Wood Cereal

My first impression of this is a slightly gourmandish, spicy and creamy. It opens with dry oats and grainy wheat with a bit of bitterness. After 5 minutes it starts to become creamy almost like milky sandalwood feel, blends with spicy notes and makes it almost slightly sweet that comes from benzoin. After 20 minutes, the spices comes up front, this reminds me of ivory route by xerjoff with a hay-like smell underneath. Maybe its the mix of oat and dry wheat that makes it smell like this. It's noticable but not that upfront. Crowd pleasing? Not really. You must be into this fragrance game for quite some time for you to appreciate this juice. Im not saying that this is challenging to wear, just not for everyone but definitely a must try. Definitely mature scent. Occasion is semi formal, smart casual. Date night scent? Sure. It has this cozy feeling that makes this a good one for dates. Fall and winter nights. Full bottle worthy for me 👍 Edit: Projection on this is just moderate. But stays there for 4 hours. It's been 5 hours since i last sprayed. 2 behind ears and 1 on nape. I still get wafts when i turn my head side to side. Seems long lasting but not a beast. I'll correct myself, for me this is not suitable for cold winters because it lacks the density. Perfect for fall seasons or controlled environments.

Wow, what else can you say about this fragrance? The dried fruit opening of TF Tobacco Oud combined with a creamy, powdery blanket of warmth. The scent you get from first spray lasts until the far dry down which is about 8 hours on my skin. At far dry down, this is a floral musk. Truly a great fragrance. Glad I found this.

Instant love for me! I bought a full bottle of it. This scent has an odd name, but it is also an odd scent. It is distinctive and unusual. When I read the notes, I imagined it smelled like cross between Straight to Heaven and Terre Noir... And...maybe it is! It is super intriguing.

Open soapy. Start off fresh earthy balsamic super woody sandlewood; not latonic yet. The fruit and spices make perfume natural not sweet. Dry sandlewood turn milky latonic with savory oat dust. In dry down fruit and spices make perfume interesting not sweet.

I love this fragrance it remind of amouge interlude kind of scent.the dry down is so beautiful with all the combination notes mixed perfectly. A bit masculine for female but if you loved the scent ill suggest to give it a try. Overall it's unisex.

I absolutely adore this perfume! What a surprise! It has an undercurrent that reminds me of El Born, which I also love, so it is probably the Tolu Balsam. If you like Woody fragrances, this is sooooo nice. Truly unisex.

I got 5 samples with an order of Iris Ambrette- This was one and my daughter's favorite of all. It is lovely and lasts. Rirana is making some definite winners..

Got a sample with purchase. Very nice, sweet fruity spicy woody. Fruity sandalwood are the dominant notes, kind of an overripe berry type of fruit-blackberries/cranberries/fig family. As it dries down, the fruits fade and it becomes more powdery, while still very woody. Has a nice “vanilla woods” scent profile but more fig-like, less vanilla. Unisex, maybe leans a bit more masculine, but perfectly nice for women as well. I’m not sure anything is giving me the “cereal” impression. It isn’t sugary, milky, or bread/toast like on my skin. Actually kind of reminds me of a much stronger and better done version of something between Katy Perry’s Indie and Yves Rochers Voile D’Ochre, with an added powder note. I too get resins. Not quite the scent for me, but I would enjoy it on others.

The opening is a little deceptive about what this fragrance is going to be like. It starts with woodiness and evergreens at first, turning into resins, with a bit of a medicinal benzoin and slight mint toothpaste note that develops during the first 5-10 minutes. However, after it comes into its own, it changes to the smell of dried oats and dried fruit notes floating through the air. It's syrupy but only slightly sweet with the benzoin occasionally coming through. The overall effect is that of a Middle Eastern fragrance. It's pleasant enough, but it's not one I can see myself thinking about and coming back to.

Faintly made me think of Apple Jacks. Though the scent profile wouldn't necessarily suggest that. Idk. That's just the first cereal that comes to mind. I like the scent in itself but I got very poor performance on my skin and even clothes. Couldn't smell it at all after about an 1hr30mins. Never projected more then a skin scent either. Wife couldnt tell I had anything on until I had her smell my neck. Like I said, enjoyed the scent but wish it performed better for me. Even being just moderate in longevity and sillage would have made it a "love."

Opens with sweet and dried fruits with smoky woods and a hint of a boozy undertone. But there’s also a weird underlying soapiness, maybe even after shave like smell that made it so I couldn’t get into this. It lingers throughout almost the whole scent before drying down into a masc leaning sweet oats and sandalwood scent.

Aww, I really thought this might be a holy grail scent for me. I imagined creamy, wheaty goodness with a little spice and depth. Instead I mostly get sweet powder. It's a perfectly fine sweet powder, but smells nothing like any of the notes to me. The hunt for the perfect wheat scent continues!

To the fellow member below me... maybe yours was reformulated because mine is an absolute nuclear moab with smashmouth performance. I got it when it first came out. I just don't know about future batches. Love this scent! As far as the ambre narguile and m7 comparisons go......just stop lol

One of the most captivating fragrances I've smelled in a long time. Easy on the nose, and doesn't smell Middle Eastern. I'm thinking someone thought it smelled like cereal at one point, a woody cereal. Very high oil concentration.

One of the best scrotum sprayers out there! Earthy and savory The opening isn't anything special, but the drydown is to die for. I get a strong clove sensation from that spice accord and a dried peach among those assorted fruits

Kinda reminds me of Atelier des Ors Iris Fauve without the milk-like / creamy quality. Wood cereal is spicy and sweet and woody. Very creamy and a little balsamic. It has moderate sillage on my skin and lasts maybe 5 hours.

A dusty oaty spicy wood smell. Makes me think of eating some cinnamon oatmeal in a dusty cabin in the winter. Could be a cousin perfume to Replica Whispers in the Library.

Hint of bran, super sweet labdanum amber, some boozy wood. VERY sweet on me, too sweet. I wish there were more of the other notes present. I would adore a real peat note.

This is not an extreme , easy and well balanced scent , not potent , wheat , oats and even the sandalwood is mild ...
