Solid Oud

My favorite go-to mosque perfume right now. A very good oud perfume, the kind of oud that not too strong for beginner. Begin with smooth rose opening. All notes blend smoothly. The smoky scent is very good. Dont be fooled by the Eau de toilette status, its very long last, last for more than 8 hours if im not mistaken. Sillage is pretty good. My wife likes this fragrance too, eventhough she doesnt like lot of fragrance. It smells like lattafa oud mood, but sapil solid oud is smoother and feels more natural / unsynthetic, and lattafa oud mood have no rose scent. Im not using this for everyday perfume though, but only mosque/ religion activities because it gives mosque vibes very much. Overall 8,5/10, really love it😊

This is in the same family as Sheikh Al Shuyukh by Lattafa, Oud Mood by Lattafa and Shaghaf Oud by Swiss Arabian. Sheikh Al Shuyukh is centered around the cinnamon and amber. Oud Mood is centered around the incense. Shaghaf Oud is centered around the oud and praline. Solid Oud is centered around the vanilla, caramel and amber. It’s my favourite of them all. Solid Oud’s sillage smells better than the scent on skin. An excellent beginner friendly oud. Very blind buy safe and imo it’s unisex leaning feminine.

Genuinely smells like Sunnamusks Golden Dust and to a lesser extent MFK Gentle Fluidity Gold. Bought 6 cheap ouds and this one was the surprise. I expected the least from this one and was most impressed. Blind buy safe, unisex safe, versatile, office safe, even safe for my kids to wear to school. Also a year round versatility and day/night versatility. Great for autumn nights but just as good on a summer day. Not too sweet, has some hints of amber/resins
