell really. Tiger sprays out twice as much per pump, and since Ive had Mohra for close to 2 years, its "Maturated" and improved in just about EVERY WAY. Now Mohra's Cedar note is a bit "sharper" and more present than Tiger's Cedar (if there's really any Cedar in it). And when I do the two spritzes of Mohra to match the one of Tiger, they seem to last just as long, its honestly sorta hard to tell which one out performs which although Mohra is an edp and Tiger is an "extrait". Anyhow I really love this dna. Both Mohra and Tiger are amazing fragrances, but Mohra needs time to get to where Tiger already is. Thanks to whomever took time to read my thoughts on this FAN-FREAKIN'-TASTIC DNA! Love having both fragrances in my collection!

***Update 3 months in*** Man! This fragrance is absolutely GORGEOUS! Ive had Rayhaan's Tiger for going on 3 -4 months now and the Cedar note has gotten more "Camphorous" which gives the dna better projection and I am LOOOVING the way this smells now more than ever! Haven't had the pleasure of trying Penhaligon's Halfeti yet, but I've heard that Tiger performs even better?? Idk, but (IF) Halfeti actually smells better than Tiger does, my head would friggin' EXPLODE and Id be $300 or so bucks in the hole rn bc "Cheapie Clone or not" This dna is basically one of my all time favorites outta my 200+ bottle collection which includes everything from Designers, Clones and quite a few "Niche" fragrances. Rayhaan's Tiger is a STUNNING, aromatic, Orienta-VERY-Woody fragrance and if there are any "Cedar-Heads" like myself reading this review who cannot afford to drop $300 plus dollars on a fragrance all willy-nilly like, then Rayhaan's Tiger is a MUST-HAVE! I rarely give this score even to some of my fave Niche frags, but man! This is a 9 outta 10 fragrance especially now that its gained a more Camphorous espect with Maturation. Oh and the performance is excellent lasting 7 to 8 hrs on skin and easily till the following day on clothes. One of my favorite parts of Tiger besides the stellar performance is that I DO NOT go nose-blind to it! With only 3 maybe 4 spritzes I smell it on myself all day long and its amazing. Theres also something almost vanillic in the far dry-down, maybe the "Milk note?" Idk, but this stuff is amazing. I really love this fragrance! Ive gotta get my nose on the real thing MAAAAN!🤪

This is good, very good. Blind buy safe if you like Halfeti Opening: Spicy with a hint of citrus' coming through, well blended and smooth Dry-down: Rose + milk + amber + spice come through more. The amber and spice is like its own thing and the milk gives the rose (+spicy amber) a creamy and slightly sweet quality that smells elegant and rich. None of the notes mentioned are prominent, it's very well balanced and smooth. Dry down is very similar to Halfeti. I'd honestly say this makes the original redundant. For instance, I have CDIMEDT and I would say its not as high quality as Aventus. It's still nice to wear day-to-day, to the gym etc but wouldn't wear it for more important occasions. However with this; I would say the quality is good enough where I would trust it for the more important/serious stuff. The atomiser is great, lot's of juice. I would say it's safe in the summer if you spray it once. I can see how this might be cloying as it is very rich, just don't go trigger happy. I typically only do 2-4 sprays of any fragrance. On my skin:* hrs 1-4: 6ft+ projection, great scent trial hrs 5-8: Arms width personal bubble. Sillage is still there but not as strong hrs 9/10 becomes more of a skin scent and dies off around hr12

MAN! The Penhaligon's-Halfeti dna is MESMERIZING to my nose. Sadly I do not own the OG, but Tiger absolutely does this dna justice! My fave part is this Very aromatic, almost "Camphorous" forward Cedar note and how perfectly it pares with the more resinous woody notes. I also freakin' LOOOVE how the almost "Bright" Camphorous Cedar paires with the Lavender, Rose and the Vanillic touches in yhe base. Now, while this is one of my all time favorite dna's, and after wearing Tiger quite a few times, I've NEEEVER-EVER recieved a compliment from wearing it. Even when trying to solicit a complimemt by asking co-workers if my scent was too strong or if Id "Over done it" tbat day, Ive NEVER been told that my fragrance (Tiger) smelled good at the time, and was actually told that ut smells like "Any other fragrance Ive worn- WHAAATT😥😢😭!) LOL! All this to say that Rayhaan's Tiger is NOT a "Compliment beast", "Panty-Dropper" or a safe blind-buy. Its a very "Nuche" smelling fragrance which just smells super "Expensive" and imho, BEAU-TEE-FULL! STILL THOUGH Tiger remains one of my favorite scents, and the performance is sssmoooth yet potent and very long-lasting. IMHO, I have to give Tigar a 9.5 outta 10, clone or NOT! ME GUSTA MUCHO!

Rayhaan Tiger is a great fragrance! The bottle is solid, and paired with a strong magnetic snap cap. You can pick the bottle up by the cap and it won't come off! The notes of saffron and tea are very powerful in the opening, and they remain throughout the duration of wear Eventually, they subside to notes of wood and vanilla. It's a heavy fragrance which is best suited for the fall or winter. Otherwise, it can be worn on a cooler spring/summer evening. Atomizer sprays a lot of juice, and you only need between 4 to 6. Longevity is fantastic, easily 8 to 10 hours on skin. On clothing, it lasted days. (Use caution when spraying on clothing as this is an Extrait, therefore the oil to ethanol ratio is quite high! It can stain). I'd say that this is not a blind buy safe fragrance, as it leans niche and mature. I've received compliments wearing this, and was once asked by a coworker if I was wearing Halfeti. (She actually owns Halfeti, so I'd take that as nod to Tiger being a great Halfeti dupe). Overall, I'm very impressed with Rayhaan Tiger. I'd definitely purchase another bottle.

Saw this on tiktok shop and I never smiled so hard when I saw it was a clone of Halfeti! I got a sample of Halfeti 3yrs ago and I still have sprays left because I fell in love with it, but I just can’t bring myself to buy it at that price. - So the excitement I had to see a clone of this with great reviews. - I have to be honest I haven’t even tried them side by side to see if Tiger is even similar, I just know I love the smell of this, so much so that I sometimes wear it to sleep at night or if trying to relax for a nap ( graveyard worker with odd sleep patterns lol). - I hate to be that guy, this scent here caused two female supervisors to just lose themselves so to speak lol. One walked by, then she returned and said you smell so d*** good. Took a deep breath. An hour later, same day a different female supervisor, standing near she say “omg that’s you, I thought that was one of those guests. You smell so intoxicating, I gotta get away it’s getting hot.” I just laughed.

This fragrance is a standout choice. The opening notes evoke the aroma of clove cigarettes; if you have smelled one, you know. Inspired by Halfeti, a fragrance I have not personally experienced, Tiger is often described as more masculine, although it can be easily worn by women. The dry down, characterized by the notes of rose and milk, imparts a lactonic feel to the aroma, reminiscent of a warm cup of tea. As with any Middle Eastern fragrance, it requires some time to fully mature before reaching its full potential. Once matured, it can last for an entire day with a projection of two hours. This fragrance surpasses its price point, making it a worthwhile investment for enthusiasts of niche fragrances who do not want to overspend.

NOT SAFE BLIND BUY, get a sample, try the original(Penhaligons Halfeti), try the tester of both, only if you like this dna buy it. Anyways, whole experience after opening, sprayed 3 sprays on my wrist/forearm, smelled like alchool at the first minutes, then it came the halfteti DNA, i got a recent batch(feb 2026) and this still made 20h of performance, obviously i went to sleep but i still could smell it the day after, it lasts projecting too. Closeness to the DNA, the tester where i tried was macerated and basically was the same but you could say it doesnt has the herbal and oud as strong as halfeti (cal didnt put oud on this one but tried to replicate it to do an affordable alt)even tho in the air you cant even notice, smells the same. To be fair mine needs maceration for sure, has little differences from the tester i tried so i cant even think how better it can get by then.

I own both this and Halfeti, so I can make a direct comparison. Tiger is sharper and projects further, with a distinctive tea-ish bitter note that makes it smell lighter and cleaner than the original. Halfeti, by contrast, is smoother, more resinous, and more elegant overall—a well-rounded composition. That said, the resemblance is definitely there. Tiger makes for a really good daily driver and could (emphasis on the "could") be signature-worthy for cool seasons, and office-appropriate if sprayed lightly thanks to the tea nuance that keeps it from being too heavy. For 30€, this is a safe blind buy if you enjoy woody-spicy and oriental-woody perfumes. It's a really nice dupe, but, as always, you can't expect it to be superior. So go for the original if you can/are willing to spend your monies :3

Beautiful. Tiger? Exquisite. Thriller? Wonderful. ALL strong. ALL unique. ALL outside the everyday box. ALL for whatever reason most hated... These are the beast modes you are looking for that draw in compliments. Funny I have bought over 30 fragrances BLINDLY and love every one of them. Compliments literally every single day. Open your mind, separate yourself as a man from the boys, rock the unique scents and enjoy the experience. OR continue to be a sheep and amongst the millions wearing cool water and sauvage garbage.... 🤦♂️TIGER IS A BANGER. 10/10 and bet I will rock this beauty whenever I feel like it.

To me this smells like the experience of taking an expensive hotel room after a long workday and slowly unwinding as the evening passes into the night. So mainly this is lactonic rose with ambery and green nuances. Additionally, the smokiness of frankincense is also here. As with all lactonic fragrances, this smells kind of niche and unique. This also that Rayhaan signature base of clean ironed white shirt, which makes this very appealing. I would say that its a strange combo, to create a niche scent with appleasing base, but it is certainly interesting. Due to the bright lactionic note this doesn't seem safe for office, but if you want you can pull it off. Overall this smells way above its price and will be enjoyed by many.

An awesome blended cologne, definitely stands out for me in my collection. Dry down is almost a vanilla like soft touch, maybe from the milk middle note? Got complemented from this at a bar multiple times, great if you don't want to come off too aggressive (frag wise😉). Longevity is up there too, an awesome frag you can overspray if you're planning on having a long night out. Seems like the smell lasts on cloths longer than skin, 3+ days atleast. If you have a girl, spray this on your sweater and give it to her, she'll fall in love with the unique smell. Never smelled Halfeti, but Cal Cologne ed. of Tiger makes this sure smells like a masterpiece. 9/10 Overall!

Got my bottle last day, it wasn't really a blind buy since I own a 5ml sample of Halfeti so based on reviews I sort of knew what I was getting. And I am really happy with this, the similarity is insane, by no means a 1:1 but that's honestly fine, Rayhaan Tiger is a more heavy, stronger, more "masculine" scent. I can really see the patchouli shining here a lot, dark, strong but simply amazing. Edit: I am currently wearing Tiger, and I was suspicious of this yesterday but now I can confirm that, at least on my skin, after about 1hr it smells like a nice warm, strong but creamy-like tobacco. And I figured that's why I love it subconsciously.

As someone who owns halfeti and this, I can assure anyone this is a 1-1 to halfeti the notes are indescribable as they are blended perfectly just like the OG easy 8+ hours with this which is longer than the OG the OG I get around 4-5hours with projection but this flys past 8hour mark..I’ve worn my tiger around a friend of mine who is also into fragrances and is familiar with the halfeti smell and he could not tell the difference he assumed I was wearing halfeti it is a 1 to 1 dupe 1000% only difference in this if you are an experienced nose the tea note is died down just a little but to the general nose this is 100% halfeti.

Have not tried Halfeti, this is my first time wearing this one. First time writing a review also. In short: very strong nutmeg and clove opening that lasts a very long time on paper, however on skin only 20-30 min for me. Then oumph when the rose and Davana hits. I personally don’t like the opening but I am here for the rest of this fragrance. Right now I would like to rate it however I need to wear it a little more to have a definite opinion. I am keeping it, maybe it becomes better with maceration. Oh yeah, atomizer is really strong, so max four or five sprays, I would do three.

So this is weird..... I’m glad it’s listed but the notes are completely different from what cal himself has said and from other sites.... This is what should be in it..... Top Notes: Cypress leaf, Saffron, Cardamom, Bergamot, Grapefruit and Rooibos Tea. Middle Notes: Rose, Nutmeg and Jasmine. Base Notes: Agarwood, Cedar, Leather, Sandalwood, Amber, Tonka Bean, Vanilla and Musk. So is this a different edition or newer version? If someone can explain I’d appreciate it...

Picked this up a few weeks ago from Burlington.... amazingly close to Penhaligon's Halfeti, and mean amazingly close!! Stuff pushes off the skin for a few hours then mellows out for about 6 more hours. The Frankincense and patchouli are the stars of the show to me and work together to create a dark resinous scent that smells more expensive than it's price tag of $25 would have you believe. I do get rose and some spice here and there throughout the scents timeline.

Okay so first of all this is my first review on perfumes in this web so I don't have any pro nose kinda experience... Coming to the fragrant it smell okayish, I have never smelled the OG so can't say how close this is bt this thing lasts forever... I have sprayed it on my hoodie and I could smell it after a WEEK! Yeap solid a week... It also projects moderate for a couple of hours then becomes skin scent.... Not blind buy safe at all

Quite surprised that it took some time for this fragrance to be on Fragrantica. I'm a firm advocate for freshies but this is one of the very few exceptions that I have in my collection that's heavy and dark. I always layer Tiger with my Boss Bottled Parfum during a cool summer night and it's a masculine bomb of a combo. The SPL is hands down one of the best in my collection; around 12 hours on my skin and days on clothes
