Mademoiselle Piguet

The House Of Piquet is my favorite. I've worn Fracas for over 30 years as my signature, I've never found another perfume enough to wear as much as my beloved Fracas. I had been intrigued by Mademoiselle Piquet for quite a while and finally purchased as a blind buy. I would never returned a perfume unless it was defective and then I exchanged for new one. If I don't like something I blindly purchased, I will give it away. Rarely do I spend a significant amount of money unless I know I will like tea fragrance. I think Mademoiselle Piquet is absolutely lovely and I am so happy that I took the leap. With only 5 notes, this one is nice and easy to detect the notes. In opening I smell the almond and apricot together. Moments later, the bergamot enters and adds a citrus scent into the mix. Not long thereafter the orange blossom appears and blends beautifully with the other notes. Finally the tonka bean enters giving a bit of a musky, earthy spice. The top notes will fade away into background but still vaguely detectable, leaving dry down a semi fruity sweet woodsy musk smelling. I get hints of vanilla and dark accords like a petal noir vide. I'm guessing it's the tonka bean over the orange blossom. Orange Blossom and Tonka Bean are 2 of my favorites. I purchased a set of Mademoiselle Piquet with the lotion now as I'm almost finished my first bottle. As you will read in the reviews, the feelings about this are mixed. I give this a 10/10. I do recommend a sample before committing to full size as I feel it's an unnecessary waste to return an item just because it was bought on a whim and now it's not what we wanted. Obviously I have a problem with returning perfumes unless defective. Many returns are destroyed and brands will raise prices to lost money. You can always visit the Piguet counters at Neiman's and Saks to sample. Also find samples online. I will keep this beautiful fragrance in my collection as long as I live.

finally got a chance to try this today and i was not disappointed. on my skin, at first it smells very green and bit fruity. not that interesting, but a smell i like. than quickly the green grassy goes away and the fruity really kicks in with a soft floral. this is the part where it smells a lot of l'ombre from diptyque, a scent i love on paper and in the air but horrible on my skin. but behind fruit floral, i can smell a very distinct mung bean note. i dont think this fragrance have mung bean as an ingredient, (actually it would be very interesting to incorporate this into a perfume, someday) but whatever the notes it is that bang together to create this mung bean smell truly taken me by surprise. since the ingredients are so minimal, i can only assume it is the combination of tonka bean and orange blossom. obviously because i dont smell mung bean in fragrances often or at all. many non-asians probably would not know what green bean smells like, but this particular one from mademoiselle piguet is more of a processed mung bean dessert/ice cream, rather than raw uncooked green bean. it has a milky sweetness to it. because i grew up eating a lot of green bean related desserts, so this is a very comforting and innocent scent to me. definitely unique to my nose because i would never thought i would smell this kind of mixture in a perfume. but now that i have, i have to say this is my favorite robert piguet scent. though i like fracas (which is way way way too popular) and dogulas hannant (similar to fracas but less known), i would say mademoiselle piguet is the winner for me. an unique scent that i hope wont go mainstream anytime soon.

This fragrance of Piguet is drawn on a flower of ahazar quite realistic and natural. The bergamot opens this agreement in a fresh, luminous way as if the day was bright and sunny, there already appear notes of orange blossom, from the very beginning, this beginning is a nebulous, narcotic and this causes this fragrance to expand, Is a very fresh white floral. It's like when you pass near an orange tree in bloom and its aroma calls you to approach you to smell it. The fruity note of peach from behind assembles very well this arrangement of white flowers embodying sweetness, it also adds spongyness and a soft and feminine background character, from here the white flowers are gaining ground and they are becoming more patented, just as When you bring your nose to an orange blossom and pull it up, there are green and aquatic facets, like sap that runs along this stem and it feels there, crisp, fresh, like drops of dew that fall on the stem and you can perceive it This olfactory path of aroma soliflore. The drying of tonka more seems vanilla because of the sweetness it brings to the mixture and would have combined with a little musk to set and melts well in the skin. The arrangement seems simple, but it is very blunt and overwhelming, it is well done and keeps you enjoying the fragrance all the time. Very good duration with moderate projection that makes it great for the day and also "why not" I find a certain unisex character I liked it a lot. Rating: 8

A bubblegum white floral but very well done, and still somehow manages to stay fresh, green and creamy all at the same time. I am really loving this fragrance for the Summer days where it’s not too sweltering hot, but the extra sunshine helps this fragrance to bloom (literally) to its full potential. I get the orange blossom note most prominently, the next closest thing I smell may be the almond. I don’t smell the smoked or spicy quality of tonka beans, this is much more smooth.I would’ve thought this would have vanilla. That is what I smell more than anything, along with the orange blossom. The sweetness makes this floral fragrance more mellow, sometimes orange blossom can actually smell waxy or bitter, especially when combined with other florals, luckily here it does not. Performance is also great, it’s long lasting and sillage is noticeable, but not cloying even in the summertime. It lasts all day and leaves me feeling fresh and sweet. What more could you want?

I thought I had my fragranced picked out for Mother’s Day but I switched and changed my mind to this Mademoiselle Piguet. This is the epitome of white floral! I smell the almond and orange blossom right away and it in beast mode form. It can be very tropical smelling also This lasts forever and leaves a definite trail for everyone around you to enjoy. If you like white floral blast this is for you Piguet fragrances are well blended and excellent in quality. I have the OG Fracas and it is a beautiful gardenia. It’s unfortunate that no one mentions or talks about this house because it is really good! You can also get this at reasonable price . Highly recommended 10/10 My take on this is sophisticated fragrance which can be worn as a unisex scent.

I love this on my skin. It is lovely. This is the first Robert Piguet frag that I've owned. Now I want to try others. It's delicate and unique. I've never had problems with too many frags going salty or sour or weird on my skin. I did however buy a fragrance primer for just that and I use it sometimes especially in hot humid weather when I get a little unwanted notes popping up. I have been stopped twice by men asking me what I was wearing so they could buy for whoever. I get apricot and orange blossom mostly. The tonka is smooth and adds a subtle warmth. Sillage is more than a skin scent for sure and I would say it is rather large but never sharp. Lasts all day and night on my skin.

What an intriguing floral. On the opening it is intensely neroli. So much so that I thought there was pepper present! That thankfully wains quickly and then the bergamot and tonka are very evident. The osmanthus is just about detectable but I would have liked much more of it. This is no sweet mainstream floral but a fresh sophisticated one. The neroli, almonds and tonka combine to almost smell like cacao powder on me. Tonka is quite a warm sweet note and it softens and rounds out the potentially harsh neroli beautifully. It almost smells like my favourite Indian dessert kulphi with the almond note. The sillage and the longevity are moderate. The more I wear it the more I love it.

Spring in a bottle. If you are a white floral person, this ones for you. It’s so pretty and soft,not 7our screaming sharp white floral at all. This is a keeper! The spillage is good even as it fades to a creamier version of the first spray. Sillage is just perfect. Pretend you are in a garden and taking a walk in a lovely flowing dress..... I sprayed this on after my shower went to bed and had the most pleasant dreams. This morning I’m still smelling this fragrance. It’s truly putting me in a great mood. Robert Piguet is so underrated, except for Fracas. Highly recommended

This is a masterpiece! I love orange flower and am now obsessed with this! Omg! Juicy delicious oranges, apricots, pepper, and almonds! Sweet but fresh. It smells alot like anathousla white tuberose but this is fresher. It smells sophisticated and yummy. The oranges pair up with the apricot giving this a warm intoxicating quality. After hours of oranges it dries down to a slightly soapy slightly powdered almond. Sillage is great on my skin and longevity is at least 6 hours. Im in love ;) Thank you smellagent for the sample!!

I don't get apricot. I get tuberose with pepper and cinnamon. I like it, though. It's just very very spicy. I have a full bottle but haven't worn it long enough to know how others react to it on me. It's like a young woman'a version of fracas maybe? But there really isn't overwhelming tuberose I really get pepper and cinnamon. I'm undecided on this as of yet - but I will say it is unique and if you're looking to be unique and wear something other people haven't worn or smelled then give this a try.

Beautiful deliciously sweet honeyed Orange Blossoms in full bloom! Stunning!!! I love this so much, must get a bottle asap. If your an Orange Blossom fan, please do try this, it is so sweet its like honey has been added for good measure. I find this is incredibly strong & long lasting, which is also a huge plus. There are so many Orange Blossom perfumes out there of course, this would be comparable to "sweet redemption" more so, but not like 4711 for example

Interesting that the other person didn't get the tuberose out of this. The tuberose in this still does remind me of fracas but it isn't a copy of fracas. It's much spicier. It's younger. I feel badly the other person didn't like it, I do have fracas and several other Piguet scents. Also have an almost new coco Chanel I want to trade. Msg me if interested in trading.

Lighthearted and delicious! This makes me feel so carefree and happy. What a gorgeous orange flower blend- it's light and clean thanks to fresh bergamot, a tad bitter but that's fleeting; fruity apricot and slightly sweet almonds accentuate that bubble gum quality I'm apparently obsessed with. It feels glamorous even so.. this is me in a bottle.

There are a lot of reviews so I guess nobody need mine, but... I just « need » to say how wonderful this juice smells! The deep and dark green citrus leaves, gleaming and yet slightly bitter from the neroli, and the velvety summer fruit, sweet, thick, deliciously powdered. The balance is so perfect it could make you cry.

Bought a sample and on the first spray it opened up with a very strange lice shampoo type smell, but as it's drying down I smell a beautiful orange blossom, it reminds me of the gardenia lotion from bath and body works 😍 makes me feel like a fabulous French woman! Will definitely buy!

I Love this perfume! I find it to be a very low key, smooth type of sweet. It's floral, sweet with a bit of almond. It has a yummy factor to a very expensive beautiful perfume. I do not wear it too often because of the price to replace my bottle, otherwise I would wear it regularly.

Initially all I get is swamped in white flowers, almost too much for me. It cools after a half hour or so to a crispy bed of beautiful fruits and flowers. I smell no almonds. It smells like a lovely spring garden breeze.

This is exquisite- subtle and very feminine- Orange blossoms mingled with apricot, tonka and almonds is creating a delectable mixture on my skin-

It's a nice perfume, well worth a try. On me the bergamot is just a little bit to strong and the combination with the equally strong orange blossom, apricot and almond is not really what I'm looking for. It's sweet, creamy, green, fresh and powdery at the same time and to me that's a bit of a clash of notes. I'll keep a sample of it and use every now and then, because it is a good solid perfume and may be better in warmer weather. I like it better on people around me, it's nice to catch a whiff of it. The price is decent and it is longlasting.

Very interesting, Orange Blossom , almond, apricot , bergamot to bend it all. Now that sound straight out of Provence , Mediterranean ! Definitely going to hunt this one, finally an Orange Blossom without jasmin or a white flower parade ! Thanks for your tip rosecat ! Edit Update : Thanks to Rosecat , I had the privilege to try this mesmerising fragrance . It is a masterpiece ! I am in love and is on my top 5 without a doubt ! That what I call classy , blossomy with such warm depth .
