Caveat: I have never smelled TdH and so can only review this on its own merits. Top tier masterworks, whether fragrance or movies or woodworking, can generally be lumped into two categories: those where the work and craft that went into it is apparent, and those that blend into a holistic form such that you don't even notice the craft. I think a lot of Chanel and the better TF fragrances fall into the latter category, this goes into the former. Everything feels so carefully and perfectly arranged that you can't help but notice and respect it. It's a very architectural scent. Have you ever had a friend or partner who wasn't conventionally attractive but they were so smart and interesting and a little sexy and you were just irresistibly drawn to them? That's this fragrance. It's what the smartest guy in the room, who is also a little bit sexy, smells like.

This is a ONE HUNDRED PERCENT nailed on clone of Terre d'Hermès. Not only that, I say Legend is superior. I have both but I'll never need TdH again. Applied and was still on skin more than 24 hours later so longevity is great too. Seriously, this is a hidden gem and I CAN'T BELIEVE it only had one review before mine. I purchased this at a bargain price of £14 and considering it's IDENTICAL to TdH, it could easily cost a lot more!

Take TdH edp jus and put it in a different bottle. This fragrance is not meant to emulate TdH. This fragrance Is TdH. It's simply indistinguishable from the OG. Projection and longevity on par with OG edp. Si, here goes my review.

I saw Sapil Legend at a Macy's Backstage store for $14.99. It was unboxed so I sprayed it on my hand. During the dry down I realized what the scent reminded me of. It reminded me of Cremo Iced Citron & Driftwood, which smells like Jimmy Choo Man Ice, which smells like the hard to find Mercedes Benz Cologne (aqua blue bottle), which smells like Dior Homme Cologne 2013. I think Sapil Legend smells very nice. It has that iced lemonade/grapefruit scent which is good for spring and summer. The only reason I didn't buy it is because I already own Cremo Iced Citron and the scents are so close that it wasn't worth buying for me. Ironically, this Macys' Backstage store also had Cremo Iced Citron & Driftwood for $12.99.

Sapil took one note from TdH and made a fragrance out of it. This fragrance is flat as a pancake. It lacks the complexity of TdH, there is no separation of notes or development. Just one note. It is pleasant, but to put it at the same level as the original is a crime. Although, I admit it is a good performer and not unpleasant. However, it will not give you the unforgetable experience, the effervescence and woodiness of Terre d'Hermes. At least the Terre d'Hermes as I remember it from 15 years ago. Edit: My wife loves this fragrance to bits.

honestly idk... i have swiss arabian mr. edge which i initially hated but grew to like it. i bought this as some said it's closer to TdH... i honestly didn't expect a scent that only reminded me of creed aventus... i smell birch and moss along with citrus... this is pretty unexpected... not a fan of "maturation" but it's my last hope. maybe my nose will grow to like. it.

I've never smelled TDH, so this isn't a comparison to that, but Legend does remind me a little bit of A&F Authentic Man, only this is much, much better. Woodsy and bright. This seems like this would fit any situation (except high heat) and any time of the day. Plus it was 15 bucks. C'mon now. Just get it.

It smells good, but is a little harsher when smelled close to the skin. The performance for me was only a 2-4 hours max before you could barely detect it...

It smells exactly like sticking your nose into a pepper shaker. This is for the 50+ age group, though honestly, not even for them. It’s simply unpleasant—an off-putting scent for me. It reminds me of Jeanne Arthes Cotton Club Legend perfume; the two are very similar. This is yet another disappointment. If this is what Terre d’Hermès smells like, I’ll definitely steer clear of the original perfume.

Just got this today and only sprayed it quick on a bit of card and immediately I’d say this is an absolute 100% dead on clone of tdh edt. But much louder and definitely doesn’t smell cheap at all. £22.50 off Amazon I paid! Edit: gave this a go and it definitely 100% is mega close to tdh edt but it’s a close skin scent in about 2 hours so im definitely not getting great performance like some reviews state. But for the price this is great and got to consider that the original tdh isn’t a great performer either Edit: given this more wearings and I think I went nose blind first time. This is a masterpiece in my mind. Lasts ages and ages and leaves a beautiful trail. This is way better than the original I don’t care what some die hard fans say

Just got this & it is EXTREMELY close to TDH but I actually slightly prefer this. TDH has something I can only describe as cut down stinging nettles, it’s not over powering but it’s there & it’s a note of TDH I’ve never liked. But here that note is not here & for me that makes it so much more pleasant. This is a diamond on the rough that smells far greater than its price tag would suggest.

Smells like if you took wet rocks and smashed a bunch of citrus, sitting in the woods. I dig it.
