Luxury Rouge

I was so so skeptical, this is my first purchase of this brand but I am definitely getting more from the house. This is not a perfume that acts like a body spray, this is a perfumey perfume. This fragrance gives me my tuberose fix that I usually get from My Way or Charlie Red. It does not smell cheap, it smells like tuberose on tuberose on tuberose, with that Sage creating a slightly aromatic freshness and the orange blossom keeps it light. The Jasmine and cashmeran do what they do, like in Alien, but much more subdued and blended with the tuberose. Like if I sprayed Alien yesterday and then there was a trace of it today and I hit it with Charlie Red and My Way, that is what I imagine this smells like. That almost metallic white floral facet, but also that buttery white floral facet, and somehow this gives makeup vibes with no iris. I would have been certain there is iris in here, or it is a nuance of the other florals blended. This is a heavy light fragrance if that makes sense, and the longer I smell it the more powdery and dense it becomes. I have only tested it on my arm, I received my bottle used so IDK if it had to mature upon opening the box, but this is great. On day one it definitely had to settle from traveling because it gave me a headache but two days later she has settled and is blooming in this moist autumn weather. I will update after full wears on longevity, projection is like 2 feet. Currently I only have one spray on the back of my hand and I smell it wafting up to me as I text and move around.

If you think you're getting a cheap “inspired by” fragrance you couldn't be more wrong. This is an absolute gem. It has a creamy and woody quality, featuring a balmy and amber-like feel. It opens with an opulent green tuberose, followed by an indolic jasmine. I can also detect orange blossom and ylang-ylang, which create a lavish aroma that elevates the entire composition. The warmth of amber and the velvet texture of cashmere come together beautifully, and finally, benzoin adds the perfect waxy effect that I absolutely love! I finally got my nose on the original...and Luxury Rouge is a 1:1. This smells like money and is even more gorgeous when it’s radiating in the heat of spring/summer (I just got back from Spain and it was perfect as a scent). This is so well blended and elevated. An absolute gem of a fragrance. 10/10.

This is red velvet in perfume form. Luxury Rouge opens with a hit of tuberose and pink pepper that feels like someone just snapped their fingers in your face and told you to pay attention. The clary sage adds a tiny herbal sparkle, but blink and you’ll miss it - the florals take over fast. The heart really shows off here. Tuberose, jasmine sambac, orange blossom, ylang‐ylang, benzoin, cashmeran - it’s a full floral‐amber glow‐up. The tuberose is bright, sweet, dressed in red silk and it's everywhere (top, middle, base). It's basically a tuberose matryoshka doll. The benzoin gives it a syrupy warmth, and the cashmeran smooths everything into a radiant haze. It’s glamorous, loud, and very “I know I look good, thanks.” The drydown is warm, sweet, and a little dangerous. It leaves a trail. People will follow it. You’ve been warned. Luxury Rouge is not subtle. It’s a statement - and the statement is: I am the moment. Longevity: Excellent Sillage: Strong, especially in the first few hours Vibe: Red lipstick, late‐night confidence, velvet‐lined strut.

Absolutely stunning! Rich floral that is perfect for anything! It lasts all day! I didn’t find the tuberose at all overpowering like I had expected given it’s listed in the top, heart, and base notes. It is done really well! The amber really comes through in the base! I recommend it! I smells much more expensive than it is!

I have not smelled the Armani but oh my is this pretty. A slightly spicy white floral with tremendous lasting power.

Chemical at frist but settles down to a soapy herbal sent. Mediocre in my book. When it settles down I get Play-Doh and cheep lipstick. Then something stale, sweet and almost rotten. Had to wash my hand as I could not stand the smell. It has all the unwanted facets of tuberose. A blind buy I regret. Soo, tried it again. Sprayed it as I use perfume instead of trying and constantly sniffing the back of my hand. This is the tuberose scent I craved. A white floral for the occations that is what I want. It might do to macerarion or just luck. I will keep it.

I tried this today and smells nothing like og. Letting it sit on its side for a while to let it age for a few weeks or months. Ok, it’s been 2 months and the structure of the notes is forming. I love the og dry down that lasts for hours and smells divine so I am hoping this dupe will be similar in a couple more months. In the meantime, I bought Julianna’s Perfume “Red Stiletto” and testing them on both wrists, they are nearly identical so save your money on that one. It’s been 9 months since I first sprayed this and the florals are gorgeous now but still missing that special musky dry down of RM. No regret buying this, I’m on the fence about splurging on the original, but may just get a decant 🤷♀️

I fell in love with Rouge Malachite - it’s seductive, warm, cozy - it smelled like a sexy woman giving you a long hug on a summer night. Luxury Rouge reminded me of FiveBelow. Like an overly intense bathroom or candle fragrance. I only sprayed two sprays and on the wrist it had that cheap overly perfumed smell. As I sat and I could smell it in the air, I liked it! Not a 100% dupe or even 90% maybe like 75%. The air scent gives me hope...let’s see how it develops in the bottle for a few months.
