Zazou

Fresh, spakling, beautiful, easy to wear citrus floral. Very good formula to keep in my handbag and put on after work on my way home. It is my daily after work for summer. I sits close to skin and does not fly around. I really like thos one.

Just lovely! I ́m not much for citrusy scents but neroli is a new love for me. It reminds me of 100BON Neroli and petitgrain and maybe I ́ll try layering them together when I want more longevity. While the N&P has a more rounded scent this has that interesting cypress note that stands out. The packaging is just so cute with it ́s colourful flowers and the content feels nice and softening on the skin. Doesn ́t last as long as a liquid perfume but it ́s easy to bring along in the handbag and freshen up during the day. Update: Today I have layered Zazou with 100BON Neroli & Petitgrain and they blend wonderfully! It ́s the perfect mix of neroli and light airy florals. I have them both in travelsize so it ́s easy to bring one of them in the handbag but blended together I don ́t think it ́s going to be necessary.

Firstly the texture of these solid perfume sticks are perfect. There is just enough powder and mica in the mix for it to feel luxurious and not lip balmy on the skin. Sillage is non existent, although I tend to wear it in cold weather. Im not expecting cologny trails from a solid perfume though. Zazou is playful, wistful and powdery all at the same time. It has a four hour last on my skin and is the perfect spring summer start to the day for me. When winter skies beckon I am drawn always to more dramatic ambers and dry woods but every now and then I need a vitamin c injection! Straight to the Neroli perfumes for me. Zazou is just lovely. It doesnt have that holographic Neroli bitter green intensity that liquid perfumes have ie Tom ford Neroli Portofino etc.

Very nice, citrusy and musky, fresh and playful, reminds me of something from the 80s. The perfume comes in a cute packaging and a plastic cap on the stick. The perfume is much stronger when you open it than the tester in the stores where the plastic cap has been removed and the oils have evaporated a long time ago. This fact was actually a nice suprise.

Could just be the weather but testing this out I mostly just get a hyperrealistic white floral scent, a bit green. It's dazzling but the sillage is very intimate. Like wearable aromatherapy.
