I enjoy it, compared to the OG taif aoud, this is drier and has more blackcurrant, I rock with it, an oud rose for the whole year any occasion. Would cop a bottle.

It is quite red roses, Taif roses, slight musk, and slight oud. This is an extreme Arabian fragrance that presents Taif roses and oud with some sweet notes, patchouli, lapdanum, and benzoin. It's good that it layers up and don't stay the same as the top note is quite rosy sharp in away that makes my nose bleed but settles to something quite interesting: oudi, slightly sweet, and quite dark. It's fairly good but quite overpriced, 50ml for 395GBP & that's too much for such blend.

Finally got to try it! I totally agree that after the opening it basically turns into a softer version of UAE, but what's not talked about is the noticeable aldehydes; the rose is not the sparkling fresh rose I expected, but lightly soapy, musky, & powdery—think of it as UAE dressed as Marie Antoinette lol

It smells exactly as UAE which I bought a full bottle of at Neimans, so you can Imagine my disappointment when they smelled the same, I was so puzzled I actually wrote Roja's support to ask If there was any chance my 7.5 ml sample was mislabeled. They just told me that they were indeed slightly different, and I should be able to smell them side by side and I would surely find one lighter and the other one darker and stickier. lol
