I hate to say this but this is a winter banger with very good price! One of the best for sure

My first sordid entry into Reef's take on perfumery. FUCK ME WHAT A BEAST! I just had to shout that before I write anything else. The mystic forces from beyond the veil whispered the name Reef to me, informing me of it's brilliance, and my greedy eyes did the rest. I went for Blanc Ash purely because of it's artwork. I'm a sucker for anything that depicts winter and/or cold. But, the scent of Blanc Ash is anything but cold. It is surprisingly warm, with rich, glossy vanilla and amber tones, backed up by the subtle use of carefully positioned spices. Definitely not one for the summer! I heard that Reef were bloody good value for what you get, and with this bottle being 150mls, which you can buy for a sultry £45, I would agree with that idea. It is perfect for wearing during the day, when you want something solid. The longevity is eternal - even when you have washed your filthy body, it's ghost remains on your skin. The sillage is so immense, that the scent arrives in a room 5 minutes before you do. My only criticism; it's not really doing anything new. The profiles I have sampled so far are tried and tested good combinations. But, for the price and it's performance, you can forgive this basic approach. You're not going to smell anything ground breaking with Reef perfumes, but you will smell something robust and pleasant, that can fit into almost any life situation. Keep it up, Reef! 8/10. But it's a strong 8. If they offered a more complex scent profile, it could be a 10.

I don’t know why this isn’t talked about enough this is a versatile unisex fragrance, clean, slightly woody, it has a freshness too, with a crisp to it but also subtle caramel in the dry down, one thing which really stands out about reef blanc ash is it’s performance, this leaves a scent trail for about 3/4 hours after you wear it, provided you wear 6+ sprays, it’s really loud and fills a room. Overall it’ll last on your clothes for days and on skin for many many hours. I recommend this, perfect for winter and even warmer months.

Not a lot of fragrances give me a headache but this one sure did. Based on the notes I should have loved it but the amber and saffron are way to overpowering. If all you care about it performance and projection then this is for you because it lasts forever and is ridiculously strong.

this is a review for blanc nomad not blanc ash, my husband left me bc of this perfume. he said that it reminded him of horse shit, and that i stank of it. Please i beg you, do not waste ur pressiosu money on this

Why are the other two fragrances from this collection not listed here? Blanc Nomad and Blanc Breath? Blanc Nomad is one of the most unique and beautiful blends I've tried. It's not duping anything, which is just great coz I'm sick of dupes and inspirations. Nomad is warm and spicy woods, almost like an elegant Sandalwood (although it doesn't list Sandalwood in the notes). And it's lasts for weeks on clothes, I could smell it on my scarf for a good 15 days after spraying just a few sprays and on the paper strip it lasted almost a month! (I wish I could post photos with my comment here coz I still have the paper tester on my dresser). Although Ash and Breath did not impress me much coz honestly, IMHO, Nomad is special, it's different from any of my 200 perfumes that I own. If I were to find anything remotely similar, I'd say it's reminiscent of Katy Perry Indi (due to the musky Sandalwoody notes I get) but other than that it's a beautiful blend. 10/10 for me.
