Pistachio Dream

This perfume oil really surprised me in several ways. First, the scent really carries well, especially for an oil rollerball! Second, I really love how the notes all work together; I find myself smelling it again and again and trying to figure out which note I smell the most at that moment. This scent is very sweet, likely due to it having sugar, marshmallow, and brown and brown sugar in its middle and base. I also smell the vanilla quite a bit on my own skin. The addition of the almonds gives the scent almost a slight freshness. I was also surprised that the pistachio wasn't as pronounced as I had expected; I was expecting a pistachio bomb, but it's actually far more complex and well-balanced than I had ever anticipated. I feel like as the scent dries down, it smells creamier and more vanillic, but stays interestingly complex. It's just such a lovely, delicious gourmand that isn't super edible (it feels like an actual perfume instead of straight up food, and it works for this scent). If you can find it at Marshall's/TJ Maxx in the 2 pack with White Vanilla, GRAB THEM! You will NOT be disappointed!

(Review of 50ml Bottle) Genuinely excellent for the low price of like, what, 15 bucks? You can find these scattered around places like Marshalls or TJ Maxx while you're browsing for your skincare and haircare. Very green pistachio - the sweeter notes are delicious smelling and don't overpower the nuttiness either. A lot of people here bring up pistachio gelato for this one for good reason! This doesn't last particularly long, but you can definitely use this as base layer if you wanna combine scents; my girlfriend does this with Sand + Fog's Golden Hour Eau De Toilette. Great pickup if you happen to find one of these out in the wild and enjoy perfume oils. Side note: Please be wary that sometimes, these may smell rancid in person given that people like to open these in stores and use them. Always give them a whiff just to be safe!

I love this one, but I am torn with loving this and their other Sand + Fog scent oil Malibu Beach more which is not listed in the database here yet. They are both really great. That one is nuttier and has a "sunnier" hint of vanilla and floral, perhaps that is why people compare it to Sol de Janeiro 71. I think they are great for layering with other scents to make perfumes last longer or with lotions. I like it with Pi or Pink Sugar on me. On its own this scent fades pretty quickly and becomes very intimate, but I wear it for myself so I don't mind sniffing my wrist to get the lovely, nutty aroma throughout the day.

This is amazing!!! It's not the same from start to finish. It starts a bit citrus, nutty then turns marshmallow, sugar and vanilla its just dreamy. I can't believe what a gem this is and the price is so good for the size. Addictive for sure and the compliments from everyone is crazy. I found this in tjmaxx and as I'm in Australia I can't order this online so I bought a few bottles as I don't want this to run out. I will be so upset when I run out because this is so beautiful. i absolutely adore this oil! i havnt seen any reviews mentioning this but for some reason this smells very clean to me. definitely sweet but very clean, nutty, and a little powdery. its something i love putting on after showering. i have been using it to layer and it pairs really well with other gourmands. my favorite combo so far has been this paired with alien goddess which might not sound like it works but its giving pistachio coconut cream and im obsessed!

Almost indistinguishable from Kayali’s yum pistachio gelato except it lasts wayyyyy longer. Kayali is slightly sweeter but honestly unless you’re comparing them side by side you wouldn’t know the difference. It’s a frosted, sweet & nutty scent. Gets me compliments every time I wear it and lasts me 6 hours. It’s an inoffensive scent that is unique but a crowd pleaser. Cannot recommend enough if you love gourmand & pistachio scents

I only tested the Kayali once, and Pistachio Dream does smell a lot like it, based on my recollection. But I was kind of nonplussed about the Kayali, whereas I really love Pistachio Dream. It's initially a bit harsh and has a lotiony element, but that disappears pretty quickly. This, to me, is a great pistachio ice cream scent. Most Sand + Fog perfume oils wear pretty close to the skin but they're longlasting.

Love a perfume oil, I know this brand is very clearance-store friendly but that makes the fact you can get this at any TJ Maxx / Marshalls / whatever for very affordable prices even better. It’s a sugar-hater’s dream, the intensity of the nutty pistachio works very well to avoid making this one being a full gourmand. Delicious salty edge to it as well. The oil spreads and makes more of an impression.

pistachio dreams by sand + fog smells amazing—it’s like kayali yum pistachio gelato but way cheaper and lasts longer since it’s an oil. it starts with sweet pistachio and almond, then softens into marshmallow and sugar, making it super cozy and yummy. the brown sugar and vanilla in the base add a warm, sweet finish. it’s such a steal for how good and long-lasting it is!

I don’t know kind of a let down. I’m not getting much pistachio. It is unique and sweet. Maybe it will grow on me. Edit: May actually be my favorite S+F so far. Not much pistachio, but it’s cozy and comforting in that same creamy way that Yara is! Perfect bedtime scent. Just don’t expect much pistachio!

This is IDENTICAL to Yum Pistachio Gelato by Kayali. I picked this up from Winners (Canada) in a sample set with three other fragrances and they’re all incredible, but this one stands out. I own Yum by Kayali and honestly this is indistinguishable from it. I only wish this came in a spray version!

Love, love, LOVE this one. I can’t stop sniffing my wrist when I wear it. Perfect combination of sweet and nutty! Gorgeous scent, I prefer it to Yum Pistachio Gelato. I do wish the longevity was better though!

Found this at TJ Maxx for $15. I can confidently say this is a spot on dupe for KAYALI yum pistachio gelato. For being oil based it last surprisingly long on my skin. Will definitely use this for layering!

This is a delightful fragrance oil. You can truly smell all the notes listed and they blend together perfectly to form a delicious and pleasant pistachio ice cream scent. It's gourmand and yummy!

Sooo creamy, nutty and definitely a good dose of pistachio. It definitely gives pistachio ice cream. Might even be better than the Kay Ali it’s inspired by. Gourmand girls will love!!

This is absolutely delicious! Somehow smells like warm pistachio ice cream and is surprisingly clean smelling. Layers beautifully with Sand + Fog White Vanilla!

The fragrance oil is quite long lasting with a nice moderate sillage. I don't personally know how the regular spray perfume performs in those areas.

If you like Kayali Yum, you will love this. It’s a perfect dupe and helps with the longevity of the original when layered. YUM!!!
