Matcha NoNo

I have the 50 ml bottle of this perfume. It lasts all day, if I am a little more exact I will tell you that it can last about 10 hours although I will tell you that it lasts even more on my skin because I still feel its aroma background. With an intensity that at first is medium high the first two hours, an average intensity three or four hours and then something else sauve. This perfume is fascinating from the beginning, I loved it. To my perception this perfume has an aromatic center, an inconfundicle backbone of Japanese green tea, matcha tea. That fills it, that gives a feeling of tranquility, of relaxation ... In the beginning you get the aroma of te matcha with citrus aromas, it is not simple, because you feel that the aroma has spices, they tell us spices like cinnamon, but I feel it has something else. As we move forward in the aroma, the citric hue fades and spices, pistachio, wood are more present ... all always linked to tea ... It is an aroma that invites you to relax, to put it on and take your time, to enjoy, to meditate ... it is a perfume that creates an environment of scented aura. Yes that is a very unisex aroma. I feel very comfortable with this perfume and when I put it on my husband he also liked it a lot, and from the beginning he felt very attracted to the aroma. It is not an eccentric perfume. I like the use they have given to the aroma of Japanese green tea. I also think it is a versatile perfume, I have tried it in winter and I like to take it cold and I think that when spring summer arrives it will be a perfume that I can enjoy a lot. I was blind and I was very surprised, a great perfume.

It's actually a good scent, sweet and fresh simultaneously. I clearly feel white chocolate almonds and tea. very pleasant and well made perfume. surprising good longevity. If you want a sample/decant of this perfume just send me PM (USA only)

I got a sample of Matcha Nono and out of the bottle I really enjoyed it. There was a green tea note upfront that was backed by citrus, nuttiness, and a slight spice. On my skin, however, the citrusy scent from the yuzu was very overpowering, almost smelling like a citrus cleaner rather than a light, fresh citrus. The longer I wore it, that citrus scent became more subdued and it became a little sweeter, nuttier and more bearable. I'm just disappointed it didn't seem to play well with my body chemistry in a way that I found pleasant.

I get the cherry blossom fantasy note, almond blossom, white chocolate, pistachio & hinoki. I don't get yuzu or matcha unfortunately. Sometimes I get a fresh rubber or wet asphalt note? Not my favorite matcha fragrance. Roasted Green Tea from J Scent is a much more realistic matcha. Sunday by Arielle Shoshona is also a nice matcha rice dessert sort of scent.

I've been searching for a perfect matcha latte fragrance. With the white chocolate, pistachio and cinnamon notes I was very hopeful for this. But so far all I'm getting is... incense. I'm guessing that's the hinoki wood. It is absolutely squashing all the other notes. The drydown reminds me of a knockoff version of the drydown of Kilian Princess, where I get a faint whiff of green tea and an equally faint fluffy marshmallow nuance, along with the smokiness of the incense still lingering. I'm glad I only got a 5mL decant; Princess is a way better fragrance that I already own. My search for the perfect matcha latte fragrance continues. If you would like a 5mL of this that has only been sprayed 3 times, I have it up for swap in the continental USA.

This is such a strange fragrance. Upon first spray (onto skin) it smells like a dark, earthy tea with some slight matcha note but overall very green. There isn’t much matcha or any of the other notes listed, really. There’s also a slightly sweet mintiness to it. The mint is reminiscent of the oil from rubbing fresh mint leaves between your fingers. It’s almost as if this is one of those instances where notes listed do not match the fragrance. It then turns slightly woody but very, very green. Think of celery juice, and vegetal. I quite like it and also find it profound. And interestingly there is a slight powderiness to it in the background. Not sure if I will personally wear it but I do enjoy the smell.
