Cherry Punk

Recived my bottle today - 4/22/26. It's a 100mL bottle so I sprayed Liberally since my testing made me think this scent was weak on me. Love it even more now that I oversprayed and it's potent lol. I can smell the Cherry, Pepper, Saffron & Leather all wrapped in something Smoky. I get what people mean by this being synthetic smelling though. If I put my nose right to my arm, I can sense a bit of that, but it comes off more as a metallic smell for me instead of overly synthetic. It doesn't really bother me though bc everything else about this scent is so unique. Otherwise, I just get beautiful wafts of all the scent notes mentioned, dancing around, when my nose is not right on my skin. And it's very nice to my nose 🖤🍒🖤. If anyone has the Extrait, let me know how you like it and the differences from the EDP 🙂 4/14/26 - I purchased a 100mL bottle :) Update: Sadly, this did not last as long as I would like on my skin even on 2nd try :( But, I still Love it and I will be purchasing to keep testing (more moisturized/oiled skin etc.) and experiment with layering :) I think I will sample the Extrait also 1st Review: This I will definitely purchase if the performance is there. First spray, I get the smooth Leather. I had to spray some more on bc it was soooo light on my skin. Then, I can smell the Pepper, light Cherry, a little Tonka & Saffron. I LOVE this scent but wish it was just a little louder on me. But, I did try after just waking up so idk if my skin needed to be more moisturized etc. At any rate, if the performance is weak on me, it will seem way overpriced. But, I'm definitely purchasing a larger decant than the 3ml sample purchased for this sampling. This scent was definitely worth the hype imo, and the only perfume I purchased a larger sample for trying bc the description, scent notes and all the reviews gave me a gut feeling this would be the one I would wear. I am tempted to try the Extrait, although it didn't review as well. Will update on performance.

Mysterious beautiful woman at a low-lit bar with a messy smoky eye that manages to look perfect despite not being neat. In the alleyway, she offers you a cig—you decline, but your eyes are glued to her, the shifting of her leather jacket as she brings the lighter up towards her lips, the imprint of red lipstick left on the filter. You’re under her spell for those few minutes, standing in silence. Once she drops the end to the ground and snuffs it under her boot, the trance is broken. Despite my little mental image, it is very much a unisex fragrance. I am just a lesbian so when I think of an enigmatic charming stranger it is a woman. :P In more practical and grounded terms, this is a fragrance for when you want people to think you’re cool. A general audience concert that you got the ticket for less than fifty dollars with a handful of randomly stunning and stylish people—this is the type of scent you wear when you want to fit in with those few. One thing I love about this is that it’s like a more palatable version of Imaginary Authors’ Slow Explosions, a scent I loved in concept but found much too strong for me. Cherry Punk isn’t quite an everyday fragrance, but when I do find myself reaching for my little decant, I love wearing it. <3

I got this perfume as a sample 5 years ago and fell in love instantly. Back then I wore Byredo Black Saffron and Rose of No Man’s Land regularly and was really into those leathery, peppery, darker unisex fragrances. This one fitted right into that category while also creating a more youthful sparkle with the initial cherry notes. I couldn’t stop sniffing my wrist while wearing it. I love the opening of a fresh, sparkly, almost lush cherry, which a few moments later dries down to a less distinct, warm cherry rounded off with leather. I also appreciate the way the pepper lifts the experience, which makes this fragrance still feel distinct and not too heavy or hazy from the leather. Somehow, I also associate the opening of this fragrance with metallic gasoline. The dry down is warmer and powderier. Despite the combination of cherry and leather, along with the association of gasoline, this still feels youthful to me. I have tried TF’s Lost Cherry, and that one feels more mature by comparison. Nowadays I’ve moved away a bit from those leathery fragrances. To me, they suit someone in their early 30s better than someone approaching 40. But it still has its place in my wardrobe, suitable for a bar hangout in the fall or winter.

The thing is, i really really really do like every step of this parfume. Like from the part of testing it on tester and feeling this scent through your pocket of jacket and a little that got on your hand notifying about itself every time that it get near, to the part when i just trying to get as much as it possible on body cuz "why nobody says about my parfume, either nobody feels it either nobody likes it". As you may notice, atleast for me, it wont get you atleast an compliment. I mean, thats the part of "punk" name, isn't? like fuck everybody in metro or in bus, fuck everyone that noticed and maybe even liked it but nothin said, fuck girl on date that goes in couple meters to not feel and not to hear you, fuck room 1015 (cuz they wont help if french delivery wont send, plz dont order from original site), fuck everybody. i do like it, it may a little scare you on tester cuz first seconds it feels too sweet as candy cherry. After almost 3-4 month i dont feel like that, maybe even at some point i feel more leather and nice deep dark scent. Me personally would recomend to get it on clothe to stay longer, after laundry it will go. meow

One of my all time favorites and an absolute compliment getter. It’s crisp and sharp while having very sweat, nostalgic comforting feel. The best way I could describe this is a little messy, indecisive and not for everyone but still effortlessly cool and hard not to respect. Every time I wear this it transports me back to the smell of my leather coat at the end of a night out. I will admit the first 15 minutes are unpleasant and kinda just give burning rubber and the cherry is STRONG. The cherry note is not completely synthetic and defiantly dont give cough syrup or urinal cakes which are my biggest fears with a cherry perfume. By the end of the day most of the leather disappears and it becomes the most delicious fruity vanilla. Although the price is a little steep, you honestly only need 2-3 sprays to last the whole day. I have had my 50ml bottle for over a year, wear it regularly and am still only half way through it! All that being said this is a very love it or hate it sent (please dont blind buy this one) and very seasonal.

#1 CHERRY FRAG 🍒!!! A delicious blend of smooth cherry and soft, worn-in black leather like your favorite jacket you’ve had for years. Nana Osaki (or an equally cool girl who exists irl) would definitely wear this while getting ready for a show, drinking a rum & coke, flicking on black eyeliner & putting on lots of hairspray, maybe edging her bangs with a razorblade. Or Joan Jett (but not just because “Cherry Bomb” is called that). Someone who wears Vivienne Westwood. It’s glam with a little DIY flair, leopard print, leather boots, plaid skirts with safety pins. This scent is rich, warm and sexy as hell, perfect for a cold night in the city, sparkling lights, drinking cherry coke. Doesn’t have a super fruity punch, instead, it rolls in and saunters up next to you seeming untouchably cool but is actually quite friendly. I cannot stop smelling this whenever I wear it. It’s sexy, bold, elegant, dark, sleek and beautifully blended. Never smelled a smoother cherry nor a smoother leather. I need a full bottle something fierce

Cherry Punk is just amazing. too many fragrance houses get shy with leather and smoke, but i made the mistake of sniffing right from the bottle and i swear to god it punched me in the throat. i loved it though, and the cherry was nice and dark on my skin. the smoke went very well with it, but trust me, there is a lot of smoke in there. it's like eating a marinated maraschino while sticking your nose in a campfire. wonderful. it lasted a good while (even in school air) and didn't totally fade until i showered it off. i like to layer it with Sol de Janeiro #40 to add a little extra sweetness and cherry during the spring and summer, but i reccommend it mostly in the cold months. overall, i would say it's amazing, but don't blind buy; nothing can prepare you for that smoke note, and it might not go great on your particular skin. i would also reccommend, as with any fragrance, buying secondhand. it'll save you a lot of money and trouble.

so many cherry scents i've tested (esp when they were trendy a few years ago) smell the same to me. a bit like a cough drop mixed with florals or vanilla in a futile attempt to tone down the medicinal syrupy elements. and TF lost cherry, while being gorg, is not $600 gorg. cherry punk really sets itself apart by incorporating leathery notes. it's soooooo sexy, intoxicating and surprisingly well-balanced for essentially being a mix of 2 very strong notes that i'm usually a bit repelled by. While still being a bit cherry syrupy, the leather keeps it being from being overpowering and vice versa. it lasts forever and by the time it's almost completely faded (hour 8 on me), the softer floral notes shine through and round out this delicious fragrance experience. honestly this is the first cherry AND the first leathery scent i'm in love with. and compared to Lost Cherry, i'm WAY more into this price point. do with that info what you will.

Was very reluctant to buy this over the comment for poor longevity and smelling weird . Glad I listened to my instinct and made the purchase as it suits me very nice . It opens very strong with a maraschino cherry and leather , like you spilt a cherry drink over a brand new leather jacket and boots .It then develops and grounds itself a lot with the patchouli and can smell "dirty" as in earthy smelling and not sweet . However in the drydown you can actually smell the peppery spicy notes combined with powdery notes from the Violet and Saffron , it stays sweet and powdery for a long time . As for performance it lacks in projection and sillage but I actually get very good longevity , I could still smell myself and get whiffs after 10 hours at the office and the day after so altho it becomes a skin scent rather quick you will still have the smell with you faintly which I think is very nice especially if you get overwhelmed or bored .

So we figured it should have its own fragrance. Loud like the rehearsal in the room without sound isolation. I wasn’t expecting to love it so much when I tried it for the first time but it wasn’t leaving my head; and I finally happened to have a decent and holly. Cherry has been a challenging note for me in the past but I’m rediscovering it for myself right now and this perfume might be one of my favourites in the current rotation. This is such a sexy leathery cherry that smells incredibly addictive and seductive. The leather note is pretty prominent in this one but I absolutely love it. It smells like punk, cigarettes, leather jackets, wine stained lips, fishnet tights, messy hair and young hopes and dreams. What a stunner. Didn’t know it was made by Jerome but I tend to like lots of his creations so this could also be the reason why!

I see why people like this. It opens with a sweet but mellow cherry, unlike any other cherry scent I’ve come across yet, and borders sweet cherry medicine while wet. As it dries down it quickly becomes a comforting leathery scent. As much as I like the scent, it fades waaay quickly on me. The sillage is so small and after it dries it basically evaporates and leaves behind a super faint sweet leather aftermath that I could only smell if I dug my nose into my wrist. It’s a really nice winter and fall scent, I like how it’s not too sweet but just enough to keep your spirits up during cold and windy nights. I’m really hoping I can find a perfume to layer it with (or maybe try oil) to see if I can get this to last longer on me.

Cherry, marzipan, leather, and vinyl. Sweet in a messy way. Like a fun messy birthday party at your friends house, drinking cherry liquor, eating marzipan topped cake, wearing a vinyl skirt that faintly smells like plastic. It's one of those that grows on you. When I first opened and tried it I was almost surprised, it felt a bit simple. But the more i used it the more i discovered the nuances and it became a very addictive scent. The only thing that disappointed me was the longevity. I see in the ratings that most people thought it had good longevity, but on me it feels like it dissappears after 2 hours. It might be me getting to used to it though, I'm definitely going to ask friends how they perceive the longevity.

god i absolutely love this fragrance, its so... edible.. the first initial spray smells heavily of cherries however when it dries down you definitely get a lot more of the leather scent but it's the perfect 50/50 mix of cherry and leather. it's also slightly smokey. it reminds me of getting in an old beat-up leather car that smells of stale cigarettes and driving to a rock concert and picking up a chick with cherry perfume on and the smell of her perfume and the leather and cigarettes in the car all combined into one. that's exactly what this smells like to me. it also lasts pretty long. easily in my top 3 favorite cherry scents. sweet and rebellious. kind of even a little nostalgic to me for some reason.

Smells like a TF cherry smoke fragrance, the price is much better though. I love the blast of cherry on the opening, it reminded me of a TF cherry smoke, but then the saffron and spices came in a little more heavy. I love room 1015, I purchased electric wood when it first came out and they were a start up company. I just ordered a replacement bottle of that. This fragrance is nice, but when a company starts coming out with extraits and elixirs forcing a customer to buy the same fragrance with the extra strength they wanted in the first place is bs. This is a business model that the industry has adapted and it makes me not want to buy anything until they are done with all of their releases.

Fun and wearable! Not sure whether a cherry perfume can ever really count as 'punk', but I guess this is definitely more punk than Tom Ford's Lost Cherry. I really like that it avoids wannabe-luxe. 'Perfmery cherry' is never going to be a massively sophisticated note, so I prefer versions that lean into the trashy air-freshener/cough-syrup/artificial-flavouring vibe (CP) rather than trying to stifle it (LC). Same with the leather note, which is quite generic and artificial - I definitely get why people cite car mechanic/tyre-shop/new pleather - but again it just fits, and is much nicer than the stuffy almond-tonka base of LC. Best suited for nights out and/or autumn/winter.

Cherry Punk is the closest thing I have to a signature scent in my collection. God I love it. I adore both cherry and leather, and this really delivers. The cherry is straight up Chapstick, which I love, and the leather is just so buttery and soft. These notes remain strong through the duration, but become deliciously powdery after some time. This lingers for days on clothing, transporting me whenever I do laundry. The name Cherry Punk is misleading. This fragrance isn’t some young kid still figuring their shit out, giving the finger to everything. Cherry Punk is the established elder statesman at the show... who isn’t afraid to show the young ones what’s up in the pit.

This perfume is Exactly what I expected and I couldn't be more pleased about that. The maraschino cherry notes hits hard on first spraying, and it's just lovely. The leather scent settles incredibly on the skin in the dry down while the cherry really remains on top of it and is noticeable from slightly further afield. This fragrance is so well balanced and really delivers on what it advertises. I'm absolutely obsessed and I can see this becoming a new go-to fragrance for me. The blind buy might have been dangerous, but I knew I would love this and was proven so correct. The bottle is also just gorgeous which doesn't hurt

I usually avoid leather notes because I associate them with deeper, spicier scents, but I can't get enough of this. The leather is almost clean, like a new jacket, mixed with the perfect sour cherry. It also evokes deep memories for me. This smells like 2am and makes me so impossibly happy. My only complaint is that the projection and longevity are pretty abysmal for me. I typically wear weaker scents, but I was hoping this one would have some staying power. I can only smell it a few inches from my skin and my friends had to lean in close to catch a faint whiff an hour after applying a liberal amount of sprays.

This smells like you were wearing Lost Cherry and got rolled around in the back of a brand new Bentley. Doesn’t perform as well as I thought. Kind of ironic nah?! Kind of nice though to be honest. Would go well with an edgier look. Maybe a leather kind of occasion. Just doesn’t last on my skin. Since my original review I tried the Extrait version. I can say while this one feels all about the cherry the extrait is all about the leather with cherry in the background. The lasting power of both is so similar that I wouldn’t go for one over the other if that’s what you are worried about.
