Just received it end of last week. Very unique frag in the blue sense, slightly aromatic but citrus at first but a soft citrus' lemon, lime very refreshing. Soon after come the more blue aromatic notes I thought I smelled a dab of either cinnamon or nutmeg a touch of rosemary ending with I think perhaps light patchouli and a vanilla amber accord. It is a sweet type scent with a distinct 'Retro' vibe no doubt! Something different about this scent. Mixture of modern meets retro but $14 for 50ml on fragranceX.com you can't lose. Love it! It has a classy vibe to it for sure! It may have ambergris in it, it comes back hours later like Sauvage does.

Dressy, good for the evening and impressing people matched with a nice tie. Underrated.

Smells like prada man. A very good one.

fragrance for optimal use with a suit and tie for the day to day in office! Sweet smell and a little sweet.

old man's scent, very calssic,, did not like it .. 1/10

This is the softest vanillic/lavender "masculine" scent I have ever encountered, but it's still got some bite to it, which prevents it from being indistinct. Some might call it powdery, but I think the citrus and perhaps another note prevents it from being too obviously powdery. It smells a bit nasty for a minute or two but then mostly settles down into the base, and it is reasonably strong. Great balance, natural smelling, fairly dynamic/complex, decent strength - what more can you ask of a 2 ounce for 10 dollar scent? Yes, if you have Caron Pour un Homme and wouldn't want something smoother, then this may not work for you, nor is it for partying, but otherwise this should be an excellent addition for those who don't already own such a scent and want some variety. Should this be considered Dior Homme's "grandfather?" You can decide for the price of a fast food meal.

A top quality fragrance & in the top tier of the under the radar gems !! On my skin its just so nice for a many many hours but the vanilla in the base shows up eventually & prevents this from stardom. . Had the top/middle been more potent & the vanilla less prominent , this would be in my top 25 of all time . Edit .... I have worn this quite a few times & also decanted around 15ml out of the bottle & i beleive something remarkable has happened to the scent . I don't know what but the vanilla now is seemlesly integrated int the base accord & this fragrance is absolutely stunning !!
