Finally, I have chance to write a review on this classic late 80's/90's retro fragrance. It has that sweet/ bitter spicy notes both from Cumin and Artemisia. I'm able to pick up a slight herbal vib from basil/oakmoss. Once the top notes settles there's a hint of leather with a touch of smokey incense thou it's not listed. Wood notes must be the evergreen vib that I pick up Longevity and Silage is very good lasting between 6-8hrs and you can smell it about arms length. Overall, this juice is perfect during the fall and winter months. A real attractive chypre/herbal blend. I really enjoy the warm spicy notes which brings it together very well 7.5/10

This is VERY similar to “Black O Man” from Nabeel. They share a lot of the same notes. The basil and fern really hit hard from the start so it has a piercing green herbal blast. The vetiver is also up front joining with the clean patchouli to keep it all very green. On skin, it dies down quickly, but on clothes it lasts longer. I was hoping this would be soapy with the double dose of aldehydes, but it is not that soapy on my skin. The drydown is much the same, it’s very linear. I don’t get any leather at all, just some musk. Don’t fear the cumin in this one. It’s barely noticeable, not a BO smell at all. I was expecting more, but I let this sit, and try again in a few weeks. It was a new, sealed, wrapped box so maybe it might change a bit now that it has been sprayed.

Has the same DNA as the other two. I have them all. I am having a hard time telling them apart, they are very similar, as far as to my senses. They don't get much use, only when I am bored and watching Godfather and eating crappy pizza on a rainy Sunday afternoon.

Airy, aromatic, refreshing and humble top. Notes of Italian white or rosé vermouth (artemisia), it imparts that positive vibe of Italian cocktails, although this fragrance isn't sweet. There are smudged core notes so overall a bit muddled but charming. I've expressed my affection for the bottle in my review of the Black version, and this burnt color adds more jolie laide to the object. Unique!
