Angels Of Heaven

This has the cinnamon honey, slightly boozy, spicy and praline vibes that angels share DNA clones have. Its also got a slight freshness in the opening which keeps it from being too sweet and cloying, although it still is very sweet. This actually smells extremely close to Lattafa Khamrah. Even the note breakdowns are 1:1 on here. Angels of Heaven's opening is much more sparkly than Khamrah, almost "cleaner" in a way. This is also less sweeter than Khamrah is, but its still really sweet. The sweetness is also done slightly different to that of Khamrah. Like the comment below said, its got a honey-like note going on. This has a tinge of booziness, although it's not a boozy scent. I like Khamrah's sweetness better in the sense that it captures that cinnamon role smell better but it can be very loud and cloying. This one is not as cloyingly sweet, maybe a bit more well rounded and lighter. It smells a tad brighter as well. All in all, both this and Khamrah smell like 85% the same, but Khamrah is stronger, and maybe an inch feminine leaning than this. The longevity is pretty decent, maybe 6-7 hours. Smells good quality for the price of about $20 I believe it got it for.

For me this scent is similar to the cinnamon, warm, middle eastern scents in round about ways.. this one is a bit less cinnamon heavy, and more rounded honey spice if that makes sense, I wouldn’t call it sweet though. It isn’t honey like you find in designer scents. The florals are dark potpourri like without being dusty.. not freshie florals. Rounded, warm, you get a patch of the Xmas spice kind of thing happening - if you can imagine orange, cinnamon, booze... that kind of thing.. it isn’t a boozy scent though. Lasts very well.

I have a bit of a mixed opinion on this one. It's quite pretty and it definitely leans feminine but it's a little mature for me. The spice notes are quite prominent straight off the bat. Then comes the sweet dry down of Vanilla, Resins and Tonka. It's like accepting a warm cozy warm hug from lovely Gran. I will indulge by using it while around home but wouldn't wear it to the office or out on a date etc. I'd rate 6.0/10.
