Fig Tzatziki

The fragrance opens with a beautiful, natural-smelling mint accord that is slightly sweet and velvety. There is also a fresh watery facet, which I would associate with the cucumber note. I don’t really detect the fig fruit itself. Instead, the composition highlights the fig leaves and skin, bringing out their pleasant green astringency. A subtle lactonic creaminess is also present, while the yogurt accord remains delicate, adding only a faint touch of tanginess. Overall, the fragrance is highly multifaceted, constantly shifting and revealing new nuances. Its greatest strength is its originality and distinctive character, yet it remains very wearable. The projection is quite noticeable, and on my skin it lasts throughout the entire day. ❕Impressions based on skin wear.

If you are not into italian synthetic/heavy perfumery (pazzaglia, maiora and a huge etc) stay away. The first hour is beautiful. A creamy melon/cucumber. Very aquatic, fresh and juicy with the mint giving a beautiful green aspect to it. But as far as it dries down, it becomes cloying, very synthetic and sweet, if you are not into that kind of style it might be very cloying, like xerjoff's drydowns, such a shame cause it was promising. There was some kind of laboratory petrol molecule, like in some orto parisi's too, mixed with cloying synthetic sweetness. I tried a lot of perfumes from this brand and they all smell like that to me. Not my cup of tea.

Hi user without photo called "HC2026" and with only one more review 😅 The perfume is available since the 8th of June, plus a lot of people tried it at the perfume expo in Milan one week before and the brand gave a lot of samples to a lot of people who visited their stand one week before your post.

Though the scent smells exactly like the note breakdown, this is not for me.

Purchased a sample of this on a mission to find the perfect fig and this was not it even a little bit, I couldn't sense the fig at all personally. However, I'd still like to share thoughts on what it actually was for me. If you've ever made tzatziki, sat there scraping cucumber seeds, grating cucumbers into fine shreds, squeezing the water out of them...then you know exactly what the opening of this smells like turned up to 10. It's a very photorealistic cucumber and there is a sense of coolness from the mint, while early on I could also pick on a smooth tanginess from the yoghurt. Overall a very refreshing opening, to the point where it might even be a bit much for some people, but it's definitely interesting. It's quite a sharp freshness, not "spicy" but in-your-face, unexpectedly intense. However, after 20 minutes or so I started sensing a very off-putting sweetness. I assume this was the amber really or perhaps even the amber combined with a somewhat synthetic sandalwood. The combination of the almost shocking cool freshness of the opening dissolving into the heavy sickly sweet base was jarring to say the least, and insufferable in the summer heat. Adding to that, it kept growing and overtaking any hints of freshness in the next 10-15 minutes or so, so all I was left with was a cloying sweet smell with an almost metallic hint from the cucumber (or perhaps the mint) lingering on top. I had to go scrub my hand and immediately put the sample away. While interesting in theory, I think the idea doesn't work in practice. Or at least this iteration of it didn't. Perhaps a more woody or creamy base without the sweetness would have worked better to balance out the initial impression? Definitely not blind-buy safe, I strongly suggest you try it before committing in any way.

Typical of this site that someone already voted on the projection of the fragrance when it isn't even out for sale at the moment. Yikes!
